I spoke with *** on October 20th & I have been trying to write a review for her on here since then but for some reason every time I would try the website was crashing. My point is that it was so important for me to make sure I left this review for her that I kept trying back until I was able to. My Mother was looking into getting me a contract & spoke to ***. Once my Mother got me the contract she passed *** down ***'s contact information & told me how she was very very helpful & how nice she was. I had to call her in regards to a copy of my contract & spoke with her myself & she is amazing. She has amazing customer service is very professional & knowledgeable. Not long after us hanging up the phone she had emailed me a copy of my contract. My Mother & I are very happy with her services. Kudos to you *** I hope you get the recognition you deserve.

HORRIBLE. COMPANY. Do not buy their service contract terrible service they take your money that's all they want how the ComplaintsBoard.com ranks them this high is beyond my imagination they scheduled a new install showed up and the tech (who I guess runs the co) didn't want to do the job after it was all approved by the co rep they said they would do it if I had the cooling tower drained I got permission from the manager and board to now shut down 90 units another appointment was made and the tech changed his mind 10 minutes after the arrival time They said they didn't want to do the job The way they treat people is a disgrace the owner takes pride in saying 2nd generation the business he loses by his lack of caring will surely reflect on ever having a 3 rd generation running the co THEIR ARE SO MANY GOOD CO OUT THERE IT WOULD BE CRAZY TO USE THEM.
I have been a customer of Pride Air Conditioning & Appliance for several years. I grow more impressed with each service they provide, from A/C to plumbing to electricity. Earlier this month they installed a new York A/C unit in my home. They added a Remi Halo air purifier to help with allergies. The technicians were very professional, they wore masks and kept their distance. They did an amazing job installing the new system. In the garage they changed the wooden base to a new one, cleaned the area and left all the connections I will need to maintain handy and very accessible. Outside, they changed the concrete slab and the unit looks great. The techs completed the installation very quickly and left the areas very clean. The system itself is wonderful, it cools and maintains the temperature evenly, so we are always comfortable. The air purifier really works, I don't wake up coughing from allergies anymore. I definitely recommend Pride Air Conditioning & Appliance!

Call booked for annual maintenance and check-out of my two air conditioning systems. First appointment on a Friday was cancelled an hour before due arrival as an emergency call claim my engineer. Rescheduled for following Monday and Victor showed up on time and completed work in 1 hour. He was very pleasant, polite and appeared to complete a good task efficiently.

I chose Pride Air Conditioning over several other contractors to replace my 20 year old central air system. They took their time answering all of my questions before, during and after the installation. I found their pricing to be competitive and Pride was recommended by several of my neighbors. Pride's team of installers were professional, knowledgeable and made sure all work areas were clean and cleared of debris. My new system is up and running and I feel I made the right decision choosing Pride Air Conditioning.

I agree with you 100%. This company is horrible. I just had a worker come out yesterday, spent maybe 15 minutes here, to tell me there is nothing wrong with my washer, that wasn't working. He left and within the 1st try, my washer stopped working. He came back again today, and said it will take 2 weeks to order parts and then I can schedule an appointment, and the part will be a remanufactured part. DO NOT BUY THEIR SERVICE CONTRACTS BECAUSE THEY WILL NEVER REPLACE AN APPLIANCE THAT IS PAST ITS LIFE EXPENTANCY. They will just waste your time, coming back time and time again! WORST COMPANY EVER! Sad that I even have to give them 1 Star. Mr. needs to know how horrible his company has become.

When I needed a copy of my contract, I reached out to her and was impressed by her exceptional customer service, professionalism, and knowledge. Shortly after our call, she emailed me the contract copy. Both my mother and I are extremely satisfied with her services and believe she deserves recognition. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I was a customer since 2014. The quality (of both products and services) has gone WAY DOWN. One of their own employees even told me that Pride is not using quality products anymore. For a simple change out of a flap on a toilet, they came out many times. I told them that since they came to fix it, I would hear a crashing sound whenever flushing the toilets. They actually laughed at me and did not believe me. I had my handyman come and change them out and in one try, the problem was resolved. Even worse was the AC department. They would come out multiple times and never fix the problem. They would only "Band-Aid it" and then it would break again. At one point, we were without AC for several days while they passed the buck to different people. Lastly, they replaced my compressor 10 months ago, which had a 1 year warranty and decided not to honor the warranty for many ridiculous reasons. I even sent them photos from an independent contractor that showed evidence that they installed the compressor incorrectly. Their own tech agreed there was a problem! On top of everything else, they are rude and unprofessional. I am only sorry that I did not write this review sooner; however, I kept trying to give them the benefit of the doubt as they were once decent many years ago. Save yourself the headache and aggravation by going elsewhere.

From six July I have a call to your company and my dishwasher did not work up today up. No one can fix it this machine . and payment always I make it on time and when I calling and calling again and again and asking speak with supervisor but no one transfer me to supervisor . I spoke to Brandon at Pride. Said *** not be charged for service on my Air Conditioner. Now he said i would be charged $250.00 for service on A/C. I spoke to Brandon on August 12 of 2020 and Also Friday August 14 of 2020. I asked him if I would be charged for service twice on my A/C he said no I would not be charged. He went against his word. The rep his name was Wilson came to my home today Monday August 17th and said to me they would have to do a Pull and takeout of my machine I told him I would not be charged for it as per Brandon. I called Pride today Monday August 17th to schedule another appointment for service spoke to Brandon and he changed $250.00 his story saying now I would be charged for service. I have a contract with Pride which pays for service calls on my machine and repairs. I am being ripped off by Pride and need your assistance to resolve this issue. Thank you

I had a contract with Pride and I paid extra for extended parts and they would not replace the part because it was more than they wanted to spend. I had been with Pride since 2016 where I pay every year for an Air Conditioning and Appliance Contract (including electrical and plumbing) with Replacement and I pay EXTRA EVERY YEAR FOR EXTENDED PARTS. Here are some "BIG" issues that I had with them and why I am asking if you could get me the money for at least the part (they should have put in my old unit per my contract) to put toward the new a/c unit that I was forced to purchase as they did not honor their own contract (attached): First, Robin from Pride came out to look at why my a/c is not cooling. Robin advised me that he has to order me a new coil because my coil is leaking and it can't be patched. Robin advised me if it was patched it would leak in another spot or not hold in the spot patched. He put in Freon to hold me over while they get the part. Robin was correct that you can not patch the coil as I asked other a/c companies and Carrier. Second, I had to call Pride FOUR days later to find out that they did not even order the part because they advised me the part is more than a new unit or that they wanted to pay. I told Toni from Pride I wanted the part replaced as I pay extra for extended parts. Toni told me she is sending Steve out about getting a new unit. I wanted the part not a new unit. Third, Steve came out and gave me a quote for a new unit. He told me I have a 3 ton a/c unit and 3 ton air handler but with my square footage I needed a 3.5 ton a/c and a 3.5 ton air handler. I HAVE A 5 TON A/C UNIT AND 5 TON AIR HANDLER CONFIRMED by other a/c companies and Carrier the manufacturer. Steve DID NOT know the correct size of my unit and also he did not know that I have a heat pump unit. WHAT A DISASTER A 3.5 TON A/C UNIT AND 3.5 TON AIR HANDLER WOULD HAVE BEEN FOR A HOME THAT NEEDS A 5 TON A/C UNIT AND 5 TON AIR HANDLER! He told me that he is condemning my unit and they are not ordering me the part. (Attached his quote with 3.5 ton a/c unit and 3.5 ton air handler). Fourth, I wrote to a consumer agency where *** from Pride wrote in her letter that I have aluminum coils and the aluminum coils are not covered under my contract. I HAVE COPPER COILS WITH ALUMINUM FINS per Carrier and the other a/c companies. (Attached letter saying that I have aluminum coils from ***, attached are pictures of my unit with copper coils and the serial number and model number for you to verify with Carrier that my 2009 unit is a 5 ton a/c unit and 5 ton air handler that had copper coils with aluminum fins and had a heat pump). In their own contract it says they cover Copper Coils (attached contract). Fifth, I have 3 different quotes from Pride for the same a/c unit that was put in 2009. PRIDE DID NOT KNOW THAT I HAVE A 5 TON A/C UNIT AND 5 TON AIR HANDLER AND THAT I HAVE A HEAT PUMP. I am not sure where *** in her letter got the quote prices as they did not match Steve's or the last quote that Stephanie sent me when she heard I have a 5 ton a/c unit and 5 ton air handler with a heat pump. Sixth, Pride condemns the unit per Steve's quote (attached) when they can get the part per Carrier. WHY CONDEMN SOMETHING THAT CAN BE FIXED? Pride wanted it condemned because they DID NOT WANT TO PAY THE COST OF PART (ALMOST $4,000 per ***'s letter attached). She stated in her letter that they recommend that I get a new unit. I DID NOT want a new unit. I wanted the part replaced per my contract covering copper coils. THEY DID NOT EVEN HONOR THEIR OWN CONTRACT. Seven, The freon did not last and was forced to have another company put in a new unit. FYI-I never expected Pride to pick and choose what they want to cover and not honor their own contract. I paid in advanced for this upcoming year for a new contract with them but I am disputing it with the credit card company. After all these mistakes and non-truths, I can't trust this company and I am not comfortable doing business with them. I want a company that is honest and honors their own contract.
