On December 21, 2024 I enrolled Saguaro Benefitsnow.us Health Insurance PPO and Dental Insurance and pay by a Pay-note through Tri Counties Bank for$273.74.
On December 12/2124-12/23/24 I had contacted through email through [protected]@quickhealthcare.com, and Seguro [protected]@benefitnow.us, and asked a representative agency to please cancel the two accounts of health insurance, and a refund for $273.74 back to my bank account of Tri Counties Bank. I had given them all the information to closed the account as soon as possible, and a refund as soon as possible as of December 23, 2024. The company never responded back to me about that the account has been closed and to let me know they have refunded me that amount on my account at Tri Counties Bank.
I contacted Tri Counties Bank to stop a payment of Dental Health Insurance for $103.50, and I paid $34.00 to stop the payment to go through it.
I have contacted this number: [protected] several times through December 2024- January 2025, and had spoken several times to a representative agency and asked them if the two account of health Insurance have been close; refunded me back amount of $273.74 to my account at Tri Counties Bank, that person said yes it should take 7 to 10 business days for a refund to be posted on my bank trascation account.
Last time I had spoken to a representative was on January 7,2024, I asked her the same question have you closed the two accounts, and refunded the amount for $273.74 back to the account? She said yes, that I should received the refund soon by next week of month of January. I have checked the transaction of my bank , and noticed no refund from this company.
I would like to resolved this issue problem with this company for them to closed the accounts of health insurances and a refund for the amount of $273.74 back to my bank account.
Desired outcome: I desire for this company to refund the amount for $273.74 back to my bank account of Tri Counties Bank as soon as possible.
