David at Champion Pools was amazin' to work with! He was super attentive and responsive from the minute we met to design the pool, down to the final day of construction. Our pool is so pretty! We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We signed the contract with Champion Pools in the middle of the pandemic. It's been a tough time for all of us, but luckily there's a light at the end of the tunnel. The boss of the company was nice enough to make us feel better during the project. The concrete pond is in the backyard with the water flowing from the spa. I love it!

We got our pool done by Champion Pools & Spas, Inc. this year and we couldn't have asked for a better designer and builder. We absolutely love how it turned out and our neighbors have been giving us lots of compliments! The attention to detail is perfect and when we look out into our backyard, it's so peaceful. Just finished our pool in *** and couldn't be happier. It's all about the customer service and all of our questions were answered quickly. The contractors were all very good and took pride in their work, and the finished product is gorgeous. ***, the owner, was responsive when I needed him. Great experience and so happy with the pool and Champion.

We picked Champion Pools ovr several competitors and we're glad we did! Our heated pool/spa with swim jets was done in February . Each step in the process was done by teams of skilled workers in plastering, patio block laying, and glass tiling. It took longer than we thought, but it was worth it! Our pool has worked perfectly for the past 15 months and we've enjoyed it almost every day.

I used Champion Pools for my project and I'm very happy with the outcome of the project. They delivered as promised. Jerry the salesman was very knowledgeable and understood my taste and needs. The workers were very respectful to my property and the office staff work hard to meet my expectations. I consider my self above average when it comes to quality and professionalism, and I have to say that Champion Pools did meet and exceeded my expectations on this project. We was real lucky to get our pool built during the pandemic, which was a tough time for lots of folks. Our pool took way longer than we thought 'cause of all the problems with materials and people, not to mention everybody wantin' a pool. But the Champion team did their best in a tough situation. We got to know the owner and that helped us feel better. He knew his stuff and was real patient, explainin' the delays as best he could. We're super happy with how the pool turned out, it's just beautiful!

Champion Pools & Spas, Inc. really came through for me with my dream pool! The guy who sold it to me knew his stuff and was easy to deal with. He gave me some great suggestions for changes to my design that I'm really happy with. The permits were done in no time. Then my project was handed over to *** and let me tell you, she was amazing. She always got back to my emails really fast and was always able to solve any problems we ran into. She was like the MVP of the whole thing! And the guys who put in my pavers were awesome too. They weren't just regular workers, they were like artists. They cut the edges of the travertine so perfectly, it was like watching a bunch of engineers creating a work of art. I got a pool made by Champion pools. Right from the start, the owner, David Brams went above and beyond. He answered my many questions, gave great explanations, and made me feel confident and at ease. The design process went on. David listened to what my family wanted. His company made an amazing pool. Everyone was nice, knowledgeable, and fantastic. My pool came out better than I expected. It has really brought new joy to our lives. After the build, David made sure I knew how to use the pool, things were taken care of, and I am honored to call him our friend. Covid has brought this industry many new challenges. This company is very trustworthy and has a level of integrity that I can't accurately reflect in a review. David we love you and all of your staff. We have nothing but gratitude. We moved into a new house with a pool and noticed some problems with the surface. There were marks and ripples, and even a big footprint. I contacted the pool builder, even though I didn't know them personally because we inherited the pool from the previous owners. I talked to the owner of Champion Pools, David B., and he was really nice and professional. He explained how pools are built and what is considered acceptable. He agreed to come and look at the pool. He agreed that the surface was not done well and was rushed. He asked for some time to catch up on their work, and I agreed. I'm happy to say that we are really pleased with the outcome. We decided to upgrade to Pebble Tec and it made a huge difference. In a world where people often cheat others, David and the team at Champion Pools are the opposite. It's no wonder they have such good reviews. They are the best. They stand by their product and do what they promise.

I wanna tell ya 'bout my experience with Champion Pools and Spa. We decided to build a pool in 2020 'cause we knew the pandemic was stickin' 'round, so we wanted to spruce up our patio.
We had 'bout 5 different companies give us an estimate, some seemed real pushy, others were too pricey, and some weren't too professional. But then we met Cory from Champion. He was our designer and the first person we met to draw up our pool and get the ball rollin'. This guy was real easy to work with, we made a few changes 'fore the final drawin' was done and he listened to all our requests real careful-like. Once the drawin' and final plan were done, we were introduced to the permits and construction team. (Ana, Millie, Missy, Ally, Kelly, and Ana Maria). They all worked together real well, tryin' their best to keep their promises. Now, ya gotta understand, we signed the contract in July and 'cause of the quarantine and the city of Pot St. Lucie's permits office workin' half time and away from the office, this process got delayed 'bout 3 months (which was normal and expected at that time). Then, we started diggin' in November . Durin' the construction process, the office staff kept us in the loop 'bout every step. They even gave us the owner's name (David) and his direct number in case of an emergency, which made us feel real comfortable. We built a 15x30 pool with a raised Spa and everything turned out perfect. We used Travertine for our deck and glass tiles for the waterline and spa walls. The plasterin' and pool fillin' with water were done on April 9. So from the diggin' in 11 to 4, the construction took 'bout 5 months. We're real happy with the final product and glad we chose Champion Pools and Spa for our summer project. I'd recommend this company to anyone lookin' to build a new pool.

Just had my pool construction completed. Looks great and was exactly what we expected. One of the biggest positive is that all the people on the team would respond both professionally and quickly. David the owner will personally take your call if there any questions you need help on. I really appreciated his dedication to delivering a great product.

I recently completed a pool project with Champion Pools and Spas. At the initial start of the project the owner David worked with us on the overall design of the pool. He was very hands on throughout the process. When we met with him to begin the process he was very helpful in choosing the materials to ensure we received the final product we were looking for. Any questions or concerns throughout the process were quickly addressed. Missy, Anna Marie and Kiwi were great to work with. I am pleased with the final product and would recommend them highly.

Champion Pools & Spas, Inc. built our entire pool for around $65,000. They put in all the glass tiles, but charged us extra for them and for the glass block wall. Our pool is just over a year old now, and we noticed a cracked glass block tile at the bottom of the wall. This really shouldn't have happened and shows that their workmanship is not good (check out the pictures we've attached). We reached out to the pool company, but they told us that our pool is no longer under warranty (since March XX, XXXX). It's been two months, and judging by the algae that has grown under the cracked tile, this problem has been around for a while. This is really unethical and shows poor workmanship on their part. They should take responsibility for this issue. Fixing the cracked tile at the bottom of the wall will be expensive and difficult. I would never recommend this pool company to anyone. Once they finish building your pool, it's nearly impossible to get them to address any problems. It took a lot of angry emails and over a year of phone calls just to get them to fix a sunken tile over a gas line on a deck that we paid them over $10,000 for.

I signed up with Divosta/Pulte Homes to use Champion Pools and Spas when they built my new crib. They didn't give me the choice to go with another pool company if I wanted the pool to arrive on the same day as my home. We were supposed to get it in March , but it got delayed till mid-April because Champion couldn't finish it on time. The contract said we'd get a specific color finish/plaster, but they told me two weeks before it was done that they didn't have it, so I settled for a substitute. As soon as we moved in, it was clear that the glass tile in the pool was messed up. It had all kinds of stains, dirt, and mold underneath. And to top it off, there are always bubbles coming out of the pool drains, which makes me think there's a leak. On top of that, the patio tile (done by some unknown vendor) is sinking in certain spots. Champion sent someone over in May to check it out, and they agreed that the tile work was messed up. They said fixing it would take a long time because they'd have to replace the tile and maybe even the finish to make it match. The owner of Champion Pools tried to bribe me with $1200 to drop it, but I said no way. I've been bombarding Divosta/Pulte with emails and pressure, but they haven't done anything to fix the problems. I paid over $140,000 for the pool, patio, and screen, and this is what I get?
