Great Job cleaning yard of trash especially nails, my contractor Chris was very professional and available for all my questions. They did a great job replacing my gutters, siding and flashing. They will be back to fix some flashing and tighten gutters. There were no problems. I must say Chris is the GREATEST!

Priceless Home Improvements replace my roof due to age and wind damage. They were super prompt the morning that they agreed to come and knocked the whole thing out in about 6 hours. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards and even assigned a project manager Stan to be available to respond to any of my questions. Nice Job

Trevor at Priceless worked with us to get a roof replacement after we had significant damage. He even helped us through the supplemental process to get the gazebo damage rectified as well. Priceless workers were very thorough and professional. They arrived on time and worked throughout the day to finish. Cleanup was accomplished around my entire house and surround area. There was a supervisor on site most of the day and my main poc, came by to check the work progress. Very happy with the roof replacement. Definitely recommend Priceless to others.

Priceless Home Improvements provided us with good service. I was a little skeptical at first. However our rep Kyrel L walked us through the entire process. He communicated effectively with our insurance company and made sure to be there with us every step of the way and he did just that. Because of the great service of Kyrel L and Priceless Home Improvements, I recommend them to my cousin and she was happy as well.

Not only were they attractive, but they were kind and professional, lol. They fought my insurance company to get everything rightly settled. I didnt know insurance could be so difficult. They really do want to keep your money sometimes. Trevor and Anthony did so well for us. We love our upgraded roof and gutters and are ready in the nick of time for the storm season, because they were quick.

The staff has been outstanding, from Ben Anderson who did the initial roof assessment and saw us through the entire project to Stan Johnson who oversaw the roofing crews and responded in record time to any concerns! I was recommended Priceless Home Improvements by a neighbor to get our roof fixed. It was a pretty easy going process because I was hands-off for most of it except selecting what I want for the house. Our insurance paid for everything, and representatives from Priceless Home Improvements dealt with all the logistics, so I did not have to do much. Only problem I had was that it was really hard to get in contact with their representatives throughout the process. Other than that, they do eventually come by the house and are super nice people.

Priceless has done an excellent job with our insurance claim. We had a full roof replacement, full siding replacement, and some minor interior damage repaired. The exterior was taken care of by two different sub-contractors that overall were very professional and did an excellent job. The couple very minor hiccups where taken care of very quickly by Priceless directly. At the beginning of each step the same Priceless rep came out when the work crew arrived, to make sure our concerns and wishes were taken care of. After the work was complete a Priceless Quality Control person came out to make sure the site was completely cleaned up, in the month since all the work was completed I have only found one single nail left over on the ground. Overall, this was a huge and completely unexpected project that was taken care of very smoothly and quickly.

At first I was extremely skeptical and hesitant to try Priceless Home Improvement. There was no one in my area that had used them, which was scary in and of itself. BUT there were reviews online that were glowing. That plus the sales teams' enthusiasm, fun/laid-back natures and their apparent expertise helped me feel more comfortable using their company for our roofing (and gutter) restoration. At first I didn't even know that my roof needed replacing. Yes it was old but there weren't any leaks or other noticeable issues. When Antoine got up there, all the while video chatting with me, he showed me a ton of hail damage on our roof and some dings from hail on our gutters. Antoine, Philip and Stan walked me through every step of the way which helped make the entire process painless. They were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and easy to get in touch with day, night and weekends. They even came and scrubbed my steps for me after the crew that did the gutters left a slight mess... they are THAT attentive. I am SO glad that I gave them a chance, they have been amazing and have met any and all questions and troubles with a smile, an easy attitude and most of all a knowledgeable hand. The roofing team finished my roof in one day and, if I may say so myself, it looks beautiful! I can not tell you how relieved I am that I chose the right company for the job and Antoine, Philip and Stan deserve all the accolades!

Sam H was the one who inspected my roof and worked very diligently with me and the insurance companies. He explained me the whole process as I had never filed any claims ever and was afraid to deal with them. He eased me with my concerns and explained me the process. He also worked very well with insurance inspectors and has very pleasant manners and great communication skills. He can easily converse with insurance jargon and put the inspectors at ease within his assessments. Once the claim was approved, Aiden stepped in and explained us the whole procedure and every single step of the insurance process and went through the roofing materials, color choice etc. He was very clear and precise in his instructions and no nonsense kind of guy! He was in constant touch through the entire process and roof install. Post installs, both Sam and Aiden were always available at my call and extremely prompt in their response. The roof install was very good. Crew thoroughly cleaned after install and even air dropped all the roof picture with me. Cleaned my yard for any debris and nails. An inspector came post install and satisfied my questions as well followed by another round of yard cleaning with magnets. First time I ever felt somebody treat customers very good. I have to give kudos to this team of Aiden Sofi and Adam H. They both made my life very simple throughout the process and I sincerely thank both of them for their professionalism and courteousness.

Priceless has given us none of the services they contracted with us to do. They did not repair the roof as they promised 4 1/2 months ago and left a blue tarp that still remains. The tarp was placed on the roof by another contractor that Priceless sent. This is the worst service and customer service ever. We have called both Trevor Irwin, who came and gave us the estimate and his supervisor numerous times to no avail. Our original roof damage occurred in October and it has now been a year trying to get the roof repaired. They initially told us that issues due to scheduling and COVID-19 were the reason. We told them we understood and agreed for them to work us in the schedule. After several missed dates and times that they committed to, the work Has still not been completed. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I contracted Priceless Home Improvements on April 30 to renovate my basement due to a flood. They were contacted to replace all the flooring, two feet of drywall throughout the entire perimeter of the basement, repaint all walls, fix drywall in certain areas, remodel the bathroom from top to bottom, remodel the laundry room, redo the ceiling throughout the basement, recarpet the stairs, redo all the baseboard trim and quarter round trim, paint doors and all trim, move all furniture into pod and back into house from pod, and certain electrical work but not limited to sconces, outlets, and some ceiling fixtures, AND clean as they worked. The project was supposed to take only one week. We gave the first insurance check of approx. $7k to them to start the project. Three months later we still do not have a completed basement. Priceless Home Improvements left with the check, with basement not finished, damaging personal property they installed, and incorrectly installed items. They are still expecting for me to give them the rest of the insurance money from the claim. Please contact me to discuss further details and pictures.
