Redbubble service

I have followed all rules of the safety guidelines but my account was suspended for no reason and without any explanation. I have contacted customer support many and many times asking why my account was suspended, they never replied, this is a very horrible service and website. i never got the chance to fully enjoy it as my account was closed on the second day that i registered.I regretted for the first time that I was member in this website.this website is a scam.

Redbubble website

Ive ordered successfully from redbubble before. But recently i ordered three shirts, and right after i ordered them, i noticed i was logged out of my account and it will not let me log back in, and if i look up the shirts i bought, they wont load (this is on their app). I contacted a live agent and told her my problems, but she said my order was unsuccessful( even though the app said it was, and they took money from my account) and now i have absolutely no way to check if my order is actually unsuccessful or on its way, and no clue how to get my account back.

What is the deal with Redbubble canceling Artist accounts without warning, notice, or reason whatsoever? Do we need to file complaints with the FTC and Atty.s General to get our back pay from prior sales? Inquiring about my TMP Saturday Graphics account.

Redbubble a lost order

My sister Mia and I ordered some stickers from Redbubble and never received them. My email is [protected]@gmail.com and hers is [protected]@gmail.com, and our address id 532 east Hayward avenue Phoenix, Arizona 85020.
We ordered them on the weekend of March 17-18. Please email me back at [protected]@gmail.com and let me know what happened to them. Thank you, and sorry for sending you this as a complaint, I just couldn't find a way to email you any other way.

P.S. I don't know what to put under "select category" so I put something random. Sorry about that;)

Redbubble cell phone case

The phone case I received from your company doesn't properly fit my Samsung Galaxy S7! It partially covers the camera. Also, I had stopped this order? Do, I'm very confused as to why I received it. I'll upload a photo of both cases. My current one and the one one from you. I would like to exchange the wrong case for one that fits bc it's very nice looking. I will need a return label to do this!

I received a case from Redbubble for my Samsung Galaxy S7 and it doesn't fit properly. Infact, it barely covers the camera on my phine. What do you need for me to fix this issue? I'll attach two photos showing you the issue! The first photo is your product and the second is the case I currently use! I do want the correct case if we can straighten this out. Even the packing slip shows my phone?

Redbubble redbubble stickers

Hello my name is Claire Hayes. Red bubble stickers are everywhere right now and I wanted to hop on board this trend and get some for my self. I ordered five stickers, they all came, looked great and I was so excited to put them on my hydro flask. I got my water bottle all dressed up in stickers, used it for a few hours at the gym, when I got back home I went to wash it (by hand with warm water) and all the stickers started peeling off and rolling away... Down the sink they went : (.

Redbubble express shipping

I purchased a Tshirt for my sons Bday party and paid express shipping to have it delivered in time. The website stated I would have it by Friday, FEb23, but now Fed ex says maybe Sat FEb 24...I am extremely upset as I would never had paid express shipping if it was not going to arrive in time...I expect a full refund for the return of the shirt that is of no use to me now and for the shipping

Redbubble deletes accounts for no reason and ignores emails

They deleted my account after over 2.5 years for no reason at all. I didn't even get an email notice about it and of course no explanation of why. I have never ever broken any their rules. When I try to log in it says my account is not active anymore and to email their support. Well, I tried to emailed them about this 4 times since december 2017 and have still not received a single reply. They are just ignoring my emails and questions. I've googled this and it turns out it's not just me they've done this to...

They are obviously complete scammers and it's a very unprofessional behaviour. I would never ever trust them again and I would advice everyone, both sellers and buyers, to avoid them like the plague. If you have issues with your orders or account don't expect a reply from them. If you're selling expect that your account can be gone tomorrow no matter if you've been there for years or not, and no matter if you've broken the rules or not.

Hi all, very sorry to hear that redbubble are not trustworthy. I unfortunately signed up, filled all the info in, including my abn and added one design, then somehow when I tried to link my paypal account they said it was an old inactive account (its not!) and the thing went haywire and signed me out. When I tried to sign back in it said it didnt recognise my email or login details. So I tried to re-register and so then ofcourse it says that this email is currently in use! It wont even let me get a new password. Im freaking out because the design I uploaded and gave permissions to use on about 15 different things, is a acrylic painting I did of a Holden HQ Monaro. It took me like, 50 hours. I did it before Holden closed up shop and I reckon I could sell a heap of stuff because its pretty awesome even if I do say so myself! I emailed them straight away, and got some generic email back saying that they thought I was a scammer or some bull**** and thats why it happened. Ive emailed 2 more times as Im pretty anxious about the design. I have a bad feeling. Ive already had another site try and scam me and print big prints off without me getting any cash. I still have not heard from them! Ive told them that this design has been registered with the australian art and artists registry so I had better not see it for sale or on anything! Im not happy to see that these people are crooks. I do have an artist lawyer and I will prosecute with extreme prejudice if I have to...seriously, you cant trust ANY online stuff these days. We are all better off getting the merchandise made and selling on ebay or something for alot more profit. We dont need these talentless middle men!

The same thing happened to me but they did send me email saying my account is restricted due to breaking guidelines. i read through the user agreement and removed work thqt maylook like its going agaianst the guidelines to get the same email from them. I asked the redbubble team to give me a 'hint' on which work they want removed so i know what to avoid but they rplied that they cannot an dgave same response. I deleted most of my work knowing It wasn't going against anything to only recieve an email that account has been removed. They didn't even tell me why o which work.

What did I do so wrong. Truly injustice!

Its totally a cheating they store design by many suspended users its not a good way to cheat but its very easy way some one go report them in a platform where take action

WOW. I wish I knew about this before Wasting a lot of time with this stupid site. They auto deleted my account within seconds after I submitted my 1st product. My account had been verified and the site said everything was good to go. There wasn't anything out of the ordinary in creating the account and I was actually thinking the platform looked refreshing compared to other similar sites. I'm just worried they could steal the information I provided and compromise my other accounts. This seems Fraudulent and this "ThreatMetrix" is total bullcrap and utterly useless. I'll never use redbubble again. I'm flagging the site on "web of trust" mywot . com as a scam. you can too and we can get it blocked!

Exactly same issues as OP.
Account closure - no reason ever given, no response to my emails.
Very disappointing - it appears the only people who seem to get responses from them, are those that are physically paying them, not those that contribute designs to their platform.

Redbubble implements a device fingerprinting technology named ThreatMetrix ID provided by a digital security company called ThreatMetrix. The ThreatMetrix ID software (comprising of SmartID and ExactID) is capable of uniquely identifying your device and tracking users' website usage across pageviews regardless of web browser, internet connection, cookies, user agent string, IP address, etc. Based on the data collected, the ThreatMetrix software builds an internal confidence score to determine the probability of a user being a fraudster. The ThreatMetrix software is deeply integrated into Redbubble to give it the ability to automatically suspend accounts created by fraudsters or repeat infringers looking to abuse the platform. ThreatMetrix has various whitepapers published that describe at a high level the capabilities and sophistication of its smart device identification and device fingerprinting technology. The chances of the account being reinstated are next to impossible, and the Redbubble Content Team will ignore your messages and emails. In other words, good luck trying to convince Customer Support of your innocence. When an account is suspended on Redbubble by ThreatMetrix, the account is immediately logged out and the user is shown the message "This account is no longer active. Please contact Customer Support for assistance." Additionally, visiting the account's shop page on Redbubble will show the message "This account has been suspended. Return to the homepage"

Redbubble shipping

I have ordered an item (ORDER # [protected]) from Redbubble website on 3rd January and that was meant to be delivered between 9th and 11th this month. I have been patiently waiting for the item to come as I am mindful of the fact, that some slight delays might happen sometimes. Nevertheless, it is 17th January now and my parcel is still not with me. I shall perhaps add, that the mug I bought was meant to be a birthday gift for someone who unfortunately could not be given it on own birthday due to Redbubble being so unreliable...
I have tried to contact Redbubble directly to make an enquiry but "Contact us" section on the website would not even give me the e-mail address so I could do so.
Considering the fact, the item is significantly delayed now and I doubt I am going to have it delivered at all I would like to get either full refund for the item and the shipping cost or have the same item sent to me free of charge ASAP.

Redbubble mugs from artist bonita williams goldberg

This is not a complaint...product alert for you.

I recently purchased two mugs from BWGartist.

Want to alert you that after either dishwasher or microwave use...one of the colors show small spots of color removal.

I do not want a refund nor do I want a replacement.

Just alert to possible product defect. The mugs seem to be of good quality except for this issue.

Redbubble order no. [protected]

I placed an order on December 19th with Redbubble.com for a piece of canvas art. It was supposed to have been delivered by the 25th, and I paid almost $40 ($39.88) in express shipping charges to ensure that it would arrive by Christmas. The order has STILL not arrived. I am extremely disappointed in your service, and will expect (at the very least) a refund for the express shipping charges. I still expect the order to be fulfilled, but I am not paying the shipping charges. Please contact me immediately to resolve this issue.

Redbubble fandom pillows

I paid for three fandom pillows on the 12/12/17. Your website said the estimated delivery would be between the 15-19 Dec 2017 In plenty of time for Xmas!

You did not ship them until the 22nd December, we are now on the 30th December and they still haven't arrived.

My daughter is really disappointed, is there a possibility you can give her some pillows of her choice as a gesture of goodwill?

Redbubble delivery

I ordered 3 items off red bubble and paid $30 extra to have it shipped by Dec 24, so that it could be here in time for christmas as the items i purchased were a gift for someone. Not only have the items not been delivered yet but there isnt even an expected delivery date when i pull up tracking, as if they havent been shipped out at all yet, more or less delivered, and its already Dec 27.
I still want my items and can patiently wait for them but I would like a refund for the $30+ extra dollars I spent to have it delivered by the 24th.
That is false advertisment and very unprofessional having someone pay extra money for shipping ensuring it will arrive by a certain date and it doesnt show up by that promised date. I most likely will never buy from redbubble again.
I can see that several other people have complained about the same problem and many people are expecting refunds for the money they spent on shipping as am I.

Redbubble express delivery

I ordered art work from your website, on the 16th of December, and paid extra money to have this express delivered to arrive before Christmas. This has not arrive and is not scheduled to do so until the 28th. I would like a full refund for the postage of this package as the deadline I paid extra money to receive it by has not been met.

Redbubble express shipping rip-off

I paid for express shipping at the time of my order so that I would receive my item by December 24. December 24 was yesterday and I have yet to receive my order. I received an email stating that my item has been shipped, but according to the tracking number provided it will not arrive until Wednesday December 27. There is no way to contact the company via the website to request that the extra I paid for express shipping be refunded.

Redbubble late shipping on express shipping order

On December 17th I ordered two items from Red Bubble and paid $19.82 for express shipping in order to get the December 24th promise. It was my understanding that it would take 3 days to make the items and 1-3 business days to receive them, putting the arrival date on December 23rd at the latest. It is now December 24th and according to tracking I will not receive either item until December 26th at 8 pm. I would like a refund for shipping costs because I did not receive them as promised.

Redbubble t shirt

I ordered a t-shirt and paid for express shipping so the item would arrive by Christmas. What was the point of the extra money if the company does not exactly provide the service? I believe they call that a rip-off.
Since the item is not arriving in time, I will be doing a return. It does me little good after the holiday.
Would never purchase from Redbubble again.

Redbubble does accept returns add long as the merchandise and box remain unopened. Restocking fees may apply and shipping cost are absolutely not refundable.

Redbubble shirt ordered for christmas gift

I ordered a shirt December 14, 2017 and it was supposed to be delivered between December 15-20th. It is now December 23rd and the package is nowhere to be found. When you look on their website for tracking it indicates it has been shipped. After some research with UPS and the Post Office, I've learned it hasn't't even left their facility yet! I am so frustrated because at this point there is no option to order elsewhere. Since you can't actually speak with someone or email anyone directly, I don't know how to get my money back or resolve this issue!

Redbubble shipping

I ordered this t-shirt on Dec 8 and it supposed to arrive on Dec 18-20. It is still not here, nowhere even close. I bought it as a Christmas gift and now there is no gift! I can see from the website that it took them 10 days just to process the shipment data. What the heck! There is no communication from the website or the seller. Very bad customer service! If this is Amazon, I will be getting a full refund of the product already.

Redbubble shipping

I ordered a shirt about a week ago and it told me I would be receiving it on December 22nd. I just checked to see where my order is and it said it won't come in until December 26th. I paid express shipping on this order to make sure it gets here by Christmas. I want to know what the deal is and why it is going to be here late. I paid 14 dollars extra just so it would get here before Christmas and now it's not. Pitiful.
