I made an appointment for an estimate on a Friday, but when I called the following Thursday to check on the status, they said they just finished it. They gave me an estimate of over $7,000 for some plastic repair work on the roof, and said I needed to replace a bunch of other things, including both air conditioners. This place takes too long and is too pricey.

I was on vacay over 1000 miles from home in my new 2021 Thor Hurricane motor home with only 6400 miles on it when a check engine light came on and started flashing telling me to shut down the engine. I got it towed to this place on recommendation from Good Sam Roadside service. It was after closing before I arrived but they waited on me. They let me camp in the parking lot and started diagnosing first thing the next morning. Ordered parts and installed them the same day they arrived. I felt like part of the family there, they kept me updated on what was going on and what progress I could expect. I would use this place for everything if it were not so far from my home. I wish we had an RV repair shop like this where I live.

The people in charge and the service manager at Premier Auto and RV, Inc. are not very honest or trustworthy. They didn't listen to my simple instructions about what work I needed done on my camper van, and it took them many weeks to do it. They didn't communicate with me very well, either. I had to bring my van back multiple times to fix minor damage, and they charged me more than they should have for work that should have already been done. I got fed up after the third time and left without the repair being finished. I took it to another shop, and they told me that there was nothing wrong with the macerator that Premier Auto and RV, Inc. was trying to charge me $700 for. I'm glad I didn't waste any more money there. They left the discharge hose disconnected, but they told me that the macerator was cracked and needed to be replaced. They charged me almost $1,000 for a mudflap adjustment, a discharge hose, and a black discharge valve that weren't installed properly. They lied to me about the macerator being cracked and needing to be replaced, even though they knew it wasn't. They're hard to work with, and they'll try to take advantage of you if they can. Be careful!

I left my travel trailer at Premier Auto and RV, Inc. on 4/15/22 because my slide out was shaking really bad and wouldn't move properly. They said they would check it out and let me know by the following Friday. After calling every week, I finally got an answer on 5/20/22 that my gearbox had stripped a tooth. They replaced it and said my extended warranty covered it with a $100 deductible. I went to pick it up on 5/26/22 (5 weeks later) and they added $53 for shop supplies without telling me beforehand. When I asked what the supplies were, the Service Manager, *** was very rude and unprofessional. He accused me of not paying my bills and then zeroed out the whole balance without explaining why. When I opened my unit to check the slide, I found that they didn't put the trim back up. I had to wait over an hour for them to fix it. The slide still jumps and they said it needs rollers. I spoke with another company and they asked about the cables, which Premier Auto and RV, Inc. never adjusted even though they said they did. The tech who put the trim back up left nails all over my floor and the ceiling where they worked was dirty and greasy. I had to clean everything myself. I think they worked on it in their upper dirt lot with the door open because it was filled with dust, dirt, and sand. The time frame wasn't an issue, but the incorrect information and poor workmanship were. They got their money from my warranty and did a terrible job. I recommend staying away from here, especially if you have to deal with ***.

I had a bad experience with Premier Auto and RV, Inc. I brought my *** there for repairs after a propane leak, but it took them 2 weeks to call me back. They couldn't find anything wrong, so I asked for a full check-up and was quoted $567.00. They had my *** for a month and gave me a hard time when I wanted to pick it up. I took it to another shop and found out they didn't do the work as promised. I put a negative review on ComplaintsBoard.com, and the manager called me and refunded me the $567.00. He also offered to do a thorough check on the propane. I brought it back, and he refunded me the money and asked me to amend my review. I gave them 3 stars because I felt lied to and taken advantage of. The owner/GM kept calling and texting me, which made me feel harassed. If they had done the work right the first time and treated me better, I would have given them more stars. I changed my review to 2 stars because of the owner/GM's behavior.

Premier Auto and RV, Inc. is not good at returning phone calls. The shop manager is a liar and not trustworthy. I spent $4000 on my concession trailer and it took an extra 3 and a half weeks to finish. During that time, I lost income and was not able to get certified by the health department. I kept calling for updates but no one ever called me back. I had to physically go to the shop to get an update and had to wait almost an hour to see the manager. When I picked up my trailer, the generator was not even put together and I had to get my own. The manager also tried to charge me $5000 instead of the agreed upon $4000. The work was not done well and there were greasy handprints on the walls and a cracked USB plate. I reached out to other customers and found out that this is a pattern with this company. It seems like they only care about big money and not small customers like me. I want to know why they treated me this way and lied to me.

I went to Premier Auto and RV on Aug. 6th and didn't get my vehicle back until Aug. 8th. They did repairs on my outlets, checked the level, and serviced the generator. On the 8th, their mechanic worked on the generator for about 30 minutes. I paid my bill and left. Three days later, the generator started making weird noises and shut down. The shop sent a guy named *** to check it out. He said the generator was overfilled with oil and drained some of it onto the ground. He told me to call the shop because the air filter probably had oil all over it. I called and spoke to *** who said the manufacturer shipped them overfilled oil containers in the kit they used to change the generator. *** told me to run the generator and see if it shuts down, but I didn't. I wrote a bad review on *** and was contacted by ***. Meanwhile, an outlet that was faulty started acting up again after I was told resetting the breaker would fix it. They sent someone to change it. I met with *** and told him about the situation and that I was double charged for the generator service. He said one charge of $189 was for the oil and spark plug, and the other $189 charge was for the air filter and fuel filter. The kit from the manufacturer is only $70. *** agreed to give me $189 back if I removed the bad review from ***, which I did, and wrote about the outlet repair. The generator was serviced again, but the parts were old and none of them had been changed by Premier. The spark plug was burned up, obviously the original one when the *** was bought. The oil was between clean and dirty, still overfilled. The fuel filter was pitted, worn, and stained from age. The air cleaner was filthy and had oil all over it. I kept the old parts and took pictures of them. They should have looked new since it was only 3 days after the service.
