I gotta say, I'm really impressed with the color temperature and lumens of these Precision LED bulbs from precisionled.com. I made the mistake of trying to save a few bucks and ordering some cheaper LEDs in the past, but let me tell you, they just weren't worth it. They hardly ever lasted more than a few months before they crapped out on me. And that's not just me talking, that's first-hand experience.

Now, I can't say for sure how durable these Precision LED bulbs are gonna be, but if it's anything like the old saying goes, "you get what you pay for", then I shouldn't have to worry too much. My only concern is that these higher lumens bulbs tend to put off more heat, and the bulb is housed in a pretty small, air-tight space. Plus, these types of lights are usually on for longer periods of time than, say, brake lights, which only light up for short bursts and have a chance to cool down in between. But we'll see how it goes.

All in all, though, I'm really happy with my purchase from precisionled.com. The color temperature is spot-on, and the brightness is just what I was looking for. And hey, if they end up lasting longer than those cheapo bulbs I used to buy, then that's just icing on the cake.

I gotta say, I had a bit of a rough experience with Precision LED. I got myself a LED kit for my jeep wrangler way back in 2017, and wouldn't you know it, the dome light ended up failing on me. The rep I talked to told me that they didn't actually introduce their lifetime warranty until 2019, when they brought in their newer model bulb. Now, I don't know about you, but that seems a little fishy to me. I mean, if they're advertising a lifetime warranty on their website, shouldn't that apply to all their products, regardless of when they were purchased?

To make matters worse, the warranty information on their site doesn't actually exclude purchases made prior to 2019. Here's what it says: "Our lifetime warranty is limited to one replacement only. For example, if you order a kit with 10 LED bulbs, the maximum number of replacements we can warranty is 10 LED bulbs." So, I mean, it seems pretty clear to me that they should have honored my warranty claim.

Long story short, I'm pretty disappointed with Precision LED. They don't seem to stand by their products if they fail, and that's just not something I can get behind. I won't be buying any more of their stuff in the future, that's for sure.

The LED lights were delivered very quickly and I was impressed with how all of the LED lights in the box were labeled on where they go. The vehicle specific installation video on the website made it quick and easy to put them in and the 6000 kelvins look so good with my black leather interior. The free trim removal tools made the job even easier and I'll definitely be reusing them.

However, I do have some constructive criticism. I wish the kit came with an LED for the light in the glove box as well, but I rarely see that light so I'm not too mad about it. I think the website could be better made with a little bigger size text and be more clear about the premium package versus the base package because I couldn't tell the difference. But had I been able to, I most likely would have bought the premium because I love the product. Also, I would love to see LED and HID headlights for a 2007 Mazda 3 hatch. So, I went to Precision LED's website and ordered a kit that was supposed to come with 21 light bulbs. However, when I counted the number of bulbs I needed for my truck, I only needed 15. I called their customer service to clarify which bulbs were included in the standard kit, but the representative didn't seem to know either. The kit said it came with 4 map lights, but my truck only had 2. The YouTube video they had for the kit only showed 2 map lights as well, and the representative couldn't tell me what the 5 courtesy lights replaced. So, I'm not sure if I'm getting 6 extra bulbs or not.

Despite the confusion, the kit looks really nice and the YouTube video was helpful for installation. I'm just hoping I'm getting the bulbs I need. When I received my order, I noticed that I was short 2 bulbs. I ordered 21 and only got 19. I don't know where all these bulbs are supposed to go, and I didn't receive any reverse bulbs like the YouTube video showed. I only need 11 bulbs for my truck, so if the reverse bulbs aren't included, this kit is way overpriced.

I recently purchased the Precision LED premium kit that includes four lights. I was excited to receive the kit because I saw a video on YouTube where a guy installed the same kit on his Infiniti Q50. However, when I received the kit, I realized that there is no such kit for the Q50. I was disappointed because I thought I was getting the same kit that the guy in the video installed.

I also noticed that there is a bundle kit for $96 that includes LED lights. I think Infiniti should have installed LED lights from the beginning, but I hope that the quality of these lights is outstanding for the price.

One thing that really upset me was that the guy in the video didn't mention that some of the LEDs were separate for certain parts of the car. He just installed them without explaining which ones were for what. I think this is misleading to consumers and it should have been mentioned.

I had a bit of a problem with a product I received from Precision LED, so I decided to send them an email to see if they could help me out. According to Precision LED, the new product was sent out on March 25th. However, when I checked the tracking number they provided me with, LM***US, it still said "Awaiting Shipment". This means that the USPS has not yet received the product. I was a bit confused, as Precision LED had told me that they had sent it out the day after I contacted them.

I decided to send them a follow-up email on April 6th to see if they could give me an update on the situation. I didn't receive a response until the next day, April 7th. They told me that they would be sending me a "NEW" replacement, but they gave me the same tracking number as before. I was a bit frustrated and felt like this was unprofessional behavior on their part.

In the end, I decided to contact my bank to get a refund instead of waiting for the replacement product to arrive. While I appreciate that Precision LED tried to help me out, I was disappointed with the way they handled the situation. I hope that in the future they will be more transparent and communicative with their customers.

This website is a bit tricky to navigate when you're trying to find what you need. I had a hard time finding all the details I needed about lumens and such for each bulb. The pre-made packages for my 2007 4runner were helpful, but I had to go back and ask a few times for other bulbs that weren't listed with my vehicle.

To really boost sales, I think they should list ALL the bulbs available when I input my vehicle. And, after I made a small package purchase, it would be great if they offered a discount of 10-20% for each additional bulb I added. That would make it so much easier to navigate and provide more incentive to get all the bulbs I need on one website.
