See the latest ticket #3631476 - Previous ticket #'s [protected] (6/30/2023), [protected], [protected], and several others; For the Practice Test Issue, PTsupport did not provide me with a ticket # but said to call [protected] x7030 and request a refund. I did so and just got passed around from one person to the other. I was on the phone for 3 hours.
For the PSI Exam itself that was terminated for looking elsewhere, which I already knew at the time of termination, the video was reviewed, and this was PSI's reply:
Test takers exam was terminated for looking somewhere else. It
appears that the camera the TT was using is an external camera and
the position it was placed in, shows that the TT was looking at the
screen.
My response to that was ok, please give me a refund since you have also confirmed that I was looking at the screen. Keep in mind during that first test when I got the error messages, I contacted the proctor immediately and was NEVER told to move my camera to a different position. I did so myself on the first warning as it had inadvertently moved to catch only half of my face. No response, even after SEVERAL and I mean SEVERAL follow-ups to my INITIAL question asking for a refund.
