Queenly is supposed to provide a quality check (and dry cleaning was mentioned in my purchase agreement). But, the way they packaged my order caused damage to the dress, and now they won't take it back. They sent a fancy ballgown in a tiny Amazon box that was all taped up to make it fit. So now I'm stuck with a messed up dress.

I have all the transaction information and still no payment. I've contacted both parties, Queenly and Venmo, for a resolution and payment, but no help at all. Please help me!
I'm about to delete all items I'm selling through them. I sold one item, shipped it, buyer received but queenly has not updated the status. I have not been paid for the sale through queenly. It makes me think they are scamming the sellers. The buyer receives item from seller the company queenly doesn't retire Funds to seller.

My daughter bought a dress from Queenly Inc. and unfortunately, it turned out to be the wrong size. So, we had to return it. I got the postage label on 09/20 and sent it out about a week later. According to the tracking, they received it on 10/08. However, I haven't received any reimbursement for the item yet. When I contacted them, they claimed that they hadn't received it by 09/27 and wouldn't be reimbursing me. This information wasn't mentioned in the email. Now, they have both my dress and my money. On November 5, 2022, I asked to stop receiving emails from Queenly. I deleted the app because there ain't no unsubscribe link in their emails, so I had to email customer service. Then, on December 6, I asked again because I was getting emails every day, sometimes even twice a day. These emails weren't just ads, but also about dresses that I didn't have anymore to sell on their site. They told me that my account was reopened, but I told them I didn't want it reopened and I didn't want any more emails or contact since I didn't have any items to sell. But guess what? After that, they sent me an email asking me to rate their customer service. I replied to that email again, asking to unsubscribe, remove my listings, and on December 16, I was still getting bombarded with daily emails. I sent another response on December 21, twice to different emails just to make sure customer service got it. And again on January 2, but this time, I didn't get any response to the last 4 emails. I'm still getting emails asking me questions about a dress I posted but don't have anymore, and they keep sending me daily ads. I really hope you can help me out and make sure they delete my info and unsubscribe me for good.
