I have tried to schedule my Illinois Broker Exam on PSI but failed to do so because it states I do not have eligibility. Even though I have completed my required course work and confirmed through the CE Shop, who I took Broker Pre license courses through, state that they have sent over the proper documentation and completion records. I have contacted multiple people over the last four weeks at PSI through email/phone and I have been told numerous different answers. Some state that they cannot find my account (even though I can log in and schedule different tests but not the one I need). Others state that the CE shop did not send over my information, or my account has been deactivated. I am struggling to figure out who to contact for the right information. I have been given many different emails/wrong phone numbers for PSI. Sometimes I don’t even get a response. I am beyond FRUSTRATED as I need to take this exam, but people cannot seem to give me the right solution/answer. I JUST NEED TO TAKE THIS TEST.
