WATCH Communications Internet

Might just be the worst internet i have ever seen. i have never seen speeds so slow, constant lagging in games cutting in and out of frames, lagging out chat parties, takes days to download games. would never recommend this internet provider to anybody

WATCH Communications While another company was digging a new well at our residence, they accidently cut through the watch communication's line leading from the house

While another company was digging a new well at our residence, they accidently cut through the watch communication's line leading from the house to the dish. Watch communication came and put a new line down, but stated that they would come back to bury the line underground again. This is a pretty good length of line above ground, we have notified the company multiple times starting in early to mid october , regarding this and if they would please come to bury the line. We still have no window of time that this will be done, we have draped the line up so we can mow the grass but it has been way too long and we would like help to get this resolved and the line underground again.

Watchit service is not svailable since months although they withdraw the monthly fee regularly my code order is GPA.

We are currently going through an outage. Spoke with multiple tech reps, they all say they're unsure of the problem and I just have to wait it out. We are currently going through an outage. Spoke with multiple tech reps, they all say they're unsure of the problem and I just have to wait it out. (Day 4 today)This is starting to feel like a recurrence with this company. I called customer service she was very rude and short with me.told me just to wait. I was expecting a discount to be offered. Called customer service again and she had no idea of any issues and transferred me to tech again. Is there no open communication with this company? Is there no preventative maintenance to keep these issues under control? I've sure had a lot of issues with this company in the last 2 years.

I called WATCH communications today 2-7-2022( due date of February bill) to cancel my satellite TV service and owe no more ongoing money. She said she could not do so and that I'd have to pay the full amount plus late fees for February and any coming months if not paid today. AGAIN...I called by the due date to cancel and be disconnected. What is the problem and how do we resolve it? I just want to be completely done with this company. The past month they cut off all of my favorite channels and after calling several times I never got them back. I just want this resolved and over. Thanks

Watch Communication has been contacted several times in the last few months due to no service or slow service. The Service Tech informed me that all he does is fix problems as they pop up. He had know interest in the reliability of the system. Considering this a rude response I spoke to a Service Rep. I may not have the titles correct but there was a difference in job responsibility. This lady was very polite but could offer no time frame when the service could be restored. She escalated my concern to a lady in ***. This lady called and spoke with me last week and said she would call back and let me know when the service would be restored. I was told by the first lady to track the days my service was down over 48 hrs and they would credit my account. Based on this companies response to other complaints on Complaintsboard.com I know full well that Watch knows exactly when someones service is down and should be able to credit accounts based on their own data. My service has now been down over a week for this occurrence (was down over a week in December) and I get nothing but crickets. I just want reliable internet and my options here are limited. Automatic credit is a no brainer.

Business is unable to provide service monthly. Our internet was down for a week in February and 6 days so far in March. It has been down every month since last year. They are always working on it ,but they never credit our bill because of no service.

WATCH Communications They shut off our email service with no notice!

They shut off our email service with no notice! have had service with this co. for 10 -15 years. They say they called Us in January but no such call. also they say they sent us a notification in February . This is false! What they sent and called about was an invitation to upgrade our service (for faster internet speed). I seen the price and thru away, on the phone I told them I was not interested. Never was it mentioned anything about loosing our email. All I want is My Emails and the accompany files, they contain all my email addresses for friends and business associates, DR, info appointment reminders, test reminders. This information is very very important to Me and My Wife. Like U want our account no. was in our email files. pay online. We depended on this very very important way of communication.

We have had continued outages and are charged full price. Today I was told my internet would be back in within the hour. After several calls, I was told it was a separate issue from the widespread outage. Then I was told someone would work on it soon. When I called back I was told we will be without internet until Monday. This is unacceptable. This company preys on rural customers that have limited to no access to other internet options. So, they can effectively do whatever they want with zero repercussions. Customers should ban together for a class-action lawsuit. I have read many reviews of similar experiences. They are getting money to expand rural internet access without actually improving the network. I am beyond disgusted and tired of paying high prices for subpar service. I work at home, and I am losing money due to their shady and disorganized business practices. That's not to mention their rude customer service.

Service is constantly out. Tech support is gaslighting me and neighboring customers into buying new home equipment when they know it's their tower at fault. I've been promised credits multiple times I've not received. As of now watch communications owes me over $350 for service I paid for and never received. The service has been out 33 days, since Dec 5 21, and is still out.

We pay over 100.00 a month for internet services. They are the only company in our area to offer internet to us. The internet goes out and does not work a day sometimes more a week and when it does work it is so slow you can hardly watch tv. I call and have to talk to technicial support all the time. They never take money off the bill for the lack of service. When I ask to talk to someone to make a complaint they tell me there is no one to talk to. This is the most ridiculous company I've seen in my life.

For the past month or so Q wireless LCC/ Watch Communications has had internet issues and myself and my mother have called several times and were hung up on. We then have called Tech support and all we were told is that there is an "interference" but have done nothing to try and fix it, I write books and do online classes and as well as other stuff online and we keep constantly losing our internet and losing the stuff I'm working on. We pay $51 a month for our internet that we keep getting kicked off of and told them that we shouldn't have to pay the full $51 until it gets fixed and still get hung up on. This is getting ridiculous that they are being lazy and won't try and fix it, but unfortunately we don't have another internet company to go to. All I'm asking is that they get off their lazy butts and fix the "Interference" issue because I'm tired of having to redo my school work all the time.

This company is the only viable option for internet service at my home. My service has been down since Thursday, May 20 at approximately 10 p.m. Their only resolution to this is to set up a service appointment for this coming Wednesday. This internet service costs me nearly $4 a day.

WATCH Communications Canceled service and they aren't refunding me for the month that I already paid

Canceled service and they aren't refunding me for the month that I already paid. I've had this service for about 3 months. I had to pay for installation and 1 month of service in advance. My internet has been out half the time. I usually call and they can fix it over the phone. Well almost a week ago I called and they couldn't fix it. They scheduled a tech to come out. It will be almost 3 weeks before that will happen. I called today to cancel. They canceled and told me to hang the equipment on my door in a grocery bag for pick up on the 24th. I had paid my bill, which pays a month in advance, the day before my service went out. When I canceled, I asked about getting that refunded. She said no because there is a 30 day cancelation policy. I don't recall ever being told that or signing paperwork that states that. The service has been horrible and I would like my $80 back for this months service that I've never used.

WATCH Communications Watch communication is suppose to be providing internet service to our home

Watch communication is suppose to be providing internet service to our home. We have been without internet for weeks at a time with zero notification. I call the company and they say they will get it fixed as soon as possible. It remains unfixed after two straight weeks. No one will come to my home to fix from this company. I have asked multiple times for a break in billing due to not receiving the service I am paying for, but have yet to be given any reduction in fees. Their customer service ducks calls, are very rude, do not offer any assistance and do nothing but lie about getting service back on and working. They bought my local internet provider out a little over a year ago and have neglected their customers in my area. I have had service and tech reps hang up on my calls in mid-conversation. I have been charged $72.95 a month and have gotten less than 50% of the month with having actual service. Not to mention the number of streaming services we purchased and cannot use.

WATCH Communications Billing for Internet that was very bad

Billing for Internet that was very bad. Yes for over a month I have had to call the company to tell them the internet was not working right. I'm not sure how many call I made. I should of called them every day because it never got fixed . But I did not have the time. So my husband and I canceled our internet. I asked for a them to prorate the bill but they said they would not it was in the service contract which I never received because Watch bought the company I had before then it became Watch. I have had to call a lot in the years that I have had them try and fix their internet and the would say the are working on upgrading their towers and blah, blah same old excuses. The tech that where sent out only could do so much I don't blame them that their company has junk and you can only do so much. But I do not feel I should pay for something that does not work the way it should. If any thing the should pay me for the last month of frustration . I am just saying prorate I will pay from the 4 to the9of June. and be done with them.

WATCH Communications Over the last several months the service has been out regularly sometimes several days a week

Over the last several months the service has been out regularly sometimes several days a week. If it's out for a day sometimes I will simply wait until the next day and it's usually back up and working. It is ridiculous I should have to wait for the service to return when it goes out this often. I end up calling support and if you look on my account you will see the many occasions I have reported an outage with the service. Less than a quarter of these times do I feel like I get a legitimate answer as to why my internet is not working. The most common answer I receive is "there's a problem with the access point on the tower and they're working to get it fixed". Now this would be understandable maybe once a month but how could this same issue possibly be present several times in a week several weeks in a row. Along side the same answer I get everytime I have not been notified that I will receive credit for these outages. The reliability of this company has diminished over the last couple years. I hate to think of the folks who depend on this wifi service for their employment. I feel like Watch Communications does not take their service or their customers seriously or prioritize us when we ask for help, as we all know its not a cheap service either.

WATCH Communications On Jun19, I complained about Svc

On Jun19, I complained about Svc. On 26 Jun, Svc person came out. Next day no Svc. I called again, on Jul 27 & 28 I wait all day no call & no show! I was unaware Sitco sold to Watch. Watch sent bills I did not pay;then, either they called or I did. On 19 June 20 I paid my $371.26 & told them the internet had not & was not working. Watch told me for some reason I was paying to little for my internet. I was paying around $45 to $50 per month. They raised my bill to $74. Month. On 26 June they sent out a serviceman. He came in and pushed the connection in and internet came online. He told me we were wireless but I could take the wire he pushed in and connect to Ethernet. I told him to do it now. He said well you can do it at any time. I tried to figure it out my self, then I asked my son, and finally I asked my husband. We have no idea where to connect the wire to. I called again and waited an hour and 50 minutes on their service department. They checked it out and told me everyone around me is getting service but I am not. I called again and was scheduled for service on Monday the 27th of July 20. I waited all day, no call & no show. I called on the 28th of July and was told serviceman did not see my service request on his board. They said a repairman would be out today definitely and his Supv would be sure he seen the request & called me as he was coming. Again, a second day I waited all day no call, no show. As a last resort, I decided to contact the complaintsboard.com with hope I can get my connection solved. It has been 40 days now, and all I'm asking for is the service they expect me to pay for!

WATCH Communications Service issues, credit requested for outages, and billing discrepancies

Service issues, credit requested for outages, and billing discrepancies. Customer service reps give the run around, supervisor NEVER available to help Any outage with this customer, resulted in many hours and wasted days on the phone with them, with no resolution. Last one was in May . Was finally told after days w/no service, a tower went up impeding their signal to my home and no ETA on when it would be fixed. I closed my account and found another provider. Asked for partial credit for the time I was down and cancelled account. Was told that request would be put in & wait for it on next statement before paying in full. With every statement that came, I called in and still paid a little on the $78 bill. Got aggravated w/their hold times, empty promises and run around and finally just paid the final balance in September. Now I find out, they turned me over for collection w/o telling me and never reported to them the account has been paid in FULL since September. AND now they also want an additional $25 from me for sending me to their collection agency (which I was told I needed to Google them for a phone # to call them to make a payment--even though my account is/was paid in full!). For services they could not provide, that I asked to be credited for, that I asked for return phone calls from supervisors that NEVER happened. Overall, terrible & very unprofessional service! I have asked them to contact the collection agency to get my account marked as paid before it hits my credit report. and to be CC'd on that email and still have not received anything on that. It has been paid since September and it is now end of December.

WATCH Communications We have internet service through Watch Communications who bought Sitco Internet

We have internet service through Watch Communications who bought Sitco Internet. In our area, they are one of the few providers who do provide service to rural communities. Over the past 6 months, I have watched our service continue to drop for days on end with no resolution promised with empty promises of the service being restored. Just 2 months ago, we were experiencing problems with our service and we had to wait nearly a week. On the day of the service call, we were never notified that the individual who was supposed to come and repair our service was sick. When I called them, they informed me their tech was sick. I was fine with this until they told me it would be nearly two weeks until a service tech could come to our house. I had to fight and escalate this just to get someone to my house just to fix a service that we are paying for. 2 weeks to fix my service because someone was sick? The most recent occurrence happened on Sunday evening, October 24th. As usual, I have reached out to their customer support who has not provided any resolution nor update on when we could expect our service to be restored. Any update to reach them through their Social Media pages is ducked. Other customers are visibly frustrated on social media as well due to the lack of service of getting the service restored. This is day 4 of paying for a service that they cannot seem to restore. We are people who rely on their service-- we pay 74 dollars a month just to be able to work from home and pay our bills. Yet this is Day 4 with no service and we are treated with no importance. Watch Communications has proven again and again that they do not care about their customers and only care about their money and not about providing a "service" that they can provide consistently. Their customer support and service techs will only offer "no update on an ETA". This is unacceptable. Someone from their higher up needs to address their support and customer service. Fix my service.

WATCH Communications Spotty At Best When we first moved into Warrick Trails there were no internet issues

Spotty At Best When we first moved into Warrick Trails there were no internet issues. However, the last two months have been a literal internet nightmare. Both my husband and myself depend on a quality internet connection to conduct our business from home. He is a an independent telecommunications consultant and knows everything there is to know about fiber connections and bandwidth. Warrick Trail is advertised as having FttP (fiber to the prem-which is short for premises), which means it's the supposed to be the fastest internet there is presently. It is less than stellar on it's good days and as of late staying connected has been a major issue. We contacted them about a month ago and never heard back. We prompted their service by calling again and they sent a tech out who only reset everything and said it was good. The internet failed in the same way again. We called them back and it was suggest that we needed a new router, they told us a tech would be out that Monday. No tech showed, no missed phone calls as we sat in the apartment all day waiting. We called back and they finally got a tech out, same one as the last...who replaced the router and again said all was well and to call if we needed. The internet is still not working. We pay $61 for internet alone every month because we are supposedly paying for the best internet there is. IF we lived anywhere else we would have already cut our losses and moved but we can't do that here in this self proclaimed "luxury" apartment because there are no other options here. We want a refund for the last three months of down service, we want our service fixed so we can run our businesses and we would really really like a better explanation as to why this is happening. We are not the only family that is suffering from this in this apartment. We are paying for a service that isn't being rendered. By definition, that is theft.
