I have tested with PSI on numerous occasions and have taken 10 exams and they all used to show up on my login page.
My last test in Everett WA they spelled my name wrong. It took me 4 hours to get that mess straightened out since all support moved to F*%&$# INDIA!
They hung up on me twice because I was getting frustrated about them noT able to fix ANYTHING! All my test info is now gone and they claim I don't exist but I still have a login. Now I just logged in and only shows I took one exam. Some times I need score reports and they claim I haven't taken the exam I was asking for. Please take the support away from India. It is horrible and we cannot understand them. I am now notifying all states that use them for contractor licensing to please use other test agencies. Since support went to India, the whole system is effed up. Support is horrible and they will never let you speak to a supervisor. When it was US based it was easy and the support agents were helpful and friendly. PSI customer service now is just plain miserable.

This has not been resolved. They made a feeble attempt at resolving my issue. I sent them what they needed and they can't open a simple word document. This is not resolved
So today. I tried to register for south Carolina exam. I login to PSI (successfully) go thru the prompts, find the exam site and it refers me to the South Carolina PSI site. It asks me to login again. I do that it then says email and password is wrong. Then I try to register and it says my email already exists. So I call support (EFFING India again) They tell me after 30 minutes on the phone I have to get a new email to take the exam. Now I have 11 more states to go. They told me I now need a new email for every new scheduled exam. And to make matters worse, I still can't see all the exams I have taken or get certified copies of my test results when needed. I offered them to screen share to show my frustrations. They will not do it. When customer service and tech support is outsourced to India, it shows PSI does not give a [censored]. You cannot speak to any US based help anymore. God knows I have tried even calling corporate and they give me the same answer.
I am going to make it my mission to promote ICC, Pearson Vue and Prov because they are all still US based and the exams I have taken with them I have full access to and with one email address.
