Premium Poly Patios Defective and dangerous rocking chairs

I bought 8 rocking chairs. 4 of the 8 backs have snapped off the chair base. This company refuses to credit me for these chairs because I can not send back to company. The cost of sending back the useless briken chairs will cost me more than their actual value. I did this company a favor by pointing out the defect. I'm sure there is a long list of customers with the exact same issue.

Recommendation: Be careful buying products from this company. Look elsewhere.

Premium Poly Patios Mixed Review: Quality Furniture but Frustrating Delivery and Assembly Process

I recently purchased a bartop set and two additional chairs from Premium Poly Patios, and while I am happy with the overall quality of the furniture, I did experience some frustrating issues during the delivery and assembly process.

To start, the table was initially delivered at normal height instead of bar height, which was a bit of a disappointment. Then, when I received the correct table, I found that two screws had fallen out due to stripped holes in the factory. This made assembly more difficult and time-consuming than it should have been.

But the real kicker came when I was assembling the final chair and discovered that two screws were completely missing from a part that had been assembled in the factory. This was a major quality issue that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

To make matters worse, I also found that several screw heads had burrs and required filing to smooth out. While these may seem like minor issues, they added up to a lot of headaches and frustration during the assembly process.

Despite these issues, I do have to say that the furniture itself is quite robust and well-made. However, the lack of support on the table does result in a slight wobble, which is not ideal. While customer service did try to help by sending me two screws to put in the stripped holes, this felt like a silly solution and did not fully address the inconvenience I had experienced.

Overall, I would rate the quality of the furniture as a 1, due to the various issues I encountered during assembly. The service I received would get a 2 out of 5, as while there were some moments of helpfulness, the overall experience was marred by the quality issues. And finally, I would give the product itself a 5 out of 5, as it is a sturdy and well-made piece of furniture.

Premium Poly Patios Premium Poly Patios' Poor Customer Service Leaves Much to Be Desired

I recently had the opportunity to order two beautiful rocking chairs from Premium Poly Patios (poly-lumber-furniture.com), and although one arrived in great condition, I was extremely disappointed to find that the second chair had some production defects that made it impossible to assemble correctly. Despite my initial disappointment, I held out hope that the customer service would be responsive and helpful in addressing this issue. Unfortunately, it has now been three months since I first contacted the company about this problem, and I still haven't received a replacement piece.

I can't emphasize enough how important it is to have quality customer service when ordering furniture online. While I can certainly understand that manufacturing defects can occur from time to time, it's the response from the company that really sets them apart. In this case, I'm sorry to say that the customer service from Premium Poly Patios has been woefully inadequate. After sending pictures of the defects as requested, I didn't receive any response for quite some time. When I finally spoke with a representative, they promised to email me with details on how to return the chair, but I'm still waiting for that email two weeks later.

Needless to say, my porch still looks incomplete without that second rocker, and I'm extremely frustrated by the lack of urgency from Premium Poly Patios. Ultimately, I don't think I would order from this company again. While their furniture is no doubt beautiful, it's clearly not worth the hassle if there are quality issues and the customer service is subpar. I hope that other potential customers will take heed of my experience and consider other Polywood furniture companies before committing to this one.

Premium Poly Patios Disappointing Experience with Premium Poly Patios: Lack of Communication and Order Cancellation

Back in the middle of July 2020, we decided to place an order with Premium Poly Patios for a custom cushion to go with our beautiful Polywood chaise. We were very excited about the prospect of finally having that cozy seating area we had been dreaming about for such a long time.

However, as time passed, we began to get a little bit worried because we hadn't received any updates or confirmation that our order had been shipped. We decided to reach out to Premium Poly Patios a few times just to check in and see if there was any news.

We were informed that there were some delays and that our order would be shipped soon, which was a relief at the time. However, as the weeks went by, we still hadn't received anything in the mail.

After a few months had gone by, we checked in with Premium Poly Patios once again, hoping that maybe this time there would be some good news. Unfortunately, this was not the case.

We were told that our order had been canceled by the cushion department because they were not able to fulfill our order. Not only that, but Premium Poly Patios advised us that we were never charged for our order, adding an extra layer of confusion to this already frustrating situation.

It's disappointing to hear that our order was unable to be fulfilled, and we wish that we had been given a more satisfactory explanation. The lack of communication and transparency from Premium Poly Patios left us feeling extremely disappointed and uneasy.

We understand that delays and unforeseen circumstances can happen, but we would have appreciated if Premium Poly Patios could have been more forthcoming about the situation. We hope that in the future they will improve their communication and keep their customers more informed.

Let's talk about Premium Poly Patios (poly-lumber-furniture.com). If you're considering buying from this company, I urge you to proceed with caution. While it's understandable that shipping times may be impacted due to current circumstances, my experience with this company has been incredibly frustrating.

When I initially reached out to place my order, I was given an estimated shipping time of 7-12 days. Unfortunately, that timeframe came and went without any updates or communication from the company. Despite attempting to reach out via phone and email, it took several attempts and multiple days to receive a response.

Eventually, I received an update that my items would ship within the week- but they didn't. Instead, I was recently told that my items are backordered and won't be shipped for another 4-6 weeks. It's disappointing to receive conflicting information and delayed shipping times.

In addition to the shipping issues, I discovered that my complaints and concerns left in the comment section on their Facebook page were deleted not once, but twice. This lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I will not be buying from Premium Poly Patios again and have requested a cancellation of my order. While poly-lumber-furniture.com may offer high-quality products, the lack of communication and transparency in my shopping experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. Premium Poly Patios Premium Poly Patios Review: Frustration and Disappointment Turns into Relief Thanks to Filing Complaint with Attorney General

The experience with Premium Poly Patios (poly-lumber-furniture.com) left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. While the initial order process went smoothly and my card was immediately charged for nearly $1,800, I waited for almost three months before finally receiving any indication that my furniture would soon be on its way. Unfortunately, even after weeks of trying to contact customer service, I found myself unable to get through by phone and receiving only sparse responses from the zicominc.com email address.

Feeling at a loss as to what to do next, I decided to turn to online reviews to see what others had experienced. That's when I came across reviews.birdeye.com and saw the advice to file a complaint with the state's Attorney General's office.

While initially intimidated by the thought of dealing with such a formal process, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and straightforward it turned out to be. Within minutes, I had filed my complaint online and forwarded it to both daniel at Poly-Lumber-Furniture.com and helpdesk at zicominc.com. Imagine my astonishment when, within just a few hours of filing the complaint, I received a full refund!

While the overall experience with Premium Poly Patios was not what I had hoped for, I do appreciate that the company ultimately did the right thing and returned my money. I hope that, in the future, they will work to improve their communication with customers and ensure that everyone receives their orders in a timely and efficient manner.

Premium Poly Patios Proceed with Caution: A Warning Review of Premium Poly Patios' Poor Business Practices

Potential customers should proceed with caution when considering purchasing from Premium Poly Patios. As a dissatisfied customer, I urge you to think twice before placing an order with this company. My personal experience with Premium Poly Patios has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.

I placed an order with Premium Poly Patios on June 2nd, and as of September 12th, I still have not received my merchandise. To make matters worse, I have not been able to get in touch with anyone at the company to inquire about the status of my order. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service department via email, I have yet to receive a response. To add insult to injury, I am unable to call customer service as a recording informs me that they are not taking calls at this time.

To make matters worse, Premium Poly Patios charged my account $642 immediately after my order was placed but has failed to deliver the promised product. As a customer, it is extremely discouraging to have to resort to writing negative reviews and warning other potential customers about a company's poor business practices.

Therefore, I strongly recommend that you do not do business with Premium Poly Patios. Based on my personal experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone. It is imperative that you find another company that values customer service and promotes honesty and integrity in their business practices. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment that I have had to endure by looking elsewhere for your furniture needs.

I recently placed an order with Premium Poly Patios (poly-lumber-furniture.com), almost three weeks ago to be precise, and have yet to receive any updates regarding my purchase. While I understand that production times may vary, I have attempted to reach out to the Order Team multiple times with no response. Additionally, the chat service offered by the company has been unmanned thus far, leaving me with no additional means of communication.

Upon checking my order status online, I did see that my product was still in production. However, the lack of communication from the company is unsettling and leaves me feeling uncertain about when I can expect to receive my order. It is frustrating to have already paid for a product, only to have to consistently chase down the company for updates. As a customer, I expect transparency and honest communication from companies I do business with.

While I understand that issues can arise in any business, it is unacceptable to leave customers feeling frustrated and ignored. I recently ordered a set of rockers from Premium Poly Patios - an online store specializing in high-quality poly lumber furniture. My order was placed just before Memorial Day and everything seemed to be going smoothly. However, after a few weeks, I became curious about the status of my order and decided to reach out to the company to inquire about any possible delays. It turns out that COVID-19 was indeed causing some issues for the company, and things were delayed. While I was a bit frustrated at the time, I understood that these are unprecedented times, and delays are to be expected. I even considered canceling my order, but the company offered me a discount to stay on board, which was a nice gesture.

Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse when the chairs finally arrived. One of them was missing a crucial piece that prevented me from assembling it completely. I immediately reached out to the company again, hoping to get some assistance, but to my surprise, I did not receive any response for three weeks. To me, this was completely unacceptable. While I know that COVID-19 has caused many businesses to struggle, I still expected the company to be responsive to simple inquiries and issues.

Overall, I do think that the products offered by Premium Poly Patios are of good quality. However, my experience with the company was tainted by their lack of organization and responsiveness. Premium Poly Patios Frustrating Experience with Premium Poly Patios - Proceed with Caution!

In August 2020, my family and I took the plunge and decided to purchase some outdoor furniture for our backyard from Premium Poly Patios. We ended up ordering a lovely conversation set piece, which arrived in excellent condition and looked fantastic in our outdoor space. What we were not prepared for, however, was the frustrating experience we had with the dining set that we also purchased.

Despite receiving a notification that the dining set had been shipped, we never actually received it. After a week of trying to get in touch with Premium Poly Patios via phone and email, I finally managed to speak to a representative who informed me that the item wouldn't be shipped until December 3rd. While I understand that COVID has made things challenging for many businesses, it was disappointing to have received such confusing communication.

To make matters worse, my credit card was charged for the full order even though I had yet to receive the most expensive item I had ordered. I tried every avenue of communication I could think of to resolve this issue and get the charges reversed until the product shipped, but didn't receive any response from the company.

As much as I loved the conversation set we ordered and the quality of the products we did receive, the experience we had with the dining set was frustrating and led to significant issues with billing. Given our experience, I would advise potential customers to proceed with caution when ordering from Premium Poly Patios.

Premium Poly Patios Unacceptable Service and Communication: My Experience with Premium Poly Patios

I recently had an experience with Premium Poly Patios, and unfortunately it was not a positive one. While their furniture is at a premium price, I encountered several problems after placing my order. Firstly, part of my order took over a month to ship - this is not acceptable in my opinion, especially given that my credit card was charged immediately upon order confirmation.

To make matters worse, their phone system and chat feature have been disabled, meaning that you have no way of easily getting in touch with them. When I emailed them to inquire about wrong hardware being sent with my order, I was met with radio silence. Their instructions indicated that I should have received bolts with square head screwdrivers, but instead I received carriage bolts. Despite providing them with reference numbers, they claimed to never have received my email - and when I messaged them I was met with rudeness and further unhelpfulness.

Unfortunately, looking at their Facebook page it seems that I am not alone in this experience. Many customers are being charged for products that they never receive, and they are unable to get a response from the company. It's concerning to see that they have turned off ratings on their Facebook page, as it suggests that they are aware of these issues but are not willing to address them.

All things considered, I recommend staying away from this company. While their furniture may look nice, the hassle and frustration of trying to work with them is simply not worth it.

Premium Poly Patios High-Quality American-Made Outdoor Furniture, But Disappointing Customer Service: My Experience with Premium Poly Patios

When searching for outdoor furniture that is made in the USA, I stumbled upon Premium Poly Patios. Excited to support American-made products, I decided to purchase a few chairs and a side table for my backyard from their website, poly-lumber-furniture.com. The furniture arrived promptly and I was pleasantly surprised by how well-made and sturdy it was. I was able to assemble the furniture without any trouble, even though I'm not particularly handy.

Unfortunately, my positive experience took a turn when I realized that the table I had ordered was missing from the shipment. After waiting a week for a response by email - as I couldn't seem to find a phone number for customer service - I finally received a response from a representative who spoke to me in a snotty tone. She informed me that the chairs and table were actually sourced from different companies, which I had not been made aware of in the email I received saying both items had shipped.

After waiting for a total of five weeks, my table finally arrived, but the legs didn't fit correctly and thus, I couldn't assemble it properly. I left a message with Premium Poly Patios to try and resolve this issue, but I never received a response. On the other hand, when I called Berlin Gardens, a different company, they were extremely responsive and quickly helped me fix my issue.

Overall, while the furniture itself is high-quality, I was extremely disappointed by the customer service experience I had with Premium Poly Patios. I feel that their response time was slow and unhelpful, with a representative who wasn't particularly kind or professional in their communication. Due to this experience, I will likely look for outdoor furniture from a different company, where I can trust that customer service will be responsive and helpful should any issues arise.
