wiped out!, pull over hoodie scam?
I ordered this hoodie on the 15th of December, it said I would receive it on the 21st of December. Nothing has happened the order is confirmed but It also says that it is not even made or shipped yet. This is very aggravating considering that I need this FOR Christmas. But that is not the end, the user selling the item has deleted it, I believe I was scammed. I spent about $65 on this sweater and I am so upset. I'd like to hear something on this.

I'm upset because I ordered a throw pillow for my mom for Christmas, and it arrived with a large slit with the contents of the pillow falling out. I bought this as a gift. Therefore, surprise ruined. Might not be a big deal to most, but it pissed me off. I have looked at their site for a phone number or something to let me talk to a customer service rep, but have not been able to locate one. Big surprise. I will never order from this company again. I do not blame UPS either, as I'm friends with my local delivery drivers. First and last time ever placing an order. Shame on you, Redbubble!

Like so many others complaining about shipping during the holidays, I too paid approximately $20 to have a sweatshirt delivered by December 19th, and it is now December 21st. As it was a gift for a party on December 20th, I was extremely embarrassed. Also, the customer service number I found is no longer working. I would NEVER order from this company again!
I was attempting to find out where my order is (supposed to be delivered two days ago as I paid for expedited shipping). Noticed there have been several complaints against company. I called the customer service number I found after 30 minutes of research. When I called, it was a "French Military Base." The receptionist told me that she was recently informed to tell anyone asking for "Redbubble" that it is a SCAM. I am now on the phone with credit card company, and will soon be contacting my local police station to get their website taken down.

Hello, I ordered two Throw Pillows with inserts on the 16th December, 5 days ago now, with an expected delivery of being 22nd December at the latest. It is now the 21st and still hasn't been made or shipped(after your websites states that items are normally shipped within 48 hours, 3 days being maximum). Can you please find out where my order is? I ordered 4 items for Christmas and paid the extra $25 for it to be here TODAY, 12/21/17 and it is not. Your customer service number, no one ever answers. These items are Christmas gifts and I NEED them. I would not of paid for express shipping if y'all were going to take your sweet time delivering it anyways. Like so many others, I paid through the nose for express shipping to ensure a gift would arrive before Christmas. It's supposed to be here tomorrow and guess what? It hasn't even made it out of production. There's no customer service number to call, and there's no response to email form, Facebook posts, or tweets.
The item I ordered was the one my child wanted the most. So, what do I tell her? That the company took Mom's money and could care less if the item arrives? What a ripoff. Stay far, far away from these guys.

I ordered a Christmas present on 14th December and paid £28.20 for it to be delivered on Tuesday 19th December. This did not happen! The reason I paid for it to be delivered on Tuesday 19th was because it suited me best...i have not got what I paid for!

I ordered a phone case on the 8th December, it's supposed to be a Christmas present. Unfortunately, your services have been terrible. I've had no further updates since the order confirmation, expected it last week and now if it doesn't come before tomorrow I won't be able to get it until after Xmas! This "company" offers absolutely ZERO customer service! There are no listed phone numbers and their "online chats" start (and finish) with "how can I help you today"? Clearer answers can be gotten from the Trump Administration. It's sad, the products are pretty nice but heaven forbid you need assistance because you won't get any. I ordered two products from this company and when they arrived they were both the wrong color. It was impossible to reach out to anyone with the company to find out my options. I ordered two travel mugs. One was supposed to be orange and the other light purple. When they arrived they were both blue. I NEED to SPEAK to a live human in customer service.

The customer service is absolutley appalling, when trying to complain or get my money back the only way I could contact them directly was through their facebook page via messenger. I was expecting my delivery on the 13th of December. I was happy with this delivery date, as I needed the gift for the 14th.
The deliveryman knocked on my door on the 13th, however, I was in the shower at the time. Unable to answer at the time, I quickly rushed to my door once out of the shower. I was shocked to see that there was no parcel, nor any slip informing me where my package was. I need this order for tommorow, and I have no idea when it shall arrive now.

Customer Service rep provided misleading information about the difference of regular shipping and express shipping. I was advised to pay for express in order for my order to get to me before Christmas, yet the website said something completely different and I realized afterwards that I would have had plenty of time to receive the order if it was shipped regular.
After explaining my concerns to another customer service rep, I was quickly dismissed.

The t-shirt I ordered is awesome and in no way does the artist's work reflect how I feel about this company.

copyright removal
I have rebuke had two artworks wrongfully removed and the outcome is I can put the work back up myself. This is not acceptable to me for the following reasons:
1) I lose the comments
2) I lose the sales history by design
3) I lose time it takes for me to put the work back up
Why should I suffer loss for over zealous copyright enforcement based on nothing but meta tags on artwork.
I even contacted a lawyer I NZ to dislike the removal of one artwork.
I am asking RedBubble please reinstate the following artworks by zomboy
1) All we are saying is gove peace a chance
2) tattoo tiger
Onc the artworks are put back up I can then change the meta tags.

You will need to contact Redbubble directly for assistance. This is a third party website and they will most likely not see your complaint here. It's important to note however that if they are a private company (I'm not familiar with them), they have the right to moderate content posted on their website.
my order never went through but total cost was deducted from my card
I ordered 2 orders of studio pouches and it never said my order went through and I never got an order number the cost was deducted from my account and I am wondering if my orders will come or not and if not i want a full refund. I have not recieved my neither of my orders which were supposed to arrive between December 4 through December 6 and I still haven't recieved my orders and I did pay for 2 orders.
