Normally on an appliance, or electronic of any kind, the serial number is with the model number, on a plate, sticker, or embossed in the plastic. I am not complaining about how the air fryer worked, I've had it for over 3 years and it has worked great. However, the heating element quit working today, and to look up any replacement part they ask for the serial number as well as the model number. The model number is on a sticker on the bottom of the unit but there is no serial number. According to the manufacturer, it is a 12 digit number. I have looked the entire unit over and inside, but there is no 12 digit number. Since it isn't working anyway, I am considering disassembling it to see if it is on the inside of the top or bottom. All I want from the manufacturer is to know where to find the serial number.
Desired outcome: Tell me where the serial number is and how to order a new heating element for my air fryer.
