dear sir,
with ref above I want to bring in your notice as under-
1. My car was dropped at prem motors road no 8, vkia, sikar road, jaipur for servicing on 07.112024 vide job card no jc24018020.
2. I was billed for 17,569/- against estimate of rs. 12,513/-.
3. I paid the same on 8/11/2024.
4. Since my car was not properly repaired up to my satisfaction, again I left my car to prem motors on 01.12.2024. For which an estimate of rs 26,500/- was given.
5. Again I received call from mr kamlesh for increased estimate of rs 46,000/-.
6. Again on the same day I received another call from mr kamlesh for increased estimate of rs.90,000/- looking to the engine work also, which I consented, but with protest that why again and again estimate is increasing.
7. Finally mr kamlesh said that this is final and there will not be any increase now. He also requested for some advance amount, for which I paid rs. 10,000/- to him online.
8. On 02.12.2024 a mail was sent to me for again revised estimate of rs.110,085.50 and revised car deleivery date as 31.12.2024 which was earlier told 22-27 dec.
9. On one or the other pretext the deleivery date was postponed many a times. Finalyy he asked to collect my car on 28th dec positively.
Finally when I reached to prem motors I found that mr kamlesh was on leave and on billing counter I was asked to pay a hefty of rs, 146,000/- plus.
It was a jolt for me that how an estimate have reached to such a big amount.
Inspite of lapse of two months my car is still undeleivered.
Looking to the facts I mentioned above please give your expert opinion.
Should I move a legal help or any thing else.
I hope you will understand my genuine problem and judiciousely help me.
My car is sti undeleivered to me.
Hoping for your early action please.
Thanks and regards.
Yours sincerely

Prem Motors is scamming you with never-ending costs and delays. They have kept your car for over two months while the price kept increasing to unreasonable amounts. You either take legal action or have them deliver the car at the original estimate. File a consumer complaint, escalate it to Maruti Suzuki corporate, and if they still procrastinate, take them to court. Until this situation is cleared, do not pay them anything more.
