Hello. Sometime back about 6-8 months ago I was shopping at Sam’s club and a gentleman who I thought was part of Sam’s club was offering bottle water deliveries. Especially since he asked for my membership card to verify I was a member. We chat for a little bit and I decided against the subscription since the ones offered in store was about $3-$4 cheaper. About a week later I get 4 5 gallon jugs left at my doorstep. I thought it odd so I called and got no response. This back and forth continued for about 4 months. All the while being charged for these. That little [censored] opened a subscription for me against my consent. I finally got a hold of customer service and explained the situation. He apologized and promised to credit the money back on my Sam’s charge card and stop the deliveries. The money at that time was recovered. But like clockwork the deliveries came, and so did the charges. That was about 4 months ago. 8 months total since this started. My credit card is up to $5000 now because of them. First I’m gonna sue for recovery. Then I’m going after damages. To my credit, to my mental health and anything else I can come up with. At minimum I want 10 times what they have taken and that’s just the beginning. That dip in my credit affected my ability for a much needed loan. So they will pay that in full too. Maybe then someone will take these concerns seriously. Your [censored]ing with my life now. I’m excited to return the favor
Claimed loss: Around $3000 was added to my credit card. All these jugs are filling up my apartment allowing no room for my furniture now
Desired outcome: All the money taken out back on my card. Double it, then for the second half write a check to me

AND……! I don’t have an order number or account number because he signed me up without my knowledge or permission. All I get is these text messages saying my next delivery is almost here. And I can never catch the driver. It’s like he knows
