Seeking refund for a cancelled phone order from August 12
Seeking refund for a cancelled phone order from August 12, I decided to switch phone carriers and ordered a new cell phone. After 5 days without shipment, I cancelled due to high interest rates (27.86% with Affirm). Customer service misdirected me to request an RMA on the website, which I received. Weeks later, Affirm reminded me of payment despite the cancellation. Ultra-Mobile failed to notify them, resulting in my continued payments. Despite assurances, Ultra-Mobile has not sent a cancellation confirmation email. I've been promised this email again with a 24-48 hour timeframe. If not received, I'll contact the Arizona State Attorney General. I've been informed that Quality One Wireless is responsible, but reaching them has been futile. Ultra-Mobile's attempts at a resolution, including a conference call and contacting Quality One, have been unsuccessful. I'm awaiting their promised follow-up.

On 3/20/22 I purchased a Samsung Galaxy TracFone from what I thought was TracFone Wireless but I realized it was the wrong phone from the wrong company. I immediately called their 800 number and waited 45 min with no answer. I tried 2 more times with the same outcome. On Mar 21 I started emailing them explaining I ordered the wrong item and would require a refund. No response. On Mar 30 I received a stamp on my email stating: "Your return request has been successfully created please await response from our administrator" By Apr 9 I gave up and emailed them again and told them I was filing a complaint with Discover Card. I then got a response. They emailed me a return label I had to print and for the first time I was told there would be a 20% restock fee, and a $10.00 postage fee taken off my refund! This was not on their website until a refund was mentioned. The Complaintsboard.com has a lot of complaints on how they do business. I thought I was dealing with a honest company but they are far from that!

I ordered a phone through Smart Pay with straight talk(phone leasing) order number for both smart pay and Quality One Wireless is #XXXXXXX. My return was processed on 05/02/2022 and they stated they reached out to Smart Pay to advise of return so the lease can be canceled. Smart Pay stated they never received confirmation from Quality One Wireless. Quality One stated they couldn't provide me with a tracking number (because that's what Smart Pay is requesting). I advised Quality One Wireless that smart pay can't cancel the lease without the tracking number even though they've advised that I returned the phone, they stated it's nothing they can do because I should have went to a teller to return the phone so they could have gave me a tracking number. It was a printed return label from Quality One that I no longer have access to from the email they sent. I have no access to it only because the link is no longer active. The representative then transferred me to a voicemail after I told her I didn't want to be transferred because no one has been calling me back. Being the only representative there, each time I called back (about 6 times) she answered and once I spoke she transferred me directly to the voicemail without advising or saying a word. The operator said I would just have to leave a message it's nothing else that can be done. I want Smart Pay and Quality One Wireless to work together and process my refund and also cancel my lease so it won't affect my credit. I don't have the phone, never opened the package, nor activated the phone.
I made a purchase on 06/11/2022, when I received my order there was an incorrect item. I requested an exchange and I was emailed saying the request was approved and given a return address. I have since emailed and requested a prepaid return shipping label and a packing slip, otherwise how will they know the item is from me? I am requesting a prepaid label because the incorrect item was shipped to me by their error not mine and I don't feel like I should have to pay for it to be returned. I placed an order through the Straight Talk/Smart Pay website for a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra phone on March 8th, 2022, at 1:51 PM. The email confirming the purchase stated that Quality One Wireless is the company providing the phone. I opted for expedited 2-day shipping. After receiving the shipping confirmation email with the tracking number, I continued to monitor the shipment's progress. However, the updates only indicate that a shipping label has been created. I have reached out to Straight Talk, and they directed me to Quality One. Despite several attempts to call and emails sent to both Quality One and Smart Pay, I have not received a response. My account has been charged for the transaction. I would like to either receive the product I ordered or obtain a refund so that I can make my purchase elsewhere. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide the order and tracking numbers as they were not included in the original text.
I was informed that my daughter's phone will stop working by 3/31/2022 because they are switching from CDMA to GSM or Volte network. For this I need to buy a device compatible with GSM/Volte, and a sim card. I had planned to buy the device somewhere else, and buy the sim card from Access Wireless direct. On 3/3/2022 I bought and received the sim card and awaiting my device to arrive. However, on 3/11/2022 Access Wireless suspended my daughter service without warning. When I called, and I was hoping they extend service until 3/31/2022 to allow for device to arrive, they said that's the policy. Instead they will send us a new device and a sim card in order to have service on. This would be fine but I already bought a sim card. I wished they informed us of this before they cut off service. So now I have an extra sim card. I tried contacting customer service, only to be referred to another number for which I couldn't get through. It put me on hold for over an hour and cut us off, repeatedly. I left voicemail messages but so far no reply. I emailed them requesting a refund. So far no reply. I'm contacting Complaintsboard.com in the hope they have better luck reaching out to someone who will reply. I will be glad to return the sim card if they supply me instructions how to, and refund me.

I placed an order on 2/26/22 from an online retailer for a Samsung Galaxy A71 5G phone, advertised as new, to be compatible with my service provider's network. The order was processed with an incorrect email address. Delivery took nearly 3 weeks, contradicting the 2-day delivery claim on the shipping receipt dated 2/28/22. After a rude interaction with customer service, the phone arrived days later, clearly refurbished, without a manual. I ordered a phone through this company's website on 11/1 (order #:***) who sells phones for Access Wireless. The phone has never worked properly. It fails to get service or signal the vast majority of the time despite being in an area where it should receive signal. Access Wireless was unable to troubleshoot the problem and advised I call Quality One Wireless about returning the phone. Upon calling Qulity One Wireless they directed me to the appropriate website to process the return. My password for logging into my account to complete this return did not work. I try resetting my password, and that did not work. The associate on the phone was extremely rude and stated that the "forgot password" reset no longer works on the website and I would have to "play with it to figure it out". They said there was "nothing else they could do" then hung up on me. This answer is not acceptable, I spent $100 on a defective phone that I have no way to return. If their website is defective and doesn't allow someone to reset their password, that is THEIR issue and they need to offer me another way to return this defective phone. Completely unprofessional.
I purchased a Samsung A10e in May through ASSURANCE WIRELESS SHOP. They are now undergoing a network transition and have informed me that my current phone and SIM card will no longer be compatible. I was under the impression that I was dealing directly with Assurance Wireless, especially since the offer was promoted on their official website. In response to the compatibility issue, they are proposing to replace my device with a model that I find inferior and unacceptable. I am willing to return the phone and request a refund of $152.55 USD. I believe this situation is unjust, considering I have owned the phone for less than eighteen months.

I was told that they did not even have an order for me even though they had received payment they stated they did not have a order. I finally was able to get in contact with a person and told them that we were leaving out of town and no one would be here if the phone was shipped he told me he would cancel the order. I again explained no one would be here and that I had cancelled the order. At the time he still could not provide me with a tracking number for Order # XXXXXXX. Order dare 01/05. I emailed again since no one would answer the phone and was told the tracking number was fed ex tracking #XXXXXXXXXXXX. Purchase price 598.98 paid in full by PayPal credit. I was receiving emails from a Steve ***. I emailed again and told him fed ex did not show this tracking number in there system. He stated it would take 72 hours to update. The phone was a 2 day delivery though u stated. He emailed back and said what ever I picked at checkout. I sent email after email asking them to call me with no response. I never received the shipment. I filed a complaint with pay pal and they keep charging me again everytime I dispute it stating they show a tracking number. Phone still did not arrive by the 8th of January. I emailed again and told no tracking information could be found ask that the order be cancelled again. I was told I could not cancel the order I would have to create a RMA when I received it. I emailed again on Jan 22, 2021 stating I still had not received it and that I was still charged. NO RESPONSE. I was told by fed ex that they could not find the tracking number in there system.

Order was placed for a new phone along with 2 additional sim cards to move 2 existing phone lines with another company over to Mint Mobile. In addition we prepaid for a year's worth of service with the new line and 6 months of service with the two lines that were being moved over. Order fulfillment is listed as provided by Quality Mobile. Order was fulfilled and phone and sims received on 12/1. Immediately contacted company to say the phone had was not new as listed, box has been repacked, with obvious signs the phone had been used. Called customer service was told they would be shipping out a new phone and just to keep the used one. Thought that was odd, but ok. After 2 days and no notice.of new shipment, called back and they had no record of that phone call and said they wouldn't say keep the phone, that we must ship back. They said they would be sending a return label immediately via email. 3 more days pass, no return label received. Reviewed complaints and apparently this company is notorious for sending used phones that were purchased as new. Waiting to activate the ported lines until this is resolved. Customer services continues to lie just to get you to continue to wait and call back.

The phone isn't working can't get on the internet or work any applications and it even said my phone needs to be connected to a *** account but had a *** account attached to the phone. When I contacted the company for a request I didn't hear anything from them for days so I sent them an email finally today 5 days later I get a response that my request is denied for an exchange and to contact *** for warranty. It's a brand new device and I'm having issues with it. *** would probably send me a refurbished device for something that didn't work since day one. When I sent in the issues I'm having with the device:I'm having a lot of issues with the phone. I have full service bars and also tried to connect to wifi to rule out anything.. The company told me after I brought up the return policy they said I need to contact smart lease to cancel. But they didn't say anything about a return.

Paid for new, sent refurbished
Paid for new, sent refurbished. Now being forced to jump through hoops and ignored during RMA process Bought my phone through Mint Mobile's website on 3/23 and paid using Affirm to get a NEW Samsung Galaxy Note 10+. When it finally showed up there was damage to the packaging inside the box and the phone charging cable inside was both the wrong cable for the phone and not even Samsung branded, it was a third party replacement cable. I did an IMEI check after reading some other complaints here on the Complaintsboard.com website and it confirmed that the phone was not new and had been previously activated and sold in 2019. Pictures in the following album link of the packaging and charge cable: *** I contacted Quality One Wireless to go through the RMA process and get the correct phone and then did not hear anything for a week. I emailed them and was sent an email with a typed-out label. I asked if I was expected to pay for the shipping on the RMA when they were the ones who sent me the wrong item and was told I could request a pre-paid label. Of course I wanted a pre-paid label. I received the label (4/2) and sent the phone back in on 4/3, along with a printed email from the IMEI lookup and a tag expressly showing the charge cable was not even usable for that phone. I was notified on 4/8 that the return was received. On 4/13, I was notified that there was still a *** account on the phone despite my resetting the phone to factory settings and checking my *** account for the device showing that the phone was not on my account anymore. After going back and forth with someone showing them a screenshot that my account says the device was removed and their showing me a picture of a phone saying that there was an account previously used on that device, I asked if, since I was sent a refurbished phone anyway, are they even sure that it was my account locking the phone. They did not answer this. In the original email, they asked me to either give them my log-in information to my *** account (which is a huge security risk and should never happen) or they could send me the phone back to wipe it. In the last email from them they told me they will mail the device back to me on 4/14 and I haven't received any information regarding tracking or if the phone has even been shipped back to me. On 4/20, I emailed them asking about the status of the phone, had it shipped and if there was tracking and have still not heard back today, 4/21. I am supposed to be making my first payment on the phone in question on 4/23 (a month after buying it) and I still don't even have the phone I'm supposed to have and now I don't even have the phone I'm not supposed to have either.

I questioned the difference between two models. I was told it was the camera and when I questioned the dimensions I was told the iphone 7 was shorter but the width of the screen was the same as the 7plus. It is not. It is significantly narrower making it difficult for me to read. Hence, I attained an RMA for an exchange. The exchanged iphone sent was different than the iphone I ordered. It was a different color; switched without my approval. I called Quality One to discuss the issue. It took over a week of phone calls and a two hour wait before Andre answered; 7/14. Andre assisted me for well over half an hour. No matter how we tried, we weren't able to generate an RMA to return the second iphone. At this point I was without a phone. I relayed this to Andre and he said I could order another iphone but would need to pay up front and the paperwork could be straightened out later. I sent back the (second) iphone with a letter describing the difficulty obtaining the RMA. In the interim i received my (paid up front) now acceptable iphone;.the third iphone. The two previous iphones had never been used/activated. There was a side issue before Quality One would accept the second iphone back. This was settled, and on September 22, they acknowledged the return and insisted on sending me yet another iphone; Prior to this date, they emailed asking my consent to ship. I emailed back please do not send another phone stating I have one already from your company; please refund the second iphone 6plus now in your possession. see all the emails going back and forth submitted next. Quality One ignored this and UNAUTHORIZED, shipped another phone. I called their customer relation department and they told me the now acceptable iphone I have was not to be considered, and more astonishing, said it was NOT from their company; receipt submitted next. I was stunned. This is a testament to how messed up their paperwork is, plus their RMA consistently alluded to the first iphone7 long ago returned. I emailed a letter to Mia *** and never heard back from her. These people have gone to extraordinary lengths to stick me with an additional nearly $300 iphone, which I can neither afford nor have need of, declaring over and over I did not abide by their (paperwork) return policy... through no fault of my own. Once again, I haven't been able to attain an RMA. I have sent the iphone back to Quality One I want a full refund, and will not agree to a restocking fee, since they should acknowledge my iphone as the final proper exchange and render a full refund for the iphone 6plus. The receipts and correspondence between Quality One and myself are all in my emails and I dont know how to turn into files, which is the format you are requesting. Please let me know if there is a way I can email them to your Bureau. I dont have a printer so cannot print and mail. Thank you. The charge I need to be refunded goes back to the first iphone 7 returned $271.10

I bought a phone that didn't work from day one. I called quality one.Nothing but a run around leading to nowhere after that. I bought this phone and got a message I was supposed to supply a Assurance Wireless password from my phone carrier, which I didn't have , to get their address for a return/ repair. Operator couldn't supply it to my Text ,email , or on the phone. It had to go Complaintsboard.com to get it. Hope it's right one. It is a long process just to get an address from these people , I lost interest in dealing with it. Nobody at Assurance ever asked me for a password to my account, just my name and a six digit PIN number for security. Quality one is asking for things I don't have between me and my carrier. They also never stated I was even buying a phone from them when I originally bought this phone. The website they hide under is called Assurance wireless dot com. Not Quality One Website , or anything even like it. They don't even have their own website with their name on it. Nothing . You buy a phone thinking you are buying one from your phone carrier , and don't find out it was Quality One you actually bought it from until it's time to send it back for return or repair. That's when things get ugly. And nasty. They send threatening notes that if you didn't need a repair That it would cost them money for them to look at it , the shipping and handling is charged both ways . Etc. No nice customer service AT all. They do nothin o their part to accommodate you in an way. Accommodate isn't in their vocabulary. At all. And I mean that . Just threats to try to make you think twice about dealing with them. To intimidate you into going away. It's a bait and switch these companies use to take your money and then run and hide after they get it.They've put me through*** trying to get their address to return their phone. With passwords I don't have. And never used on my my carriers site. Who are these people doing that I couldn't figure out. They work in cohorts with Assurance to keep people away, and send them on wild goose chases. They work real tight with Assurance wireless, to make it hard to get simple basic customer service. More of a strong arm tactic type of customer service. Bad bad people. Stay away from them . At all costs , and double check if your buying a phone from them , because you might buy from them and not even know it, because they hide behind other people's website names to get your business, and once they get it , and you got a problem, ( from them) they know how to make sure you don't give it to them. They are very nasty. I'm afraid to deal with them . I won't.They have chased me away . They got the best of me . Just had to share my expierience with the next guy in case you shop here. And please make sure you ask your carrier who your buying from and you see it somewhere , because these guys are good at hiding before during and after they get your money. Thanks.mfor b.b.b. Any company that hides under another persons name to do business is a red flag. Stay away from Quality One. Horrible scare tactic blackmailing based customer service at best. I'd rather buy my phone from a drug dealer, if it have to choose between the 2 . At least you know what your dealing with. And where to find him for refund or exchange, if you need to. Because they sure can't be less reliable. Quality One. . They got one thing right . But what's in a name? Only the name sounds good . Just more deception. What else is new?

Sold me a defective phone
Sold me a defective phone. Called for assistance and CS girl lectured me & hung up. Called back 17 times so far with no success. Purchased a phone on 7/7 and paid for expedited 1 to 3 day shipping. Phone wasn't even shipped until 7/11, four days later. Received on 7/13, a week later. Called Assurance Wireless to activate my phone. Spent the entire afternoon trying to do so without success. They determined that the new phone was defective (probably because it has another carrier's name all over it) and told me that they would be sending me a new phone via expedited shipping and I would have it in 2 or 3 days. Three days later, I had my phone! It was late and I was tired so I decided to wait until morning to activate it. This morning, I opened the box and it was NOT the $139 *** A10e that I had paid for. I called my provider and was told that is because they use a different company for sales and I have to contact them. At this point, I've been without a usable phone for 11 days and I'm not very happy. I called the number they gave me for quality one. The girl who took my call did not identify herself. I started to explain my issue when she decided to lecture me that it wouldn't have happened if I had followed "proper procedure." What?!? How am I even supposed to know what their proper procedure is? I interrupted her and told her not to lecture me. She said goodbye and hung up on me! Now I'm really angry! I called back and got a helpful young man named Andres. I let him know right up front that I'm very angry and why, told him I understand that it's not his fault, and to please be patient with me. I also told him that I want to speak with a supervisor once my issue is handled because I wanted them to be aware of the employee's behavior on my original call. He tried to activate the phone first, and we were disconnected. I called back and each time I did, they would disconnect my call or send it to Elizabeth, the supervisor's, voicemail. Because Elizabeth does not answer her phone. Ever. I spent almost 2 hours and 19 phone calls trying to get assistance because my unusable phone does not allow me to answer calls! On the 16th call, a girl named Sarah answered. When I gave her my order #, she said, "oh, you're for a supervisor only." As I was asking her not to transfer to the supervisor's email, she transferred me. It's like this is a game to them. Because I am upset, they won't take my call. I did, at that point, leave a message for Elizabeth telling her how livid I am, that I will keep calling until I speak to someone, and that I just want a refund because I will never purchase another phone from them. On the 19th call, Andres answered. He told me that when he was unable to activate the phone and we got disconnected, he sent an RMA form to me via email. I told him that I had not received it and he said that it will show up within 24 hours. Now I see that the Complaintsboard.com has 125 complaints of very similar issues, but because after people complained, the company refunded their money, they have an A+ rating. That makes no sense to me! Clearly, if there are 125 complaints of similar issues, that is the way this company does business! It's very shady and they shouldn't get a pass just because they gave refunds. Poor business practices are poor business practices. It's also very clear to me that the company doesn't care if I file a complaint because when they refund my money, they will retain their A+ rating and, despite 125 complaints, they have not changed the way that they do business. I will also be filing a complaint with my carrier, who I will be leaving for a different cell phone service provider since quality one is the only company that their customers are able to purchase cell phones from.

I ordered a LG G8 Twinq phone and was sent a G7 Fit. I called and emailed them, informing them of the error and was told to ask for a Return Authorization. I was directed to ship the incorrect phone back at my expense. while asking for a refund on my shipping cost, only then was I told I could have asked for a prepaid label. After more that 2 weeks, I still do not have the correct phone. Poor customer service

Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with and the supervisor refuses to answer or return my call. don't order from them I ordered an I phone7 plus and they sent me a flip phone it's going on 3 weeks and still haven't resolved the issue
We purchased an iphone with 2 yr apple care. The apple care service never made it to my Apple account and physical phone. It required two months of phone calls. Even Apple could not get through to them. I would recommend the service, but not purchasing phones or accessories.
