I withdrew $200 from a CVS in Allen Park on August 14th at 12:54pm where I always withdraw funds. I talked with a representative from rapid pay as soon as I got the txt message that a withdrawal has occured from another CVS on Grand River, where I never go, for an hour and a half.
She was the one that told me where it was taken from. I had the card on me, since she needed the numbers and exp. There is no other card and no one else is authorized, and I assumed without a card it was not possible to do anything without one at an ATM
She said that the investigation for a dispute was started then I called a couple weeks after not hearing anything and was told I didn't send in a report and it was sent to another department and I would hear back withing 60 days
Now I got the letter saying they were unable to credit the transactions, 2 of them - 1 for $400 and the next for $300, one right after the other at the same place, but no reason was given
So I'm out $700 but they want all my info that I've given to them multiple times. What do I do now? They got $700.00 without my card
I don't know if you can do anything but I appreciate the help
