Right Honda Terrible experience!

Terrible experience! The listed price on the car on the internet was $6000 less than what they charged for it. They over promise and under deliver with a lot of hidden fees. You agree to certain terms and they add extras to your financing and are not honest with you about it. They do not show you what you are signing. The financing paperwork on the USB jump drive that we were sent home with is inaccurate and incomplete. We have not been able to get the car registered in our state due to the incomplete paperwork provided. We recommend you call the financing company that you chose to use and ask for a copy of the title that will have the title number needed to register the vehicle. That was the only way we were able to get the required information to register the car in our state. Right Honda does not answer the phone or return phone calls. We have been trying for weeks to contact them and have left several messages. We do not recommend Right Honda for any car purchase.

Went for an regular oil change. Honda said 2 air filters were filthy and wanted $139 to change them. I had my husband check them out and I watched him pull out both the air filter and the one behind the glove box. Both were white and completely clean. I knew I had just changed mine. Im so disappointed in Right Honda.

Condescending and predatory. Typical "hard sell" dealership who won't offer the consumer a fair price.

Dealer, salesman, and finance department were very dishonest and lied about many aspects Told the seats were leather, it turns out they were vinyl. First, we were told that the warranty is still valid if I do some services to the car myself (engine oil change and filters) then after agreeing to buy the car they told me that it would void the warranty. The warranty manual allows doing service by oneself. Were given the price of the car and then when we're at the finance department to sign papers more costs were added. they were not clear on many aspects of the agreement and the story kept changing. They were not transparent or helpful in helping a customer make the right choice. After buying the car a lot of services that we were entitled to, were denied from us. After the car was bought on a loan we were required to provide pays stubs and references. Then after providing those, were asked to have someone from work to call honda. Also was asked that the references call honda. It was a huge mistake buying from them. I would strongly recommend going with some other dealership.

Bought my first car from here, but afterwards I realized they didnt give me the interest rate that we discussed over the phone or the payoff term. I received a letter in the mail informing me. I also realized they charged me for a bunch of other things like $2k for theft protection which they didnt review when they were reviewing the costs with me at the dealership. Did I get screwed over or what? Giving the two starts because I managed to find a dealership with inventory. Watch out and review all the fine print by yourself and dont count on them doing it with you. I still havent received the flash drive with all my purchase information that they forgot to give me the day or purchase. Im bummed to say the least.

Right Honda While dropping my vehicle off, I was welcomed by one of the car runners, they told me Service Advisor would be right with me

While dropping my vehicle off, I was welcomed by one of the car runners, they told me Service Advisor would be right with me. I was the only customer waiting. 10 minutes later I was told he was speaking to his boss. I am not sure of their philosophy but I would think helping a paying customer is more important than chit chatting with a manager ( it seemed rather casual since I could see them from my car). Then a couple had approached his desk from outside and he proceeded to assist them. Looking things up, making a phone call, things of that nature. 15 minutes later (when I was about to drive away in anger) he finally came out to assist. Oil change completed and I came back to get my car after he called back. I was assisted by the cashier and brought my receipt to car runner. After looking at the receipt and seeing that I had a *** Accord, he brings around a red CR-V. He says "here's your car sir" to which I answered, "where?, I have a *** Accord". He says "are you sure?"...really. He proceeded to locate my car. Quite a different experience, their service has gone down hill.

I just started leasing a 2022 Honda CR-V last week. I have never bought a new car before and was feeling stressed about the process. The sales manager was so helpful and thanked me a ton for being a teacher. He was the best and made sure my new car had every feature I was looking for (plus a bunch of extras!) He made me feel so at ease and joked around. He somehow made signing a bunch of paperwork fun! The sales manager and his team answered every question I had and made getting a new car so much fun! I am so happy I decided to visit Right Honda and started leasing with them! I am obsessed with my new car and love how kind every single employee I met there was!

I had a horrible experience with these guys. I was distracted by their sweet talk and got distracted into signing for a price point that I did not want. I was also at fault for not knowing better. I came to the dealership afternoon of 12/7 looking for a 2022 crv exl. The msrp on their website was not disclosed. I was met by an agent and a higher up named Zach. After going back and forth with the "desert package (tint, mud flaps, cargo mat, wheel locks) $1995" and "low inventory fee $2995", they were trying to convince me that these should be added to the msrp, we came to a verbal agreement of a price that was supposedly heavily "discounted" and a good price at that. I know that I could have gotten it cheaper outside but I just didn't want to prolong the haggling so I proceeded. A huge mistake was that I trusted them for what I was told. I mentioned that I did not want any additional add ons. This was when they went for their tactics to hide additional fees when financing was done. I made a downpayment of 15k and accepted their 1.9% in-house financing for the balance. They had me sign electronic documents in a rapid fashion so I was not able to review the numbers. They had no printouts and stored it all in a USB drive. Upon reviewing the USB at home to my surprise they had the vehicle priced differently plus several optional add ons were included which I declined at all at their finance office. First the base price went up, and items like 3M door/cup guards were added, resulting in a difference from the advertised MSRP. (I excluded the sales tax, document fee, title fees since these are all necessary) I tried calling them the next morning (less than 24hrs). At first I spoke with an agent who told me that he was just sales and he could not do anything with the price at finance. I was told to call someone at finance. I asked why my vehicle price was different from what we agreed on. He said that it was the price that the Desk Manager gave him instead of the verbal agreement we had. He told me that he kept mentioning to me multiple times in his office that he said the price won't be longer than what we discussed but never really mentioned the actual price. And that I kept on agreeing to paying a certain amount per month. He is very shady with the explanations while I was in his office. I also asked about the additional costs. He said that it was mentioned to me and that I signed it. I verbally declined everything he offered multiple times. It was probably because of how he explained it to me to "activate your security alarm". Which I thought was already part of the vehicle and that I do not have to pay for it. He basically was telling me since I signed the documents I agreed to all they wanted. No integrity at all. It was mission accomplished (or should I say commission accomplished) for them so why should they even care. I would strongly suggest that if you are a buyer the next time have everything printed out and sign on paper instead of the tablet and USB they provide. Scrutinize the itemized expenses because they pad it up. Do not go by trust and confidence alone since they do not have your best interest at all.

Right Honda I finally got my car after 45 days, its not very pleasant experience buying cars out of state from right honda

I finally got my car after 45 days, its not very pleasant experience buying cars out of state from right honda. Sales agent here are not honest and professional is like they work from swap meat before they work @ right honda, they promise something opposite what what they are going. This is the reason why you don't buy on a trusted dealership because you don't even know if they did everything that they supposed to do. When they handed me car the only thing I got is 1 key with a small paper saying buyers guide with vin#, the contract and the form to register the car was not given to me I don't now if the documents will fallow after they give you the car, no one informed me, not even my sales representative Danny S. I also been charged with reconditioning of the car I don't know what kind of reconditioning and what's included on that I just trust their word because I haven't see and test the car before they ship to my address. When I drive the car there is a large noise every time you step on break there also a smells like there is something burning on it, it's not really fair that you been charged with that type of service that it's not really done they pretend and lie that they did it but they did not. They don't have heart of compassion mostly kids are riding this van and they don't even bother to check it that's cold blooded. I email Matt winter but I don't think this guy care, that's why decided to just write comments so anyone can see it, and besides Mr. Matt will just say "we're sorry that you had that type of experience at right honda is always a standard answer. Hopefully this does not come back on you guys someday remember client/customer are one of the backbone why business are still standing.

Right Honda Shady, misleading and deceptive business practices!

Shady, misleading and deceptive business practices! Right Honda advertised a 2016 Mini Cooper for $15348 (still on their site) and after a few conversations to see if they would take $15000 for the vehicle, a sales manager called me back to inform me that they could sell it to me for $17,800!? He explained that there are 'costs' (window tint and a solution application) that they pass on the the customer to the tune of $2000 + $500 doc fee. I was shocked/astonished and quite frustrated that none of that information had been communicated to me. In the 30 years of buying cars in multiple states (including AZ), I have never encounter this. If the 'costs' are passed on to the customer, then DO THE RIGHT THING and simply display those 'cost' figures and add them to the sale price of $15348. Planting/hiding the 'cost' by placing it on the bottom of your site (which people rarely scroll down to) is deceptive and misleading. If the selling price is $17348, then simply advertise that price, instead of being sneaky about it. People generally look at the advertised price and contemplate that there will be a administrative/doc prep fee of a few hundred dollars...this is reasonable and ordinary and the dealer knows this. But what this dealership is doing in my opinion is misleading and borderline fraudulent. There's a 'right' way to do business and unfortunately 'Right Honda' is doing business the wrong way. The fact that you are admitting that you are separating the $2000 'cost' and burying it at the bottom of your page in SMALLER FONT (but in bold) again confirms your deceptive marketing tactics. Be honest and up front. Put the $2000 'cost' in the same size font next to the advertised price so the consumer quickly understands the price and doesn't have to go digging to uncover. This is an easy fix. Poor poor business practices!

Right Honda I was dealing with a Salesman who said my father's online application was reviewed and they could proceed.

I was dealing with a Salesman who told me they reviewed my father's online application and could proceed with a Honda Passport. They promised to reserve the car by placing it on the roof. I planned to visit on Tuesday with my dad. When I was about to pick him up, they requested proof of income last minute. Despite this, I prepared to go, only to be informed that the deal was approved for a limited sum and I'd need additional cash. This was frustrating as I had traveled an hour only to receive this news. When I called the finance manager, he defended the salesman. They only then disclosed the down payment requirement and limited approval amount. This should have been clarified earlier. He gave excuses and was uncertain about the store manager contacting me. I expressed my dissatisfaction and decided not to purchase from them or recommend them due to their poor business practices. I also mentioned the morning texts that were exchanged before this disappointing outcome.

Right Honda Typical car dealer with dishonest sales Pricing!

Typical car dealer with dishonest sales Pricing!I went to Right Honda after finding a vehicle I liked that was listed at 36k. I had previously texted the sales person that I could only do mid/low 30s and when we initially met in person he mentioned they had options from the low to mid 30s. With both these confirmations, I took time from my family and pregnant wife to come in. After an hour of working with the sales associate and several times mentioning my budget/price point, the sales associate sat me down and I was presented with almost 48k price Tag. They added almost 12k in taxes and fees. They not only did not honor the 36K base price but added ***, *** adjustment (5K), and extra miscellaneous fees beyond title and taxes. When I showed the sales associate the active listing of 36k, he said this is "why they put the disclaimer at the bottom" of each ad, so they can "cover themselves." The sales associate went on to describe how all the other dealers are doing the same thing. Since I did my research, I knew this wasn't true, as I received several out the door quotes of 40k from honest dealers. The Staff continued to defend their price, even with there follow up phone call.***'s number one concern was not the customer but their profits. There lack of moral compass destroyed my families trust in this dealership And took time from my family.I would strongly suggest you take your business to another dealer. It will save you a lot of pain. Now here comes the Right Honda's generic "misunderstanding response" where they talk about the cost of all the additional equipment (which I had none of that in this price) and they talk about how they try really hard to make these fees visible to the customers (which means they can do whatever they want in spite of their customers). They will then apologize but do nothing about it..."words without action" should be their motto.

Right Honda Is there an option for zero stars?

Is there an option for zero stars? Horrible customer service by the shark sales representatives. The sales representative used foul language towards not only in front of myself but in front of my girlfriend. I went in on Thursday to check out the great deal that I saw online. After talking with two representatives I was not pleased with the price or how they presented the numbers. I got up and left the dealership with a bad taste in my mouth. Friday morning comes around and the sales representative calls and blows up my phone to make a deal. I give this guy a chance... A chance for redemption to see if we could match the price. When trying to understand their counter offer I started asking a few follow up questions to clarify the numbers because their math was just not adding up from what I calculated. At this point, the representative told me to go [censored] myself and not to boss him around. Again, they had called me for this to follow up with this deal. I could hear the representative had me on speakerphone and had his coworkers could be heard laughing in the background. When asking for the manager to understand why this representative was being so aggressive towards me I was told, "I'll let him know to call ya.." and the sales representative hung up on me. I am extremely disappointed because I was excited to make a purchase with Right Honda but after this horrid experience and reading other bad reviews on google. It is extremely important for other potential customers to know what they will be getting into if they try to do business with Right Honda. I would have been satisfied if the representative let me know we could not come to an agreement but he ended the conversation with hanging up the phone on the customer. I was able to get the General Manager's information off the Right Honda "Meet Our Staff" and leave a voicemail. I am waiting to hear back from him. On his LinkedIn profile, he prides himself on being a problem solver. I hope he can at least give us a call to apologize for what transpired.

Right Honda I live in a different city in Arizona, but purchased a vehicle at Right Honda in Scottsdale that was still under warranty

I live in a different city in Arizona, but purchased a vehicle at Right Honda in Scottsdale that was still under warranty. I specifically asked if my vehicle could be serviced at any dealership and was told yes, absolutely. A couple months after owning the vehicle, the center console started malfunctioning. No big deal I thought, the vehicle is still under warranty, so I'll just take it to the local dealership to get fixed. The local dealership ordered new parts, but when it came time to fix the issue, I was told they couldn't work on the vehicle because Right Honda installed an aftermarket remote start that might have voided the warranty. I thought, that's right, the salesperson at Right Honda sold us the remote start device, but no one bothered to mention the warranty would be voided and I would have to have the vehicle serviced 200 miles away from where I live! The manager of the local dealership reached out to the manager in Scottsdale to see if there was a solution/compromise that could be worked out, but I was told I was out of luck. Either pay out of pocket, or have the vehicle serviced in Scottsdale. Basically, the only options were the most inconvenient and costly solutions possible, and the folks at Right Honda were not accommodating in any way. If I could have gotten a loaner vehicle, I wouldn't have needed to take time off work, but they wouldn't even do that! So, I've been in Scottsdale for the last 5 days staying in hotels and a friend's house, I've taken 4 days off work - Friday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday - and the job is taking longer than expected so I'm still here in Scottsdale! I can't recommend this company, they have had no interest in helping me, other than to repair an issue under warranty that might have been caused by the remote start device that they installed. Also, when I dropped the vehicle off to get fixed, I was told that 770 dollars worth of fluids need to be replaced as well. So, I guess they didn't replace any of the fluids before they sold the vehicle to me? I haven't even had the vehicle for a full year yet.

Right Honda Drove 2 hours to buy a 2019 Ridgeline from Right

Drove 2 hours to buy a 2019 Ridgeline from Right. Advertised price online was very good. Prior to going, we exchanged emails with Scott, their internet sales manager, who told us the financing was 1.9% for 60 months, and that the sales tax rate in Scottsdale was 8.4%. We drove the truck and it was nice. It had not been thoroughly cleaned and had a small rock chip in the windshield (not deal killers). What killed the deal was when we were told that the price had increased by about $5k due to dealer add-ons, including window tint, "reconditioning" of the truck, door guards, etc. We requested none of this, and we saw no evidence of anything substantial being done to the truck. The truck was used, and a local trade in, so it already had window tint. "Reconditioning" was an obscure term, and again, we didn't ask for whatever it was, but were being charged for it. We were told that the fine print in the internet ad said that the price listed did not include dealer add-ons. Is there any limit as to what they add, OR what you are charged? Apparently not. Ultimately, they dropped the charges for the add-ons to $1,700, which makes one wonder where the $5,000.00 extra came from? After a rather heated conversation regarding the add-ons and the charges to warranty the add-ons for which we didn't ask, we were told that the 1.9% interest rate was not available on Ridgelines and we would be charged 2.9%. That was the last straw! The original listed price was unnecessarily increased without notice, the interest rate emailed to us (yes, it's in writing) was not available, so we left in angst, after wasting a day and driving 4 hours round trip. Basically, we feel this dealership treated us unethically and will charge you for superfluous add-ons that apparently are entirely at their discretion as well. Don't believe what you are told, even if you ask directly. Their objective appears to be to lure you in, then take more money from you. They were only partially successful with us, and I hope potential customers will read this and go elsewhere.

I reached out by phone and e-mail to the finance director who never contacted me back. Finally the finance person Jeremy French reaches out for me to sign my 3rd contract with Right Honda. Not happy with their business practices and lack of customer service and empathy.

Right Honda Unfortunately we purchase a vehicle here 3 weeks ago

Unfortunately we purchase a vehicle here 3 weeks ago. We went in and they had extra fees that were not disclose before we drove 2 hours to get to the premises. After negotiating he mention that the fees extras were because the car had some extra features such as tint and door and door handle covers and the car was wax so the paint didn't go bad. I advise the sales agent ( yousiff and manager rich ) that the car had no tint they said I was incorrect I advised them to go ahead and inspect the vehicle and they did and came back and said I was correct. When leaving the property I realized the front windshield had a crack on it advised the manager rich about this issue and he said that they couldn't change it but to came back to get it replaced I advised we drove 2 hours to get to them that I couldn't do that again due to work. He said he will mail a 300 dollar check to solve the issue I advise I didn't know how much was the glass after shopping around the glass is 395 plus tax and that is the cheapest in my town so I call to speak with rich and have left over 4 messages and he has never called back so we are left with a crack windshield lied about tint on the vehicle and now I will have to go thru my insurance to get windshield replace . Hopefully they reply to my ComplaintsBoard.com complain and this one since I already tried all the normal steps to get someone to answer my calls. Sucks that we spend over 20k so receive misleading info and no call backs
