Proflowers has been charging our acct $14.95 in unauthorized charges under a misleading name on our statement "Easy Saver" since Febaruay 2010. My husband ordered my flowers for Valentines day in February 2010, and since then this charge has appeared. no notification has ever been sent to us, and he was unaware of this as well. This is robbery and sneaky. I have all statements indicating this charge and will be pursuing this further.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I ordered from proflowers as well and have received charges on my credit card resulting from this order. These charges were unauthorized and made by easy saver. Never again will I order from proflowers!
EasySaver Phone number: [protected] PA appeared on my credit bill. Ordered flowers in March. Have been a customer w/ Proflowers for a few years... no problems. After placing order online there was a pop up window asking if I wish to have a discount coupon for proflowers. I agreed, then to find out I had signed up for a service offering discounts and such.
I supposed signed up for this monthly service without my permission, never authorized theses charges and received NO emails or information regarding the easysaver program. Called the 800 # and was told I will receive a refund for the 3 months of service I did not sign up for. Called VISA and had the charges disputed.
Called Proflowers and had them remove my information from their system. Nothing worse then using a company to find out the partnered with an unethical marketing company. Shame on you Proflowers... Will never do business with them again.
Buyers beware!
ON 9/2/2008 you issued a $14.95 charges to my checking account with Wachovia. After careful searching, I had purchase flowers from ProFlowers. My transaction was paid in full. I did NOT subscribe for the charge and would like it removed as soon as possible from my checking account. I will allow the 3 to 5 business days for this transaction to be credit. If it is not, then I am notifying the Attorney General's office of the State of Connecticut of unauthorized charges against a checking account. I appreciate your immediate attention to this matter.
was charged for something I didn't ask for a charge of 1.95 per month
This is the scam they are pulling--they lure you in with a coupon to buying more flowers and when you click on it--you are signed up by putting in your zip. One would think that with my monthly $14.95 charge, I would get mail or an email telling me about the benefits and discounts that my money is buying. I received nothing-- Below is the bull-email that I got from ProFlowers.

I was charged numerous times for authorized charges. I have my credit card sent to me paperless, so I guess I never paid too close attention until recent. I then found these charges that I had no ides where they came from. I then called my credit card company and they gave me a phone number to call. I called the number and it asked me to put in my credit card number. There was no way that I was going to do that, so tonight I got on the web and found out it belonged to Proflowers where I had bought flowers twice. I emailed their customer service and I put in all the charges and dates and told them to stop immediately charging my credit card and to reimburse my card asap.
I cannot believe that this company can and has gotten away with this. Is something going to be done to them? I sure hope so.
Boston, MA - I ordered flowers in May for mother's day from ProFlowers. I was aware there was a $1.95 charge for something. But did not know I would be charged $14.95. From reading all the related posts here, this is a monthly unauthorized charge. This is a deceptive way to get people into this stupid supposed "saver" club. I am going to contact the same number I found here on this site on one of the posts - [protected]. I will ask for my money back. What does it take to shut down this fraudulent company!
The first month they charged my credit card $1.95 and I called ProFlowers advising them they did not have authorization to charge my account this amount and what was it for. They were to remove this charge from my credit card. The following month the credit was not on my card; however, this time they charged $14.95. No explanation on what this charge is for. I advise not to purchase flowers from this company as they continually put unauthorized charges on your credit card after a purchase of flowers.
I ordered Valentine Day flowers which were not delivered until after Valentines day 3 days late. Then the PROFLOWERS company has been charging unautorized charges to my bank acct.
In Proflowers defense, during a holiday they even state that the flowers may run late due to over load of buying. It may take up to 5 days after your scheduled delivery. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. After the holiday they can charge the Regular rate of the price of flowers not the discounted rate that stated on their website.
People, you need to read ALL the TERMS before BUYING ANYTHING ONLINE!
I purchased flowers at ProFlowers.com and had started to get unauthorized charges being charged onto my debit card. I NEVER authorized these charges to be taken place or the money removed from my checking account. I called the Easy Saver company and they have agreed to refund all 8 charges of 14.95 to be credited back to my checking account.
I FIND IT VERY WRONG AND DISHONEST THAT YOU GUYS ARE ALLOWING THESE CHARGES TO BE TAKEN PLACE. I COULD SUE THE COMPANY FOR MAKING THESE UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES!
I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT YOU CAN HELP DO TO MAKE THIS BETTER ON MY PART?!?!?!

There was a monthly charge of $14.95 on my wife's credit card after she ordered flowers from ProFlowers. The main head quarters for ProFlowers is:
Provide Commerce

Please everyone give them a call to let them know how you feel about their shady business practices. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY FLOWERS FROM PROFLOWERS!
I was just charged $150.88 by Proflowers for a "so called purchase" that I did NOT make. I"m working with my Credit Union to get this charge removed from my account so I can have my money back. Needless to say, I'm not happy about this.
We can assist you with this issue. Please have your husband email us at cssocial@proflowers.com with his account information, we we forward this to the correct team.
We look forward to hearing from you.
