I lost my checked-in bag while flying on Qatar airways (QR0071) from Doha to Frankfurt on 05 Oct 2023. My original destination was Amsterdam but due to flight delay, I got re-routed to Frankfurt and my luggage was tagged to Frankfurt and i was told that i should collect it in FRA. However, the bag never came on the belt in Frankfurt

I filed a claim online (File Ref # FRA3436456) and till date did not get any status update, calls or emails regarding my lost baggage. I live in the Netherlands, so, the nearest customer contact number is Germany or Netherlands. I called multiple times and unfortunately, the customer service people i talked to where based in India. It was a call center! Then, why do you advertise the number as international customer service contact. They could not help me because they do not handle lost baggage services only ticketing issues. I had to use chat to find out the status of my lost luggage. That's another comedy of its own. I tried WhatsApp chat to contact an agent and AGAIN NO HELP!
