Please cancel my unlimited subscription immediately. My current subscription is good til July 31. My current theater of chose is Yorba Linda (CA). As stated below, the staff has been gracious by signing me in each time. I am tired of this procedure, so, please cancel my subscription. No WiFi in theaters for me to sign in at theaters.

Temperature in the theater
We went to see Mission impossible on July 15 at 7 PM in cinema 11 at the Cary North Carolina, regal Cinemas. Immediately I noticed that it was rather hot in the theater but I assumed that it will cool down eventually. After sitting for two hours sweating and feeling very uncomfortable I told my husband that I would go sit by concessions, and he could finish the movie out without me. I went out and talked to the ticket taker. I told him that it was very hot in the theater and was there a problem with their conditioner. He said it is been very hot and the air conditioners had had a hard time pulling out the humidity. I said, is there anyway to make it cooler in the theater at this time? He replied that he would look into it. So I got another Fruit punch and sat down at the tables. I had seen him talking with someone with a tie on who seemed to be in charge. So I went back up to him and asked if they were turning on or down the air conditioning. He just replied again that they have been having trouble with keeping things cool. He was very nice and I told him that obviously many people were staying in the theater, even though it was very hot, but I was not going to sacrifice my comfort for entertainment. That made him laugh a little bit. Anyway, I feel that when you go to the movies during the summer, one of the main reasons is because it’s entertaining and it’s cold. Clearly, the Cary North Carolina location needs to work on their air conditioning. I will not be going back , and not if that makes a big deal to anyone else but I don’t want to sweat and be uncomfortable. It’s not worth it and the movies will always be on prime eventually in my air-conditioned home.

Unsanitary event
I have a monthly pass and attend regularly. I was getting a drink when another customer walked up with a tub full of popcorn. He told the cashier "It's stale." The worker took the tub and dumped it into the popcorn machine. We looked at each other shocked and shook our heads no! You need to take the popcorn out and clean the machine... The kid looked overwhelmed, untrained and not wanting to get in trouble obviously. The other guy said you need to tell the manager, the kid reluctantly walked about 15 feet to the manager and said something.. The kid started scooping out popcorn... If this isn't gross enough, the manager had no sense of urgency, like it was no big deal... This is a big deal!
And why don't you have ropes for the lines and it would be fair for everyone... Unless you like to see people frustrated!

While at the concession stand. I selected to use 1500 x2 and 2000 x2 points to upgrade two small popcorns to medium and two small cherry Ice to medium. The concession stand person informed me that the upsize only gives a $0.50 discount for the size selected. The points were used, the items were not upsized as they have been in the past. This was during the 17:40 Guardians of the Galaxy 3 movie.

So I am a member and I am wondering how it works.. so you have points for concession one says free small popcorn and free small coke … 7,000 pt for popcorn and 6,000 pt for soda … if using points total 13,000 points why am I still charged almost $7.00 for them if there free … please explain for me … also if you can look at my purchases you can see that it doesn’t match what is advertised… I understand the free upgrade is equivalent to a small soda and popcorn but if it says free for small popcorn for 7.000 pts and free soda for 6.000 points why is it not free!
Atlantic station theater
On Tuesday May 23 I purchased a ticket to see Knights of The Zodiac. When I got there my phone was scanned tor the movie. The movie never started and I asked the attendance who scan my ticket if I was in the right theater and I was assured that I was. The movie was supposed to start at 1:15 p.m. at 1:30 I realize that something was wrong. I never saw the movie and wasn't reimbursed. Also on Thursday I purchased a ticket for Fast and Furious. when I went to the concession stand I have 12844 points to redeem and I redeem a small popcorn which was 6000 point and the attendant said I didn't scan it right but I did so she had me to do ti again and it took off 12000 point a a small popcorn is 6000, so I would like my other 6000 to be credited back to my account pls.
Desired outcome: My desired outcome is to be reimbursed for the movie and reimbursed for my 6000 point to be used for the futuree.

April 16 2023 at 5pm I saw John Wick movie rated R very violent movie and saw two small children approximately 6 and 7 years old with adults. Why doesn’t Regal enforce age restrictions or do we all have to wait until children grow old and much more disturbed so they go into public areas and perform mass shootings. Maybe I’ll give AMC this news and the local officials.

Hello My my name is Marquis Hill. On Saturday March 18 My Family and I planned on having a birthday celebration and instead we received a nightmare. The events of March 18 were horrible and traumatic for me and my children! A simple trip to the movies turned violent by the Regal West Tower MANAGEMENT And Staff at 8998 W Broad St, Richmond, VA 23294. We First arrived to the theater at 9 PM . Myself my oldest son,(10yrs) my nephew(10yrs), and my Youngest Son,(6yrs turning 7yrs) whose birthday were celebrating. We went to see the new Scream Movie in 3D. The children were excited as we approach the counter to order our tickets. The Staff was nice as One employee ant the counter asked for all of my children’s ages for the movie. I told the employee all of the children’s ages and another employee staff also heard as well. 10 PM was the last 3-D showing for the movie and we purchased the 10pm tickets. one adult and three children for $63.18.. with an hour wait we decided to stop bye a near by relatives home to wait out here the weight of the remainder of the time. The children were so excited for the movie, especially the birthday boy because scream is his favorite thriller movie. At the relative home we picked up my nephew (10yrs) who also wanted to tagalong and see the film. We arrive back to Regal West Tower 8998 W Broad St, Richmond, VA 23294 at 9:55pm. I made time to purchase 1 more Childs tickets and large popcorn, and fountain drink just before the movie started but that when everything went wrong. As I approach the counter Manager Candace is taking my order at the registers. I started my asking for one additional child ticket for Scream 3D for 10pm and a large popcorn and large drink. Candace immediately and rudely ask “how old are all of them” my immediate response was I already have tickets for three of the children I just need to purchase an additional one for my nephew who is 10. Candace assumed that I did not purchase tickets a hour earlier because her response was “who do you have tickets for and when” I showed her my receipt and my three children tickets I just recently. Candace then asked “how old is he and he” pointing to my nephew (10yr) and my youngest son(6yrs turning 7yrs), who birthday it is. I responded with their ages and let her know. I only needed one additional child ticket for my nephew(10yrs) Candace reply that she cannot sell me another child's ticket. I explain to Candace that her employees already sold me the tickets and asked the children for their ages and the employees also vouched that they did as well.. Candace rudely reply that regal policy is no child under 7 can see a R rated movie. .I’m very confused on what does she want me to do next. Candy said she was going to have to refund me my initial purchase of 63.18 for my tickets I purchased 1 hour earlier. I explained that we already purchased the tickets and was already verified ages and we only needed an additional ticket. Candace said policy is policy and they are correcting an issue that her employees made a mistake. By allowing me to purchase tickets for my youngest son, who birthday we were celebrating .The children were shock and disappointed. I asked Candace if I would’ve just walked in and got the kids seats came back out and got popcorn, then the children will be seeing the movie. Her response was we cannot see the movie. So except the refund or except nothing. So no other option I accept the refund and another manager name Jonathan intervene. Jonathan explain that yes I had tickets but I would have never got past him and he would’ve sent us back around. So now we’re harassing parents and children with already bought tickets at the gates. Jonathan stepped in and got very angry and loud with me as I was leaving. Jonathan attempted to attack me. My children were scared for their lives and crying. Jonathan openly stated that he hates children and he never wants to have them . (Recorded on Camera) All I can think of is what kind of company business management ruins, a child’s birthday over a situation that was their own staffs fault. As we left out, Jonathan continue to curse and scream, and followed us all the way to the parking lot. Jonathan attempted to rush at me several times and making my children run back as well. How embarrassing and disappoint I felt as a father. Surveillance camera can show the whole entire altercation. Other employees were also witnesses and were in disbelief on how their own management team treated us that day. The children were rattled and scared I did my best to calm them down, but I was disappointed in the actions of the regal Cinema management .In disbelief on the events that happened, I gather my thoughts and drove a few miles down the street to Regal Short Pump. Regal short pump not only sold us tickets to the 1030pm showing they gave us phenomenal service.. the staff at regal short pump ask for my identification only and proceeded to give me one adult and four children’s tickets. They gave us extra cups, napkins and carry-on, trays for the children and gave us great customer service. The children learned a valuable lesson that day that ,sometimes people do mean things for no reason, and they are good people who still do good things. Thank you regal short pump for saving my son‘s birthday after that Traumatic experience only a few miles down the street. This is unacceptable and a big inconvenience to my family and impactful to my children..

I am writing to bring to your attention a matter that has caused me great inconvenience and frustration. I am referring to the unauthorized charge on my bank account after canceling my subscription multiple times.
I have made several attempts to cancel my subscription for all four family members and have sent numerous emails to your customer service department, yet my account was still charged. It is unacceptable that after all my efforts to cancel the subscription, I still ended up being charged. As a valued customer, I expected a much better experience. You can see clearly that the memberships were never used after the cancelation.
I am requesting a full refund for the unauthorized charge that was made on my bank account. This issue has caused me undue stress and has negatively impacted my financial well-being. I would appreciate your prompt action in refunding the full amount charged.

I have 2 accts with you guys and have tried to cancel and get my refund since Nov 2022. I have removed my card details from the online acct but you continue to charge me monthly. I have tried to call your customer service line to get this resolved [protected] but it does not allow me to speak to anyone and says to contact you through your website. I have tried to do that as well and I continue to get the run around regarding my acct and being able to get my subs cancelled and my money refunded. I want it cancelled immediately and my money refunded as soon as possible. This is ridiculous to force me to go to such lengths to stop this service. I will also put my complaint in with the BBB as this has caused me much frustration and aggravation. Your support specialists online are not helpful and no way should it be this difficult for a consumer to cancel a service they do not want. For you guys to hold someone hostage in this manner is a horrible business practice.

Brought my kids to watch Puss in Boots, 730pm showing on Saturday January 21st. Bought tickets and snacks went in and theater was warm but figured they would turn AC on closer to movie time. 30 minutes into movie, we are sweating it’s so hot! I go out and ask one of the workers to turn up the AC because it’s super hot in the theater, he telle me “sorry, that AC is broken”. I went to the concession where the manager and 2 employees were laughing and playing around. Told them that the theatre (#3) was so hot and that if the AC was brown they should have advised that when we bought the tickets. They all looked at each other and then the Manager proceeded to act as if he didn’t know it was broken and said he’d look into it. He then asked who told me it was broken, and I wasn’t about to get the poor guy in trouble that told me the truth. We ended up leaving the theater, they didn’t offer a refund or anything, just shrugged their shoulders and said nothing. We used to frequent the movies and looked forward to going back, not so much now. Also, seats were uncomfortable, broken, dirty. Noe a theater I would voluntarily go to again.
