They are the worst!
They are the worst! Their customer service is terrible, so unprofessional too. Can't even get them to reply to emails or listen to our problems. Our pool is only 2 years old and it's already falling apart. It's been working for only one summer. Seriously, I wouldn't let them touch your pool with a 10-foot pole! We tried to support local business, but have learned our lesson. We should have trusted our instincts and not stuck with them just because they're local.

We got Brown's Pools & Spas to put in a pool for us in January, and they said they'd start digging around May/June. In February, we paid a deposit of $10,147. But they only put in the order for our pool around June. Finally, in June, after a lot of back and forth, they said it'd be Aug/Sept. Then in Aug, they said they didn't have the right stuff and it'll take 45 weeks. We've been asking for our money back for over 4 weeks now, and they finally replied, but they wanna keep $800 for a permit and some stuff. But if we're not getting the stuff, why pay? We asked for proof of the permit and the costs, but they won't show us. We want our full deposit back, and if they gonna deduct any cash, we need proof and receipts.

So, lemme tell ya 'bout my experience with Brown's Pools & Spas
So, lemme tell ya 'bout my experience with Brown's Pools & Spas. One of their guys came out on 5/31 'cause we had a leak in our hot tub. Tech said we needed a new pump and that someone would call to set up a fix. I paid $279.00 for this visit, mind you. Ain't heard squat from nobody yet. We done called a bunch of times, but we just get voice mail and no call back. Finally, my wife talked to some lady who said she'd schedule it and then never did. After more tryin', she talked to another lady who was real rude and said they were evaluating it, but never called back neither. I called too, but just got voice mail with no call back. We wanna pay for the repair, but we need it done soon so we can get back in our dang hot tub!

Browns Pools hit our AC lines and irrigation
Browns Pools hit our AC lines and irrigation. AC fixed after 2 times. Irrigation not fixed. They said it was fixed but still leaked. We called to have it fixed and were told they would come fix it, but didn't. We had a real irrigation company fix it. We took the bill to Browns Pools and the GM acted like he didn't know anything. He lied, because he posted on Facebook and Google review. We want them to pay for the repairs. They are disrespectful and don't care about customers. I went to higher authority, because Brandon and Tim don't care about customer service. They got $10,000 and their work is bad.
