I got a pair of shoes for my husband and was surprised to see the condition it ended up
The sole of both the shoes broke pathetically
I expect an exchange of this one as we do not buy branded shoes at high prices for this

faulty sunglasses
Always brought Prada sunglasses but brought my son a pairs And they are now unable for him to wear due to the Prada sign on side peeling off he cant and won't wear them no-more as was actually bullied by people saying they are fake which caused him a lot of distress. They were my sons birthday presents and his first designer item he'd had and loved them, he was and still is so upset. I'd understand if the item was counterfeit but they are genuine and are not cheap they was purchased from the sun glasses hut. Unfortunately I will be thinking twice again purchasing another pair of Prada glasses which is a shame as was my husbands best designer. I would never of expected that to happen with goods that are meant to be of a excellent quality. The glasses were worn literally about 5, 6 times at the most.
I also have another pair that the arm snapped off on so another pair unable to wear!
I have attached picture of them both, but would be more than happy to send them back to Prada for them to take a look at them.

aftershave x 3 bottles
Hi .I've been purchasing Prada aftershave now for some time .however as I'm getting to the bottom of the bottle I'm unable to get the last 10ml to 15 ml approx out .this has happened with several bottles now and im unhappy the fact in total I've lost approximately 100ml of aftershave over a period of time .its unfair when a 100 ml bottle is sold and then you are only able to use 85 to 90 ml of the bottle .please advise as to what to do as I always buy your product. However its putting me off slightly the fact I'm losing out each time I make a purchase kind regards Jon Thom

I called the PRADA location on Broadway in New York at 12:59pm on June 2, 2019, to inquire about a men's cologne. I was transferred to the men's department and when I asked if their location carried the Luna Rossa cologne, he told me to hold while he checks the availability. However, I was put on hold for over 14 minutes and while still holding, I called from another phone and another employee answered my inquiry within 2 minutes of hold. I told him that I was currently on hold on another phone with the same location regarding the same inquiry and asked who the other employee was. At that time, the other two employees in the men's department were Peter and Jack. It was one of them who put me on hold for 14 minutes before I decided to hang up. This is extremely rude and unacceptable from a company as reputable as PRADA.
fake prada bag from prada boutique korea (lotte centum city, busan)
I purchased a prada saffiano lux (color: marmo) on 24 october 2013 from prada boutique at lotte centum city, busan, korea. This is my first purchase of prada bag, of which, I was very proud to be able to carry your prestige brand the past 5 years. However, to my disappointment, a genuine second hand shop seller in malaysia (which I am frequent of to sell my pre-loved genuine branded bags) told me that my prada bag is fake!, despite providing all the relevant documents. I had authenticity card and receipts provided by prada boutique in korea. The bag expert also showed me the flaws of the bag, which is very different from the originals, such as the finishing quality at the edge of the bag and strap (mine is splitting and not well concealed) and the silver metals used around the bag (my zipper is rough and stained with dots, the finishing of the metal clasp are not as fine as the originals). I appreciate if someone from prada hq management could contact me on how to resolve this matter. I paid krw2, 180, 000 for this bag and I expect a refund or at least an exchange for an original at your original prada store. Such a humiliation and shame to be carrying your brand, only to find out it has been fake all the while! worst customer service ever
I went to Prada in Dubai mall to see if I can get rid of tiny dirt on the bag. usually other luxury brands have leather cleanser or cloth to clean stuff in the store all the time but staffs in Prada were incapable of showing any kind of help. So I called in other Prada store in emirate mall and the staff there to bring it for her to see. So I asked her when is available time and she said to come to the store any time. I went to the store right after phone call only to be told to come back the next day again because she is no expert. Staffs very under trained totally lacking respect for customers time.

I got a parfume (Amber) for my birthday one month ago and the spray doesn't work. My friend doesn't have the receipt anymore. Is there any way I can exchange it or could you provide a repair? I regret I don't have the box or the receipt anymore, but it's an 80ml Eau de parfum full, so it's visible that it's new and I cannot use it. Please let me know whether there is something you could do about it. I am very disappointed that I cannot use my new parfume.

prada polo shirt issue
I bought a polo shirt 2 months ago and the collar has faded completely. I have worn it only 5 to 6 times and and the polo has completely become unwearable. I contacted the service center and they arent offering any help for the same.. Worst purchase ever. Very unhappy with prada.. They just told me that they cant do anything about it and it's just "wear and tear". Im sure that this wasnt suppose to happen just by wearing it 5 times. No other brands have given me such an issue.
bag - purchased in january 2018
The strap on my bag has broke (which at the time was less than a year old) and I took it to the Prada store in selfridges Manchester to be replaced. They then sent my bag off to Milan twice to be repaired but when I got my bag returned I was informed that the repair could not be made. I am not happy at all as I paid £1600 for a bag and within a year it has broke. I had the same happy with a Gucci bag and they couldn't not repair the damage so offered me an exchange and a new bag, which I did put money towards. I will not be shopping with Prada again and I will not be recommending it either.
Ladies white leather stitch prada sneakers
Hi I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support I received at Neiman Marcus in Garden City NY. In June of 2018 I bought ladies white Prada leather stitch sneakers for my upcoming trip to Italy in July 2018. I wore them for 6/7 days of my trip and they were pure white. Upon my return I boxed them until this spring. I took them out of their box and they were completely yellowed I was horrified. I went into Neiman on Saturday March 16, 2019 and asked to speak to a rep. They were in the original box with the original receipt. I proceeded to explain my situation to the woman. She said there is absolutely nothing she can do since the sneakers had been worn and they were 9 months old. Believe me I was detailed and forthcoming about wearing them on my trip. All I asked her was for either an even exchange or to even show me something else even if I had to put in a difference in price. I mean I spent over 600 as it was and truly wanted to have a nice sneaker to wear. She said it would cost me money to have them cleaned through the company or cost me to pay their bootery person that they use in NY on Post Ave in Westbury. That is unacceptable to me first and foremost I can shop at many high end retail stores but chose Neiman who carries your brand. They did not at all have my best interest at hand and were not helpful one bit. I left there shaking my head saying wow this is Neiman Marcus and a Prada product? I am a good customer and truly wanted to leave there with some kind of solution to make me happy and I did not. I would like to know how we can rectify this dilemma. Hi. I purchased Prada's sun-glasses in Naples, Italy about 6 months ago 4/9/18. at a cost of 200 euros. I live in Israel so I have no way to get to the store in Italy. I take a very good care of my glasses, But on my last flight, the reflector simply disengaged from the handle, I tried to fix them in one of the stores in Israel and they claim that the repair cost is 150 euros. This is very unfortunate because I did not think that I would have to deal with such a situation within only six months, And the sun glasses are still under a one-year warranty.
How can you help me in this situation?

Buongiorno, mi permetto di scriverVi perché quanto accaduto ieri (2 gennaio 2019) nel vostro Store di Serravalle Outlet non ritengo sia all'altezza del brand Prada. Mi sono recato in negozio ed ho scelto un paio di calzature per me. Mi è stato fornito un ticket per il ritiro e pagamento alla cassa. Le casse attive erano due con una fila unica di circa 15 persone. Dopo 15 minuti di attesa erano state servite 2 persone (1 per cassa) a quel punto trovandomi in fila vicino ad un'operatrice del negozio ho chiesto cortesemente il motivo di tale lentezza. Mi è stato risposto, stavolta neanche troppo cortesemente, che lei era lì per vendere le borse. Ho atteso altri 10 minuti e sono state servite altre due persone ( totale con 2 casse 4 persone in 25 min) ovviamente la coda anche dietro di me era molto cresciuta. Nessuno degli operatori si è minimamente curato di questa situazione. Dopo 40 minuti, con i suddetti 4 clienti serviti, con vero diasppunto per non aver potuto effettuare l'acquisto ed aver perso quel tempo, ho ritenuto di rinunciare ed ho abbandonato il negozio. Non prima di aver gentilmente consegnato il mio ticket alla succitata operatrice che non ha battuto ciglio di fronte alla mia rinuncia.
Veramente un brutto esempio di inefficenza e scortesia.

I am outraged that Prada is supposed to be a global company, and they have the lack of knowledge to understand that displaying images and products in blackface is unprofessional and blatantly racist. Is there marketing department in oblivion? This is totally unacceptable. This company will never have my business. Apparently, this is a high end company disguised by ignorant mentality
glasses - worst purchase of $700 and still under warranty - no action taken
The glasses are still under warranty. I don't expect a $700 pair of glasses to discolor. If this is the case then prada needs to stop selling glasses. Approach your supplier for the prada brand. I bought a shoppers drug mart pair of glasses off the shelf, for the better part of the year and they have better quality frames and I only spent $20.in all honesty, I stopped wearing the prada glasses because I was embarrassed. People have actually questioned me and argued that I am wearing knockoffs.
The concern is here the quality of this brand.
As a customer this prada line is not upto par. The worst purchase I ever made on a designer brand.
prada eyeglasses - cat shape with brown frame with burgundy arms
I purchased Prada cat shaped eyeglasses approximately 1 and a half years ago at Optical 38 on Queen Street West in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Number on right arm of eyeglasses is BP38739057. Number on left arm of eyeglasses is VPR02T 52 square symbol 17 USH-101 140. The color of the frame is brown with burgundy arms.
I purchased these eyeglasses because I love the style and color. They look great on me. I want to continue to wear these glasses.
I have been wearing eyeglasses all of my life, as I am 59 years old. I have had much discomfort from wearing these glasses that I have visited the place where I bought them about 20 times to adjust them. I either get a headache from the bridge touching my nose or from them putting sticky adhesive nose pads that are too small which put too much pressure causing me pain. At one time they were giving me proper size adhesive nose pads at no charge, which somewhat helped. They have now discontinued these particular adhesive nose pads because they mention they are too expensive to give out for free. They suggest that I pay for them from now on.
What! I just spent a fortune on these glasses and from day one they have not fit right, and now I am suppose to pay extra for such nose pads. This makes me so angry, that I thought it best to report a complaint to you.
Please help me find a free solution to rid the discomfort I am getting from the eyeglasses that I love.

defect on my new prada wallet
Recently i just bought a Prada wallet and using about 1 month plus but i found defect of workmanship on my wallet. And i send back to Prada for repair and the guy told me it will take at least 6 weeks to repair.
I understand I am entitled to expect things I buy to be of acceptable quality. The Prada wallet I bought does not reach this standard considering the problems I have had. Then what is the point i paid so

one leg of frame snapped from the soldering point
I bought this eyewear (photo attached) about a year back and use it sparingly. Just to give eyes some rest, I removed holding the two ends but one of these snapped. When I took it to the shop, they said it can be repaired through soldering but the process will leave visible marks of paint disfiguring due to the heat generation. Other solution is to buy legs that are available but they are not the stockists. Unfortunately, I do not have receipt of purchase handy. The shop from where I bought in Karachi has big displays of several brands of eyewear and watches but not a sole authorised dealer. Appreciate helpful advise as to where I can get legs for Prada frames since these are not available in Pakistan. I will be in USA, Malaysia and Australia as part of my travels in Sept/Oct. Are there any shops in these countries that I can tap into for spare legs of the frame?

sunglasses lenses separating
I bought a pair of Prada Cat Eye 54022 Polarised sunglasses about 3/4 years ago from Sunglass Hut in Cape Town. I have noticed over the last 2 years 2017/2018 that the lenses seem to be separating.
