Power xl air fryer
My sister got me this air fryer for my birthday in October of 2021 knowing how bad I wanted one but I wouldn’t spend the money on myself since I am living on a fixed income. I loved it in the beginning but now it’s April 3rd 2022 and the heating cooking element has burned out. I’m not sure what happened to it since I took excellent care of it. I thought with this particular air fryer it would have lasted more than 6 months. I really did enjoy cooking with it but I can’t afford to buy a new one.
Desired outcome: Unsure at this time. I don’t know what my options are.
It was a present and not thinking it would stop working so soon the receipt was not kept and my sister paid cash for it at Walmart.

The bottom tray gets very hot and the paint chips off making it unusable. It is very rusty. The handle has melted. The prongs holding the handle in the door are melted. This air fryer is good for nothing. We bought this about 3 yeares ago at Walmart so the warranty is off. However it should have lasted longer than it has for $200. The model number is CM003.
Desired outcome: A new handle or door and a new tray. Or a new air fryer
This will not do. What are you going to do about the door? If you can't open the door, the tray is no good to me.

air fryer smokes and is still giving off a bad smell we have tried it a few times and the smell isnt going away fills up kitchen to the point the smoke alarm goes off..

Brought the Power Air Fryer at Sam's Club
Had difficulty getting Power Air Fryer Oven to work after purchase at Sams Club. Got it to work one time after closing and opening the door a few times. Oven light is on but there is no respons when you push the area to turn on fryer. This was two years ago. Never worked again. I thought I just could not figure out how to use it. That happens when you get to that age in life. My wife said put in the trash because it did not work and it took up so much room. I called customer service because I felt I must be doing something wrong. The guy at customer services it has a bad sensor but you waited too late to contact us. Out of warranty so lesson learned, when the air fryer does not work it is probably broken and not you. Just in case others have same problem it was a CM001 model.

The handle on my Power XL Air Fryer Pro broke where the screw goes into the plastic also. My husband and I are the only two in the household and I'm the only one who uses it and I know for a fact that I never man handle anything. Unfortunately, this Air Fryer handle is CHEAP and POORLY made. ~ Angie.

Airfryer Oven
My airfryer was given to me as a Christmas gift last year. I used it all of twice before I had to start using something to keep the door closed. Now that wont even work. The door wont stay closed so the power wont stay on which leads to me being frustrated and having to cook everything the traditional way. I hate it. Whats the point in having an airfryer this size if I cant use it!

When I first got this air fryer 6 months ago I absolutely loved it.
Now 6 months later I feel that it is a health risk and the store I purchased it from refuses to take it back.
The paint in the bottom basket has peeled and the metal is rusted, the basket itself is corroding and the clip that holds the two baskets together as soon as I pull it out of the airfryer it separates and the bottom basket either falls to the counter or onto the floor, needless to say I'm not using it anymore which makes me sad.
Desired outcome: I want the airfryer replaced because it’s an amazing machine, I think I just got that one that was a dudd
Just tried to have a conversation with the company explained everything three times and was treated like garbage.
So much for living the machine, goes to show what kind of actual company they are in the end!

Power XL
I was giving this as a gift for mother's day 2021. It worked great in the beginning. I was really enjoying it. About a month ago it, it started to shut off in the middle of cooking, it started getting the food too hot and the food was burning before it was finished cooking, it caused a burnout in my electrical outlet. I do not have receipt as it was a gift.

A few months ago, we had something on top of the air fryer and it melted to the top. Last week, every time we walked by it, it turned itself on. We went to pull the plug of the outlet and the plug was melted to the back of the unit. Now we're afraid to use it because it seems to be running very hot. It's more than a year old. Guess we'll be told "Oh well, it's out of warranty." I love this air fryer... but I guess it's headed to the trash bin unless there is an alternative. If that's the case, we'll not be buying the Emeril XL.

I'll find the receipt but I can't get pictures because I tossed it. The cord was unusable because it melted to the back of the unit. We also had a hard plastic bowl melt on the top of it. It was also randomly turning itself on and off when we walked through the kitchen.

I was gifted this oven fryer a few months ago so I do not have a recipe. I have had the chance to use it possibly 3 times but now when I plug it into the wall it just makes a beeping noise and all the digital stuff is blinking . I have only had my Power XL Air Fryer since February 2021 and already the coating is coming off the inside of the basket and the tray. I have always used Dawn dish soap and a sponge to wash it with no harsh scrubbers. I thought it would last longer than seven months! Do you have replacement baskets? Or can I just get a refund. Power XL Vortex air fryer
My wife purchased a Power XL Vortex air fryer for me on Christmas and birthday (same day). I had been researching air fryers, and was wanting a microwave style, but enjoyed getting this one. I am retired and told my wife I would like to try my hand at cooking.
I didn't even open the box for a couple of months, and finally figured to give it a try.
I used it twice within the next month, and all was well. The next two times I used it, I got ERROR 1 and ERROR 2 and shut down both times. I had to end up finishing the meals in my oven. I finally called customer service, and they told me to send it to them with proof of purchase. It sat for a while on my counter, as the receipt was packed in one of many boxes for a move to a new home. We ended up not moving, and planned to look again. Everything is still boxed up, and my wife wasn't even sure we had the receipt, but eventually found it.
I boxed the unit up for return shipping, and found that it was going to cost me almost $50 to ship it back to them. I haven't shipped, as the cost of the unit itself and return shipping would be about $200. I figured that computes to about $50 per use. UNREAL!
I refuse to pay that for shipping, and guess I learned an expensive lesson with this product. NEVER AGAIN.

Power XL air fryer
There are words around the dials that tell you temperature, time, and the settings for air fry, grill, etc.
The print rubbed off when my husband turned the dials or when grease got on the body of the fryer around the dials. This happened shortly after we received the product. Let's say in March.
What can you do to help us in this situation? We love the air fryer and use it every day. I actually bought a second one and have taken the one in question to our summer home.

Ergonomic deficient knobs
Hello, I have a Power XL Air Fryer oven. I noticed that the knobs on the air fryer oven does not have ridges on the knobs for grasping ergonomics. When I have to turn the knobs, it becomes very difficult, since the knobs don't have a grip. For those people with multiple disabilities and those that have increased sensory motor issues, it is many times difficult for them to grasp certain objects do the same.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate an air fryer oven that is ergonomically helpful to turn the knobs.

Power XL Airfryer
This air fryer is unsafe when you try to empty things like French fries out of it! The bottom plates doesn't stay on while dumping and it fell out and burnt my hand! I think you need a better design. I was already having arthritis issues with the hand in the same area that got burned! Also I don't like how it sits there to start and you don't even know if it's going to start! I liked my old one better but it wasn't big enough.

Received Power XL Fryer as Xmas gift but recently stopped working. When Food drawer is inserted into main unit, electronic panel flickers as if it is going to turn on but doesn't. It appears contacts on unit are not registering when drawer is inserted to turn it on. Cust service said w/o receipt, they can't help. Do not buy this brand! Bad design!

We've had it less than a year and the door won't stay closed. Falls open. It looks like somethings missing where the hinge is. Super surprised how cheap it is. How do I get a part for it? Power XL air fryer grill
This item was purchased for me as a gift in December of 2020. It stopped heating in April/May of 2021. Because this was a gift, I have no access to the receipt. So….now my warranty is voided. What a piece of junk. And what a horrible company. I called into customer service with all the model number info as well…which will tell them automatically how old the item is. They use this tactic to avoid any type of responsibility to the warranty. Nobody keeps the receipt of an item they purchase for someone as a gift for the life of the warranty. What a joke. I will make sure everyone on my social media knows about my experience with this.

Customer service / billing / shipping / returns is a nightmare
3 times I got shipped the wrong item. 2 times I was charged for shipping these wrong items back. One service rep. Insisted I got what I ordered, but when I took her to their website, I showed her that the item I got was not an option to buy. She hung up on me. The next guy tried to convince me that I got the right item, but upon further questions about the product, he said the one I had was accidently miss labeled. After giving him serial numbers, he agreed that I had the wrong product. Now to add insult to injury, they won't stop billing my credit card for payments.

there was a certificate for a rotisserie basket and kebab skewers for $17.99. I made the purchase march 10th with expected delivery in 2/3 weeks. last month they notified me that the shipment would be sent May 18th. on May 28th they notified me it would ship within 30 days. YOU DO THE MATH! I am now outside their 90 day return policy. I don't want the fryer without the accessories. what can I do?
