Service here is a joke. They messed up my winter tire installation and lost my wheels. Took them a whole day to fix it. Then I decided to give them another chance and spent a whopping 105k on a new vehicle, which came with a maintenance package. I made an appointment for an oil change at 10:30am, but they told me there were 4 people ahead of me and it wouldn't be done until after lunch (1:00pm). That means I won't get my car back until at least 2:00pm, but realistically it'll be more like 3 or 4pm. What a bunch of bull***. I'm definitely telling everyone who asks about my Jeep to avoid this place.

Don't buy your next car from Maple Ridge Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I got a used car from them in October and they said they'd refinance me after a year. It's been 8 months past that and I'm still paying high interest. I've paid $13k and only $3k went to the loan. I can't get financing from another bank because I owe more than the car is worth. Maple Ridge Chrysler says they never promised to refinance me, but they did. I have proof. They're making it hard for me to make money because I need a car.

We talked to the managers and service staff, but they didn't help us. They only offered a free service that costs $139.00. We paid $5,750.00, but the engine light was still on, and there was a noise in the car. We showed them a video of the sound, but they said it would go away after the engine was fixed. It didn't, and they are ignoring our calls. We are disappointed with their lack of response and accountability. Another mechanic told us that they should have fixed the problem when they opened the engine. They want us to pay $600.00 more to fix it now.

I'm only giving one star because I can't give zero. In the first 3 years of buying a new jeep from Maple Ridge Chrysler, they had to remove the transmission 5 times because of a loud hum at 80km/h. They fixed it a bit, but it's still there. They said it's normal and to avoid that speed if it bothers me. The steering rack had to be replaced 3 times in 5 years, and the front end replaced once. The vehicle has never been off-road. The windows drop and won't go up, but there's a recall for a limited time, and they replace it with the same plastic part, so it'll happen again. We tried talking to the owner to trade it in, but the offer was a joke. He said we must have bought a jeep built on a Monday or Friday and laughed. Don't buy from this dealership or brand.

I complained and even the *** people said I was right, but Maple Ridge Chrysler wouldn't do anything about it. They won't even talk to me about it now. I talked to the boss once, but he just said I assumed the upgrade was there. He wouldn't talk to the person who lied to me. I think they're bad people and you shouldn't trust them.

I found one with low Kms, but the selling price was too high. I tried to negotiate, but it didn't work. I sat there for 4.5 hrs as they tried to "sell" my ***. They finally offered me a trade-in of $6500 (only 40k KM). I agreed, even though I thought it was unreasonable. I spoke with a man in finances who gave me a 7.24% interest rate, even though I had "great credit." We discussed extended warranty options, but I didn't get a printout of what was covered. I just wanted to leave, but I was told not to make any lump sum payments towards my loan for at least 6 mos. I questioned the $995.00 documentation fee, but it was a waste of time. When I left with my new Jeep, I noticed a huge crack in the windshield. A day later, I received a text from someone claiming to be from Maple Ridge Chrysler who wanted to follow up about my interest in buying a car from them. I cancelled my extended warranty in Feb 2020, but the money went to the car loan, not back to me in cash. In March , I made a lump sum payment to my car loan to decrease interest and term. In June , I found a better deal at a private dealership with great customer service. It's disheartening to know that Maple Ridge Chrysler only cares about money and uses non-disclosure as a sales technique. I will continue to spread my story to educate others. Don't wait to be disappointed at Maple Ridge Chrysler.

I've contacted the salesman three times to get a resolution, but I haven't received any commitment as to when the work will be done or when I'll get the second key. It's all in the sales contract, but I'm still waiting.

So, I contacted Chrysler Canada, but no one called me back, and no resolution was done. I had to call over and over again until I got a hold of a manager named Cody. He didn't want to hear me out and was not professional in the way he talked to me. He told me to take my truck to a different Chrysler location to get a second opinion, and when I said I needed a rental car, he said it was my problem, not his. I told him that my car was still under the manufacturer warranty, but he didn't care at all.
