Puritan's Pride is a company that I recently had a bad experience with. I placed an order and was charged four times for it. Although I was credited for two of the charges, I am still waiting for the remaining three credits. It has been well over a month and I have had to call the company several times to try and resolve the issue. It is frustrating that I have to deal with this problem when it was the company's mistake in the first place. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I am hesitant to continue doing business with them. I would advise other buyers to be cautious when dealing with Puritan's Pride.

i recently tried buying some vitamins and supplements from puritan's pride's website, puritan.com, and unfortunately, i had a frustrating experience with their rewards program. for three years straight, they've told me that i'm signed up for it, but then they backtrack and say that i'm not actually enrolled. needless to say, it's a very poor system, and it's left me feeling disappointed with the company overall. i hope they can find a way to fix this recurring issue and make the rewards program more reliable in the future.

Puritan's Pride is an alright company to get your vitamins at a fair cost. However, they spam your inbox with too many emails, even if you try to opt out of them, which is a huge turn-off for me. Other than that annoyance, they have exceptional deals like buy two, get three free offers that they always have going on and regularly abolish shipping and handling fees when you hit a specific minimum order. Plus, their product shipments come speedily, so you don't have to wait long to get what you need.

So I placed an order on the 1st of November with Puritan's Pride via their website puritan.com. I received an email shortly after confirming my order, saying that my products had been shipped. However, it is now the 22nd of November and I still haven't received my order. I've tried emailing them, but my emails keep bouncing back to me. Then I tried using their on-site contact form, but for some reason I couldn't submit it.

I'm starting to worry now. Does anyone know if they have a phone number I can call to speak to someone directly? I'm beginning to think maybe they're not really trading anymore, or worse, maybe it was all just a scam.

One thing that also puzzles me is why a company based in America has an Australian web address, puritanspride.com.au. It's all very strange and confusing, to be honest.

I really hope someone from Puritan's Pride sees this and can help me with my order. As a customer, I just want to receive the products I ordered and paid for. It's frustrating not being able to get through to anyone or get any answers.

I made a purchase of Vitamin D-3 and K2 1000 IU/45 mcg on February 22, 2017. My receipt number is ***. Unfortunately, on the very next day, I received an email from Puritan's Pride stating that my order had been cancelled. I was very disappointed when I found out, and immediately requested a refund. Regrettably, to this day, I still have not received it. I find this to be unacceptable as a consumer.

I have sent several emails to the company, but my refund has not been processed even after 22 days of waiting. This has caused me a great deal of frustration. I am still hopeful that they will refund my money soon, but my experience with Puritan's Pride has not been a positive one.

It is disheartening to see that a company such as Puritan's Pride can be so careless with their customers' orders and payments. I caution anyone considering purchasing from this company to be careful, as they have clearly demonstrated that they cannot be trusted.

Puritan's Pride has some really good products that have worked well for me. However, I must admit that they tend to be out of stock quite frequently. It's really quite frustrating. Overall, as a consumer, I understand that inventory issues do arise, but I hope they are doing their best to remedy this situation.
