Hello,
I resently went to the movies and next to me sat a man who brought his stinky
german shepard, the movie was sold out so I could not move and he would not move.
I am allergic to dogs and my eyes itch for days as well as my allergies were having a reaction for three days. I do not appreciate this policy of having dogs ruining the air
quality at a movie theater.
Please change your policy and make people with dogs sit away from everyone as you
do not know who has allergies or is afraid of dogs.

sensory friendly viewing
I live in Portland Oregon. We have a regal cinema 14 plex on 185th and Evergreen Parkway. It does not provide any sensory friendly viewing for special needs children. Which is, by the way, discrimination. Nor do any of your cinemas in a 50 mile radius. I have a autistic daughter that would love to see THE INCREDIBLES 2, and I am disgusted that a well known theater, such as this, would not be proactive in providing this service. Here are some facts you may want to think on before someone sues you for discrimination. Autism affects 1 in 37 boys and 1 out of 151 girls. Now, look up the population in Beaverton, Portland, Aloha, and Hillsboro. Do a little math and that is around of the amount of people you don't care about providing services for. I will get on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram with the Autism Awareness Groups and we will be outside with our children showing people that this theater discriminates against them. I don't want to do this, but I also only wanted to go to a movie with my daughter and couldn't find a sensory friendly viewing, which you should provide at least once a month. This needs to change now! I expect a reply and a expedient solution. Thank you and I look forward to hearing how you will fix this.

My son and I went to the theater in Sunday, May27th, for the 9:35 pm showing of a quiet place.
We purchased the popcorn combo, 1 extra large soda and 1 candy. I showed the lady the deal in the app for 15% off for that combo. She said she would take it off. It never came off the bill. Also, she charged us for 2 extra sodas that we didn't order. There were only 2 if us. You can see all of this on my Crown account. The bill was 38.00. It should have been 2 less sodas and 15% off. She had trouble doing the order and had to scan my card three times. She said she couldn't figure out how to do the 15% off. She finally said ok, it's all set. I didn't notice that it was too high, as we were just trying to get to the movie on time. I thought about it on the way home and then checked my account. I would appreciate something being done about the over charge for the 2 44oz. sodas we did not order and the 15% off that she should have taken. You can see it all in my account. [protected]. My name is Roe Johns I went to see the Avenger movie in 3D at 4:00 pm. I went to the counter (I was the only one there) I told the young many I wante to see the Avenger 3D I gave him my Regal card he asked my If I wanted to claim my free small soft drink I told him I did. I went into the lobby the young lady took my ticket and told my to go to the left side of the theater. I noticed the movie I payed for was on th right. I asked her for the 3D glasses the manager heard me speaking to the young lady and said I did not need glasses for that movie. I explained to him I was going to the 3D movie. He than gave me the 3D glasses. I went into the movie (I was the only one in the theater). When it said to put your glasses on it was all blurry. I went back to the lobby and told the manager he gave me the wrong glasses. He said they were the right glasses and he would take care of it. When I went back into the theater it was 3D. Half way through the movie the movie shut off. I went back into the lobby and spoke with another manager around 5:00. He said he would look into it. I went back into theater the manager came in and asked me for my reciept. I gave him my reciept. He said I did not pay for this movie but for the Bad Samaritan. I explanind to him that the your man printed out the wrong ticket and I explained that to the previous shift manager and he got me the 3D glasses. He told my I would have to pay the extra 3 dollars If I wanted to see the rest of the movie. He asked me how I paid for the movie, I told him debit card. He than asked me for my card. I told him this was not my mistake he said he would need the card for me to watch the rest of the movie. Regrates. Regrettably I gave him my card he went out and charged me an additional $3.50. I felt like he was treating me like kid trying to sneak into the higher price move for a lower price. I should have just walked out when he asked me for my card. After the movie I went back out and confronted him about the situation. I told him it felt like he was treating me like a kid. He asked me If I wanted my mony back I told him NO its not about the money. I'm not sure of the spelling of his last name (Troy Lampheter). This youg man needs some councling on customer relations.

Arrive to buy tickets at 1:15 at the there was only one employee in the Box office she was doing the best she could her manager kept coming in and out never offered to help until the line was down we spent 20 minute waiting to purchase tickets. Then consession 4 line open with no organization spent another 20 minute in the line no management insight very slow people was just leaving the lines. This wasn't the best experience

Went today specifically for RealD 3d showing of Justice League. Bought these tickets within the first hour of sale. Anticipated a funko pop promotion which listed two tickets for each figure. I bought 4 tickets and they only gave me one figure changing the rules that it was 1 figure for party. Asked the manager for any extras after I saw him handing out two to random people and he still denied me another figure. I emailed corporate. He also said he took down my number to see if marketing would send me one but this experience soured me. I had tickets to IMAX this weekend but I'm going to return those. Regal offered a small free popcorn if you purchased any tickets between the 18th and 24th. I purchased several tickets and have not received the free popcorn on either of the accounts and it has been four days later. They advertise that it will be loaded 48hrs later and haven't received anything yet. I have contacted the regal customer service and was in hold for 20mins and no one ever came to the line. Also I have sent multiple emails as well as on the regal customer service website where you state your issue, no response. How are they going to offer something to you and not give it. Never got the free popcorn for signing up for sms text. Regal is slacking and about to lose a loyal and faithful customer.

Went to see Madea Boo 2 at Richmond Mall in Richmond Heights, OH on October 21, 2017 at 12 pm show. During previews staff was told that complete sound was not working (no voices). Staff didn't resolve. Movie started a group of people came out to let them know again that sound was not working. Sound did begin to work about 15 minutes into movie for about 3-5 minutes. More people went out to let staff know and to see if it could be restarted. Nothing could be done. Had to leave movie was no happy. People did receive refunds. It was such a waste of time. Prior to getting into theatre had issues with regal app. Got to front of concession stand after waiting in line for 15 minutes and was told the lady at ticket booth has to redeem. Got of lune to wait in ticket line another 10 minutes and was told it was the app so it was ok (?) So she didn't have to do anything.
It sounds like there was a technical issue and they resolved it by providing refunds. Did you ask for a refund?

I purchased an eGift card on Oct. 13th, 2017 for $20. I used it to get into the movie with no issues. When I went to buy popcorn and a drink, the girl told me she was new and wasn't able to figure out how to use it. She asked her manager and she told the girl that they couldn't accept it. I ended up paying $14 just because they didn't know how to use it. Everyone needs to be properly trained on how to use gift cards; especially managers!

September 18 2007 purchased a 50 .00 gift card for my son's birthday. He went to use it and was denied entry. Of course they could not (would not) tell him why but said that we needed to contact the number on the back of the card. I pay money now I must do work. And work on their schedule when they are ready. When it was convenient for them to finally answer the call, they told us that my debit card had been frozen and the funds had not went through. I thought of this as odd as I probably would have been denied at the time of purchase. I also new that I had plenty of money in the account and continued to spend after the purchase with no issues. So after checking my statements (more work after paying someone money? Go figure...) I see that in fact the money on the date in question has been reduced from my account. So with gift card; original receipt in hand as well as my bank statement I proceed to the original place of purchase...A Regal theater. ( more work that I paid for)
After being shuffled around I finally got a manager. Well he had the nameplate anyway. After explaining the situation and showing my proof he tells me that there is nothing he can do and that I need to call the number on the back of the card. I explained to him that he needs to call the number. I paid you 50.00 and I shouldn't have to do anything at this point. I have already called they said they did not received funds. I am standing there with the proof. He is a manager, then get to managing. He told me that he could not call. And that I was probably red flagged. So I am off to do yet more work. This time when I call the number I surprisingly get through. After explaining that I am calling to find out why my card was not working, the whole situation got even worse. I gave my gift card number and then proceeded to get the third degree questioning. They would not directly address why my card was not working but instead proceeded with a feeble attempt at what felt like an investigation. You know... like asking the same question over and over differently as accusing without directly accusing. So here I am paying someone money not only without services rendered, but also being told what I need to do by the people I gave money to. Now I am basically indirectly being called a thief. Pot calling the kettle black. I was asked five times how I got this card. Answering all times that I paid for it. My question was why isn't my card working was never answered. Diverted to switch it around on me. The answer could have been it was reported stolen. The answer could have been it was not issued ...anything . The questions were not directed as if someone was trying to help get to the bottom of an issue but rather offensive. I told them that at this point I am though with your empty little theater and want my money back. ( The nicer version) then they just repeated that this call was being recorded for quality assurance. Good it needs to be. Broadcast it on a network for all I care. Now I am given another number to call. More work. Does someone out there want to pay me money so I can give you instructions on what you need to do? It's a designed scheme as far as I am concerned. Purposely every so often maybe at random, throw in one of these to scam people. Percentage of people give up fighting their designed runaround and they get free money. So far there are three people that won't be visiting a Regal because of it and it's only been two hours since the last incident. Seems not worth the trade off for the scam. They are showing the film's anyway, should have corrected this and let us sit in on one . It's not like there is nowhere to sit . Ha Ha. They are an embarrassment unto themselves.

I have been sending my son and his friend there for at least 3 months. At least twice a month, they recently saw Annabel the day it came out and at that time no one asked for their ID, nor anything other time they've gone to see an Rated movie. But this was the only time they were asked for it. It was late and no one was at the movies. I drove back to the movies to go in with them so they didn't have that issue. This was blatant racism and after speaking to Byron Appleby I know it was. He was disrespectful didn't want to listen to my point of view and ultimately did nothing to solve my issue. I would like to be contacted by headquarters or the regional manager. Just in case email goes to Byron I will make sure I get a separate email to make sure his manager will get it. It keeps logging me out. Says it can't find my email address and the website won't allow me to reset. Clearly there are some issues with your technical side. Now I'm unable to use my credits to go see a show tonight with my daughter. So we have to stay home. This is ridiculous. There needs to be better fail safes set up for customers who would like to be able to go to the movies.

Finally getting a sitter the hubby and I decided to watch a movie. The concession stand was understaffed only 2 people it took 30 min and the theater #14 had a leak in the roof which was annoying. We heard the water dripping the whole night. Then to top it off the restrooms smelled dirty! For 14 dollars a ticket we should have gone to amc chul a vista which is clean, and has recliners for 14.69 a ticket! Will not be coming back

I took my grandkids to see the Emoji movie at the Lynnwood WA Regal theater. We were the only 3 in the movie. After about 10 minutes in the movie I had to go out and tell an employee that the movie was very fuzzy and yes even with the glasses on. After a few minutes it was better. But honestly the whole 3D experience was incredibly subpar! It was the worst 3D movie I'd ever seen. I paid $53.64 and it wasn't any better than a regular movie. It was a huge waste of my money. I paid extra $ for the RX THEATER. I did not notice any difference. Not to mention the amount we spent on concessions.

Me an my brother visited regal cinema in west york pa we went to see kidnap they were very rude from the start laughing at my brother an me I ask for my tickets. I give my phone number for my regal rewards. I give her the money she then asks how old I am I tell her I am 19 an my brother is 17 there was a problem I have had this problem before with my girlfriend an my brother they discriminated against him he had his school ID I went and got mine . Ok everything was fine manager gives us our tickets we got our food an drink an went to go threw the other lady that takes your tickets my brother an me go to give our ids an the lady assumed I was 21 then had a problem even tho I already have my tickets 2 more mangers come out saying we can not let you in I say ok well imma need a refund the one manger says what time was your showing I said 5:10 it was 5:15 told me no you can't get a refund the other manger says it policy that they can't let him in with out an iD I said I have the is his school ID I used to buy the tickets after a long hassle the manger didn't want to use the school I'd told me that he was not allowed but other manger said it was ok then after 20 min for arguing either giving my money back or letting me see the movie he was like ok I'll let you go this time but if it is policy that he wasn't allowed why couldn't I just get my money back I'm very upset by this it could have been resolved in minutes if ther was better communication between the 3 mangers highly disappointed I go here all the time me an my girl friend that looks 15 that's 21 never gets carded but everytime I bring my brother it's a problem

My pregnant sister had purchased drinks, coke and water with pretzels and loaded fries for the movie and left her water bottle at the counter while she was waiting for her food to be prepared.y sister asked me to go downstairs for her, so I went downstairs to ask if a water bottle was left at the counter and the manager told me that they did not. She asked for the receipt and she told me that she can't give me a water bottle unless it's spilled or accidentally left. I said that it had been accidentally left and she argued with me saying that there is no way to tell whether or not it was taken(which I totally understand). I asked her to play back the video referencing the time stamp of the receipt of possible to see what might've happen and she smirked as she took my receipt and told me to come back after the movie. I was missing my movie so I was heading out as she kept talking about how there is no way of checking to see whether the drink was taken. She said that she would have to ask the general manager to see the tapes and started to say that she was not going to trouble the general manager until I pressed for her to check the tape. At that time, I realized that she was not providing customer service that I myself know should be provided for patrons no matter the cost. I quickly purchased another water bottle for my pregnant sister to catch the rest of the movie. After the movie, which was hard to enjoy because of the resistance to assist me with a $5 water bottle and the amount I missed, we came back and the manager rudely fabricated a story saying that she had seen the video and accused me of taking the water when I KNEW I had been carrying my soda, popcorn, jacket, and purse with no way/room to carry an extra water bottle. My pregnant sister had the water bottle with her as she was waiting for the food because she was dehydrated. I really felt disrespected and insulted by the manager. and I don't believe I deserved that type of treatment paying $51 for the movie with an additional $35 for drinks and snacks.

I am at the Mayfaire 16 location of your movie theatre and this is the worst customer service I have seen in 27 years! I waited in lines for over an hour and my movie was sold out, and the hot dog my son ordered was old and rotting! The lobby was filthy and the employees were rude and utterly unhelpful! I asked for the general manager but he was nowhere to be found. Terrible customer service and treatment. I will be spreading the word that this place is run by the incompetent and unqualified!

El dia Viernes 16 de Junio intente comprar una entrada por la pagina de Atom para ir al cine regal de Kendall, la pagina dio un error y no me mando ningun codigo por lo que pense que no se dio la compra. Fui directamente al cine y compre la entrada. Le mostre a Richard de Costumer Service que tenia dos transacciones en la tarjeta como Pending y me dijo que seguro en unos dias desapareceria porque el coloco mi tarjeta en su computadora y no le dio ningun ticket por retirar. Pense que eso pasaria y no hice ningun tipo de seguimiento hasta que recibi mi estado de cuenta del banco y vi las dos transacciones cargadas. Fui al Regal de Kendall y la misma persona Richard de Costumer Service me dijo que ya habia pasado mucho tiempo que no habia NADA que hacer, que perdi mi dinero.
Que solucion me pueden dar ustedes.

I had took my daughter to see cars 3 someone was in our seats and wouldn't move. They movie was about to start so my daughter had to sit on my lap. I told the manager about the situation and nothing was done I paid for 2 tickets and reserved our seats and my child had to sit on my lap because someone was in our seats and the manager on duty didn't do anything. I emailed someone the same day nothing has been done about it yet.

Numerous times over the past several months popular quality movies have been omitted from our theater on its opening day and shown in other local theaters. It seems that our little theater never gets many of the decent movies that are previewed on television. We live in a highly senior citizen area and are getting sick of cartoons and other animated movies or ridiculous science fiction movies. Dramas and other procedurals require long trips to other theaters. I have been going to this theater for 20 years and the situation is getting ridiculous. If it continues I will no longer patronize this theater.
