Pre Luxury Spark Products review: Bank fraud! Stealing and falsifying charge card info!

Called twice first time I was to receive a Email with a full refund,no email called a second time Martin started haggling with me 25 % than 50%! When you offer a partial or half refund you know you got caught! These companies should have their licensing pulled and given hefty fines! these companies prey on seniors like myself on fixed incomes! The bbb should really start cracking down on such companies and so should all banks and charge card companies! all to often NOTHING happens to these companies and its just not RIGHT!
