I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to inform you of a problem I have encountered regarding my recent experience with your membership services.

In October 2023, I decided to explore the membership offered by Brazzers for a trial period at the cost of $1. However, after trying it, I decided to cancel the membership because it did not meet my expectations.

To my dismay, on January 15, 2024, I noticed an unauthorized charge of approximately $20 on my debit card statement. Upon further investigation, I discovered that not only was I charged for the Brazzers membership, but an additional registration for Reality Kings was also included, which I did not initiate or authorize.

I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and kindly request a thorough investigation into the unauthorized charges. I expect a full refund for the amount wrongly deducted from my card. Additionally, I would like to confirm that my memberships to both Brazzers and Reality Kings have been successfully cancelled.

I appreciate your prompt resolution of this issue and trust that you will take the necessary steps to rectify the situation. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in resolving this matter as quickly as possible.
