Rairdon's Honda of Marysville My husband took our Civic in to have the alternator replaced today

My husband took our Civic in to have the alternator replaced today. He dealt with Director ***, and two gentlemen in the *** We cant begin to express the amazing customer service at this location. They were all extremely professional and took the time to make sure the service done to our vehicle was done to our satisfaction. My husband is very detail oriented when it comes to vehicle maintenance and the staff went above and beyond to make sure he was pleased. Its not often that you find a business that takes the time to give you phenomenal service, so we wanted to make sure it was shared.

Rairdon's Honda of Marysville I went in to buy a new car with the Costco Program

I went in to buy a new car with the Costco Program. There were some other deals on the website and Honda main site too. They told me that the Costco program and other promos didn't work for the car I wanted. They also said that since it was a new model, they added $5000+ to the MSRP and put extra stuff on my invoice without asking me. It's a long story, but I finally got the car I wanted from the beginning and got discounts on the invoice to cover what did apply to this car. Finally, after lawyers and ATG got involved, the General Manager stepped in and resolved the issue.

Rairdon's Honda of Marysville I usually support dealers, but I gotta say, I was real disappointed with the service at Rairdon's Honda of Marysville

I usually support dealers, but I gotta say, I was real disappointed with the service at Rairdon's Honda of Marysville. I brought in my Honda CR-V to get the alarm system sensors fixed. I specifically told them what to check, but instead, they went ahead and sold me a battery that I didn't even need. And guess what? It didn't fix the problem. Then they had the nerve to tell me it was the right rear door sensor, but that wasn't the issue either. So now I'm $400 poorer, my right rear door sensor is disconnected, and the alarm system still ain't working.

Seems like their policy is to just sell you parts, even if they ain't the right ones. They'll tell you they think it's the right part, and you agree 'cause you trust 'em, but then it turns out they were wrong. And what do they say? "Well, you agreed to it." Ain't that a load of bull? They're just guessing and making me pay for it. That ain't no way to fix cars, I tell ya.

I ain't ever gonna take my car there again, and I actually own three Honda vehicles. Can you believe that? But I reckon I'll find somewhere else to get 'em fixed.

We went to this dealer for a used car they said they checked before selling. But when we drove it home, only 10 miles on the freeway, the all wheel drive stopped working and the check engine lights came on. We talked to the boss the next day, who didn't want the car back right away, but wanted us to wait until mid week. We decided to go anyway. They looked at it and said the car had a big problem with the turbo, and it would cost too much to fix. After arguing some more, the boss agreed to cancel the deal. But to our surprise, the next morning we saw the car advertised on their website again, just waiting for another smart shopper to come along.

Rairdon's Honda of Marysville This was my first time buyin from a dealership, I thought I had gotten a decent price on a dependable truck

This was my first time buyin from a dealership, I thought I had gotten a decent price on a dependable truck. I was ecstatic with my purchase. Then when i got the vehicle inspected, I was shocked at the $5,000 plus in repairs and maintenance that needed to be done. The salesman, Zach, told me this was a great truck and he drove one just like it, and they were dependable. He was not up front about underlying issues with the truck, and that there were issues at all. When i brought up all these issues and brought the truck back after the inspection report, i spoke with the used car sales manager, Trevor. Trevor told me the mechanics i had the vehicle inspected by were tryin to get me to do all these repairs that didn't need to be done. Trevor knew some of the things that were on the inspection were already wrong with the truck, and agreed that they did need to be repaired after we lifted up the vehicle and took a look at things at the dealership. Trevor justified this by sayin nobody would pay the price for a truck if these things were fixed, and that's why i got such a low price. This led me to believe that they knew all these problems existed, and chose not to make repairs, sell as is, and cover up the problems as much as possible. After bringin the truck back to the dealership and showin Trevor the issues with the truck, Trevor said their was nothin they could do for me, no price adjustments, nothin. Their safety inspections seemed nonexistent, or very minimal, considerin the truck didn't have a windshield wiper when i test drove it, and they missed a brake light bein out as well. Then they used their safety inspection as a justification for not fixin all the problems that showed up on my mechanics inspection because they were not mentioned on their safety inspection. BUYER BEWARE! I would not recommend purchasin a used vehicle from this dealership, and if you even consider it you should have any mechanics that aren't theirs do an inspection before buyin. There were a lot of things I didn't know as a first time car buyer, and entrusted them to give me all of the details about the vehicle before i made the purchase which they did not. Their warranty for used cars over 100,000 miles is not worth it, and they will attempt to sell you gap insurance for 10 times the cost you could get with your own insurance. If I could give zero stars I would.

We buyed a 2010 Volkwagen Jetta From Rairdon's Honda of Marysville on 5/29. Till now, we still ain't got no title or license plates. We gots this car for our daughter and the transmission blew out three weeks after we buyed it. We had to pay for it to get fixed. Even though that ain't part of the complaint, it should be. We got the car back from the shop, but still ain't got no paperwork for the car. So basically we buyed a car 3 months ago and our daughter still can't drive it.

On 06/06, I visited Rairdons Honda of Marysville's website and came across a vehicle they were advertising. They claimed that this 2017 *** had an accident-free CARFAX, which might be true. However, it seemed like they were trying to sell this car as if it had never been in any accidents. But, after taking it for a test drive and inspecting the exterior and under the hood, it became quite evident that the vehicle had actually been involved in a major car accident. It had even been poorly repainted in an attempt to conceal their deceitful actions. I suppose they are technically following the law if CARFAX doesn't have any evidence of the car being in an accident. However, I can't help but wonder if CARFAX would have something to say about them advertising a wrecked car without any documentation as CARFAX approved.

Rairdon's Honda of Marysville I bought a 2011 Mitsubishi Lancer GTS from Rairdon's Honda of Marysville

I bought a 2011 Mitsubishi Lancer GTS from Rairdon's Honda of Marysville. The salesman, Sherman y L, gave me false information about the car's maintenance history, clean title, and claimed it had been thoroughly inspected and was reliable. However, as soon as I drove off the lot, I started experiencing motor and suspension issues. I reached out to the sales manager, Trevor S, but only received a response after I posted a negative review. He said he would only help me if I took down the review, so I did. I then took the car to the shop, but their mechanics claimed they couldn't find any issues. Trevor suggested I go to *** Mitsubishi in Burlington, where I explained everything to the service manager, Adam Bennett. He recommended a 27-point inspection and a dye leak test. The inspection revealed that everything the salesman had told me was a lie. The engine pan was leaking, the outer tie rod ends had play, the CV boots were failing, and the battery was incorrect and not secured. I have copies of all the inspection reports, repair costs, and receipts. I went to Honda of Marysville to meet with Trevor S at our agreed-upon appointment time of 1 o'clock on Monday. When I arrived, someone greeted me and I informed them about my appointment. They went to talk to someone and returned to tell me that Trevor was running late and asked what the meeting was about. I explained that it concerned the Lancer GTS, which was sold under false pretenses. After a few minutes, they came back and said Trevor wasn't there due to a family emergency and wouldn't be back until the following week. So, I returned the next week on Monday at 2 PM, and Trevor came out after a ten-minute wait. I reminded him about the paperwork I had sent him via certified mail, which included copies of the inspection reports and repairs done by *** Mitsubishi. He seemed confused by the paperwork and we went to his office. I explained how the salesman had made false claims about the car's condition, with a witness present. Trevor became confrontational and said that the salesman could say whatever they wanted, and once I signed the "as is" agreement, there was nothing he could do. I tried to explain that I signed the agreement based on the salesman's promises, but he kept interrupting and offered to show me the papers I signed. I declined and simply requested that the necessary repairs be covered since the car was sold under false pretenses. He laughed and refused, saying it wouldn't happen. I informed him that I would contact the ComplaintsBoard.com, the attorney general, and the CCS, but he dismissed it and said he didn't care.
