Everything our pool experience was great!
Everything our pool experience was great! Not perfect because what pool company isnt going to have mess *** or what not?! With everything going on with pandemic and things out of stock and getting the contractors here I believe 3 months exactly to have my pool done is awesome! It honestly would have been sooner if we didnt have so many rain out days. Im pleased with our salesman *** along with the project manager *** and staff! Thank you again Presidential Pools for a great experience for our first time building a pool! -The Holguins
They show up for their money!
They show up for their money! We had to fight them every step to get contractors in and to keep the build going. Then after the last check was picked up by Rob, we had a very angry guy show up and throw some salt into it and zip tie up the power cord rendering the slide and waterfall useless. We fought for a week and finally Andrew in servicing, who sounded like he could not care less, said in 4 days a guy would be out. Awful customer service. Maybe 2.5 weeks after the pool was done we will get to use it? Also, the deck looks awful and no one cares as no walk through has been done ever. Andrew claims next week someone will do it. I doubt it ever gets fixed.

Presidential goes above and beyond; they set a very high standard of customer service and satisfaction! We love our Presidential pool. Our technician was prompt, professional, and exceeded our expectations in every way.
Service was fast and problem was solved! Great customer service!
No can do with this company. I've had 2 pools built, most recent being within 2 1/2 years. Each time, I had quotes and designs from perspective contractors within a week. Not here, even meeting in person. It took 4 months to have Presidential send me a a College rule lined piece of paper with nothing that resembled a pool, even after I gave them the blue prints of the pool I wanted (measurements, depth, features, decking, etc.) Still no quote, but being passed off to another rep who failed to do the same.Sorry, but if you aren't honest, can't produce a product, and are lost in translation, you have no business with me. I feel sorry for those that are still waiting for a pool that was supposed to be done a mile ago.GR
The only good thing I have to say about Presidential Pools is that they cannot possibly lower the bar further. For a company who claims they are the largest pool builder in Arizona, their communication and project management skills are shocking to say the least.I cannot wait for my project to be done so I never have to deal with them again. Will not recommend this company to anyone.

My pool was supposed to be done by April. It has been sitting for over a month now with no work on it. There have been multiple other times when it would sit for weeks with no work being done. This time they say they can't get the pavers due to the pandemic. I understand this is an issue but the pavers I selected are very common. Find them somewhere else. It shouldn't be that difficult. Every time I'm told by the sales manager he will have an update for me by a certain day he never gets back to me, I have to email him and I always get the same response that he is meeting with paver companies and will have an update by the end of the week. Well, end of week comes with no response everytime. I have to then reach out again to get the same runaround response. One time he literally told me "I'm sorry I failed you I don't know what else to do I'm wiping my hands of this now". Seriously? How about you find a solution!? To say I'm very upset would be an understatement. Wish I didn't have to write this but I don't know what else to do. I will update this if they ever decide to actually figure out a solution.
As a new owner of a home with a pool and with no prior pool experience I contracted with them for an assessment of our equipment and info on use and maintenance. The tech spent over an hour, giving me detailed info and responses to all questions. Very positive experience and money well spent.
Bad communication, after signed contract almost 3months excavation didn't happen yet. Suppose to be done 2weeeks ago no respond any of them and respond excuses... each step if they do this way prob will take more than year to finish pool. I am very frustrating cannot communicate with anyone.I am wondering if owner knows this situations."
I cannot in good faith recommend this company to anyone
I cannot in good faith recommend this company to anyone.. Pool excavation started in February and 7 months later my pool is still not complete. We are now on our 4th project manager. There is zero communication unless it is initiated by me, and then it is all lies. The workmanship is terrible, pool was supposed to be ready for pebble tech last week and we were told that payment would be due in full. In good faith we paid our final payment, only to find out that there are issues with the shotcrete and the pebble tech cannot be completed until that is resolved. We were told that the shotcrete would be repaired in two days its now been seven. This whole project has been a nightmare with no end in sight and now we have no leverage because we have paid them in full.
Had a rather large upgrade done. A new Intellicenter control, Pentair VSF pump, Pentair heater, and more. Job was done on schedule, and nicely. Small follow up adjustment was also done promptly and well. I would recommend this company.
Presidential pools built ours. They have always answered any questions and work/repairs have always been done so well over the last 5 years. They have very fair prices. I will never use another pool company.
Since I can't get anywhere with Presidential despite having to speak with the owner back in October I want to put by job # on this post because this company doesn't care. Job #200918 Clayton is what I'm known as to Presidential Pools. I put money down the first week of June . Next week will be 10 months since they officially started the project and they still can't tell me when it will be completed. The pool we are building is a standard 15X30 rectangle. It is not a super custom or complicated job. There has not been one apology for the delays. I just got assigned my third project manager today. They do not communicate at all. You have to reach out to them. You have to manage the project managers. I made the mistake of using their in house landscape company Sanctuary and it is radio silence from them as well. They've blamed it on Covid, they've blamed it on their supply chain but I've had family and friends use other company's and started their pool and pergola project 6-8 months after we signed the contract with Presidential and those projects got completed! There issues are company specific and not related to pools in general otherwise other people would not be getting their pools completed in 50-75% the time it is taking them to complete my project. From their customer service, project managers, sub contractors, supply chain/procurement and executives all of it is lacking. I would not recommend them to anyone ever. I was told it might be 1-3 more months to complete because the pergola is on back order. When we asked how that could be when they should have ordered in June when we signed the contract we were told they don't order the materials until they need them. There just in time inventory model doesn't work. Expect delays, frustrations, aggravation, and little to know communication from this company. I don't know if they got comfortable from their success in prior decades and are a shadow of the company they once were, are in financial duress or just no longer value or care about their customers but my experience is the worst of any company experience I have ever had in 40+ years of life. Design guy was great, but once the hand off occurs you are screwed. At least I was. Imagine taking over a year to build a pool, pathetic! Over two months ago they completed the shotcrete. I'm still staring at the shotcrete. Up until very recently their website communicated they could build a pool in just over 2 months but almost nothing has gotten finished in the last two months. This was after waiting over 4 months for them to excavate. You will love looking at the dirt in your back yard if you choose this company. Almost forgot, for 6 weeks I've had motor mix bags and other materials on the front sidewalk. These materials are not covered and have been rained on multiple times. I asked for these items to get moved to the back yard because it looks horrible and the HOA was not happy about it. They came and only moved half of the items after 4 weeks and still to this day the materials are out front. I could go on and on but I think you get a good idea of my experience thus far. Some pics attached of issues that I haven't even brought up to them yet as I feel their project managers should be doing quality control on their sub contractors but if you choose Presidential you will have to do that for them as well.
Zero communication and terrible customer service
Zero communication and terrible customer service. They are sloppy and everything was done poorly. Still trying to get them to make things right but they are impossible to talk to or deal with. Very unprofessional and I would never recommend them to anyone! Our salesperson, Ryan, was friendly and our pool was completed "on time" for the most part but those are the only positive experiences we had. The company responded to my Google review stating they were resolving the issue. In case anyone thought that Presidential Pools actually resolved anything "offline"... they did not. I am still being transferred to different people within the company to avoid fixing what they did. They ruined our existing pavers and refuse to help fix them. They are arguing with me and I still do not recommend them. Save yourself the hassle and find a different company!
This company made several mistakes on the new build of my pool
This company made several mistakes on the new build of my pool. I have tried in every way to work with them. I keep catching more mistakes as they continue the project. It has been 7 months since they began. Errors consists of red outline on ground brought to their attention in many forms. Pre-construction revisions that did my get carried out. Errors in rebar/shotcrete on Baja shelf and stairs. Wrong plans. Paver outline incorrect. Pavers borders. Pavers too close to community wall. The hand rail incorrect color. Grout color they did but consult me on or polymeric sand color. Lack of follow up or calls from the company officials. Right now waiting to get a change order corrected. All pool equipment still needs installed and corrected. Certified grade in exactions trench area needs corrected. Holes in wall by gate need to be repaired due to them moving my gate. Irrigation broken off issues.
We just had a pool, spa and outdoor kitchen project done by Presidential here in the Tucson area
We just had a pool, spa and outdoor kitchen project done by Presidential here in the Tucson area. Frankly I'm conflicted in writing this review. We are happy with the quality of the final project and found the sales staff and technicians to be generally helpful and responsive. But the entire experience for us was soured by a Construction Project Manager who was entirely inflexible and lacking in common sense, communication skills or even the vaguest concept of customer service. That made for a frustrating and disappointing experience. The project took well over the 10 to 12 weeks quoted. In fact, as of today (after 18 plus weeks and after multiple requests) we are still waiting for the final punch list to be completed despite repeated commitments to get it done. While a supervisor intervened here and there over the length of the construction project to move things along, a lack of accountability in the organization resulted in very poor customer service. Overall, good outcome but miserable journey.

Would NOT recommend Presidential
Would NOT recommend Presidential. I agree with everything in a previous review on 5/27 from Terry M. They have bragged to us twice about booking "the most jobs they've ever had", which is resulting in a lengthy, choppy timeline, lack of care for the customer, and extremely poor communication. Our sales experience with Mike felt cold and mechanical. Barely had any communication with our first PM Lance, our second PM Gary has been better but he's in the crappy position of having to clean up all the missed contractor deadlines and other messes. Unprofessional contractors (working an hour at a time, leaving trash and beer cans in the front yard, leaving water hose on and bursting the hose, etc) They ripped through the wiring that runs our automatic sprinkler system which means we have been hand watering our entire property for 3 months. You would think being the #1 pool builder in AZ that their so called 'expertise' would have had some ideas on how to avoid this costly and easily avoidable mistake. We are currently about 3 weeks past the timeframe when they said pool would be completed. We have gone as long as 2 weeks without any work being done or communication from presidential. Lots of missed completion dates, and lots of unanswered emails. Their finance dept sure knows how to email though, they want to make sure they're getting their money! But no response regarding anything else. Presidential has lost any personal care for the customer experience. They are all about getting the contract signed and cashing those checks.
Very disillusioned with this company and their after sales behavior
Very disillusioned with this company and their after sales behavior. Please think carefully before using them. Our pool was installed in late 2014 and to give them credit this part of the process was well handled. The problems began later. We are winter residents and were sold a top end AquaCal heat pump which was supposed to both heat and cool our water. This piece of equipment has been an issue since the warranty expired. This is the first summer that we have been in Arizona and wanted to use to the cooling feature, only to be greeted with an error code and another repair estimate. So, in five and a half years of part-time use only, this $5500 heat pump will have cost us $3200 in repairs. Following my July 20 Yelp review to this effect I received a sympathetic response from Ken C. from Presidential. I immediately responded asking if they would discuss this with AquaCal on our behalf. Clearly my heat pump is a lemon. After multiple follow-up messages to Ken I finally received a reply from their service department on August 24, over one month after this began, telling me that nothing could be done as the warranty period was over. I knew that from the start! In a thirty five year working career in senior management positions in retail buying functions and in the home building industry, I know that when an important client asks a manufacturer for help supporting one of their customers with an unusual problem, that they normally come through with something. So whether the issue here lies with Presidential or with AquaCal, I now have no option but to go ahead with the latest repair -- this one at $1200.

We signed a contract in January and still do not have a pool
We signed a contract in January and still do not have a pool. The pool started in April and 18 weeks later we don't even have the tile completed. We have ran into weeks without any work being done and no update from anyone at Presidential. If I want an update I have to reach out first rather than someone coming to me with constant updates. I've asked for continuous updates even if the news is bad just so I know what is going on. I've asked that from multiple people at the company, promised it would happen to get me off the phone and then I don't hear from them again. I had a tile company show up last week (2 months after shotcrete was done) to leave the job half finished (without telling anyone) because the spa was overpoured and off center by 1.5 inches. I now have another contractor out here to level it out so that the tile can be laid evenly without cracking. This should not have happened and if it did it should've been noticed 2 months ago, not now. Full details attached.

I want to filets complain on Presidential pool because i had hired them to build my pool back in Feb.2021 and they came in and damaged my whole property and they stared the excavation with holes all over my back yeard and damaged even my neighbors area. This issue keep happing. The company is coming every 4-5 weeks to do the job that takes about 1-2 hours *** and leaving. This is being going on since march. I keep asking them and emailing them on when will the project be finish and they don't reply to me. I keep getting the same answer where the project manager keep saying i don't have a date. This is crazy they are doing the work and they don't want to tell us when it will be done. When i hired this company back in Feb, they sale rep. told me it would be done in june, its june and still my back yard is flip upside down and my kids can't even go out cause its very unsafe with holes and s*** everywhere and they only want money. I paid *** + *** so far in total. Please advice me.

The problem with our pool is cracks in pebble tec, reported cracks almost 2 years ago, they were repaired a few weeks ago after multiple calls to the company. We were charged *** dollars for the repair pool was refilled but the repaired area has cracked again. The pool has been drained again for new repairs but can"t seem to get anybody to show up to do repairs.my understanding is that a empty pool isn't good for overall structure.
I bought a new home in a suburban area in 2020
I bought a new home in a suburban area in 2020. The homebuilder recommended Presidential Pools to do my pool and have it ready by the time I received my keys. I got my keys in November but had issues with the pool. I called warranty and they sent someone to pour acid and scrub it with a brush. It worked as a temporary fix since the stains were back soon after. I contacted them again and this time I spoke to a representative. He was so rude about the whole situation but eventually did schedule for an acid wash. They came to acid wash my pool which once again worked as a temporary fix. The stains are back now and they're bigger than before. I called and was told a general manager will come to check it out. No one ever showed up to check the pool. I have called multiple times and left voicemails, sent emails through their website with no response at all. I'm beyond frustrated with this company; I need my pool fixed or my money back so I can hire someone to fix it.

The pool lost all its water in 1st week of January . It took until October to have the pool fixed and refill with water. However the pool has sunk down at least 1 in from one end of pool relative to other end of pool. I have contacted the company multiple times and left several messages to the manager ***(?) but no response. In addition to water damage from the pool leaked and lost all of its water the surrounding areas will need fixing due to uneven travertine pavers with respect to the pool coping (top surface). The company to this day does not address the issue. I would like the company to tell what their plan to address the issue.
They are not repairing acid damage they caused.

We signed our contract and were given specific instructions on clearing our backyard that was already landscaped
We signed our contract and were given specific instructions on clearing our backyard that was already landscaped. We followed their direct instructions and even sent pictures to show that our backyard was cleared as instructed. We did so to prevent any more costs out of pocket. Digging occurred first week of September and the digging company totally destroyed our current landscape that was advised was not going to be touched. Pavers were all mixed up with the dirt. Then electrical came by and we were advised that it was going to be ran on the side of the house so we did not have to worry about moving any of our landscaping there. Well electrical dug the electrical and totally destroyed that side of the landscaping that we were advised was not going to be touched. Well now we are at $8,000.00 to repair the mistake/errors from this company. We have called the project manager *** and he advised he would be here to inspect on 10/15, then he said 10/18 and did not even show up or call.

Presidential built my pool two years ago when we filled it with water we had staining around the drain as well as the skimmer they came out to try to acid wash it but it didnt work they came out again and did some other work it didnt work since then I have complained that the stain has come back I have emailed more than three or four times Ive called customer service and now they are telling me it is out of warranty which should be covered because this is a problem that happened when the pool was finished being built. The customer service is horrible trying to get a hold of anybody is ridiculous and when you do they take all your information and nobody calls you back. This is not the first issue I or friends have had with presidential pools
Presidential pools completed my pool in July . They used an outside tile company to complete the deck. The deck since day 1 has not been set correctly. There are many loose tiles. I have emailed and called too many times to mention and have copies of all of the contact. I was told " they were sorry, but they were no longer using the tile company and would have to call me back". I have continued to reach out and try and get this fixed. Most recently after sending multiple emails, calls and photos, a service manager came out a few weeks ago and said they could absolutely fix the problem finally! I have not heard another word since then. Still my tile is lifting and lose.Additionally, i have them come out to check the pool and salt pump about quarterly. Most recently, more than once, my pool has about turned green and the vacuum wont turn on and it seems the filter isn't working. I pay for Presidential pools service to come out and they say " everything is working great".
New pool installation-last step in the install is pebble tec/ interior surface application finished applied 9/6. Paid in full prior to this as per AZ law. Problems: 1-Water leakage discovered, ***. 2-Pool plumbing line clogged with concrete from concrete used to line the pool. There should have been a fitting placed over the pipe opening prior to concrete application. Absent quality control measures 3-Electrical line clogged. Attempts made to snake through an electric line to connect light and a pool feature
We worked with and signed a contract with Presidential Pool in October for a residential pool project with an expected completion date
We worked with and signed a contract with Presidential Pool in October for a residential pool project with an expected completion date of 6-8 weeks. Design and sales process was great, however as soon as the construction began, problems arose. Initial plumbing, rebar and hardscape workers did good quality work but the other problems were plentiful and seen in the following: No returned calls/emails Block wall and gate delay caused a fine with our HOA Mechanical malfunction of their truck caused them to paint out house, garage, personal property, car and neighbors roof BLUE, which we had to fight to get even reimbursement for 1/2 of painting costs They had to re-rock the front yard from the spray, which now gives us 2 colors of rock in the front yard They admitted to poorly done pebbletec and said it needed redone. Scheduled for repair October , but no show. We are 16 months (64 weeks since contract) into project w/ no completion & dysfunctional communication.

We signed a contract to have Presidential Pools build our custom pool in March
We signed a contract to have Presidential Pools build our custom pool in March. They stated that it should be finished in August, at this time it still isn't done. During the construction we have had several issues where we have tried to contact ***, Project Manager, several times without any response from him. Those issues are:1. Plumbing equipment is on a hollow slab not sitting square and has exposed pipes.2. Electric was started on July 6th and never finished. Leaving wires/piping exposed to weather conditions.3. Travertine on deck is an inch higher than patio. Causing a tripping hazard.4. Travertine is not complete per agreement and Presidential Pools is now asking for more money to complete agreed upon work.We have paid Presidential Pools in full already otherwise we would have stopped payments until all work is complete and satisfactory. We have tried to contact Presidential Pools several times via email and phone calls and have received no response

On 1/7 my wife and I signed a contract for presidential pools to build a pool at our home
On 1/7 my wife and I signed a contract for presidential pools to build a pool at our home. On *** 21 I was accompanied by Presidential pools designer *** To the *** of our community, Corte *** and received approval to begin construction. On several occasions *** advised us that pool construction would last 8 to 12 weeks after which our pool would be completed. It has been 12 weeks and we are only at the rebar stage. We are many weeks away from a finished pool. Communication from Presidential Pools is horrible. The only communication that happens is when I contact them and insist to not be sent to voicemail. They all have the same answer when I ask for an update; There is a shortage of construction workers or their crews are sick. How can a crew be sick on a late afternoon and be ready to work the next early morning? No one can give me an update or a time line for anything. I feel like they have abandoned me.

Started my pool in April
Started my pool in April. Decking was to be completed in February, but I am still in the decking stage. The work that has been done was poor quality. The decking around the hot tub isnt even. Its not leveled is some areas. The concrete lines between the limestone are different sizes. The cuts of the limestone is different size. The overhang is uneven and not matching other parts. The color concrete on the hot tub is a different color than the color they used around the pool perimeter. One is a more grey color and the other is more beige. I waited so long for decking to be done and Im disappointed with the quality of work. Its been an entire month since I asked my PM to come look at my concerns. He said he noticed the same issues and would speak w the construction crew. Feeling helpless. Disappointed with the quality of work, and the length of time this is taking. I am considering just accepting the job as is instead of waiting. Im worried I wont have a pool again this summer if I hold them accountable to fix the work. Any help getting this done asap would be appreciated.

This problem began 6 months ago and their techs have been here 8 times for the same issue
This problem began 6 months ago and their techs have been here 8 times for the same issue. Two of those times were to fix problems the incompetence of their techs caused. In August their techs determined the electrical board on our system had gone bad. We paid $790 for a replacement. It was wired incorrectly so another tech had to come to resolve that issue. The problems persisted so they said we needed a new control panel as well for $400+. When they arrived to install it, the tech said the new panel was defective but the old panel was working (we were not charged). Problems persisted and on the next visited the tech indicated the replacement board they recently installed was defective and would need to be replaced. They did so but problems persisted. Again they said we needed a new control panel but this time it would be $700 for which we have paid a deposit of $350. Upon their most recent visit today their tech indicated the new control panel is defective. So here were are 6 months into this problem, have paid over $1,100, the problem still exists and we are awaiting communication from Presidential Pools.

We had a pool installed by Presidential Pools where they charged us an extra $1000 to have dirt removed from the grade and then we asked for some dirt to remain for some landscaping. The original sub left some dirt and then another sub used the dirt and had to dig up my yard for the dirt to pour the skirt to the pool they also broke our irrigation 4 times and destroyed our neighbors property where we had to get stone to fix there landscaping. we want to be reimbursed for the dirt that was to be left on site and the $1000 charge for the excavation of dirt that wasn't to be charged since the yard was graded correctly Also for the stone that we had to get to fix our neighbors property. This company lacked in corresponding with us and we never received a call when our irrigation lines were broken and they just shut our water off where our landscaping could have been effected There response was well what is the better of two evils, our reply was a phone call would have been the better option. Instead our neighbors called us to let us know that we had water pouring down the street. They also sprayed cement on our cool dec patio and said that they can't match the color, well we want out entire patio painted if they can't match our existing color

From the beginning of the project we have had nothing but issues with Presidential Pools
From the beginning of the project we have had nothing but issues with Presidential Pools. The work contracted is not the work being performed. They over billed us from the start for distances on plumbing, electrical, skimmer, water features. When called to their attention they refuse to acknowledge the issue saying, we thought thats how it would be built. We are talking approximately $1000 in over billing. Due to errors on the CAD team our spa wasn't built the way it needed to be to allow for the acrylic lace turn down, leading to a stucco finish, another swap to a cheaper alternative without offering any return of the funds paid. From dig to initial construction was almost 2 weeks. It took four visits from the plumbing team to resolve all of the leaks so work could continue leading to additional delays in construction. After shotcrete was done, the decking crew smashed the plumbing in the spa, which is not at an acceptable depth, so it blew out the corner leading to almost 2 more weeks of delays, waiting for plumbing repair, concrete patch and then back to framing. After the deck pour, we received a multitude of lies about scheduling and who had to wait on who. 3 weeks later, my deck is topped, but my spa that had to be finished and painted first was still has not been completed. As part of our project, we are having a screen wall constructed. The wall is not straight and leans terribly. We brought this to the attention of the project superintendent who replied "it is laughable how bad of a job they did". Three weeks later the wall still hasn't been rebuilt despite multiple claims that it would be done. The company has refused to return messages for the past few days and I have no where to turn at this point.

Signed for a pool in April in 2021 and was told by the sales representative that we would have the pool in August/September
Signed for a pool in April in 2021 and was told by the sales representative that we would have the pool in August/September. It is March 2022, and I still do not have a pool. Decking was to be done in January. They came for 1 day in February, started the job, then left in the middle of the job and said they would be back the following week when my flagstone came in. It is March 1st. The flagstone material is gone/lost/stolen, the decking is still not 100% complete. No one has taken accountability for lost material. I can't get an answer on when replacement order will arrive. I escalated the situation to the construction manager since my PM hasn't responded back to me in 3 weeks. The construction manager hasn't given me an answer on replacement order timeline. and when I wanted to confirm that I would not be financially responsible for the replacement material, he will not answer that question. When I ask him who is manager is and would like to speak with him, he refused to provide me information and said if I have a problem I can communicate with him. I am communicating with him, but he is not addressing or answering my questions. The only time I went out of state I informed my PM a month prior and then reminded him weekly. The day I left they arrived, unannounced, as usual. Had to have my mom who has asthma and is allergic to dogs, come to my house, put my dogs up, and then return to my house daily to water the cement for the next several days to avoid cracks. In April it will be 1 year. 7 months past the deadline I was told in April.I have paid them 44K cash so far. My stomach is in knots. It feels awful to hand over your savings, and then to be ignored/ghosted by your PM. I have kept it cool thus far, but the past month has been my breaking point. Enough is enough. I hope to hear from someone soon.

In brief, we signed out contract for a small pool with Presidential Pools
In brief, we signed out contract for a small pool with Presidential Pools. It was not dug until late June. On July 16th, I sent a photo of our neighbors fence project in relation to our pool to both the project manager *** and his supervisor ***. I received no reply from either of them. On the 15th of this month, Presidential Pools fence contractor arrived to measure for our fence. He asked me if I had "negotiated" with my neighbor about his fence. I was absolutely speechless. At no point were we advised our fence has to be 54 inches from out neighbors. To do that, the fence would in the middle of the pool deck. Our issue with Presidential Pools is two project people failed to recognize this problem. How can this be? It's their job. Now we're faced with approaching our neighbors and asking them to change their landscape. From the start of this project, we have felt ignored, perhaps because we live in Maricopa. We have also noticed other pools that were started in our community after ours (obviously a different company) are done and in use.I have sent an email to ***, he never responded. Our only other contact, since we no longer have confidence in ***, is ***, our original contact. She is, frankly, the only person we trust. She contacted ***, the supervisor of construction. He left a voicemail, but now does not return my calls. We feel totally abandoned by Presidential Pools and that they simply don't care about us.We feel this issue is totally on Presidential Pools as they were notified and provided a photo of the potential fence problem and did nothing. Further, we feel Presidential Pools is responsible for all costs to remove our neighbors fence and replace it with a mental fence to code. And to quit ignoring us!Thank You

Contract date 12 Pool dug 08 Rebar/plumbing completed 11 Still has not moved from there
Contract date 12 Pool dug 08 Rebar/plumbing completed 11 Still has not moved from there. I signed a contract with them in December to save money on the rate increase. After we were set to begin there was all kinds of issues with getting the pool dug. One manager at the office stated that they had called me and scheduled and that I was a family friend. Ive never met this manager. Then while I was out of town in July/august I call to see how the project was going (to see if it was dug) and Im told that I personally called them to cancel the contract and that it was never dug. Weird because I didnt receive any correspondence and if I wouldve canceled my contract Im sure I wouldve been notified of some way. I feel like they regret the contract because the prices have increased because of COVID and the workforce issues. They probably tried everything they could to get me to cancel the contract. After talking to the design manager he assured me wed get back on track. Fast forward to now almost February 2022 I still do not even have shotcrete completed. Early December I was told I was number 44 on the shotcrete list. 12/22 I was told I was 16. 01/19 I was told I was #. Not sure how the list works but it seems like I was skipped or jumped. Maybe to accommodate bigger pool build they are making more money on? Who knows. Ive called and called and the best I get is I dont know why its not done yet. The project manager is nice but there seems to be a major flaw in their communication with the crews if they cant get my shotcrete completed. To help with delays Ive even taken tasks like coping and tiling of my spa away from them because of all of the delays theyre experiencing with material delivery. For a pool that was suppose to take *** weeks because it was easy is now taking 24 weeks and counting and were not even done with shotcrete. My 3 neighbors who have started after me had their pools built within 3 months. Not good

We began the process to purchase a pool 4/21 ($38,000)
We began the process to purchase a pool 4/21 ($38,000). My wife and I were told this would be a six month build time, which we understood. Our deposit was paid 5/19 and the warranty deed to our property was given 6/14. We were originally told we would be on excavation schedule for July. However our excavation did not take place until 10/2. We were also quoted that after the excavation it would take 16 week for job to be fully completed. Our pool was plumbed and had rebar put in 10/20, we have not had any progress since that date. We are past the 16 weeks that was quoted to us and we still do not have shotcrete today is 1/27. I have placed numerous calls to our Project manager and emails. Often times it takes him weeks to respond to email, (up to 3 weeks for a response). My wife's parents also put in a pool with presidential pool (live 10 houses down) and have the same project manager, they gave their warranty deed 3-4 weeks prior to us and their project is already complete. Our neighbors are also putting in a pool with Presidential pool and have the same project manager. My wife and I have viewed his company truck at both of their properties and he has never once introduced himself or stopped by our property, the reason I know this is we have surveillance cameras. One month ago I placed 3 calls to Presidential's headquarters in ***, requesting a call back from our project managers supervisor, we never received a call. I had to go back to the sales manager to get our project managers supervisors number. After all this my project manager informed me we would be on the schedule for shotcrete this week, today is Thursday when I called and followed up, he stated he never said that. After making numerous calls, our project manager called me back and apologized and said that he did say we would have shotcrete this week. I am at the end of my rope, I have no trust in my project manager, schedule, communication. We are not being treat with same respect as

Everything about our pool experience was great! It wasn't perfect, but which pool company doesn't have its share of messes or other issues? Considering everything going on with the pandemic and the challenges of items being out of stock, as well as coordinating with contractors, I think completing our pool in exactly three months is impressive! It could have been finished even sooner if not for the numerous days we lost to rain. I'm satisfied with our salesman, the project manager, and the staff! Thank you again, Presidential Pools, for a great experience as we built our first pool! -The Holguins
If I could give ZERO stars I would. Avoid this company like the plague if you live in that area, they'll take your money, give you the run around and drop off the face of the Earth. Carlo at the local facility is the equivalent of a stereotypical used car salesman.
