I ordered 3 Santa's from Redline Steel on 12/19
I ordered 3 Santa's from Redline Steel on 12/19. On Jan. 17, 2021 at 11:32 p.m. I received an email confirmation of an order for a gift box which I didn't order and my credit card was billed $30.82. At 5:03 a.m. I responded to the email, stating I didn't place the order and was not going to pay for it. I filled a Customer Service form and received a reply stating I would be contacted. I was not. I never received the gift box but did dispute the charge on my credit card. On 2/2, I received an email that any future shipments of gift box orders was canceled. On 2/10, I received a shipping confirmation stating a gift box order was shipping AGAIN, where upon I sent another email to the company with a copy of the order cancellation sent by Redline Steel. I've never received any correspondence from this company that doesn't appear to be automated. Messages left on their customer service line have gone unanswered. I recommend you not order from this company based upon my experience.
I did finally receive the Santa's the last week of January . They are nicely made but the frustration in dealing with this company's lack of customer service is simply not worth it.

I ordered from Redline Steel on December 5
I ordered from Redline Steel on December 5. It was stated that shipping should be expected within 3 weeks, so order now to ensure delivery before Christmas. It is now January 14, I have not yet received two of my items, which I have already been charged for, and Redline Steel took the liberty to send me an additional email on January 5 stating that my monthly club box, which I certainly did NOT order! I haven't gotten my order from Early December and yet they have the nerve to enroll me in a recurring subscription and charged me for that and said that it is now included in the mailing from early December! Keep in mind that this was on January 5 and it is now January 14 and I still have not product and not refund! I asked for a refund for this monthly gift box in email, phone messages, etc. but no one answers those forms of contact. It is entirely frustrating! I have filed a dispute for my charge and requested a cancellation, but again, no communication, ZERO, from this company. I have worked with Veterans for the past 40+ year, support all Veteran owned businesses, but this needs to be resolved and figured out by the Company. I want my money back!

Looks like I'm not the only one not receiving my purchase that was ordered. Definitely unnecessary to take 3 months to get products that are NOT personalized. There are other companies out there. I'm am switching back to them. I will eat the $30. They do not respond to emails. They worse customer service.
Redline Steel is a rip off. To date since 9/12, I have not received my order nor refund! They don't answer my emails. I wish we all could get together and put a lawsuit against them. I am a 63 and on SSDI and they are ripping me off. 3am this morning they charged $5 to my card! I did not authorize this. Nor did I sign up for this so call $5 club. They are very deceiving! I want my $40.34 plus $5 refunded!
They continue to charge my CC 5.00 mo. Five requests to Stop totally ignored. If in fact this is a veteran owned business, they are setting a bad example for other veterans. This is a SCAM!
As a veteran, I try to support veteran owned businesses. There are obvious problems with Redline. You place an order and they do not communicate. There is no link to contact them on their website. Once I located contact info, they say leave a detailed message but they end the call, no place to leave a message. You also don't find out that orders will take 6 weeks until after your missing your order. I ordered on 09/26. Still waiting. Not sure why it takes 6 weeks or more to get anything. Why advertise if you cannot supply? Company needs a more open format.
I do much shopping on line
I do much shopping on line. When I saw the posts for Redline Steel and the products they offered, I decided to check them out. The fact that it was a veteran owned, veteran run business, offering steel products in the U.S., I decided to see what they offered in home decor. I was surprised to see they offer canvas products, apparel, monogrammed items, bracelets and so much more. Everything I've received from them has been of outstanding quality and securely packaged to assure it's received in excellent condition. The customer service at Redline is extremely helpful and professional and are quick to respond, which is to their credit considering their business is growing and their workload has increased since I've been doing business with them. The CEO, Colin Wayne, is respectful and appreciative of his customers and listens and responds to their requests/ideas. I'm a regular customer and often recommend Redline to friends. I'm impressed by his integrity. Many purchases I make are for gifts and because he promotes products of family values, Faith, love of America, inspirational pieces, Redline is my go to business for reasons stated above. He has many loyal customers and I'm proud to be one of them. Redline Steel deserves 5 stars. *** B
Placed an order after seeing them on Fox saying they are pro military, pro Christian. When i received the confirmation email, it was not what i ordered. I sent email, made phone calls, which took over 6 weeks to hear back from. Then they say, that was a promotional item. BS. They said they can give me a credit. What for to not get what i want again. Or to wait forever to not get a response. Give me a break. Stand for what you say you are, not what you think will help your business. People will catch on. All I want is what i ordered, and a little common courtesy when i send an email or leave a voicemail. Not wait 6 weeks for a response. And only get a response after calling them out.
Very responsive company with quality products. Also the fact that the products are made in the beautiful USA makes them even better.
Provide very quality products that are produced in the USA by a Veteran own and operated company who employees veterans. They also have a top notch customer service team if you need any help. Highly recommend.
Redline Steel is my addiction! I love the comfy shirts; the personalized canvas pieces, and every steel piece I have ever received!
I attempted to stop the monthly gift offer and charges as soon as I became aware that my account was being charged every month
I attempted to stop the monthly gift offer and charges as soon as I became aware that my account was being charged every month. I have submitted emails requesting that this stop, I have left phone messages requesting this stop, and STILL continue getting the monthly gift and getting charged on my account.
I received an email from Redline Steel on May 19, at 9:36 AM stating that my subscription had been cancelled and that I would not be billed for future orders. Again on May 19, at 9:36 AM I received another email from a Mrs. from Redline Customer Service and Communications stating, "As requested, your monthly gift box subscription has been cancelled effective today, and you will receive no future or additional charges." Well, guess what? I have two unopened packages sitting in my living room and two days ago I received yet another email stating that my order was delivered. This company may have started out with good products and intentions but they are deceiving their customers into having to pay monthly for something they never wanted and are not giving them a way out. I am VERY disappointed in a company that sells Christian products and uses Veterans to get business but is cheating these same people and taking their money with no way out of being charged, heard or appreciated.

I have a history with this company. I have never had a problem with Redline Steel until now. They have always provided excellent products. The problem I have is: I ordered some items by mistake. I could not get anyone to respond back to me to cancel. When I finally received the product 2 months after I ordered, I have been trying to return the items; however that will never happen. They do not answer any phone calls. I have called at least 10 times. And they do not reply to my emails and I have sent at least 4. I will NEVER order from this company again. They advertise they're a Christian company, but I see nothing Christian about them except the metal art they sell. They are horrible. HORRIBLE, at customer service. I give them a 0 rating out of 5.
It's a scam! Ordered one $5 item ($10.97 with tax and shipping) and it became a recurring monthly payment. I ordered with PayPal so it was easy to stop once I realized what happened, but I could not reach them by phone, text, or email. Bad guys for sure!
Order from them only if you are willing to wait months to get it even though your credit card is immediately charged. Cannot talk to anyone. I just consider it a $50 loss and will NEVER Order from them again. Live and learn.
Avoid Redline Steel. My wife ordered one item from them and they automatically signed her up for monthly shipments of items. This has gone on for 5 or 6 months. She has both called and emailed their customer service department but no one ever returned her calls or emails! She has been battling with her credit card company to get these charges reversed. Despite how they depict and describe themselves online, avoid ordering anything from Redline Steel!
I am giving them a 1 star - would give zero stars if I could
I am giving them a 1 star - would give zero stars if I could. They were advertising a promo deal in January called their "Heart of Love" promotion. I ordered on January 31st. I never got order confirmation and never got the orders. By Mid February I began calling and leaving voicemails and sending emails inquiring about my order. I never got called back and I never got an email response. Then in March they charged me another 24.95 for some "gift card" program they stated I signed up for - to the best of my knowledge I did not. I ordered 2 items. It must have been in some tiny print - because I had no need for a gift card program. As it was now almost April and it has been 7.5 weeks since I ordered and had no responses from them at all - I filed a claim with PayPal. You know what happened? Boom - items were shipped immediately, and I have now had almost a dozen emails from them. I guess you have to file a claim to get service? They refuse to refund the order, they refuse to refund the gift card charges, and they state that there is no guarantee in shipping because they have a 3 - 6 week lead time. 3 to 6 weeks is 21 to 42 days right? My order shipped at 52 days and only after I filed a claim. They are interested in one thing only - money and keeping it. I am betting had I not filed a claim, my order would not have shipped.

I ordered 2 personalized signs on July 4th
I ordered 2 personalized signs on July 4th. These signs according to the website would be processed in 10 - 12 weeks. One of the signs was for a birthday present. Using chat I talked with a "customer service" representative trying to get information on my order. I felt I was just given the usual rhetoric. "It's being processed etc". Finally, after 14 weeks I had another "chat" with "customer service" where I finally got a response which basically was I will tell my supervisor. Amazingly, I got one sign with in a week (1/2 my order) last week. Which leads me to todays "chat" with "customer service". I sent a chat asking about the other half of my order. No response for over an hour or more. When I finally get a response, it's to tell me there has been a mix up in the fulfillment apartment and that I should receive it in 2 weeks because it has to be remade. Well forgive me for my doubts, but it took 14 weeks previously and I only got 1 sign. The person I chatted with seemed to have a flippant attitude. Not that it will matter to them, because I am just one of many customers, but I won't order from them again. Which is a shame, because Christmas is coming up and I had some items picked out to purchase. Now I will have to look somewhere else. PS Redline, you need to train your customer service reps, better so that they don't alienate customers with their flip attitudes.

My opinion about Redline Steel was EARNED
My opinion about Redline Steel was EARNED. I ordered, they produced and delivered product. I ordered again, same outcome. When receiving packages they were accompanied with discount coupons. I ordered. They introduced new product, I tried it, liked it ordered some more. COVID HIT the entire country was basically shut down. Redline Steel still produced, shipped, and corresponded via text messages, emails, facebook posts to ALL of the facebook pages associated with Redline Steel that I belong to. When the nation was going through crisis Colin Wayne Erwin the CEO owner and Creator of Redline Steel PAID ALL OF HIS EMPLOYEES RENT AND kept them all on the payroll. Who does that? The Honesty and Integrity of this company is Second to NO one. When the orders were coming in by droves and he had minimal sleep he finds the time to do live feeds to US! His Redline Steel Family so that WE are aware of the increase of business and apologizes if things may take longer. I know this is a long winded review. I feel however, that if you live in America, and you support the Human population in their endeavors to uphold a superior level of integrity & honesty, to give good example of how to conduct a successful business and to PUT PEOPLE OVER PROFIT then you'll find yourself PROUD to be a Redline Steel customer "Family Member". This is my True and Honest experience with Redline Steel and Colin Wayne Erwin.
Most Sincerely,

Buyer beware!
Buyer beware! I ordered 2 items from Redline Steel on March 18 and finally received them on July 6. I contacted them after 3 weeks to get an update and when they finally replied they said it could take 6-8 weeks and 10-12 weeks in extreme cases. My items were regular items in the website, nothing was personalized. I waited until after 12 weeks passed before contacting them again. I emailed, text, and called and received a generic email saying to fill out their customer support form which I did 2-3 times before finally getting a reply. I was told they tagged my order to be rushed in production. Finally after 15 weeks, I contacted them again to inquire about canceling my order and getting a refund. I never received a reply regarding a cancellation. They finally shipped my order and it was received about 4 months after I ordered it. That is ridiculous! When I ordered, the website said fast & free shipping but I don't consider 15+ weeks fast. For as long as I waited for my order they should have been absolutely perfect but they are just ok. The lack of communication and long shipping times are the reason I will not be purchasing from Redline Steel again. I have ordered several times from Redline and every order has taken longer than the last to receive & communication has never been very good. I want to support a Veteran owned company but their lack of consideration for their customers makes it very difficult to continue to do business with them.
Mrs.****, I'm writing to let you know how disappointed and sickened by the actions of the company you advertise as a "Veteran Owned Business
Mrs.,
I'm writing to let you know how disappointed and sickened by the actions of the company you advertise as a "Veteran Owned Business ". I placed ONE order in early January, which I have continually contacted asking the status of my order. Several emails stated that you had my order right in front of you and it hadn't been completed and I would receive an email when it was, which would include a tracking number. I waited very patiently and as you can see from my email dated March 1st, I gave ample time for the completion, stating that if your company couldn't, I requested cancelling my order and refunding my money.
Being that I paid via PayPal, I logged onto my account only to find that you made several unauthorized deductions from my account in the same amount of $30.92 for the only order that I placed in January. I reported this to PayPal.
I want to let you know that I still haven't received my order, and frankly don't expect to, but if by chance it does arrive,I will be refusing the merchandise. I certainly don't want anything from a company that keeps advertising so people will place orders, you take the money, and don't deliver. I should have read your reviews. It would have saved me alot of time and money x's 3 withdrawals by your fraudulent company. Please do the people of this country a favor, DON'T ADVERTISE as a VETERAN. No self respecting person who served and serves our country would ever take advantage of its people. You should be ashamed.
As I have written here, I shall write again as your review on social media.

I first learned of Redline Steel in November when we bought our house in Dutton, AL
I first learned of Redline Steel in November when we bought our house in Dutton, AL. A monogrammed set of antlers popped up on my news feed in Facebook. Figured, I would try them out would make a great Christmas present for my husband. We had moved from Morgan County, Decatur, to Jackson county... Well it came in and I was so impressed by the quality that I have now become addicted. I have purchased over 300 pieces, steel items, apparel, coffee mug, canvas, custom canvases, scrolls, custom scrolls, tree stakes, magnet boards to easily swap decor, items for every holiday, purchased presents for others, and ordered MANY pieces off the one of a kind catagory.
I am Platinum Elite member #180, and when I found out, probably 3 or 4 months after I started ordering products that it was a LOCAL company I was just astonished... I had NO clue, I found a local business that I am a PROUD supporter of and will ALWAYS BE A CUSTOMER! Redline Steel is run by Colin Erwin, a veteran that is strong willed, family oriented, AMAZING at EVERYTHING he does and a real down to earth man that I had the pleasure to meet at the first meet and great tour the plant they had in September . Every employee I encountered and have personally met are all AMAZING. You can tell that Colin has instilled in them his beliefs and encouragements for success.
Customer service is the other aspect of Redline Steel that I ABSOLUTELY love! Having worked in the Customer service industry in the past, I can personally tell you EVERYONE at this small company, growing more rapidly than they could have expected, goes ABOVE and BEYOND what is expected in customer service to make sure YOU the Customer are treated like their family, and really and truly you are FAMILY.
I feel like Redline Steel and ALL the Platinum Elite members are my 2nd family...
You have to try this company's products, trust me you will not be disappointed!

I found Redline Steel earlier this year when I saw a Facebook ad of the CEO, Colin Wayne Erwin, offering a free Nurse Life steel piece for just the cost of shipping. I read about them, and realized it was Veteran owned and operated, and right here in the US in Huntsville, AL! I ordered one and got it within a few weeks. The items are high quality steel with precut holes for hanging. They are treated so they don't fade or rust when hung outside. I even have several of the under the sea items hung up in my bathroom. No issues with the quality whatsoever! You get what you pay for nowadays, and RLS offers excellent quality items for very little cost! I love these items so much that I ordered several more items for my boss and other nurse friends, again, for only the cost of shipping. Not only did they offer the "Nurse Life" steel pieces, but also for Respiratory Therapists, Police, Mailmen, and military. I started ordering these low cost items and giving them as gifts to friends and family during this pandemic. Then I read about Colin Erwin doing the exact same thing. He donates hundreds of thousands of dollars to different organizations, including veteran supported organizations. He gives back to the people. I don't see a lot of small businesses doing that these days. I have ordered different items as Christmas gifts and shipped them to friends and family all over, and everyone loves their items! I have experienced a bit of delayed shipping since November. But who hasn't? I have delayed packages from all sorts of online retailers, even major companies! Nobody knew just how important the post office would be during the Christmas holidays during a pandemic that the ENTIRE WORLD is in. That's not RLS's fault any more than the stay-at-home order is. I just wanted to give you the perspective from a regular layperson--a 40 year old Infection Control Nurse. I am not rich, by any means. But i have ordered so many items from Colin at Redline Steel, that I have become a Platinum Elite Member. Colin offers perks and discounted items that I have never been offered with other small businesses I support.

If I could give less than 1 star I would
If I could give less than 1 star I would. This company is horrible with their order management and customer service and if you can actually get a hold of them to check status, they act like it is normal for product (non custom) fulfillment to take 3+ months. This is not normal and they are extremely rude about it and treat you like you are an idiot. When I finally did get my custom order, one of the names was damaged and they said they would send out a new piece, well they did, but it was the wrong name. It took over 7 weeks to get the fixed piece and by that time the reason I needed those pieces for had passed. The owner of the company Colin Wayne constantly makes timing and shipping promises that his company is not capable of meeting. He is just a money hungry crook and is the type that will take you and your elder parents for all you got, if you let him. My elderly mother ordered something and through all their tactics during the check out process she got roped into their steel piece a month subscription. Nobody needs a new steel item every month, c'mon. What a bad item to have a subscription for. Every-time I try to cancel the subscription for her, they give me the run around. Next steps will be submitting these transactions to the fraud department. Mind you they take your money like clock work each month, but are consistently behind on shipping out the items. So while my mom continues to get money taken out of her account monthly, she does not get very many items shipped to her. I will say if you ever do get your order, some of the items are good, but the customs names I ordered are flimsy and thin. Very poor quality on those. Not at all how they represented then to be. If you have a year to wait for an order, then by all means order from this company, but if you want the items you order in a timely manner the you'll have to order from a different steel company. Other steel companies actually care about their customers. Redline Steel is a rip off. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from Redline Steel, you will be glad you didn't. I have canceled all of my items after waiting 9 weeks and getting the run around from them and will never order from Redline Steel ever again.

Because this is a Veteran owned/USA made company I ordered from them
Because this is a Veteran owned/USA made company I ordered from them. Christmas gifts. I placed the order on 11/25. My bank account was charged that same day. I sent an inquiry 12/10 via FB messenger to see when I could expect shipment. This is their reply (copy/pasted) "Thank you for reaching out to us about this. We are working diligently 7 days a week and shipping thousands of orders a day. We will have your order shipped out to you as quickly as possible. I am unable to provide an exact date for shipment but I do expect this to go out soon. As soon as it ships, we will send an email with tracking information. If you have an order placed before Dec 7th your order will be shipped out to arrive before Christmas. *** and the Production Leadership team are tracking everything very carefully so we can get all orders fulfilled.
I appreciate your patience and understanding and look forward to ensuring this order gets shipped as quickly as possible for you. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns. I would be happy to assist you.
Have a great day!"
Today is Dec. 16 and I have yet to hear from them again. I have called the customer service #, and I've left 2 voice messages, no response. I have sent a tracking request via their webpage, no response. I continue to watch their Facebook page and today I've noticed that the ability to leave a review has been disabled. Although they have the time to continue to offer new "deals" every day on FB & their website, it seems they do not have the time to answer questions for those of us who have ordered & paid, but have not gotten their items.
Let me be clear! I have worked in a small business before that experienced very fast growth and I understand the challenges that it can create! I have been in production, in shipping and in office administration! I also understand that there are so many "factors" that can effect the ability of companies to not be able to fulfill their obligations to customers who placed their orders in good faith. Simply put, if you can't fulfill your orders, do not offer them! And now to remove comments that are not "positive", to not answer phones, to not answer emails, to not respond in any way is a poor reflection on the owner as well as anyone who has been hired to help in this area!
My order was for Christmas gifts. Needless to say, I feel that I have just lost the money I paid for this order as well as the product. To say I'm disappointed and upset is an understatement.
I WILL NOT be ordering from Redline Steel ever again! If this had been handled differently, if communication had been handled in a more professional, caring way to my responses (as well as others), I would not be writing this complaint today. I wish I had read reviews before ordering.

I have purchased from this Company for over 5 Months now and have been extremely pleased with their products, as I mostly have re-decorated, or decorated after 6 years of mostly just white walls, the Redline Steel pieces made here in the USA and Veteran owned Caring Company has added so much character, personality to my home! We all know with the Co-Vid Pandemic and the USPS being indated with deliveries even before the Holidays has been challenging, yet they seem to be doing their Best to work together to get our orders and Amazing pieces out to us! Then the Holidays hit, with them having 1000's of more orders to fulfill, ship out and deliver has definitely been challenging for all. As you may see from tracking your orders/pieces that they have been shipped and yet they are in another state being held over as there's also 1000's of people ordering online more than probably anytime in this year!
We were told as Colin Wayne Owner has made many videos, other contact by emails to keep us posted, updated on all the progress, how they're making sure to get our Christmas Orders out as quickly as possible, as he seems to know that's what's mostly important to us right now as! We are mostly planning for alot of these Beautiful Pieces to be given to our loved ones, friends as Christmas Gifts! I have been able to be in contact with two Representatives mostly Tonya, Nicole as they've assisted me with delayed orders, and made sure re-shipments were sent out right away! They are caring, genuine in addressing my concerns, needs and see to them being taken care, addressed in as timely as possible matter! I still have some orders outstanding from sometime back and yet know they're a VERY LEGIT, AND ADMIRABLE CARING VETERAN OWNED COMPANY and AM SURE THEY will be making sure the rest of my orders are shipped soon! REDLINE STEEL IS ALSO A HUMAN RUN COMPANY and things are going to happen, especially with the Co-Vid Pandemic being there to put restrictions on many things, although I'm sure they're Blessed, Honored to have all the orders they received and this was probably the Busiest year with orders they've had which i imagine has been trying, difficult for him, the employees. Many have worked countless hours, taken away from their lives, wants to help, accommodate all of ours, which I'm very Appreciative, I'm truly grateful for! I don't have many guests, due to Co-Vid and yet the ones that have seen my home, received pieces for Birthday, or just because, mostly Christmas can only say they Love Redline Steel, the quality of their work, how Amazing their pieces are! Although none of us have met ***, the Owner, his Father in person the Humility, Excellence that they portray, share with you with their Magnificent pieces speak louder than all these negatives that you may have heard, or read here, so please let them get through the New Year which I Wholeheartedly Wish, Pray for them to have Continued Success, Prosperity, Health and so much more so they can continue to bring their Genuineness, Heart to many of you as they have myself, other loved ones! What's truly Fantastic, Re-Assuring is their Love of Giving as they've given during this Pandenic to 10's of 1000's of Essential Workers, their own Employees which they treat as Family as some have shared and so many more to Thank Them, show their APPRECIATION FOR ALL THEY DO TO HELP SO MANY THAT HAVE BEEN AFFECTED BY THIS HORRENDOUS PANDEMIC, The others for standing with, by them in these troubling times of their own being affected by Co-Vid in many different ways, others stepping in and up to keep the Business Going Strong, so we can Enjoy, Admire their Prestigious, Stunning work/pieces that they make for l our homes, share it with others so they can feel the same that we do to be Blessed, Appreciative for such a Genuine, Remarkable, Truly Caring, Giving Company!

Redline Steel
Redline Steel. A VETERAN OWNED and OPERATED company. As a Disabled Veteran myself, I support businesses owned and run by my brothers and sisters in arms; however, as stated in a Facebook instant message last week, as a Veteran, I am finding it difficult to continue to do business with RS. I first became aware of this company this time last year when a nurse I worked with 'sold' me on a 'free' piece- I chose the CNA Life encircled by an open heart and stethoscope - and gladly paid the shipping fee. By the time I received the piece I had completely forgotten that I had ordered it to begin with. Issues with company policy on lead time: When advertising on Facebook and the look of a piece catches the eye and you click to view, the customer is led to believe there is some serious overstock of the item when the price is so drastically low, or "all you have to do is pay shipping" and then as you go through the purchasing process you are shown another piece that compliments the one you want to order (Dog Mom and the LOVE that has the dog paw in place of the "O"). I placed this order on or about 03/12. According to your policy on lead time, your company SHOULD ship that order to me NLT say 04/26, right? I also placed an order later in March (03/26) for the set of 3 Teacups and another order on 04/06 for the Cat Mom and Cat LOVE pieces. So, for those orders I am looking at the middle of and perhaps end of May for the orders to be shipped. This is an unacceptable business practice model, regardless of the pandemic and the related UPS, USPS, etc delivery times. When I order something from overseas, a six to eight week wait is perfectly acceptable in these trying times, but NOT when the items in question are produced, fabricated and shipped right here in the USA. Really, from all the time I have spent perusing and window shopping on your website, the monogram pieces may be the only exception to the rule. But, a 3-6 week lead time on a piece that whether it is laser cut or water cut or other way as I doubt they are 'hand-forged', seems like a 15 min top job regarding the pieces I have purchased to date. The majority of your designs are already programmed into a proper computer program, right? So then, it should be a simple placing the specific sized sheet of steel on the engraving platform and firing up the computer, picking the design and hitting the 'go' button... or have a larger platform where multiple pieces can be cut at the same time reducing production time? RS is not exactly a Forged in Fire kind of process. Back to the Facebook IM I sent on 04/06 that has, to date, been unanswered. If your business practice and policy is to stave off replying for whatever flipping reason, that is unacceptable, regardless of the messy business model of a 3-6 week lead time meaning according to your business model, YOU and YOUR company, Redline Steel, Colin Wayne have until April 26 to ship that first order mentioned above. I noticed while researching: there are so few, if ANY replies to customer inquiries or complaints on multiple Facebook advertisements who all complain about the shipping issue... again, your unscrupulous business practice at work. I have personally read no fewer than 100 similar complaints today alone. Perhaps, Colin Wayne and Redline Steel need restructuring, but the SOP definitely needs to be rewritten. Is your staff overwhelmed?!?! Meet myself and my sisters and brothers in the healthcare field over the last year. Think back, Colin, to your AD time. Did you ever serve under strenuous conditions, in a hazardous zone, in combat? I was in hazardous conditions and was part of the TEAM who sent the first birds with dirty wings post 9-11. THAT is what a team does. It works in tandem and sadly I do not see that with Redline Steel. Do you need a larger staff to handle the demand? A larger facility to crank out orders 24/7? Adjust your business model and policy because many customers are completely dissatisfied with how things are run right now. BTW, I placed an order with one of your competitors, Riverside Designs, on 03/10. It was a sale item, much like the ones you are peddling. I received that order on 03/17 and the steel with which it is cut is several grades better, is stronger, and the powder coating far surpasses what I have ordered from you. Your lead times are utter crap! When you respond, do not respond with "I understand your frustration..." as you have worn that phrase out with your replies here on the ComplaintsBoard.com, because you do not understand the frustration felt and held at the core by the current customer base. IF you did, then my not so humble suggestions would have already taken place-LIKE MONTHS AGO- based on the several thousand reviews located here on the Northern Alabama ComplaintsBoard.com, of which you are NOT accredited... I wonder why? Also, its pretty amaze ballz that you are so quick to reply here and NOT on Facebook messenger, emails, phone messages and the like as is so often the complaint. Full disclosure: I have attempted contact once via Facebook messenger, I am leaving this review here for you and have posted to two private veteran groups about the numerous complaints I have researched based on my own experiences with your company which I plan to no longer do business with. Just send me my stuff that I paid for and cannot get refunded because it was a 'flash' /sale/speciality item, according to the BOLD print on your website. ALSO, for those complaining about the monthly gift card subscription or whatever it is... it IS NOT easily understood while viewed on a smart phone. The advertising IS misleading and the link to reject this is so tiny, I can see how easily some customers think they rejected it when the link is just below and at like a 4pt font compared to the 20pt font 'subscribe here' box... I had to blow up my phone screen to catch it! (4pt and 20pt font descriptions only for description purposes as I do not know the exact code used to create that part of the page). And then, you want to 'argue' your point with customers here on ComplaintsBoard.com that they did subscribe, but oh well, your subscription has been canceled anyway... S-H-A-D-Y!

Redline Steel does not meet schedule advertised and charges for shipping even with orders over $99
Redline Steel does not meet schedule advertised and charges for shipping even with orders over $99. Poor customer support. Placed a custom monogram order on 13 Oct 2020. Order XXXXXXX, total due was $99.18. Five and a half weeks later l called on 20 Nov 2020. Order was confirmed by email, I was told that the order was being prepared for shipping. Eight weeks later, 7 Dec 2020, I received and urgent message that they did not have the monogram information. The same day I replied with the monogram information that had been on the order. I told them that I had been told earlier that order was about to be shipped. Week 9 after order, I called 3 consecutive days and left messages asking about the order. On third day, 16 Dec 2020 I received the following text: "You held up the Monogram by not having what was to be on it. Yes there is a place to put it Sorry for the confusion. You will get your monogram" I had explained in the phone message 16 Dec that I had given them monogram info on original order. I have doubled checked their web site. You can not finish a customized order without providing text for monogram. If you omit monogram, a red line outlines text info block and it shifts side to side to get your attention. Customer support is very poor. To try and blame the customer is not acceptable. They state on website that orders over $99 ship free. They charged me $5.97 anyway.

I bought a $9.99 product from Redline steel, LLC. They sent me that and then a box that said Thank you came in the mail a couple of months later that I assumed was a thank you gift for using their sight. it turns out I received 3 more boxes, tried to contact the company because I notice it Charged my account $30.92 3 or 4 times. I found 2 of the unopened boxes to mail back and try and get $30.92 x 2 back on my card. They clearly stole my card number, continued sending me things that I did not order. I tried to fight the charges and the company said I needed to return merchandise. So I did return the Merch, still awaiting a refund, had to cancel my card because they were continuing to charge me. I have uploaded proof of return from the receipts to the post office.
I placed an order with Redline Steel on August 14th.. order number XXX-XXXX for $15.34. I placed another order on August 17th.. order number XXX-XXXX for $12.80. I placed another order on September 1st.. order number XXX-XXXX for $12.80. I called them on September 1st and ask them why I haven't received my orders from August 14th and August 17th. I spoke with a Nicole and also with Lacey Taylor who told me that it could take anywhere from three to six weeks to ship my merchandise. They have already billed me but I have yet to receive the items. I would like to get my money back as I will never do business with this company again. They put their products all over social media but they don't take the time to make sure that their customers get their products in a timely matter. You can go on their website and see all the reviews and all of them say the same thing.. they took their money but never received their merchandise.
I placed an order to Redline Steel on 8/1 for $39.96 & an order on 8/4 for $12.94. I was charged immediately on both days. The order # XXXXXXX on 8/1 and # XXXXXXX on 8/4. I received my "package" on 8/30 and an email confirming my USPS package arrived (tracking #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX). I opened the package to find it completely empty. The package had not been tampered with. I attempted to call Redline Steel multiple times leaving messages with my phone number and email address. I also emailed the company multiple times. I filled out the form online (twice) that the phone message said to fill out. I got no response from anyone at all. I just want a full refund or my orders!
My bank card was charged $5.00 which was not authorized by me on 9/11, and i want the put back on my card.
Orders not sent and phone calls not returned Ordered two T-shirts and a Dove Cross October 27th and a T-shirt on October 28th so I could get
Orders not sent and phone calls not returned Ordered two T-shirts and a Dove Cross October 27th and a T-shirt on October 28th so I could get them before Christmas as there Christmas order cut off is December 7th. The order should have been shipped in a three week span per website (Our current lead-times average 3-6 weeks from the customer's order date). I contacted them though website customer service chat on November 13th because the order still showed unfulfilled to check on status. Was told "they had a truck come in that morning and my order would be shipped." Received an email "Hello ***, thank you for reaching out! We are expecting a shipment of these shirts in today and will be shipping as soon as possible." Contacted them through website customer service chat November 23rd and was told "We did receive a shipment in and have been working diligently to get these shipped out." Contacted them again November 30th asking for my money back because I would not get the items in time for Christmas gifts to ship. Was told "Unfortunately per our terms and conditions, promotional and sale items cannot be canceled and are non-refundable." I have called the customer service number and left messages and no one returns my calls. A shipping label was created on the 10th of December but no schedule pickup has been made. I was getting about five promotional emails a day from them and asked to be taken of there promotional email list and still receive one to two a day.

I've ordered several things since May , order numbers and prices are. XXXXXXX t- shirt Be Good Do Good $10.97. XXXXXXX t-shirt XXXXXXX metal butterflies $53.92 ordered 6/3. XXXXXXX metal sighn "Blessed" $14.95. I have emailed several times with no response, my husband is a veteran and we are on social security so our money is tight but figured the company is all about vets we liked what we saw and figured we couldn't go wrong but feel this is ridiculous! Why taking so long, and why no response? If we can't get our orders guaranteed in the next couple of weeks we'd like all our money back asap. Thank you for any help on this matter...should be able to trust a vet's word don't you think?
I placed an order at Redline Steel on June 19. I tried contacting Redline Steel about my order via website link, the last week of July. Never got a response. Left a voicemail message, Never got a response (recording said to open a support ticket via website, already did with no resolution.) Filled out another support ticket via website, No response. Left another voicemail with customer support and again no response. Customer Service for this company is Horrible. This was my 12th order from this company and it will be my last.
I purchased from Redline STEEL LLC CEO Colkin Wayne. I sent a gift to my brother, Dan and all was well ( it took forever but he got the product i purchased from Redline Steel LLC ) But. Then they continued to send me more and more offers so I block their emails. But on August 6 a $5.00 withdrawal was made WITHOUT authorization! Then a email came thanking me for ordering AGAIN! I did not order AGAIN. I called my bank to file a dispute. Then i contacted the company including the CEO mr Collin Wayne telling him that was against the law to do. He just ignored me and made more OFFERS. I want the $5 refunded and NO FURTHER MONEY TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT ILLEGALLY I don't even know if they're sending whatever they're saying I purchased to my brother or what they're doing but I don't have a receipt just out of my checking account and I can send you the email.
I ordered from Redline Steel on July 11. The email I received in response to my order said: "Redline Steel ORDER XXXXXXX Thank you for your purchase! Hi ***, we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent." Redline Steel seems to operate as a classic Bait & Switch operation. One month later, all I get is offers to add more items to my order. Yet, I *cannotlog into my account on their site to change/cancel my order. It only sends me back to the Log-In without any error message. I contacted Lacey Taylor at Live Chat. She only responds with a copy/paste explanation of company policy and tells me that there is a 3-6 week lead time. She refuses to cancel the order that they haven't and cannot currently fill more than 30 days later. As of now, she has ignored my last message for about 30 minutes. Redline Steel is a dishonest, unethical company.
I agreed to a monthly gift subscription with the 1st month paying only the shipping cost of $7.85 and each month thereafter the total amount
I agreed to a monthly gift subscription with the 1st month paying only the shipping cost of $7.85 and each month thereafter the total amount that includes subscription, tax and shipping to be $30.92. This subscription was agreed to on 11/15 with an email confirmation #XXXXXXX. I was charged $7.92 for shipping of the 1st month subscription. There shipping in the past had been lengthy and I decided to wait patiently because of the upcoming holiday. On 12/15, my account was charged $30.92, however, I never received the 1st "free" subscription. I emailed the customer service support email and was told: "Thank you for reaching out to us. With the high volume of contacts during this season we are delayed in our responses". I was instructed to email them through by using there Support Form, then copied and paste what I emailed them on 12/15 and email it to them. I also called them and had to leave a voicemail. I emailed them again on 12/22 after not receiving a call or email from my 1st attempt. I was again instructed to email them through by using there Support From which I copied and paste my email and emailed it to them. I called again and had to leave a voice mail. I called my bank on 12/23 and disputed both charges ($7.85 and $30.92). So I have an open dispute with my bank to date. Today I went to bank account records to review my account and on January 7th I was charged another $30.92. This is unbelievable! I feel like I have been scammed.

They're company is dishonest and sneaky. False Facebook advertising. I asked for a refund and was refused. I filed a dispute with PayPal too.
5/20 I ordered 2 steel pieces from a promo. Just black, no monogram or anything special. on 6/22 I ordered 2 promo t-shirts. I have not received any of my orders. I have "chatted" with someone at RLS via the chat on their website as well as email. The response is pretty much automated as I have seen the same responses on other complaints. (see in part below) ...Thank you for reaching out to us, and thank you for supporting a veteran owned company! I do have your order open in front of me now, and it looks like it has not been finished and placed for shipment yet... I just want my items. There is absolutely no reason for this delay. No customization's, no different color, no weather issues with transport. Because these are all promo items, I cannot cancel and refund so I just want my items.
On 4/21, I placed an online order with Redline Steel for a custom monogrammed fire pit. Order# XXXXXXX. My Discover card was charged that same day for in the amount of $107.10. I still have not received the product. I made inquiries through their customer contact and the only status I have been given on my order is that it remains "unfulfilled". I have asked for a refund and for my order to be cancelled but have not been given any information as to whether or not this will happen. Please help me in rectifying this matter.
I placed an online order (XXXXXXX) on June 26th for $77.93. I have contacted this company several times and only receive an auto reply email to fill out a form. NO one has contacted me back. I have ordered from this company during the pandemic and received my merchandise in a timely manner. After reaching out to this company, I noticed there were several customer complaints on Facebook relating to not receiving their merchandise and no response from the company. I see now they are clearly posting a disclaimer on delivery time, however this in so visible when I placed my order. There are several pop ups when you visit the website on discounts etc, they should have one that disclosed there is backlog of orders. I want to cancel and get a total refund as this was wedding gift for (July 31). Their lack of customer service is awful and so many people wouldn't be upset if they communicated. It's sad all it takes is a reply/acknowledgement.

I have placed two separate orders with RedLine Steel in early January (or at the end of December)
I have placed two separate orders with RedLine Steel in early January (or at the end of December). Both orders were paid by my bank. One was order #XXXXXXX for $25.75. The other order was#XXXXXXX for $25.78. The payments for the orders cleared my bank on January 7 and January 9.I have not received either order. I have texted and called the company. My first messages were left on January 17 and 18 2021. text message stated it could take 4 to 6 weeks to receive my orders. Neither order was personalized (just stock items). So I waited and waited for my items to arrive. On February 20, I left a phone message with all above information plus my cell phone number and my email address and asked them to contact me. No reply received. I left another message with all the above information, but did not receive a reply. On February 24, I left a message stating that since the items ordered, but not received, were Valentine's Day presents and birthday presents (both of which were already past) that I would appreciate a refund for the items. As of March 1, No refunds were issued to my charge account at my bank. I left Red Line Steel another message to tell them that I was contacting the ComplaintsBoard.com to place a complaint . I have also contacted my bank about my dispute with payment to RedLine Steel for items ordered but not received. I am hoping that the ComplaintsBoard.com is able to help me with my complaint and receive restitution for items ordered, paid for, but never received. Thank you !

On 7/5 I received shipment of this item: RLS-CXXXXX-XX-BLK Anchor (Initial Only) - Small (18 inch) / Black Matte. The anchor was supposed to have the letter "H" for ***, they sent me an anchor with the letter "A" I tried calling many times, no one will answer, no one calls back. I tried using the instructions for sending an email to a support line as suggested, no one has responded. I simply need someone to answer the phone or call me to correct the mistake. I placed the order online on 4/25, it costs $59.95. I am so angry at these people for not answering the phone. What idiot would own a business and not be willing to answer complaint calls? No one with better than half a brain. I either want the correct item that I ordered or I want my money back which they have had for 3 months now.
regarding order # XXXXXXX, paid for using Discover Card, never received. I have been contacting you every way I could email, phone, text. There has been NO satisfaction. She has filled out your form twice. I sent you the photo of the payment received by Discover. Still NO PRODUCT. So, it is off to ComplaintsBoard.com and Discover. You have left no choice. The goal was to buy the Tree of Life for the front of our house. What an "ad" that would have been to our neighbors. What is the deal with your company. This is horrible customer care.
On May 22 I had placed an order for two items (Air Force distressed battle flag and an American Revolution plate) for a total of $46 (see enclosed images). It's July13th and nothing has arrived. I have sent an email asking for an update with no answer. I also completed their customer form on June 6th asking about the order status but no one has replied. I sent another email on July 8th and again no reply. I would have been okay if I had someone from Redline contact me with a status but now I just want a refund. Order number: XXXXXXX.
I placed an order with Redline Steel in Tanner, AL. I am looking for my order, literally. Here are the details: May 7-order placed. May 24-called and left a message asking for an update on my order. May 24-received an auto reply from company asking me to fill out an inquiry form. Done May 24-emailed company asking for an order update. May 29-emailed company asking for an order update. June 1-emailed company asking for an order update. July 1-emailed company asking for an order update. July 16-emailed, maybe through chat, asking for an order update. I have not received any replies to my emails, phone call, or chat request. Nothing. My order was for $43.40. The order# is XXXXXXX When I look at my order, it says, "in production".
I placed an order on 11/29 guarantee to receive before Christmas
I placed an order on 11/29 guarantee to receive before Christmas. Items never showed but I was charged for them in full on day order was placed On 11/29 placed Order No. XXXXXXX in the amount of $97.07 with guarantee Christmas Delivery. My credit card was immediately charged and order never arrived. E-mailed them several times and was assured order would go out prior to Christmas which it never did (This was not an issue with shipping taking too long order was continued to show as unfulfilled) After sending a third not so nice e-mail I did not get a response to that but received an e-mail that the order was shipped. This was still not true what they did was create a shipping label for an order that still shows as unfulfilled. I have now incurred interest on my credit card for an order that was never fulfilled or received. None of the items I ordered were monogrammed or special order in anyway. They have caused me to incur additional costs not only from the interest with my credit card, but the last minute shopping needed to get replacement presents for my niece and mother. I would like to be made whole with interest. I am beyond disappointed in this company. I have done limited business with them in the past and never been treated so poorly. How can they charge for something they don't intend on fulfilling then create a label just to give the impression they will be sending out a product even though it is still showing as unfulfilled. Definitely something the Attorney General's office should look into.

Deceptive advertising and deceptive charges
Deceptive advertising and deceptive charges. Blocking me from contacting them via Messenger on FB site. Deleting Reviews and Posts on their FB site. 1/22 - Saw a Facebook ad for Redline steel. It was a Love sign and said Free. Went to look at it and it said only pay shipping of $5. I started an order for it. As I went to complete order, it made several additional offers. I decided to order a Hummingbird sign for 5.95, with no additional shipping charge. My total should have been 10.95. After completing the order, it tells me the charge is $19.92. I clicked the back button and took a screenshot of the Hummingbird sign offer - 5.95 and no additional shipping, yet they charged 8.95 + 5.97 shipping. They sent me an email that confirmed the order. I immediately forwarded the email.to their customer service email address and sent my screenshots. I also filled out their form for customer service complaints. I also Messengered them through their website. I also posted the issue to their Facebook page, with screenshots, and submitted a one-star product review. Within two minutes, they removed my review, deleted my posts to their page, and blocked me from contacting them via Messenger. To me, this is deceptive marketing, as well as deceptive business practices. It is also unethical. I have contacted my credit card company and we are disputing the charges. Then, they charged my credit card twice. One charge for 8.95 and the other for 10.97. Bottom Line: Everything about this company is shady and I don't want their product or anything to do with them..

I place 3 orders in mid Nov & my items still have not shipped I placed orders with company on Nov 13, 18 & 24 but my items still have not
I place 3 orders in mid Nov & my items still have not shipped I placed orders with company on Nov 13, 18 & 24 but my items still have not shipped. I've called 3 times (had to leave messages) and have repeatedly emailed company starting on 12/4 trying to get a status of my order since some items were Christmas presents. The only responses I get are generic "please be patient", "we are working hard to get everything out" and that all orders place before 12/7 are planned to be shipped for arrival before Christmas and as soon as they ship my orders, I would receive an email with tracking information. It is now the afternoon of 12/23 and my items still have not shipped. Therefore, there is no way I will get them before Christmas as their multiple email responses stated. I emailed last night and again this morning asking for an update and I haven't heard anything yet and also have not received any tracking information. Because the company's delay in shipping my items, I now have to incur additional expenses to ship the items that were gifts to those they were intended instead of being able to give them in person. I love their products! They have beautiful steel pieces and the quality is good - this is why I order products for Christmas. There are also other items I was planning on ordering. However, their shipping delays, lack of customer service, and refusal to give me any updates on my specific orders despite numerous emails asking for updates have left me frustrated and I felt this was the only option I had left. I just want to know when they plan on shipping my orders.

Company ignored multiple requests for updated order status until refund request filed with Paypal, then states unable to refund because custom
Company ignored multiple requests for updated order status until refund request filed with Paypal, then states unable to refund because custom order. I emailed company requesting order status on Feb 21 2021. Order had been placed on company's website on 02/06. I received a form letter response requesting I submit my request via the company's premade request forms. I did so the same day and received no response. I also tried calling the customer service line and was sent to a voice mail box with a message stating no one was available, please leave a message and we will respond. I left a message once again requesting status or if they could not provide, requesting cancellation and refund. Again no response. The order had been paid through Paypal so I filled out a dispute form on Paypal and then received a response from Mrs *** at Redline steel stating that "custom orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable as they have already allocated time and resources. I responded to the email challenging this statement as she still had not provided a lead time. The reply was the basic "our standard lead time is 3-6 weeks and as you placed your order on 02/06 we are still within our time frame. Still no actual order status. I responded stating that since the order is over 4 weeks old they should be able to do better than "3-6 weeks" and since they cannot provide any actual dates or status this order should still be cancellable. No response back from Redline. I guess as long as they have already collected they have no need to provide service and feel they are entitled to keep my money regardless that they have not provided any product or any actual information regarding my order except the date that I ordered it.

Been 6 weeks of waiting for order
Been 6 weeks of waiting for order. Will not answer phone or call you despite numerous attempts and will not provide ANY shipping information via email Placed small custom (if you want to call 5 letters cut out of a small sign "custom") order from this company, what a mistake. Took 3 weeks to make and ship one sign (I get it, times are tough) which ended up "getting damaged in transit." Spoke to a rep who informed me that it would be "restored and shipped out immediately." Here I am thinking they'll be rushing to fix my damaged order I never received. Well, two whole weeks go by and I receive an email from another rep who wants me to confirm my shipping address because she restored my item! Um excuse me? Why wasn't my item "restored" in the past two weeks and why do I have to "confirm my shipping address" a SECOND time when it was already confirmed with the first rep two weeks ago and is also clearly on my order? Customer service will NOT pick up the phone nor listen to or return any voice mails...so don't even bother trying. They are extremely rude and condescending via email, ignore your requests to speak to a supervisor and refuse to even talk to you on the phone! "Veteran owned and operated"...you would think they'd have their customer service together? Couldn't be the furthest from the truth here unfortunately. Needless to say..EXTREMELY disappointed with Redline and will not be returning. It's been 6 weeks now and I still don't know when or if my order will ship. Demanded a refund but was informed a custom order can not be refunded...then I said it wasn't even made yet and they said it doesn't matter that's their policy. Just a horrible, horrible company with absolutely NO customer service looking to rip people off.

Products not delivered by Christmas, though ordered before the companies deadline for Christmas orders
Products not delivered by Christmas, though ordered before the companies deadline for Christmas orders. Five of the six items ordered were damaged. My husband placed an order, #XXXXXXX, on December 6th which was about a week before Redline Steel's Christmas order deadline. When we received no information, besides our initial order confirmation and charge to our credit card, by 12/22 we sent an email asking about the status of our order. We received a generic email saying they were working on all orders, but no specific information about our order. We received our order on 12/31, and 5 of the 6 items we ordered were of poor quality and/or damaged. The date we received our order was 6 days after Christmas even though delivery was guaranteed for Christmas when we placed our order. The products we ordered were metal products, the images have rough cuts and sharp edges, some of the finish is uneven, and the large monogram sign has chipped paint. I submitted 5 damage forms with the company including pictures of each item on January 2nd, and as of today, January 9th I have not received a reply from the company. When submitting the damage forms their support system does not send the customer a copy of the report or any confirmation that the damage form was submitted. I have tried calling the company but have not been able to get through. At this point, I would like a complete refund of my order for $155.65 minus $15.95 for the cross ornament that was acceptable. I have already bought replacement gifts for my family since we are 2 weeks past Christmas and Redline Steel has not responded to my submitted damage forms and I have not been able to talk with anyone at the company. I am including a copy of the original order. Thank you for helping me resolve this matter.

Shorted an item, no response to numerous inquiries regarding resolution 3 items not yet shipped
Shorted an item, no response to numerous inquiries regarding resolution 3 items not yet shipped. I ordered two (2) red candy canes ORDER #XXXXXXX on November 29th. I emailed them on December 13th requesting a shipping date. I received a "canned" response saying they would get back to me. On December 16th I received an email stating this order along with another order (#XXXXXXX) had been shipped. The package was received on December 20th. When I opened the package, there was only 1 red candy cane in it along with the other order which was complete. I immediately emailed them that the package was short a red candy cane. I received an email from them requesting that I fill out a "Customer Support" form which I did. I them got another "canned" email saying my order had been delivered. I went on their website and started a "Live chat" explaining my situation. I got the response of "we will get back to you as soon as possible". No response. In total there have been at least 5 attempts at getting some kind of resolution on this shortage. It doesn't matter how you try to contact them, they don't respond except with "canned" responses. There are still 3 more orders placed with them that have not been received. So I'm really wondering if I will ever see either those items or my money back. All of my orders were paid for with Paypal and Redline Steel has already taken payment for all the items even if they haven't been shipped. They owe me one candy cane. I paid $23.87 including shipping for 2. I paid $48.19 for a split monogram wall hanging to be shipped to me. ORDER #XXXXXXX on December 10 (not received) I paid $14.92 for a candy cane to be shipped to a family member. (has not been received) ORDER #XXXXXXX on December 13 I paid $14.92 for a candy cane to be shipped to another family member. (has not been received) ORDER #XXXXXXX on December 13 I really would like to have the items I ordered, but would take a full refund if the items are not available.

I made 2 separate purchases from the company online a month ago
I made 2 separate purchases from the company online a month ago. They refuse to cancel the unmade, undelivered orders. On 11/17 I placed an order for an item in which I was charged $2 for the item plus $5.97 for shipping (order #XXXXXXX) I clicked the link on the order's status through my confirmation email & checked on the status of that order today. I also looked at another order of mine that I had placed back on 11/10 which I still haven't received. This order (order# XXXXXXX) includes an item which I paid $0 for the item but was charged $5.97 for shipping. It was verified that Redline had not shipped either order as of today. I contacted customer service through chat help by leaving my email and my request for a refund. I was told it was in their policies they do not do refunds. I responded and made it clear that if the product has yet to be made and shipped that I can cancel my purchase and be reimbursed for at the very least it's shipping since that is what I paid for. I explained that the shipping cost are primarily what I was seeking reimbursement for since the products hadn't even been shipped yet and too much time had passed. I was ignored 3 more times. I pointed out how it would have made sense if they had such policies to make those accessible to their customers upon checkout or even required to read before checkout but I was only given a response that their website has a link to policies. The problem with that remark is their sales don't link through their site they come through text and FB links (mobile pages etc). After sending the most recent email stating once again I wanted no trouble just simply to be reimbursed for shipping and to cancel the order, the company sends me back to back emails showing confirmation that the order's status has changed (now it has magically shipped) and the other from the representative stating the same information she had been repeating in addition claiming she had shipped these items miraculously in a matter of hours. After me stating 6 times I wanted to cancel the orders before they were made and shipped and be refunded for shipping only.

Yes, my complaint is that Wayne, the company owner, has deceived everyone who purchased their overstock products. My name is omitted.
Yes, my complaint is that Wayne, the company owner, has deceived everyone who purchased their overstock products. I've heard Redline Steel commercials claiming they have Christmas sales so good they're giving away overstock items for free with any order. I ordered 10 items, and after nearly 50 days, they're still not shipped. Customer service denies any deception. The ads claimed items were in stock and ready to ship, but my wife's order arrived in days while I wait for mine. This military-supported company's lies are egregious, and their sales and customer service representatives should be embarrassed. The manager insisted they weren't lying and that the items just weren't made yet, contradicting the ads. They refuse to let customers contact the owner or to refund and cancel unshipped orders, earning interest on our money. Their customer support is unresponsive, not answering calls or emails. Once they have your money, you're insignificant to them. I advise against ordering from Redline Steel, as they don't treat customers fairly. Despite their claims of being customer-oriented, they only take your money and make you wait indefinitely, contrary to their promises of ready-to-ship stock. Shame on you, Colin Wayne, for the deceit.

1) Products ordered and paid for but not delivered 2) Unauthorized monthly subscription charges 3) Company will not respond to phone call and emails Order placed:12/7. Bank account charged through debit card for $160.63 on 12/8. Order number: XXXXXXX Unauthorized monthly subscription charge following an unauthorized trial monthly subscription on debit card for $30.92 on 1/6. After seeing a sponsored ad on Facebook advertising 12/7 to be the last day to receive Christmas delivery from Redline Steel, I ordered several items for Christmas gifts for family members. After checkout, I noticed that there was a trial for a monthly subscription on my order which I did not sign up for. I couldn't find any way to cancel that so I decided to wait to see if there would be cancellation instructions with my shipment. My confirmation email stated that I would be notified when my items shipped. A few days before Christmas, having not received an email confirmation of shipment, I emailed Redline Steel to check on my order status. I received an automatic, generic reply with a link for an online support form to fill out. Thinking that things may be running a bit behind due to Covid, I held off on submitting the form, but several days after emailing them and after seeing more ads on Facebook with numerous complaints similar to mine from people who had ordered months before me and who had stated that the company was not responding to emails or phone calls, I decided to submit the support form. Immediately upon my submission-the form stated that if the shipment hadn't taken place within a 3 week timeframe from order date ( which mine was beyond the 3 weeks) a customer service rep would contact me- I received a notification that a customer representative would contact me shortly. I haven't yet been contacted. Today, 1/6, I was charged for that monthly subscription that I previously mentioned above. I never even received the "free trial" product that I was unknowingly signed up for and could not cancel. I called the company, emailed the company again, and submitted a new support form for this charge. I couldn't get through to anyone on the phone and received the same response for the email and support form that I had received the first time. I was charged over $190 for products that I didn't receive in the promised time. I understand that shipping has been slowed. What I don't understand is if they are months behind, why are they taking more orders? Why are they not communicating with their customers- letting them know of the issues and giving them a new estimated timeframe or giving the customers the option of a refund so they can purchase their Christmas gifts elsewhere? Why are they charging the customers immediately instead of waiting until the items ship as most companies do?

Advertised guaranteed delivery by Christmas if ordered by 12/7
Advertised guaranteed delivery by Christmas if ordered by 12/7. Ordered 12/6 and delivered 12/7 after Christmas. The Website guaranteed delivery by Christmas if orders were placed by 12/7. We placed an order for two items on 12/6. We called and left messages, as well as used the chat feature of customer service, with no response. As of 12/21 the items had not shipped. I called the company, and was actually able to talk to a person after the 7th consecutive call, to inquire and the representative stated that they were "in production" and should reach the destination prior to Christmas. We asked to change the shipping location as we would be in a different location starting 12/22. They changed the shipping location. The items were NOT delivered prior to Christmas as guaranteed. They were delivered on 12/27. I was not in the location delivered as of 12/26. I had to pay our friends extra to ship the items to me. I called Redline and asked for a refund of the shipping costs ($11.94). The customer service phone number went to voicemail 7 times before I was able to get a person on the phone on the 8 consecutive call. After speaking with the initial customer service representative who was unable to assist me in my request, I ask to speak with the manager. The Customer Service Manager got on the phone and asked her to get a refund for the shipping cost and she stated "Since the items were already delivered, we are unable to refund the shipping costs." I explained that as advertised the guarantee of delivery by Christmas if ordered before 12/7 and they weren't delivered, plus the additional expense I had to incur to have the items shipped to me so I could deliver them as I was no longer in the location delivered, all I was asking for was a refund of their shipping fee of $11.94 of the $109.37 I had spent as they did not deliver as guaranteed. I didn't want a refund of the items, just the shipping. Again I was informed that they were not going to do that. I asked to speak with her manager or the owner. I was informed that, "***, the owner does not take customer service calls", and I asked the lady to ask him if he would take this customer service call, and she informed me that she was NOT going to do that and that I would just have to speak with her. She again informed me that she was not going to refund my shipping costs as they items were already delivered. I again stated that they were in fact delivered, but not as guaranteed by Christmas. She apologized that they were not delivered by Christmas but that she would not be able to refund my shipping cost. I informed her that was fine, then I would be contacting the ComplaintsBoard.com on my behalf to inform them of the company's lack of standing up to their guarantee. I would also be posting on social media as well. I would give them a negative review as well so that maybe I could prevent others from having the same difficulty as I did.

Just to add to all the unhappy customers reviews, I also have an unfavorable review. I vow to never place another order again. My situation, I ordered a personalized "monkey" for my great granddaughter but put the wrong name to be personalized. After reviewing my order I noticed the mistake immediately and went directly to emailing the company asking them to please replace the wrong name with the right name. This was minutes after placing my order. I received an email back telling me they can't fix my mistake ($64) because my order was being processed - I received the order 8 weeks after that! Please don't order and think you will get your order before Christmas, because you won't. Great workmanship, just terrible on wait time.
Ordered a hummingbird, back in June, and apparently, that signed me up for a "subscription", where they take $5.00 out, every month, for no reason! I wrote to customer service, and they said I needed to cancel through my account. I tried to get into my account, and it said no account exists under that email! I will be getting my attorney involved, if my so-called "subscription" is not cancelled ASAP...
I ordered a cross it was beautiful, so I ordered 3 plaques, they came with no packing between them which resulted in scratches, contacted the company, nothing, they claim to not to be able to see the pictures provided, this has been since October, then on November 16 ,5 dollars was removed from my account..
