On 3/6/2024, my co-workers and I used the online app to submit a large order for a birthday lunch. We put in our orders separately and wrote our name on each order. The order was for 10 people and 5 orders duplicated automatically. This was not an error on our side, I believe this was an error with the online app.
Since we were charged double, I called the resutrant to inquire about how this might have happend and too see if there was a way we could be compensated for this overcharge. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and short with me. She insisted that this was my error. I asked her to take a look into this, she commented that she would be able to do this later. She then also reported that she noticed the double orders, but didn't call to double check.
She then hung up on me and I haven't heard from her since.
Also, when I was reviewing the receipt, I noticed a $22.08 Charge for Digital Convienience Fee? I am extremely upset about this as it appears that the app doubled my order on some and I was charged more.
Claimed loss: Digitial Convience Fee $22.08Double Food- $44.45
Desired outcome: I would like to be refunded for the double orders and the $22.08 Digital Convenience Fee. I tried to upload the order summary put it will not attatch. The order Number was #[protected]
