The last one I bought, which has little use, is taking off and breaking the side rubber. Looking for a solution, I went to a Prada store in Rio de Janeiro at the village mall and the salesman told me he had nothing to do and that I should look for a shoemaker. It saddens me to know that a company like Prada, with all its grandeur and magnitude, positions itself in this way with a customer who buys a high standard product. I hope the direction of this company can give me some way so that I can solve my problem, because as I said, the tennis is new and I have no way to use it. I also ask them to instruct their employees to serve their customers in a manner compatible with the importance of the brand they represent.
