South East Spas Not given what I was promised

I'm sorry Phillip and Zach ( yeah i know you guys , is been more than 10 years but we used to work together) , but i cannot give you more than two stars, and I giving you two stars because the availability in the product that I bought from your store, but that's it.

Todd was very knowledge but i promised some stuff that were straight lies, He told me that my connection for the electricity have to be ready for when the delivery guys showed up at my house were able to connect the Swim Spa and tried it on, and also teach me how to manage the controllers. This of course did not happened. Also when i made the purchase I choose a side ladder which when delivered happened was not delivered they brought a front ladder.

I called and emails several times until they respond back saying that they don't carry the side ladder anymore, but TODD told me that he was looking for one because he didn't know about it, on JULY 3 he called me to and told me that my side ladder will be delivered last week , Today is Jul 14 and not one have call me to confirm this delivery.

Also they have a big problem with communication i sent several pictures and respond all the questions regarding where the swim spa will be installed and position and when the guys came with the swim spa didn't have any clue of that . Those delivery guys were awesome putting the swim spa down, but other than that they didn't have a clue of anything else.

Be Mindful they will not delivered your product until they receive the entire amount of your purchase.

I Either need my Side Ladder or a partial refund to buy myself that side ladder , which are not cheap.

South East Spas We have paid in full for our new jacuzzi delivered to Ponte Vedra, FL

We have paid in full for our new jacuzzi delivered to Ponte Vedra, FL. Only 1/2 of jacuzzi is functioning and they have not completed repairs. Purchased 240 Twilight Series jacuzzi, from Zack (MGR), at South East Spas Inc., 2838 Okeechobee Blvd., WPB, FL XXXXX. Paid in full a total of $8895 minus credit back for storage stairs because they were backordered. Delivered very late at night, August 6. Had someone locally come out twice to fix and couldn't fix the problem either time. However he had to order a new part and we have heard nothing since this last comment. We are upset we have not been contacted or given timeline for completed repairs. To pay in full and they would only provide delivery not complete an electrical hook-up to show it was fully operational, and we only have half the jacuzzi jets working, leaves us feeling ripped off.

South East Spas trying to duck out of covering defective product that should be covered 100% by warranty Purchased spa from South East Spas at Trade show in

trying to duck out of covering defective product that should be covered 100% by warranty Purchased spa from South East Spas at Trade show in June noticed issue with internal finish worsening contacted them in March was advised appears to be from chemicals not dissolving and was not covered under warranty. Informed them that the only chemicals used were the ones provided by them. they advised me "Master Spas said they would cover a portion of the on-site labor but not the trip charge. After speaking with the surface specialist that we use in our area, he quoted roughly $450 and thats with the trip charge and labor. Trip charge alone will be roughly $300 since it's a 2.5 hour drive for him. Then the labor will be $95/hour and he is estimating about 1.5 hours for labor" So South East Spas and Master Spa expects the customer to pay for their defective finished products and pay for their techs travel time to do the repair

South East Spas Ordered a swim spa on 2/10 with *** and was told build time would be by June give or take a week or two

Ordered a swim spa on 2/10 with *** and was told build time would be by June give or take a week or two. May 12 I ask about build time and was told early to mid June. On 6/2 I was told they unit will go into production next week. I ask on 6/11 if it was complete and i got reply on 6/14 that there is 6-8 week delay. I told Chris i did not want to wait 6-8 weeks and are the stocking anything else? I was told they may have a unit but cost additional $25,000.00 or so. I ask if we could cancel with full refund and was told there will be a 25% cancellation fee. multiple emails between 7/2 & 7/21 on dates On 8/4 was told unit was built on 8/2 Delivery called and said the first delivery date was Sept 1. I told them that was unacceptable and that the spa is sitting 4 hours from my house and I want it sooner. I also saw on there facebook account they have $1,000.00 rebate and cover upgrade. I ask about both of them on 8/6 and still no answer on those or delivery.

South East Spas Salesman did not disclose damage to product upon purchase

Salesman did not disclose damage to product upon purchase. Business will not repair. Purchased on 3/23, Clarity Spas Balance 8, S#XXXXXXX, $6449.70, Financed through Greensky, Delivered on 4/2, salesman is Zack Pena. I purchased the tub as a floor model. Zack showed me that there was previous damage to the left of the control panel that was fixed, however there was still a small imperfection. This damage I was made aware of. My family and I did not notice any other damage and Zack did not inform me of any other damage. The morning after the tub was delivered I noticed a crack along the right side of the control panel. I called Zack and made him aware of it. He told me that there was nothing he can do. I then spoke with a manager and he said that the damage to the right of the control panel was there when it was in his showroom. I explained to him that it was never disclosed to me and we did not notice it in the showroom when he bought it. He said that it was an oversight by Zack and that he was not aware of the damage. However it would cost $300 to fix the crack. He said that I would have to pay for it eventhough his salesman did not disclose the additional damage to me.

South East Spas I have reported an issue with our spa cover causing damage to our spa since July 28th

I have reported an issue with our spa cover causing damage to our spa since July 28th. I have reported an issue with our spa cover causing damage to our spa. The part in the cover has been replaced twice and I reported the actual cover was damaging the body of the spa since July, 28th, 2020. I had to constantly reach out to them as they always said someone would get back to me. I could never get Ivan on the phone to speak, he would just push it off to one of his employees beneath him. We were upsold the spa cover as saying it would last longer than the one that comes with the spa. It broke in less than a year. The part was replaced and it broke again. Now it is damaging my actual spa body by being too heavy and prying the panels off of the actual spa. This was under warranty and they said they were waiting on a response from the manufacture. I sent repeated emails and called over and over and no one would reach back out to me unless I call first. Finally, on November 12 I was told they can sell me another cover at cost to fix the broken one that was under warranty. They said they no longer work with the manufacture of the cover but fact is I still bought the cover from them with a warranty contract. They told me that was the only option. I then emailed the owner the same day and he never even responded back to me. Poor customer service and refuses to stand by their warranties and obligations to their customers.

South East Spas Purchased a spa from an off-site sale in Melbourne, leaving a $2,200

Purchased a spa from an off-site sale in Melbourne, leaving a $2,200. Informed company on April 25th of cancellation due to failure to deliver. Southeast Spas is trying to rip me off for a $2,200 Deposit I left on Feb 15, 2020 at an off-site sale in Melbourne. They didn't have the color combination on the model I wanted, but said there was one at the factory that they would have delivered in 3 - 4 weeks. I got a call a week later to confirm my address etc. ad the Gal said the tub would be delivered end of March; early April. She followed up with a confirmation email. I called them on April 8th to get an update and was told the factory was closed and it would be a couple months, so I told her to cancel and return my deposit. She said she had a different color which I declined. She said she'd get back to me. I sent an email 5 days later to my sales rep (Zackary) on April 13th who responded same day and said he'd follow up with her and get back to me. No response from Zackary so I sent an overnight letter on April 24th highlighting their failure to deliver and to refund my deposit. They're claiming custom orders can't be cancelled. This was not a custom order. Basic color scheme, with only standard features and zero optional items purchased. My Sales Agreement states "Floor Model (AS IS) At Factory." The owner (Phil) has been copied on back and forth e-mails between Zackary and me. I've urged Phil to get involved and to date he has not responded...BUYER BEWARE.
