Progressive Casualty Insurance payment

I did make a payment balance back to 3/15/18 (attached information) on phone with email confirmation completely once i canceled my insurance with progressive which was not professional services experiences. I got rebill again today 4/4/18 as same amount due. I called customer service for asking this bill, the lady on the phone was very super rude, nasty and unprofessional said I dont care about the confirmation from progressive that email from progressive doesn't count. Since I on travelling and busy all the time, I don't have time to check my credit card statement. I just asked them let me know if they can find by confirmation, she was unwilling to provide and said none of progressive work to find the confirmation from progressive and she yell said u have pay for it no matter progressive received the payment. If i am overpaid, progressive refund or not upto progressive. that is called robbery !
Shame on your company with your dishonest!

Progressive Casualty Insurance claims service

Progressive is unlike other insurance companies, apparently it does not want to save money. At least not at the expense of slightly altering its process.
I was rear-ended and minor damage to my car. The repair itself would take less than a day to complete. I proposed, me dropping my car off at the body shop first thing in the morning, an adjuster looking at the car that day, and the repairs beginning (if not being completed depending on timing of the adjuster). No rental car needed. However, Progressive's policy is to let your car sit a day at a body shop before sending an adjuster to review. So Progressive would rather pay two to three days of rental coverage instead of sending someone out to look at the car given over three business days advance notice. My only other option, download an app and submit pictures of my car (even though I've already sent in pictures). An adjuster will review with 48 to 72 hours and then Progressive will snail mail me a check. This process could take up to a week. So for four hours and less than $, 1000 worth of repair a - progressive will pay over $1000 or take over 1 week to resolve a quick claim. Thanks Progressive for having your adjusters and supervisors stick exactly to you process and not employ common sense, practical solutions. Glad your not my insurance company.

Progressive Casualty Insurance hypocritical commercial full of double standards

The Progressive Insurance commercial starts out with two female Progressive Insurance employees unprofessionally and sexually staring at and commenting about a new male Progressive Insurance employee. A less attractive male Progressive Insurance employee enters the scene, feels threatened that his looks are inferior and begins to go in to a body dismorphia fit comparing himself to the new Progressive Insurance employee delusiinally thinking they look a like. Then, one of the female Progressive Insurance employees cruelly says, "You really think you look like him?". Then the commercial continues the same libiot double standard until the end. The next time some lazy fat lady is complaining about me looking at a sexy model in a magazine or brings up that #metoo nonsense, I'll be sure to remember this Progressive Insurance commercial and many other obvious double standards that I've had it up to my lower lip with.
This Progressive Insurance commercial is an obvious one. They're saying it's ok for women to check out men they work with at their office in the sexual context and comment on them. They're saying it's ok for women to judge men on their looks at work and make sexual assessments of them. If it's ok for them it's ok for men too. That should be the new hash tag... #mentoo and it should be for all innocent white heterosexual men that are expected to put up with being degraded and kiss every other kind of persons butt. Not today, not any day. I never did anything wrong. I just wonder what all those stupid girls that got their positions on wuss pass are going to do now that they have to actually do their jobs. Where's that statistic? #mentoo
Not very progressive of you, Progressive Insurance.

Progressive Casualty Insurance auto claim: [protected]

I had an accident and car was total loss, I was offered a rental car and was told that once i receive my settlement check. I have 3 days to return the car, which i did but my rental was only for 3 days. So when i receive my settlement check and went to return the car the rental agency charged me $ 1600.00. I called the rep Jacquetta Caldwell at 3 Dakota Drive suite 200, Lake Sucess, NY [protected] and informed her about this, she was giving me run around. First she said, she will have to speak to her boss, then i left message for him. He did not call me, I called him after 3 days and with an attitude he said. No we cannot do anything about this, if you want to complain go ahead. sent an email to progressive on 12/14/2016 but was no response. I need a solution for this, if not i will have to take it to consumer affairs or BB.

Tomorrow will be one month that we have not had our vehicle, we have been inconvenienced and have not received quality customer service from your team. Our vehicle was taken to your body shop for repairs and the paint was not the same color as when we brought it in. The Service Center Supervisor, Ryan Ordner was rude and made comments that were insulting to us. He acknowledged that there is a color difference but insists that it came that way. We have pictures to support that our truck was one color-gray and not a grayish-green that they painted the repaired part to. He has not been considerate of our time or our money. We are paying a note for a vehicle we are not able to drive and this is unfair to us and our family. This is unacceptable and not fair. We feel that we should be rightly compensated for this inconvenience and have our vehicle fixed right.

Progressive Casualty Insurance policy

To whom it may concern,

I am writing you to document a grave concern. As I am currently a platinum policy holder I have been very confident in the services provided to me. It is recently that I was notified that after purchasing my second car with progressive I was not notified that my policy was changed as a result my road side assistance was removed. I was notified by one of your representatives that I would have received documentation that road side assistance was removed even though I did not change my policy..I was notified that when a car is removed and another car is added that changes are made to the policy. I notified my progressive representative that I did not receive this bit of information. As I did not receive the first packet in the mail and I requested my new insurance card be mailed which I did receive but not the declaration as I was not aware that I needed one as I only removed one car and added another. I was told that I would also receive this documentation Via email as I went paperless. When I went to research this material I was then told by the representative that I did not receive this documentation via email as policy declarations are in fact not emailed.
I find it disheartening that my policy had changes made to it and that I was not notified, as I only requested my policy to remain the same and to simply remove one car and to add another. I was fortunate enough to be stranded close to home and not far enough to where I would have to pay for a tow that was astronomical. I am logging this complaint in hopes that this matter is looked into. As a satisfied progressive policy holder I have been very confident in your services and have encouraged many colleagues, friends, and family members to also become policy holders of progressive.
I look forward to hearing from you in the very near future.
Thank you for your time regarding this matter it is greatly appreciated.

Kind regards,

Progressive Casualty Insurance false promises in claim and delaying the approval

Claim ID: [protected]

Problem: False promises to customer, no proper response, delaying the claim approval.

Sequence of events:
12/05/2017 to 12/07/2017: I reported the incident to progressive and a representative called me and I explained the incident to him and he made sure that the damages on windshield and bumper will be covered under comprehensive coverage and he asked me to leave the car at nearest bodyshop and asked me to send the estimate to him.

12/20/2017: I dropped my car at collision master in Kirkland, WA and sent a copy of estimate to the agent

12/21/2017: I received a call from my agent and he told me that a local adjuster will get in touch with the workshop and will get me the delivery date

12/22/2017: I saw that the delivery date was set as 12/29/2017 on the app, but when i checked the claim details, the estimate was given only for bumper and they used a different estimate than the one provided to me, so i contacted the representative through app.

12/28/2017: I received an email from the representative and he told me that the local adjuster will get in touch with the workshop and will fix it, and suddenly after some time I saw that the delivery date was moved to Jan 6th, I called the representative, I sent him a message but there was no response, so I called the workshop and I came to know that they were waiting for the progressive insurance to approve the claim on their end and they told me that they are also fixing the windshield.

01/02/2018: I received a call from local adjuster and he told me that windshield will not be fixed and he asked me to file another claim to fix windshield, and this is happening after a month from the date I filed the initial claim, but still i agreed because he told me that I can take the car from workshop on 01/05/2018 and get the windshield fixed later, so filed another claim on the same day and was expecting to take my car on 01/05/2018

01/04/2018 morning: I called the workshop to make sure that I will be getting the car on 01/05/2018 as mentioned on the app, and they told me that everything is done but they were waiting for some payments from insurance and they asked me to come after 2pm on 01/05/2018

01/04/2018 evening: I checked the app and found that the due date was extended for 7 more days and I am going out of the country on that day for one month and I have been mentioning this all the time whenever I spoke with them, now I am in a very frustrated state and I am totally depressed

Finally they did not deliver what was promised to me initially and even they are not delivering the half baked promise at the right time. Their agents were pushing me to the extreme and now I am totally broke and willing to take back the vehicle even without getting it fixed, and I am going out of progressive after this and planning to insure under geico.

Progressive Casualty Insurance claim and adjuster

The accident had happened about 3 weeks ago. It was reported to progressive insurance, police report submitted and other required documents submitted. I brought my car to be inspected, adjuster came and inspected. I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks now and my car is in the repair shop. I have been calling almost everyday, leaving messages and only been called back a 3 times to be told that they are still reviewing my case. I've been calling everyday now for the past 4 days and they have not given me any feedback or whatsoever. I ask for a date and been telling me tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow. I am very upset and this adjuster has the nerve to be sarcastic and tell me I'll call you Monday if I want to. I'm furious but still patiently waiting. This needs to be addressed. They have very bad customer service.

Progressive Casualty Insurance claims adjuster incompetence blake williams [protected] progressive

My vehicle totaled. Your insurance company took FULL responsibility. Under valuing my vehicle. Not attaching value to things I gave receipts, I paid for, I should be made whole. Value is to the owner. Example Floor mats. Yet compared vehicle added $ 18.00 value. compared to vehicle 1J4FA69S54P719539. This jeep is not comparable. List of things mine as a ONE OWNER vehicle had and this does not; NO hardtop, no lift, no winch, no compressor, grab bars, upgrades were also AFTERMARKET differential covers, rear bumper and tire carrier The cost to add these to make me whole is not what your company gave. I can't just go out and buy a used lift kit!. Then, the leather steering wheel my jeep didn't have, your company REMOVED $177.00. AND it has 26, 000 more miles than mine. On your other comparison; your company removed $194.00 for the leather wrapped steering wheel. What incompetency! I had an independent value done on my vehicle. without tax over $24, 000. Value is over $27, 000 then. Your company has this currently. Clearly one owner, with all upgrades are not being compared. I need to work with someone who can do their job correctly. This accident happen on Sept 14, 2017. I can't drive it, sell it, fix it until this is resolved. You should be paying storage. I offered to take $22, 000 and the jeep. Progressive Casualty Insurance incompetent claims adjusters

The Claim adjuster was incompetent. I faxed all information, turned in keys, title. Shannon Peters closed my account because she messed up the paperwork and when I called her on it she got mad. My truck was stolen while at my cousins funeral on 10/05/17. When I reported it to the insurance company they said I didn't have any rental insurance. So all weekend I had to get a ride to work. Finally I was send an email to get a rental. After back and forth with her saying she really doesn't want to look in my bank account or phone records, she wants to look in my credit report. What up set me the most after the rental money ran out I had yo rent a car on my own. After her saying she did not receive the faxes I send. Then she said she did receive them. Then she ask for proof my cousin died. I told her I wanted to speak to her supervisor and she denied my claim. claim number [protected]. She is. the worst.

I recently was in a accident with a fellow in witch my 2008 Pontiac Torrent bumped a fender of a 1991 Ford Ranger 2 wheel drive junk truck. I came home explained what happened to my insurance company. Weeks passed. My new policy came and it doubled. I called to find out that my insurance company (Progressive) that never looked at my car had issued a check for $1600 for damage to Ford Ranger. We hit at less than 5 miles a hour and dented in my plastic bumper (Corner hit) and broke headlamp. Behind bumper is nothing. Dent popped out and new headlamp installed. The Ford Ranger had a broken signal lamp. That was it. The owner committed fraud and had to beat his truck up after he got home. Very evident this much damage is impossible. Called claims agent and hope he will be out tomorrow. Always have a camera. Never call your insurance company. Call theirs. Yes he gave me his insurance card. Isnt that admitting fault. This Ford Ranger doesnt hold a book value of $1600. How unprofessional. Progressive has really slid down hill. Just fancy commercials.

Progressive Casualty Insurance car insurance

I am filing a complaint because I recently found out someone has falsely made a policy connected to my social security number. I used to have insurance with the person years ago and they have unlawfully been using my information due to the help of a Progressive Agent at the Gordon agency in Kennesaw name Donia Jackie. They have told me there is nothing I can do to take my social security number off of the policy nor will they give me any information or policy number. As I am a progressive customer for my own insurance I am very upset that they're telling me there is nothing that can be done please help me with this issue as the hotline I called was the identity theft hotline and still no help this is absurd please help.

Progressive Casualty Insurance adjuster services

I have a 2006 dodge ram 1500. I hit a deer on Thursday November 30th and I took it to Sony's body shop in traverse city mi as it is not drivable. When the adjuster called my and told me to amount I began asking questions because there is a significant amount of damage to my passenger side wheel well/ axle are because that is where the blunt of the hit occurred. I was informed that some of that probably wouldn't be covered because it wasn't deer related.. However I maintain a clean and very well maintained vehicle. The wheel felt like it was going to fall off and grinds, as well as some noises when shifting in an out of years. Now I understand things not related are not covered, and I am totally understanding of that. However all of the damage in that area. The adjuster also acted like he was talking to a child who wouldn't have basic knowledge. I do not appreciate that from a company I have been loyal to and paid alot of money in premium to.

Progressive Casualty Insurance poor service from claims adjuster

I was the victim of a car crash while sitting still at a stop sign. A Progressive customer T boned another car in front of me and propelled that car into me as I sat still. I called Progressive and was assigned a claims adjuster. At first it seemed as if Progressive would accept liability but then the adjuster found a loophole to deny coverage. The police report wasn't clear which of the two vehicles stopped first leaving it to interpretation that they arrived simultaneously. That was not the case. I was the witness. The Progressive customer arrived second. There is a second eye witness who says the same thing. However, Progressive is still dragging their feet and won't pay the claim. I had no part in the accident except for being hit while sitting still. The claims adjuster Taylor Schofield was clearly inexperienced and didn't know how to handle the situation correctly so her approach was to try to be authoritative and shut me down. She said repeatedly, "there is no further discussion", " I am not changing my mind", " end of discussion." She continually told me to file with my own insurance saying "That's why you have full coverage." She became exasperated and hung up on me in mid sentence. I have filed a compliant with the state of Wisconsin Insurance Commission and she is named in the complaint. She now says she is investigating further but she has both witness statements, the police report showing the location of the accident within the intersection (which clearly implicates the Progressive driver), photos that show the Progressive driver T boned the other driver. Yet, she is stalling. My car, a BMW 640xi had to be towed away and sits in the collision center awaiting Progressive to take responsibility. I am covering all my own costs including towing, car rental, etc. in the meantime. The claims adjuster is poorly trained and is out of her element in this job. When she realized she was in the wrong, instead of taking responsibility she tried to shut me down and hung up on me. I will be pursuing further action against Progressive above her head.

Progressive Casualty Insurance customer support

So I've been using Progressive for over 15 years and never filled one claim with them until now. After hitting a deer recently I had to file a claim and the process was fairly simple up front. The issues came once may truck was in the shop and I was trying to contact my claims rep and field agent with questions. I'd left several messages over a 3 day period and sill no return calls and actually it was about a week before I ever got a call back. The funny part was I had already picked up my truck and they had no clue. Having been such a loyal customer of Progressive for so many years I can't believe the type of service I received from this company. Thanks for being there for me in my time of need Progressive. The icing on the cake was when I called up the corporate office explained what was going on and that I had some questions the guys began to give me attitude. So at this point I have decided to look for a new insurance company.

Progressive Casualty Insurance customer service

For the experience that I have with progressive service line make me feel that it was a good choice to stop business with this company.

I was trying to request a letter of experience of my previous accident for my current insurance company 3 weeks ago, at the very earliest time, they told me my request will be a rush request, and it will cost about 2 days maximum to process it, however until now no one even care about my request, they just submit the request and the ticket goes to processing department, no one follow up, until I called 3 weeks later, my request still outstanding there. I called 4 times within 3 weeks to follow up with my request, every single time the representative told me the same thing: they will submit a rush request,

However, who really take the responsibility to take care of my rush request in this insurance company? Representative told me all they can do is to check the status in computer, and the one who really process and send out my fax is a separate department. I don't have the access to reach out processing department to make sure they sent out the letter on time, and there is no way for the people who help me on the phone to make sure my request being sent on their end.

I feel like this issue will be going back and forth forever! I think this company has a serious issue about their processing management. I feel sad for them and very disappointed about their service.

Progressive Casualty Insurance incompetent claims adjusters

I am presently a policy holder with your organization, and I would like to advise you of a growing trend of complacency within your Claims Department. There have been several accident claims, between my wife and myself, that have been filed over the years, and apparently due to the lack of investigative skills by your Claims Representatives we have repeatedly been found at fault. I speak mainly of an accident that I was involved in on 9-27-16. I explained to your Claims Representative, in detail, how the accident occured, and that this explanation could be corroborated by the location of the damages to the vehicles involved. That even though my vehicle did strike the vehicle in front of me, that it was the second vehicle forcing its way into the traffic lane I was presently in, not allowing safe merging distance before or after his vehicle, that resulted in the accident when he slammed on his brakes before completely entering the traffic lane. it was dark, raining at the time, and the driver of the second vehicle also failed to use his turn signal before doing so, to indicate his intent. My vehicle incurred no structural damage, and other than a few minor scuffs, plus a 4-5"inch line of transferred paint, my vehicle received"No"damage at all. I explained to your representative, Seth, at the time of the incident, that I would accept no fault for the accident, and dispute any claims otherwise. It wasn't until recently that I found out that this accident was partly to blame for my premium increase, my wife was also involved in an accident that she chose not to dispute, even though damages to the vehicles involved indicated that the other vehicle struck the vehicle driven by my wife. I also found out that multiple, 6 total, personal injury claims of $5, 000 each were paid out regarding the incident on 9-27-16, whereas, there were only 2 individuals that complained of discomfort at the time of the incident. There was a total of 7 persons involved in this 4 vehicle accident, and I feel that your Claims Representatives are being frivolous with both your assets, and mine. I do not appreciate being indiscriminately charged with the poor driving habits of another, then being financially drained with additional premium costs for the same, nor do I find it acceptable for a poor driver to be rewarded for not properly protecting his passengers, The driver that was actually"At Fault" for the accident had multiple passengers. if you have any additional questions regarding this incident, my Policy Number is ([protected]), and I can be reached on my cell phone, [protected]. I would much like to speak with someone of authority regarding this incident, but definitely not the [censor] that has handled/mishandled it thus far.

Progressive Casualty Insurance worst customer service we have ever encountered

My husband wrecked his 18 wheeler (which is our main source of income) on 11-18-17, it has been in the shop since then and hasn't even been started on. It was 11-31 before the adjuster ever came to look at it. His estimate was WAY below the shop estimate. The adjuster never answers his phone and only calls us back occasionally. The shop could not find the parts for the price that the adjuster said he found. The shop can't get in touch with adjuster. We can't get in touch with the adjuster. Meanwhile, we are moving out of state next week and don't have our truck that should have been finished WEEKS ago. My husband doesn't have income coming in. But those payments and bills for insurance are sure still coming. We need someone much better than our adjuster to contact us immediately! Nobody will communicate with us. We need it fixed or totaled out so we can buy a new one and get him on the road. My husbands name is Johnnie Dale Jones. His number is [protected]. Our adjusters name is Greg Cathey. Progressive Casualty Insurance denial of coverage

We have had Progressive Insurance for quite some time. They have always been very helpful and quick to resolve all problems until now. My son had an accident and rolled his vehicle. Thankfully, he is fine, but the vehicle is not. He had purchased the vehicle about 6 weeks before rolling it. Progressive said he never called to give them the new VIN number. He had totaled another vehicle right before he purchased this vehicle. Progressive paid the claim, and my son signed the title of the totaled truck over to Progressive. Progressive continued to take the insurance premium out of my checking account, so it didn't dawn on me that they wouldn't have the new vehicle on the policy. They said we could have kept the old truck, so they kept taking the premium. They knew we didn't keep the truck because we signed the title over to them, and they had picked the truck up.

We have spoken to an attorney, and he informed up that we needed to file a complaint first. So I am filing a complaint.

I also wanted to mention that Progressive had the wrong VIN number on the old truck. When we went to register the older truck, the county tax office discovered that Progressive had transposed numbers on the policy. The attorney said we needed to make sure that was known as well. We have a copy of the policy with the transposed numbers.

Thank you for your help in this matter
