He helped me save hundreds each month and made sure to help keep me updated and on track during the process until everything was finalized. Refinally was awesome to work with. They were able to get me an excellent rate and I even was able to take 90 days off without a payment, which was very helpful. I refinanced with them and Refinally 9 months ago, and they were so easy to work with that I called them up again to help me refinance the car I just recently purchased. They definitely know how to make everything simple and hassle free.

Process was fast and easy. I'm not always able to answer the phone at my job so having text communication was a lifesaver. They always followed up with my questions or concerns right away and answered all of my 100's of questions without ever getting frustrated or treating me as though I was a bother to them. If you want to refinance, look no further than Refinally. I absolutely loved this usually litigious and bureaucratic process because of Kent & Bill. They made everything extremely easy and explained everything to me taking as much time as I needed. They got me a dream interest rate that no one else was able to get and they went the distance for me at every turn. They truly care about what they do, and deliver results quickly & easily all while being so easy to talk to and making it fun!

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Clint Carmichael from start to (almost) finish. I planned to refinance my car and he made the process very easy to understand and painless. Even with my never ending questions, he was patient, knowledgeable and friendly. During the process, I changed plans and bought a new car instead. Clint was very understanding, and not at all disappointed that I didn't complete the refinance with Refinally. I highly recommend their services if you are in the market to refinance.

I'm 21 so when it came to refinancing my loan on June 6 I really had no clue where to start! Refinally really really stepped up and helped me through the whole process. They were extremely patient with me, would literally stay on the phone with me and walk me through the paperwork step by step, and on top of that probably the best over the phone customer service I've ever had in my life! This company made me feel so comfortable, calm, and collected with my choice in them. 10/10 would recommend them for anyone, even my own parents couldn't help me as much as they did!

I had a terrible experience! This was my first time refinancing a car, so I wasn't aware of certain issues that would arise. The person who handled my case, did not disclose that I would be paying 700 just to refinance. When I asked if there was anything else I would have to pay, he told me it would only be my monthly payment. Then when I saw my balance increase, I contacted him and he made excuses about how he has a lot going on and that the money is so they can keep the lights on. While I understand, I am also a paying customer. There is no good excuse to not tell me all of the money I'm going to be paying. I then tried to contact the company to get a supervisor, who wouldn't talk to me, then told me he would get back to me within the hour. He never contacted me again. I called a day later, in which he sounded irritated and did not care about the situation or what had happened. This company is unprofessional and would not recommend anyone use their services.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! SCAM! I was looking to refinance. While using Lending Tree, and getting pretty much harassed for 3 days straight by non-stop loan companies, I spoke with a representative from Refinally. I have a 100% pay on time credit approval rating. The representative reached out to me utilizing Lending Tree (who gets a review next) telling me they will help me and to text them my VIN number and credit score. I thought that was strange, but I texted my score and VIN...Then..Nothing. Nothing the rest of that morning. Nothing the next day. Nothing on day 3. Do you think behaving childishly and avoiding telling me "We don't want to do business with you because we won't make money," is worse than wasting my time, causing me discomfort and confusion since you acted like you were very interested and then once I sent the images you requested, you avoid me? Is this some kind of scam? Are you using people's VIN numbers to register illegal vehicles or something? I waited a day, sent a follow-up text the next day, called the number listed with ComplaintsBoard.com after that and spoke with a man who happily said "oh Steph's here; she's right next to me!" He sounded confused when I told him what was going on. He said there shouldn't be any problems, will speak with her to see where she is in the process, and never heard back from him. I tried calling again today during business hours and it just rang and rang until going to voicemail. For a teenager, I get it. For a business, unprofessional and unacceptable. This is clearly not a large company and clearly do not care about wasting people's time, causing confusion and panic. Of the 20 companies who reached out to me all at once after clicking the submit button on Lending Tree, I thought your offer might've been the best. I realize now, this is some kind of scam.
