Excellent response, customer service and workmanship. Working with Schmari from Premier Roofing and Siding took the worry out of the roofing process. This is a great company. Sam and Keith were very professional and provided exceptional customer service. I love the work their team performed with my roof replacement. The clean up was very good and thorough. I would recommend Premier Roofing LLC to anyone who is looking to get a roof replacement.

Plain and simple, I paid Keith from Premier Roofing and Siding close to $7,000 because my mom's old house has a few roof leaks. His team put shingles on the house but the roof still leaks in a few places. I've reached out to Keith numerous times. He claims he will "take care of it". Still a year later, the roof still leaks.

Great company. I worked with Sam. He was extremely professional and very nice. He was able to get my roof approved after previous roof companies couldn't in the past. The owner was also very hands on and reachable. Which is what I loved the most. Great company to work with. Will be referring Sam to everyone!

I recently needed my roof replaced, and I was recommended to Premier Roofing and Siding LLC. I spoke to a Keith Johnson. I've had contractors in the past, but never one like Mr. Johnson. He walked me through the whole process with ease, very clear and transparent. The job they did was very professional, and it was completed the same day. They cleaned up after they were finished. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them in the future.

After 2 years that my insurance refuse to fix my roof I finally found a company that helped me.
They promised me they will make my insurance pay for a new roof and they did. Very professional and on time. I recommend these guys. Met the owner Keith Johnson and I knew he would be reliable in the replacement of my roof and in home repairs due to a leaking roof. He was very professional and dependable. if he gave you a time to show up he was there "on time" and very patient to answer all my questions. Premier Roofing was very responsive upon my request for roof replacement. Initially I had another company scheduled for inspection but they were a no show-no call. I contacted Premier and they were able to get to me within 24 hours of my call, evaluated my home and set up the recommended work for my roof. Great team and very professional. Thank you Premier Roofing and Siding. I was such a skeptic. I had no less than 4-5 roofers a day ringing my doorbell, but none set me at ease like Premier Roofing and Siding. Excellent customer service and timely completion of work. Keith, the owner met with us and provided detailed information on the process of communicating with the insurance. Keith explained the work, prior to the roofers coming out to the house. The team was very professional and made sure to clean up after pulling down the old shingles. Keith, the owner was always a phone call or text away from resolving any issues you might encounter as well. At the end of the project, he walked around with us ensuring we were happy with the finished product. I can go on, but the 5-star review should say it all. Hello my name is John Smith husband and i needed to have our roof repaired secondary to wind damage. as well as our siding. We were recommended by a family friend to contact Premier Roofing; We were both extremely satisfied by the exquisite workmanship and accuracy and reliability. and attention to detail that was provided along with any questions or concerns that we had. The company's representative Mr Rene Pender was very knowledgeable about any questions and concerns. and after our first meeting with him. knew that we had made the right choice. Their prices are reasonable as well. On any given day. i would recommend this company to our family and neighbors and friends.

The roofing installers were prompt, professional and worked diligently to remove and install my new roof. The roofers worked extremely well together, it was very apparent that they were very versed in their craft. The way they handled the materials, and moved around on that roof was utterly amazing, as my roof has a very steep pitch.
In addition to that, the owner was on site at various times, throughout the installation process, to ensure that, they were adhering to code, and working efficiently. He made sure he connected with me to keep me abreast of the process, and to ask if I had any questions or concerns. I am very happy with my new roof. It gives new life to my home. This is an awesome company, and I have no reservations about recommending them to my family and friends. After I found some leaks in my ceiling, I contacted this company for help, and Keith came to my house the very next day. He was very professional, knew what he was talking about, and it was clear that he wanted to help me get to the bottom of my problem. We did a walkthrough of the problem area and roof, and Keith advised that it was likely the roof itself, and that an inspection would be done. Keith made all the necessary arrangements, from the inspection, insurance approval, replacement of the roof, inhouse repair through debris removal. All of this was done with exemplary customer care and service. He made sure I knew what was going on and answered all of the questions I had from start to finish. The work crews were great and knew what they were doing, and did it on time. From my initial contact with Keith until the job was done, the company made sure I was happy and completely satisfied with there with everything they were doing. Premier is the company for me and it's my honor to leave this review.

Premier Roofing & Siding did a great job in replacing my roof and repairs necessary to the ceilings from inside leaks. The owner of this company was very responsive from the first call to come look at our roof until all repairs were done.

He was also on site with the visit from our insurance adjuster as well as the day the roofing was replaced and ceilings repaired. There was a problem with not having enough felt material on site the day the roofing began and as soon as he was aware of the issue, he immediately stopped the workers on the roof and went to the warehouse to get the materials needed to finish the job. The roofers themselves were very courteous, hard working people. My roof was completed in one day and the cleanup around my house was impeccable. The same held true for the company used to do our ceiling work. That gentleman was very courteous and respectful of the inside of our home. That work was done in one day and he also provided impeccable clean up after his work was finished. Our ceilings look as if no leaks every happened.

Mr. [Owner's Name] was very attentive to us through the whole process addressing all our questions and concerns. He is a very customer service oriented business owner and someone who delivers the quality work he says he will deliver. He is a man of his word! He made sure that we were totally satisfied with all work on the roof and inside with the ceilings. We were very pleased with all his services and feel like we have made a new friend. Simply put, I paid $6,500 to Keith Johnson, owner of Premier Roofing and Siding LLC, to put a new roof on my house and fix the few leaking roof spots. He did put shingles on and they look good. However, my roof still leaks in those same spots. He gave me a 5-year warranty. But the leak appeared the next time it rained. I've spoken with him a few times and he assured me that he would have the leaks fixed. It's been almost a year and he hasn't been back to my house to finish the job.
