Redbubble shipping

On December 25th, I placed an order of 10 stickers. On an email that I received confirming the purchase and updating me that it has been sent, the estimated delivery date was Jan 2-8. It is now Jan 16 and I have no idea where my package is. I am a college student so I set the shipping address to the FedEx store that is on campus. I have been tracking my package since it failed to arrive by Jan 8. On the UPS tracking site that I was sent to, it still says that the scheduled delivery date is Jan 2, and that the package has not completed the "delivered" phase. Right now, it is Jan 16, and the package is still not here. Also, on the UPS site, (I am not sure if this is just a fluke or if RedBubble failed to complete the address label that I filled out) it says that the shipping address is "STANFORD, CA, 94305, US". Obviously, that package cannot arrive if there is no name or street address. In my confirmation email, my name and street address are included, so why is it not filled out on the UPS site? The tracking site also says that on Dec. 29, my package was "transferred to post office" in East Palo Alto, CA. That is the last update. If it is at a post office, which one? And why has it not made its way to me and the address that I filled out?

Redbubble spiro design mug

I ordered a Spiro design mug for a Xmas present. When unwrapped the mug has a large chip out of the rim at the top of it. This chip has not happened in transit, as there is the missing piece of mug is not within the packaging. Therefore the mug was clearly already chipped when it was packaged and sent.
Unfortunately I no longer have the order number to quote.

Redbubble taking money without acknowledgment

I tried to order a T-shirt off of Redbubble and they declined so I logged out of my account and refused the transaction when I have gone to buy a different product on a different website I noticed money taken from my account. I wasn't sent a confirmation email, I have no order number however they have still taken the money from my account. I require a full refund and can not get in touch with Redbubble whatsoever

Redbubble kaws t shirt for christmas

The item I ordered shipped dec 10 and by dec 20 it still had not arrived - according to tracking information it apparently was rerouted from a post office in my area to one several states away. Impossible to get any information from redbubble - the customer service features run you in circles and there is no phone number. It is designed purposefully to frustrate and not take responsibility. If I don't get my package I will contact better business bureau and this australian company should be banned from us.

Redbubble service and product

This is the worst experience I've ever had with a website! I order a jacket and a coffee stain was on it! And there's no way for me to get ahold of anyone to replace it. I will never recommend anyone using this website again. There was also no invoice, which is very unprofessional. I'm even more irritated that the shipping took way longer than it said and now I have to find a diff Christmas gift.

Redbubble product not received

Hi! I'm Antonella Cabras and I'd like to report a product which hasn't arrived yet. The order number is [protected]; part of the order arrived two weeks ago, while the other part hasn't arrived and the estimated date was between the 26th-30th of November.
I'd like to know where the product is, if that's possible; otherwise, I'd like to request a refund.

Redbubble poor service-did not receive my product-automated "customer service"

I ordered two items from the same artist. For some reason he/she split the order and shipped each item on different days (only one day apart). The first item that was shipped never arrived and the tracking was not updated. Redbubble told me tracking does not follow items through USPS...when in fact they DO and I was notified of my other item that was tracked all the way to my address. Now I am being lied to.

The main problem is that you cannot get in touch with a HUMAN at Redbubble and one receives only canned-automated replies when you file/post a concern...with information that is not even correct. Sometimes one needs to speak to someone and explain the actual problem.

As far as my order They now tell me to expect delivery a full 13 days post shipping. Really, I can order any item from Amazon and get it in a couple days. PLUS actually speak to someone if I have a problem. I am done with "vaporware" customer service.

Redbubble order hasn't arrived

I ordered a wall tapestry and some cards from Redbubble about a month ago. The cards arrived on time and I got an email that said that the wall tapestry arrived too, this was however not the case and in my confirmation email it said that it should've arrived by now. I have no idea how to contact RB about this because the website, for me, is very unclear. I couldn't find a customer service email address anywhere and I already paid for my product.

Redbubble delivery and customer service

order number [protected]-supposed to arrive by October twenty seventh it didn't then suppose to arrive November-first it didn't now want me to wait to November seventh to the ninth for delivery. I was a birthday gift I wanted to send to my son. Trying to cancel order and get refund. I do not understand why I can not call you direct to resolve this issue.

Redbubble mini skirts under 'sikhism'

I was recently browsing through Redbubble, searching for merchandise relating to Sikhism, such as T-shirts and phone accessories. It came to my attention that there are various mini skirts with religious images and symbols relating to Sikhism printed on these skirts. I found this very disrespectful to our religion and am actually quite shocked that these have allowed to be printed and manufactured. I have contacted yourselves first to request that these skirts be removed from immediate effect and that you carefully consider the items which you print religious images and symbols on. There were images of the Golden Temple printed on a mini skirt. The Golden Temple is one of the most highly spiritual places for Sikhs. This is highly offensive. Moreover there were actual Sikh scriptures and writings printed on the skirt. I strongly urge you to act quickly. I appreciate your actions in advance.

Redbubble no customer service number to call

Redbubble website says my order arrived 10 days ago but i dont have it and i have no one to call. Id love to call ups, fed ex, or usps but i dont know how they mailed it and dont have anyone to call for that info. Come on redbubble get it together. I just want to not be ignored like all the other complaints ive found across the internet. Also i dropped 38$ on a pillow for my dad and im either getting that pillow or im getting my 38$.

Redbubble #[protected]

Firstly, I have been more than happy with all my previous Redbubble purchases, shipping, etc

I just received a poster for the movie Midnight In Paris. As with many previous orders, I ordered a MEDIUM size poster.

Imagine my surprise when I received the poster with small size image, and BORDER OF 3" ON EACH SIDE and 2" TOP & BOTTOM.

I am not spending any time/effort in returning the item, nor do I want a credit to Redbubble, who I will not use again.

I expect a check to be issued for the $35 (w/o) shipping to:

I have recently had the same problem with Redbubble. I purchased two prints of the same image in different sizes. The med. was listed as being 12"x17" - but what I received is a 12"x15" of actual image with a 1" useless white border on either side accounting for the remaining two inches. The Lg. has been listed as 16"x22.6" and what I got is 16"x20" with nearly 1 1/2 inches of plain white border on either side. This is not only a gross misrepresentation of the actual measurements of the artwork - but where am I supposed to find frames for such oddball sizes of the
"useable" image that's left after this random white border nonsense. I dealt with a few gals via email at Redbubble in an attempt to describe what I believe to be a simple and justified complaint about the false measurements of the two pieces - but pretty much to no avail. Now Redbubble wants me to send pictures of what I received because none of their images are supposed to come with "borders". Really? - now I have to send them photos? Maybe try actually looking at what you're selling on your site to begin with BEFORE you sell it.

Redbubble late order

So, I really don't know what's going on. I ordered some stickers from redbubble, and was told they'd arrive sometime between September 21st and 25th. It is now the 30th of September. On the redbubble website, it says my orders have been sent out and been shipped. On UPS's website, it says the package isn't even in their network. They have my shipping and billing information, but they have nothing to deliver. Does anyone know what I can do about this, because this is kind of frustrating.

Redbubble two t shirts

I purchased two Redbubble t shirts last week, and received them today. I washed them at the recommended temperature, and both of the t shirts' designs are badly damaged (covered in small tears, ripped in several areas). I checked to make sure that I had followed the shirts' instructions correctly, and I had: they were just terrible, terrible quality shirts.

Redbubble deletes accounts for no reason and ignores emails

They don't explain why or respond to emails after spending 5 days uploading my artwork, all my artwork is original and I still wonder why they suspended my account.
Very disappointing.
They only reply if you're a buyer not an artist.

They are obviously complete scammers and it's a very unprofessional behaviour. I would never ever trust them again and I would advise everyone, both sellers and buyers, to avoid them.

They are a racist website that will suspend your account if you're from a non English speaking country.

And if you tried to contact them you'll got a very poor communication.
I have contacted customer support many times asking why my account was suspended, they never replied.

I sent three emails to the account suspension section and i got no reply too.
They never explain why or even care.

Disrespecting way of communication.

I advise all artists from a non-English speaking countries to ignore them and stop using their services and also spread the word.

P.S. All my artworks are original and i don't use any copyrighted materials,

My artwork are selling on Amazon, Threadless and Society6 and never had any copyright issues before.

I'm on behance and dribbble too.

Redbubble lack of communication

I have tried unsuccessfully for over a month trying to reach one of your artist Shawn Ballard. He made an awesome dress and I wanted to ask him about making one for me I don't see on the site and he refuses to reply back and no one will help me get a message to him.
I wanted to buy product from you as you have some nice things but not worth my effort if no one will assist me?

I am absolutely furious because i have just discovered that images of my paintings are being used fraudulently on red bubble. I have never at any time authorised use of these images and insist that they are removed immediately! this is in the hands of a copyright lawyer. I also insist that i am told who is responsible for uploading these images and also how much money has been made up until now! deal with this without further delay.

I believe they deleted his account to purge any evidence but you can get screenshots from the Internet Archive website for your legal action.

Redbubble t-shirt

My T-shirt ordered from Redbubble, order [protected], arrived and was completely synthetic and therefore unacceptable. I attempted to use the live chat to navigate a return/refund. This was not successful, and I now believe Redbubble is using software rather than live personnel for these chats.

As of now, I have entered a return request but am awaiting a response from Redbubble itself. I have no mailing label and am not interested in spending $6 out of my own pocket to return shoddy merchandise. I am seeking two things, and will continue with my Better Business Bureau complaint unless Redbubble chooses to do the right thing.

1) A full refund, including the $6 you charged me for shipping.
2) Instructions regarding a return, including a prepaid mailing label if you want this back.

So far I have received neither. "Alanna, " the software creation from your chat service, was unable to comprehend our discussion, so I finally was forced to terminate it. Really, that's the best Redbubble can do with A.I. customer service? Shaking my head.

The shirt just arrive a couple of hours ago, it has not been worn, and I have the bag it arrived in. As soon as I get a mailing label I can and will return it. There is nothing wrong with the shirt, beyond the fact that it is entirely synthetic and therefore I cannot wear it. I was shocked that anybody would peddle something with such poor material choices. This isn't a shirt, it's pantyhose with a print.

Redbubble my account gets suspended without reason

My account get's suspended and I have proof that all my designs were made by me. These guys will steal your money 100% Stay away from such thieves because if you break TOS by accident or somehow they will ban you without any specific reason. This company is so bad. They care about their customers who buy and not their designers. I'm even sad to give them one start, they don't even deserve a [censored] star.

I agree they're fraud and scam website. I'm reporting their accounts and their ads .

Also they are selling copyrighted materials. Stay away from them.

If i was Sara jay or Mia khalifa i would shut down their website immediately.

Redbubble service

I have followed all rules of the safety guidelines but my account was suspended for no reason and without any explanation. I have contacted customer support many and many times asking why my account was suspended, they never replied, this is a very horrible service and website. i never got the chance to fully enjoy it as my account was closed on the second day that i registered.I regretted for the first time that I was member in this website.this website is a scam.
