Don't buy a car from Swickard Seattle LLC!
Don't buy a car from Swickard Seattle LLC! They advertised a car online with a great price. When we got to the dealership, they showed us paperwork that confirmed the price and options. We test drove the car and agreed to buy it. But when we were filling out the loan application, they added a lot of extra money to the price. They said it was because of the market. We wasted two hours of our time. It was a terrible experience buying a luxury car.
I'm having trouble canceling my warranty
I'm having trouble canceling my warranty. I went to the manager and he said there's no one in the finance office to help me. He told me someone will be there on Wednesday and reminded me. I sent him a few texts but got no answer. I stopped by on Monday 6/20/22 to cancel and find out my trade-in value. They looked at my car and determined its value. We had to leave because my wife had a doctor's appointment. I called the dealer on Tuesday and left messages. I think this dealer has a racial issue.
I sent my daughter to Swickard Seattle LLC to get a quote for maintenance on her old Mercedes
I sent my daughter to Swickard Seattle LLC to get a quote for maintenance on her old Mercedes. After a lot of waiting and explanations from the guys there, they gave her a quote for over $4,000. They said that replacing spark plugs and cables would cost over $3,000! When she told me about it, I was like, "What the heck? Did they have a gun to your head or something?" It felt like they were trying to rob us. We went to another place and got the work done for a little over $600. The car is running great now. I don't know why Swickard Seattle LLC gave us such a high estimate. Maybe they didn't want to do the work or something. But seriously, $4,000 versus $600? That's just crazy. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. Mercedes should take away their dealership because they're ruining the brand's good reputation. I wish I could give them a 0-star rating.
I got a Smart Car & was told Mercedes of Seattle was the ONLY place to get a remote or change the battery AND PROGRAM it
I got a Smart Car & was told Mercedes of Seattle was the ONLY place to get a remote or change the battery AND PROGRAM it. They said it would cost $255 plus tax to change the battery & reprogram my key. Someone suggested Wise Locksmith (Bothell location) might be able to help. I talked to Mike and he changed the battery, and there was NO REPROGRAMMING needed. He charged me $10.86. HONEST, FRIENDLY, and PROFESSIONAL. I'll tell everyone I know about them for all kinds of locks, keys, etc. Thanks for a great experience! I won't go to MERCEDES for a repair, and I won't buy another Mercedes vehicle. This isn't my first bad experience with the Mercedes dealer, but the BLATANT LIE makes me so mad, and it's the last straw. My elderly parents are trading in their Mercedes this week too because of the similar treatment they've had.
I hit up the dealer about three cars I was keen on
I hit up the dealer about three cars I was keen on. The sales dude only got back to me about one of them. I asked for a quote on a two-year lease for a 2021 GLE 350. Had to remind him to get back to me. The quote he sent had a cost of $1100+ for license and registration, which is way too steep since it usually runs about $150.00. He also added something I didn't ask for. When I asked him about it, he said the "sales team" would respond. But they didn't, even after I reminded them. The General Manager sent me an email offering his "personal assistance" in the buying process. I replied to the email asking him to call and to get the "sales team" to respond. But he didn't call. The GM sent another email offering his "personal assistance" again. I replied and asked him to call and wondered if the emails were just automated. But he still didn't call. It's weird that a dealer in the business of selling and leasing vehicles doesn't seem to care about responding to customers. It's also sketchy that they tried to jack up the license and registration cost and then ignored me when I asked about it. Maybe it's best to think twice about doing business with them. What if there's a problem with the vehicle or service/repair? Doesn't seem like a smart choice.
My visit to Mb of Seattle was terrible
My visit to Mb of Seattle was terrible. I had an appointment at 1pm to see a Porsche Panamera that cost $78,500. *** called me to say the car would be washed and sanitized for me. But when I got there, three salespeople asked me why I was there. I had to tell them multiple times that I was there to see the Porsche Panamera. They didn't help us until we complained. After about *** minutes, they brought the car around. But it was dirty, not clean like they promised. One of the salespeople came out and said the car was sold last night at 7:30 pm and was going to California. But when I called ***, he said the car was still available at around 2pm. This experience showed that the employees at Mb of Seattle don't care about customer service and have no integrity. I also think they treated us badly because we are African American.

I bought a Mercedes GLA 250 from Swickard Seattle LLC two months ago
I bought a Mercedes GLA 250 from Swickard Seattle LLC two months ago. They gave me a temporary plate, but it expired on May 8, 2022. I need my plates or another temporary plate to drive back home to ***. I talked to the manager, ***, a few times, and he said they would fix the problem, but they still haven't. Swickard Mercedes of Seattle says they haven't received my funds from ***. I need this information to transfer the vehicle to ***.
Example car advertised as 9,527 miles but it actually has 10,861. https://www.mbseattle.com/vehicle-details/used-2020-bmw-x3-m-competition-seattle-wa-id-38082744 I spent a week negotiating a price in good faith, based on the mileage provided in the listing. When I had a mechanic check out the car the higher mileage was found. When asked about the difference in mileage Jason in sales said, "The GM was using it as his daily commuter. He loves the car... is that a problem for you". Yes, Jason, selling a car based on a fake odometer reading is a problem.
I made contact with Mercedes Benz of Seattle originally on 5/8. I had countless issues with the purchase. Lies about paperwork being sent to me, no responses/calls back when promised, etc. It was a long and terrible process. I asked on 3 different occasions to pay my down payment. Each time it was dismissed or ignored. Then on 6/24 they start calling my phone looking for the down payment. Over a month later. I paid them $7,000. At this point I was still waiting on my vehicle registration to arrive. After numerous calls and visits to the *** DMV, I found out that the dealership never registered my vehicle, even though they said on 5/21 the paperwork was being sent in to the ***. I called 7/8 to speak with a manager, she promised to call me back and never did. 7/9, still no resolution. I requested the title, the check for registration and the return of half my down payment to be overnighted to me. No response or acknowledgement of my request.

I got this fancy Smart Electric Car from Mercedes Benz and when it broke down in December , I had to pay to get it towed to MB Seattle for repairs. They gave me an estimate for the repairs and said they needed to order some parts from MB in ***. But it's now July 28th, 2022 and my car is still sitting at their place with no sign of them doing anything about it. They haven't been communicating with me properly and it's been a real hassle dealing with them. Not very professional if you ask me.
I bought a car from Swickard Seattle LLC
I bought a car from Swickard Seattle LLC. I sent money to their finance department on Thursday 11/17 for the purchase and shipment to my home. I called to check if they got the money and when I could expect the car. The guy I talked to was rude and said it wasn't his job to check. I called again and didn't hear back until the next day. They sent me the confirmation and said the car would be shipped soon. It's now Monday 11/22 and I can't get a hold of anyone. I left a message but no one has called me back. I really want my car and this lack of communication is unprofessional. Please help me get my car to Tennessee.

I sold my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Swickard Seattle LLC on November 11, 2022 for $15,250
I sold my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Swickard Seattle LLC on November 11, 2022 for $15,250. The guy who helped me said they'd pay off my car loan and give me a check for $9,995.83. They paid off the loan, but I never got the check. I've been trying to get in touch with them, but the person who deals with acquisitions, *** hasn't called me back. I talked to a boss on November 29th and he said they were working on it and would call me soon. But they haven't. It's a lot of money to be holding onto, especially since I haven't had my car for almost a month.
We got a new 2021 GLE63S on 10/26 online
We got a new 2021 GLE63S on 10/26 online. Today is January 31, and we still ain't got our car tags. We sent many emails and called the dealership many times. They send calls to voicemail, and nobody ever calls back. We talked to one nice worker who sent an email to the boss, but still no call back. Now, they won't even answer our calls! Also, the papers say we got a Mercedes Benz Truck GLE350! That's wrong! We got a $180,000 car we can't drive because we don't have tags! We'll get our lawyer and sue the dealership and the *** if they don't fix this soon. Don't buy from this dealership. They have no customer service, are dumb, and their behavior is fraud and could be theft!
I had my car serviced at Swickard Seattle LLC in March 2022 and everything was fine until now
I had my car serviced at Swickard Seattle LLC in March 2022 and everything was fine until now. They misdiagnosed my car, which resulted in me being charged thousands of dollars for unnecessary repairs. When I tried to talk to the service advisor about it, they ignored me and referred me to the service manager. The manager promised to help, but then stopped responding to my calls and emails. I even tried to contact the general manager, but they didn't respond either. My family has been loyal customers for a long time, but I feel like they don't care about us at all. I've been polite and respectful throughout this whole ordeal, but I don't know what else to do. I have all my service records, but I don't think uploading them without an explanation will help. I need to talk to someone who can advise me on what to do next. Thanks.
I gotta say, I'm pretty ticked off at Swickard Seattle LLC
I gotta say, I'm pretty ticked off at Swickard Seattle LLC. I bought a 2019 Mercedes Benz GLA250 from them back in January, and the financing guy talked me into signing up for a lifetime oil change service for $50 a month. He promised I could cancel it anytime, but when I tried to cancel it in November, I couldn't get ahold of anyone. Finally, I talked to a sales rep who said I had to come in and sign away the service plan with their finance person. So I took time off work and drove in, only to be told that I couldn't cancel it because I only had 30 days after purchase to do so. That's not what I was told! And to top it off, the staff was super condescending about it, like I was a kid trying to return a candy bar. I'm never getting oil changes at this place again, and I want them to cancel my contract for the service plan with no extra charge to me.
I bought a car from Swickard Seattle LLC on Jan 29, 2021
I bought a car from Swickard Seattle LLC on Jan 29, 2021. They sold me a warranty that only they offer, which I later found out was not the same as other Mercedes-Benz dealerships. When I bought the car, the sales team told me that the warranty was bumper-to-bumper, except for cosmetics and tires. However, I had to bring the car in for service on Feb 1, 2021, just three days after buying it. It was in the shop for 56 days to repair sensors and other things, which were covered by the CPO warranty. On Jul 5, 2021, I had to bring it in again to repair a spark plug on cylinder 1, which was also covered by the CPO warranty. Around Nov 15, I set an appointment to have the car looked at because it was running funny, but they couldn't get me in until Nov 22. Unfortunately, I got a flat tire on Nov 20, so I had to bring it in earlier. They repaired the flat tire, as well as a car door and sensor issue. They also replaced the spark plug on cylinder 1, but it wasn't covered by the warranty, so the sales team covered the repair. On Mar 16, 2022, I had to bring it in again to repair the crank case valve on cylinder 1, which I thought was the same issue as before. The sales team assured me that it would be covered by the warranty, but the warranty company denied the claim. The sales team covered the repair, but they didn't give me a repair order with parts numbers. I asked for it multiple times, but they just gave me the invoice estimate. On an unknown date in May 2022, I brought the car in again because I thought the crank case valve repair wasn't done properly. However, they called me back and said that it was actually a cracked cylinder on cylinder 1. The warranty company denied the claim again.
I wanna talk about Swickard Seattle LLC
I wanna talk about Swickard Seattle LLC. I had a bad experience with them on November 17, 2022 when I was returning my car at the Mercedez-Benz dealership in Seattle. They took an extra payment of $534.25 from my checking account without my permission while I was there. The person who helped me just took my car keys and didn't give me any papers. I tried to contact them many times but nobody helped me. Finally, I found out that the dealership took the extra payment. I contacted them but they never got back to me. I also tried to contact them through their website and *** but they deleted my messages. It's been 4 months and I still haven't gotten my money back. I used to think Mercedes-Benz was a good company but not anymore. Please help me get my money back and compensate me for all the time I wasted. Thanks.
