This is the beginning of my 3rd year with ***. And I don't have to worry about snow in my walkway or driveway. And if the 2nd car is in driveway they work around it. It's like they are doing it at their own home. When i purchased the ice remover, the driver carried it into my garage where i wanted it.

I have been using worry free for the past seven or eight years and have always been satisfied. On most occasions they do follow the city ploughs but on others we must shovel our driveway in order to get our cars out in the morning. This is less of a problem now that we are working from home, however. *** signed up again this year.

I have been with this company for a few years now and the service was always good, however this year the work has been terrible. I have to constantly call them back so they could clear my driveway properly. They should do the job right in the first place, and they would not have to come back! I believe that they just don't care anymore. ML

I have been a customer of *** Free for at least 12 years and been well served every year. They clear the driveway as soon as the storm is ending or multiple times during major events. They always return to clear the city plow snowbanks. They respond quickly to special requests when needed. Fast efficient and cost effective.

We are new to *** and came from a place where we rarely got snow! Most people on our street seemed to use WF so I decided to give them a try. I am so glad I did! They came on a timely basis to clear our driveway and considering how long the winter season is here, the price was worth it. We appreciated not having to break our backs shoveling snow!

I have used Worry Free for many years and have had no problems with them. They have a plan in place to get to driveways either after the city plows have come by or will do an initial cleaning when big snowfalls occur and then come back for a second cleaning after the plows come by. I have my sidewalk shoveled as well and have had no problems. They do the walkway and the porch.

They were emailing each time prior to the actual snow removal to let us know approximately when their employee would plow our driveway.We have no hesitation in recommending Worry Free to people in Orleans and we are happy to have renewed our contract with them for the [protected] winter.

Since moving to *** Ive been using WorryFree for clearing the driveway in the winter months. I appreciate that WorryFree notifies you of any expected snow events and I really like their Quick-Pass clearings after large snowfalls. Although I discovered that all snow contractors have increased their prices this year, I will continue to use WorryFree for their professionalism and quality work.

As seniors, this is a service that is great appreciated particularly when the snow is deep and the lane is filled in with heavy snow and ice by the city ploughs. They are usually at our house within a few hours of snowfall and are quick to return on any request we make through their callback service.

I believe this is the 4th year my husband used Worry Free and we can honestly say that they always fet the job done and at an appropriate time. in the first year we had a slight glitch that they fixed immediately since that time we have no complaints and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for snow removal services. Actually I wish they offered service in Newington ON (near *** ON) as we would gift this service to our son who lives in Newington.

Despite city-run snow plows, clearing your driveway can be futile as it may get snowed in again. WF collaborates with the city to ensure you're not stranded. I highly recommend this service to anyone who wants to avoid the hassle and risk of clearing snow.

My wife and I are seniors and have been loyal patrons of a local snow removal service since 2012. We are completely satisfied with their service over the years. They not only clear our driveway but also our walkway. Once, needing to leave early after a severe storm, they ensured my driveway was cleared in time for my appointment. Another time, when a city snowplow created a hazardous mound at our driveway's end, causing my wife to slip, the service promptly arrived to clear it away. Their efficient snow removal equipment never fails to impress us.

I called Worry Free on Monday December 6th, @ 9am to complain about the poor quality of work that was done in my driveway. I stayed on the phone for 30 minutes before I could talk to someone. I let the man that my two lane driveway is now a one lane driveway. He apologized profusely and told me that someone will be coming immediately to plow the rest of the driveway. I left for work at 2pm thinking that the driveway would be cleaned in the evening. I come home minutes to midnight to fine out that the rest of the driveway is still unplowed. I tried to call this after noon, no one will take my phone calls. I only getting voicemail. I paid to have my two lane driveway plowed and I am expecting it to be done. I do not want to baby sit or play supervisor to no company. They already have my money and I am expecting for my money.

I have had this service for a few years and it was great This year however it has been less than stellar on every snow event they come and clear the end usually very early in the morning so you can get out ,but never come back to complete the rest of the laneway. I have emailed several times for comeback service and they don't come back .by the time we realized they are not coming back the office is closed. I called last week and talked to the nice young woman that answered the phone ,explained in a very polite way what was happening this year, it is not her fault so I would not be rude. She said she was very sorry and would have someone come by to clear the rest of the laneway that day (Never Happened) the problem with the service is by the time you realize they are not coming It is too late to request a service ticket or the office is closed. during a snow event I would think you would have some customer service after 5 pm or allow people to request a service ticket after 1 pm you are in the snow removal business snow happens after five and on weekends
