still waiting for my order
I ordered a Monstera Maze duvet cover $127.41 worth and paid for an expedited shipping. The website promised to deliver it within one week, but I haven't received anything yet.
oh I forgot to mention that the order was placed on October 7th, today is November 14th.
Customer service has no clue, as usual, they say everything is ok and the item is on its way. But I don't believe it. If it was a standard shipping, then ok, maybe I would fall for that, but it's an express shipping, it shouldn't take so long ... Oh well, going to wait for a bit longer, we'll see...
no way to refund or check order status because apparently, the order number given to me isn't the right number
I'm honestly feeling ripped off, as entering my order number and email to track my order has lead me to discover that apparently this order cannot be found in the Redbubble system. The money was taken from my account and I now am not even able to easily get a refund, as the order number given to me isn't working. This was supposed to be a nice present for my boyfriend's birthday and now I am not only sure that it will not be here in time, but I'm pretty skeptical that I will even receive the item or be able to get my money back! Redbubble claims that they offer quick and reliable service but that is honestly a load of [censor] and there has been no way for me to effectively talk to them and resolve the issue quickly.

Very disappointed. Took them one second to charge my card after I placed my order, but I didn't get any email with confirmation. I started worrying because it's strange.
But the worst thing is that I checked my profile and it said that my payment didn't go through. But how come they charged me? The amount of money wasn't small, so I started panicking. I immediately contacted them and heard that yes, that's true, the system was down, but they will refund my money very soon.

not receiving stickers
I ordered my stickers more than a week ago and I was told they were to come between 24-26. They however are not here my mother received a text message this morning saying they had arrived when they did not. Please send me my stickers. I am very unhappy that my stickers were not sent to me. I would like this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.

I was trying to order stickers on Saturday, September 23, 2017 and was not able to complete my payment due to a problem with the zip code. I re entered and tried variations of the address. This required me to type in my credit card information numerous times to which it charged to my account even though my order was not complete. I later realized that the problem with my account was that I had checked the box that said the billing and the mailing address was the same, which they are not the same. I was charged $12.34 for the first time I tried to submit my order, which did not go through. And had a $1 charge fore every time after that. I ended up putting in my credit card information 13 times total and $24.34 was removed from my checking without even completing my purchase and officially ordering a the items. I would like a refund and for the $24.34 to be put back into my bank account. I do not have an invoice due to my order not being completed but I have provided a photo of the amount of money Redbubble withdrew from my account.

Order [protected] has superseded [protected]. The tees size L were very small for L and I asked for an XL. That time I was in Belgium. I gave the address from Belgium where the order was shipped to. Then I spoke to Alex who changed the order for size XL and noted my address in US, where the order should have been shipped, but it was again shipped to Belgium. I spoke via chat with: Chantal, Azisah, Gema and Elijah. They all assured me another order was shipped the same time with the one in Belgium, in US to my home address here. I was in Belgium on vacation. But that order they all said was shipped from Velo, Netherlands. I was given 2 arrival dates: Sept 5 and Sept 8. The order has never arrived. So, my opinion is that all 4 customer reps lied to me: she order was never shipped to US. They lied to make me “happy”. I did not want a refund, I wanted the items in XL. I have received the order shipped by my friend from Belgium, in 4 days, but not [protected]. I want to also complain about the very poor quality of the material, extremely thin for the money. Plus a L size is not even as a M size, they are very small. If I knew from the beginning I would have order an XXL. Very sloppy service this time. Bad experience with Europe. Thank you for your time. I won't order again
I ordered a case for Samsung phone. They sent it via fedex and their site says the order is still under process. By the time I should have been received my order the fedex said that there was no parcel. Immediately phoned their customer care but they gave me nothing but my tracking number and advised me to wait for 2 weeks. That was pretty awkward but I didn't argue with them about it. During all these 2 weeks they gave me a hard time with my order confirmation. They were constantly unavailable. Only because of that I requested to cancel the order and get my money back. They refunded thank god with no problem. Just strange how fast everything was done as if they were waiting for it. Oh well, what's done is done and I don't want to order from them again.
paid for express post, but purchases were a week late
I recently purchased some cushion covers and a tshirt from Redbubble. I paid over $50 extra to get them express posted and arrive by August 31st, in time for Fathers Day.
The tshirt arrived on its own and I was emailed to say the cushion covers were still "in production" and would be there 'by September 2nd'. Now I get another email saying they will arrive on September 5th (2 days after Father's Day)!
I would like a refund of my fast postage charge as the items will now be arriving faster than the normal postage time. My order number is [protected].

shrek script shirt
I bought a shirt that was supposed to have the whole shrek script on it but you cant even see the words maybe because the printing was stuffed but you cannot see the words at all. It just looks like a bunch of lines . It arrived on the 23rd of August and o would like a new one possibly if thats ok. i needed it for a school dress up and i didnt wear it because it just looked like a bunch of lines.

Hi: On your site you are selling T-Shirts call Free Helicopters Rides. This includes a picture of Augusto Pinochet a dictator in Chile from 1973 to 1990.
The T-Shirt is depicting a helicopter lunching a person to the sea, picture taken probably from a well known picture when this happened. This was the way how Pinochet whose picture appears in the T-shirt get rid of people with different ideas or different political vision.
Our exile community around the world, who left the country because of the dictatorship consider this T-shirt a senseless and very offensive product. We invite you to read or research about Augusto Pinochet and you will be disgusted. 1 million Chileans in exile, 3, 000 disappeared people, 25 concentration camps
We kindly ask you to remove or to discontinue the sale of this product, which offended so many Chileans.

This was my first and last order from them. I bought a terribly printed shirt and paid over $40 for it. I contacted customer service hoping to replace the shirt, and that was done, only they sent me the more terrible one. I want to refund my money now for two shirts...

My order never arrived. I called customer service and they said that my order was seized by the post and all they have to do is to send another one, which would be due to be delivered 8 days later. I couldn't wait for so long because I ordered it for my parents' anniversary and was about to agree to pay for express delivery. But they said it's impossible. And there's no way, nothing can be done. It's hard to believe that the placement procedure can take forever. I ершил they are just lazy and don't want to do their job as they have to.

On the 21th of July, we ordered a t-shirt at your online shop which was supposed to be a birthday present for our dear friend. To make 100% sure, that we would receive the delivery before the celebration, we choose the option “express delivery” and payed the extra fee of 11.51$ for that service. Knowing it was express we were optimistic to get that t-shirt on the 27th of July as scheduled. So we were really surprised when the parcel didn’t arrive on that day. When it still did not arrive on 28., we decided to call the logistic center where it was at that moment. Ms. Zaugg told us that they have got the package but that it won’t be delivered until 31th of July or maybe even 1st of August. She informed us that this is also normal with classic deliveries. You can imagine our surprise when we heard classic. When telling her that it has to be a mistake because we were sure to having payed extra fee for express delivery, she denied that and said that with DPD it is not express, but classic. Well our friend didn’t get his present on time due to your mistake. In the ordering process, it was written explicitly delivery to Switzerland will arrive either between 27. and 31., with normal delivery or on the 27th with express delivery. Considering all of this, we expect a certain compensation.

I ordered a wall tapestry on the 3rd of July and my order was shipped on the 5th and I was told I would receive my order between the 6-10th of July. It is now the 11th and UPS have not updated the tracking information so I have no idea when my order will be here. I would like a refund of the postage cost as I have still not received my item when I was assured I would have it in time for a friend's birthday.

I paid $19 for express shipping, I was told it would arrive no later than July 6th, and now it's July 7th and when tracking my order it says it's due to arrive July 10th at the end of the day. I'm incredibly upset, if I wanted regular shipping I wouldn't have wasted that money paying for express shipping. I need that phone case and I'm leaving out of state on vacation early on the 10th, which is why it was so important that I got the express shipping so it would arrive sooner than that. This was a complete waste of money and I am not okay with paying almost $20 for something I'm not even getting.

I received two cushion covers today (two days later than expected). The quality is poor, the printing is blurred and there is a hole in one. Certainly not worth the £25 paid.
I have now processed a refund request three times with no confirmation email or instructions for return.

On Monday, June 5, 2017, I paid for express shipping and when I ordered the order, it said that the package would arrive on June 9th or sooner. I am writing this at 23:33 on June 9th and the package is still to arrive. I would like the $17.45 that was paid for express shipping to be returned to me. confusion because of lack of information
I have ordered 2 t-shirts from the site and paid with my credit card from what I saw, and I was told that I would get a confirmation mail with the number of the order, of which I got none, and from what I can see, money has been indeed drained out of my account. I would like to personally know whether there was some confusion and they simply didn't send me my confirmation mail, so I can get the two t-shirts that I bought (Which were valued at ~75$, standard shipping) or if I was simply ripped off, no longer having my money and with a really, really sad birthday. I ordered the t-shirts yesterday, the 26th of may 2017 again, using my credit card, without an account. I just want information, that is all. After the information is acquired, I'll see what to do with it.

I placed an order with Redbubble on May 9th, 2017. (# [protected]). Simple order, two tee shirts, over $50. I received someone else's two tee shirts. I emailed them, (because they don't have a PHONE NUMBER!), and they said to keep these mistaken shirts, (gee thanks, they are awful and huge...), and said they will send out the correct shirts. Well, I have yet to receive anything, no sign that they are even in the process of making them! They are for an event on the 26th so if I don't have them on the 25th I don't need them. This has happened before. They need to get real people answering phones and dealing with their mistakes! This is NOT acceptable. I feel like driving over to their offices and demanding my money back. I will NEVER order from them again! Cafe Press and Zazzle, here I come!
