On 11.12.23 I ordered 10 items from PLT. A fluffy dressing gown, 6 hoodies, 2 pairs of joggers and a jersy pair of shorts. Amounting to £173. On the 15.12.23 a delivery was left in my porch. When I arrived home from work and saw the parcel my immediate thought was it was small and light for the 10 items but thought they must be sending the rest in another parcel. I opened the parcel and only 2 items, the fluffy dressing gown and 1 hoodie. I checked my account and it said that 10 items were in 1 package. I immediately contacted PLT via email and Facebook messenger to tell them I've only received 2 items. They said they would look into this as all 10 items were scanned and packed. They said they would look at footage of my items being packed. After lots of messages back and forth PLT have said that they have checked cctv and all 10 items were packed and they wouldn't be reordering the items or issuing a refund. After checking the bag it had been taped with brown tape and that the bag isn't big enough for 10 items. Again they have said on their footage and royal mails delivery photo they are the same size. I have sent a video of the bag to show the size is the same as the delivery photo but its Been opened and taped. It is not big enough for more items. I would not lie. These are christmas presents for my daughter. I am missing 8 items that I have paid for.
