I did not sign the agreement, because i do not agree with all of the contract terms
Virtual Office-[protected] 17/01/2021 never use it before, I agreed to purchase a monthly business virtual address rental but when we were completing the agreement over the phone with one of there agent, I was sent an email agreement which I cant read the email content unless I click agree. and when I click agree to read the agreement there were an issues with Hidden Contract Terms so I did not input my card information and I did not go ahead with this company. I presumed that agreement was cancelled because I have never used there virtual address. but a month after, I received an invoice for amounts that I did not agree with and apparently they said I agreed to 2 year commitment over the phone. which I have had In less than 2 hours, I emailed and called them to cancel because I do not agree with the agreement term and I have never signed the contract and the agent was very helpful, they agree to cancel my request and apparently I still get letters from debit collector company threatened me my file will be progressed to there legal team. This will incur additional costs, which will be entirely at my expense.
I Never used there service Address and I had not signed anything and they don't have my ID or my real name, all they have is my email and address.
I have sent a couple of Complain about this matter and I have report company for breaking the law and committing Harassment by creditors.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Unauthorized Charges and Harassment by Creditors
Ref: Virtual Office-[protected] 17/01/2021
Dear Lorraine Brule,
Hello and thank you for the replay. I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the ongoing situation with your company, specifically related to the virtual office services provided by Virtual Office-[protected] since 17/01/2021. I want to clarify that I have never utilized your virtual address service before, and despite initial discussions, I did not proceed with the agreement and I never give my direct debit details due to unresolved issues with the contract terms. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this matter, yet I continue to receive threatening letters from a debt collection company, which is causing significant distress and amounts to harassment. I insist that you rectify this situation immediately to avoid further legal action and to seek compensation for the disturbance caused.
On the aforementioned date, I agreed to purchase a monthly business virtual address rental during a phone conversation with one of your agents. However, upon receiving the email agreement, I was unable to read the email content without clicking "Agree." Unfortunately, upon clicking the agreement, I discovered hidden contract terms that I did not agree with. Consequently, I did not provide my card information or proceed with the agreement. I presumed that the agreement had been cancelled because I never used your virtual address service, nor did I sign any contract.
Approximately a month later, I unexpectedly received an invoice for amounts that I did not agree to. According to your company, I allegedly agreed to a two-year commitment during the phone conversation. However, within two hours of receiving the invoice, I promptly contacted your company via email and phone to inform you that I did not agree with the terms of the agreement and that I had never signed a contract. The agent I spoke with was understanding and agreed to cancel my request.
To my dismay, despite the cancellation agreement, I am still receiving letters from a debt collection company threatening legal action. This situation is not only distressing but also constitutes harassment by creditors. I want to emphasize the following key points:
Lack of Agreement: I have never signed a contract with your company, and I have not provided my identification or real name. All you have on record is my email address and physical address.
Prompt Cancellation: I immediately contacted your company within hours of receiving the invoice, clearly stating my disagreement with the agreement terms and requesting cancellation. The agent I spoke with acknowledged my request and assured me that it would be cancelled.
Unjustified Debt Collection: The continued pursuit of this alleged debt by a third-party debt collection company is entirely unwarranted and constitutes harassment. I have made every effort to resolve this matter amicably with your company.
In light of the aforementioned points, I demand the following actions to be taken immediately:
Cease Debt Collection Efforts: Instruct the debt collection company to cease all further attempts to collect this disputed debt. Any additional contact or harassment from the debt collection company will be considered a violation of my rights, and I will pursue legal action accordingly.
Confirmation of Cancellation: Provide written confirmation that the agreement has been cancelled and that I am not liable for any charges related to the alleged debt.
Kind Regards
Luc Abdall

On May 2, I agreed to purchase a monthly business address rental but when we were completing the agreement, there were tech issues so I was not able to input my card information. I presumed that agreement was not successful but the day after, I received an invoice for amounts that I did not agree with and apparently I agreed to 1 year commitment. In less than 24 hours, I emailed and called them to cancel because I do not agree with the bill and the agent was not truthful, they declined my request and apparently, there is no way out and threatened me that they will send my account to collections. This company is beyond appaling.

Retainer was not wired - ignored by the team
I had an Agreement with Regus and a retainer was provided as deposit, when the time of the agreement was final, we requested the retainer.
The timeline is the following:
Contract ended January 2023. It is now May 2023 and the team does not provide any information to track the wire.
I would urge each and everyone looking for coworking space to look somewhere else, their services are almost non existing, we had months without internet, the cost of renting a room is close to renting a hotel, and then when you request your retainer, you get ghosted.
Im fortune our company has the resources to take legal action, but Im aware alot of people are unable to do so...
Desired outcome: Provide me with the retainer.

Monthly Office Virtual Space + Signage
I recently signed up to receive a monthly membership + signage for a virtual address.
Since 4/11, my total invoice should have included prorated charges from 4/11 - 4/30 of $59, a signage installation charge of $99, 1 monthly signage charge of $30 which would have totaled $188. The next invoice expected should be $104 which should include the mail forwarding on monthly basis, signage rent, and virtual address.
Instead, I have total invoice split between outstanding of $464.57 which includes a late fee of $31.82. This feels like a accounting billing disconnect issue where the billers sitting in a shared service should be retrained.
I would like for my account to be resolved as soon as possible so that I don't rack up any erroneous late fees.
Desired outcome: Billing corrected, late charges dismissed, and more consistent MONTHLY billing.
Hi Michelle - I've responded twice to your email only to be bounced back between the team who is telling me that "we bill in advance"; however, no one has clarified why I was billed 60 days in advance. In advance from an accounting standpoint means the 1st of every month, not 60 days early. I also want to clarify why "bill in advance means" and how my bill will look going froward. I have asked for the June fee for virtual office and signage be credited; however, the only response I received again is we bill in advance.
Arnhem park tower, nieuwe stationsstraat, arnhem
In september 2022 we opened a startup company in the netherlands, and we were looking for virtual office space. We visit regus - arnhem park tower, nieuwe stationsstraat, arnhem. We were advised by the dutch enterprise agency to use regus and with our first and only visit so far to the company in armhem, everything was wonderful, and the picture they drew was of the best services. The invoices start arriving, and with the initial fees we pay and also the monthly statements, it seems that it continue to go up. After a call, the lady explained this extremely complicated payment system, and we just continued. The company is a startup, and up until now it hasn't been able to generate income. The finances weren't doing well, and we started falling behind. It was then that we really saw who this team really was. To the point that we are not allowed to come to the office, and it is suspended, and they threatened to call kvk, the chamber of commerce, to deregister our company from the address.
We went ahead and changed our address to spare us some embarrassment, and we also informed regen that we changed our address. Afterwards, they continue to send us monthly invoices, and when we email and ask, they just don't reply. Today, after another invoice, I called the office and told the lady I needed clarity on why we get invoices after they explicitly refused to use the office. I called and asked for help and the promissory note, but when they called, they said we must continue to pay until september, and on the flip side, we were not allowed to go to the office. They emailed us and said they suspended our account.
We don't know what to do, who to call, or where to ask for help. I did call a call center, and the gentleman said this is not correct or good. I also informed the lady at arnhem that I would go public with this. If they treat us like this, i'm 100% sure they do the same to others. This was not the picture we got when they were eager to sign us up as clients. To this day, we haven't visited the office, and I understand that we need to pay for the service, but the way they continue to handle us, seems that we own them in the world.
Please help?
Desired outcome: We want out of this contract. 2. Why do we have to continue to pay... 3. And we also want an official apology. I understand that we fall behind but this is the first and only company that treats us like criminals.
Retainer still not returned after 4 months
Regus didn't return my security deposit, terminating the renewal on 12/31/2022. I had another experience with Regus like this. It seems like their intent is just to ignore it so that some would go away. I contacted them numerous times, and they even took out the record that I paid a security deposit from the website payment history. Trust me, Regus wouldn't have allowed me to rent there without the security deposit. However, they took out the security deposit payment from all the billing histories mysteriously. If you can have another option, don't go with Regus. They are a bit dirty with money.
Dear Regus, I submitted complaintsboard.com following message.
"Hi, I complained about Regus last weekend as UAK Diversified. I would like to delete the comment because my accusation turned out to be incorrect. I regret posting it. Thank you. "
I requested the complain to be deleted. Sorry that I missed the deposit. Thanks
Thanks for your response. I will see if I can delete that review. You are correct that the fund got deposited, which I previously missed. Regus's reputation is so low online that I had a negative bias and jumped to the conclusion too early. My apologies. But you can see that Regus has a really bad reputation online.
Thanks
Ujae
I made a mistake accusing Regus. They did refund the retainer.
Membership agreement that I never wanted or agreed to
Dear Customer services, as I have emailed several times on this issue. I contacted Regus to inquire about a 5 day work space and this is what I believed I was paying for. I was then informed that I had entered into a month to month agreement for which I was never interested in nor do I have a copy of this agreement. I was never interested in a membership or any long term agreement and I did not agree to this.[ If you have evidence of this agreement, could you please forward me a copy? ]
Therefore: - I am not sure if it was intentional or otherwise but the effect was that Regus seemed to have sold a product to a customer who did not want or need it. However somehow by luck there was never payment or an agreement ever processed. But now I keep getting emails asking to me to pay for a product or service I never wanted, nor agreed to. The account number is [protected], and I would like this to be cancelled as well as any memberships attached to it. I have called / emailed /spoken to your customer services on several occassions, and I believe I have provided enough notice that I want this cancelled before the end of April 2023.
I am unable to do this myself via your online app as I have no access to any pages or accounts with Regus.
Please see the pictures below.
Desired outcome: Account to be cancelled

Virtual mail service
Hello,
I hope this matter can be addressed and resolved fairly. I have been a client at Regus for 11 years (since 2011) and in the past year I have seen my fees double for a simple virtual mail service, of scanning and emailing mail to me 4 times a month (every Friday). This happened upon change over of management in 2022. I have sent an email to the manager to address this but there is no action being taken to address this, as in discuss or negotiate the change to my fee agreement which was always the same for 10 years. I have emails I can forward as well as reference to my transaction history which should demonstrate the change in expenses that I am hoping to mitigate. I have not received any response from branch management or any hope to address my concerns for costs increasing double (I just paid $187 vs. the $95 agreement I've had for 10 years). Please contact me at [protected]@natashashaw.com or call me at [protected].
Thank you,
Natasha
Desired outcome: Reduced rate or renegotiated terms that are deemed reasonable with proper explanation.

24 hours business lounge | Den Haag Central Station
Hey, I am writing to express my disappointment with the business lounge space. One of the key benefits is that area has 24-hour access. However, I have come to realize that this promise has not been fulfilled.
As someone who works on a flexible schedule, I need access to my office space at all times, including late in the evening or early in the morning. Unfortunately, I have found that the office is not open 24 hours a day as advertised. I arrived at the building at 8:10 in the morning, only to find that the doors are locked and I am unable to gain entry.
This has been a major inconvenience for me and has made it difficult for me to complete my work on time. It is frustrating to be paying for a service that is not being delivered as promised. I feel that I have been misled and that my expectations have not been met at this location.
Would it be possible to make sure that information from the ladies at the front desk and on the website/google maps is the same? I would like to be informed in advance that the business lounge of this office works only between 8:30 AM and 5 PM from Monday to Friday. It will be helpful to plan a day without any unpredictable information on the desk.
Desired outcome: Would it be possible to make sure that information from the ladies at the front desk and on the website/google maps is the same?

Virtual office
The service is well below the standards I expected, theres no leadership no support with the location managers I paid accidentally for a full year for office address which was misleading, it says services available immediately, after payment an email requesting passport company registration invoices etc stated by a Lawyer, my comply has not been set up yet , this ws. explained and was told I could cancel online . Three times I was guided to close the account and even received emails validating closure and asked to do a glowing Trustpilot review with understanding all would be sorted ,Sadly I at the stage I just want to pay them off for what I have never started but do not trust the company will cease th extra charges and invoices as other disgruntled clients have mentioned ,
I would appreciate any support fro a senior Regus director to verify they will legitimately close the account even though I have never used the services. The treatment given to clients is appalling and the reviews are genuine . I feel sorry for the workers within the Company that are only as resourceful as their leaders . ,
Desired outcome: pay them off with confirmation they will accept final and last payment and close the account that never should have opened

Virtual offices
Paid by accident for 1 year online virtual address for a business not currently available a its at the initial set up stages, I asked regus if I could cancel or start in a few months time they agreed for me to cancel on line three times. I received confirmation saying sorry I was leaving, they closed the account then reopened the account, /stating online is a business contract. I paid with y personal credit card, even though there is no loss for regus as there was nothing to process. The manager tried to help advising all I needed was pasport etc and they would make it as easy as possible, then I was told all documents needed to be notarised or stamped by a lawyer, by this. Time I exhausted I ask to pay the the full amount as I read the online reviews and can see this is a company with no regards for the customer. The manager drew up an invoice but I am worried that I pay the balance for the service I never received and then regus continue the contract and collect more money then they are owed. At this stage I do not trust them after reading all the reviews can someone please advise as I feel sorry for the managers whom seem to get very little support. There's a break down of communication between divisions and constantly reverted back to the same loop, no leadership, corrective action, or consistency, benchmarks are lowered for each departments, please help!
Desired outcome: red to pay. fulll final with no recourse

Still being billed after termination confirmation
I called my account manager to terminate office 1240 on January 31st, 2023 and received a confirmation with the effective end date of February 28th, 2023 (see attached document). It was a month-to-month agreement.
However, on February 1st, I was billed for March. When I contacted Regus again, they stated that I need to log in and terminate your agreement once again. So, I logged into my account and tried to terminate the agreement again but the button to end the agreement had been grayed out. I tried the iOS app as well and the option to terminate was nowhere to be found.
I am still being billed for an office space that I am not using. I moved out months ago and I'm still getting billed monthly. Impossible to end the agreement.
Desired outcome: Termination of agreement and a full reversal of charges from March 1st 2023.

Postbox service
I got bedazzled by a sales person / account manager, Karl Hans, who only gave me little information and hid the 'establishment costs' from our conversation.
Got within 10 mins the contract which I had to sign asap
Only found out once I received the invoice that 77 euro establishment costs were charged for a postbox.
Needless to say that these kinds of sales techniques are misleading and should not be allowed by this company.
I demand a refund on the establishment cost and shall not rest until I do so
Desired outcome: refund!

Winnersh triangle management team
Good Morning. On 14/04 one of my team member's car was blocked in in one of the Regus car spaces and she could not enter her car. The individual returned to the Regus Winnersh Triangle Floor 1 building to speak to the receptionist to find out if there was anyway she could help her locate the driver of the van so she could access her vehicle and get home.
Upon approaching the receptionist and the other colleague sat at the desk, our employee was told that it was not their problem and that she shouldn't be parked there. We do in fact pay £100 monthly for this space so she most certainly is allowed to park there. Which by the by, was not the point! The receptionist was rude, did not look up from her screen and her colleague was laughing.
In addition to this, my colleague is 8 months pregnant and was quite visibly distressed. She even asked "are you not going to help a pregnant woman?" in which both Regus employees laughed and dismissed her. They did not help her.
This is not the first time I have received reports of the rudeness and abruptness of the Regus front desk employee. Everything is "too much" for her.

unreasonable terms and conditions with no exceptions or flexability
Having booked a meeting space at the value of over £600 I needed to move the date, with over 2 weeks notice. Regus have advised as per their terms and conditions I would have to pay for the room in full regardless of if I could attend or not and then book another room for the future date. This being the first time I booked with Regus I mentioned this seemed counter productive as I would be happy to pay for the room but just move the date and then book again with Regus in the future, which results in a beneficial outcome for both parties.
However Regus refuse to reconsider the options and insist I pay in full for the room, meaning I won't book with them again and they lose a customer for life - this is not a beneficial outcome for either party.
Apart from being able to email a anonymous customer service agent there is no option to have a conversation about this at a higher level.
Desired outcome: I am happy to pay the fee and move the date of my booking.

Relating to Charges- Golden Sky (9522891) CRM:[protected]..before our renewal we talked to your people that we will pay quarterly. Next day they raise invoice for 1 year, clearly this is not our mistake. Also, every year your company is giving us a different office no. depending on your availability and again we receive invoice for retainer and restoration? After our 4th renewal you will do this to us? We will not be paying any late payment fees nor retainer nor restoration fees again. Morover, mistake from your end should be rectified internally by your management.
Desired outcome: Id appreciate a response on helen.[protected]@yahoo.com email.

Hi
Due to the lack of response and Cooperation from your company
We had no alternative but to post it here
For eight years, our Regus national membership remained intact, a symbol of our loyalty and dedication. We prided ourselves on never canceling a membership in any organization - until the jarring news arrived. On March 13th, 2023, we received the shock of our lives: our fees were going up by a crushing 80% as of May 1st! Despite holding a flexible month-to-month membership, and never using it. we wasted no time in requesting cancellation. Sadly, we were informed that our membership would terminate at the end of June due to the policies outlined in our contract but a price increase will be applied as of May as stated earlier. This wasn't the first time, either. In the past year, our company faced another fiasco where we had to leave our office because the emergency exits had been locked for months, and another tenant feared for her safety, prompting her to call the fire department.
The Center, unfortunately, fell prey to a fabricated snow issue by the community manager which led to its shutdown during a critical workweek. A terrible experience, to say the least, one that can be written about in a book. overt misrepresentation of services during TV commercials for Regus-related businesses conflicts with our morals and policies. Hence, an immediate cancellation has been requested
Desired outcome: immediate cancellation has been requested
Despite our best efforts to get in touch with your company through phone and email, I was eventually assigned to communicate with you this way. My colleagues are working on the press release and handling other aspects of our shared experience.
Unlocking the mystery behind a locked fire door at Amherst’s office can be mind-boggling, but have no fear! By simply checking with the person on duty, a worker at your downtown office you can find out the juicy details about how long that door was inaccessible “ Months”. When the fire marshal eventually arrived, the door was unlocked in a jiffy, but unfortunately, a fix for a broken door is not always instantaneously possible. Rest assured, I did my due diligence and verified this information with multiple sources before sharing it with you.
It's worth stating that in 2022, a freak lake-effect snowstorm hit the city of Buffalo, but not the nearby town of Amherst. This was due to the town's position inland.
They say a picture is worth a thousand words, and I couldn't agree more. The photograph taken on November 21, 2022, at 9:46:22 am shows the landlord's SUV parked in the center’s parking lot and cars parked in an adjacent building. This suggests that people were hard at work in that location, while the Regus center was mandated to close without question.

Renting office space
Our office was opening a new office in Seattle, WA, and we had been searching for a small office space to accommodate an employee. While doing research, we came across the Regus Group, offering us an all-inclusive package in one convenient monthly bill. This was an ideal plan for us. We began our relationship with Regus in March 2023, and we were instantly disappointed.
I thought I signed up for month over month subscription but they tricked me into signing 24 months lease. I immediately wrote back to them as soon as I saw the email that they signed me up for 24 months. Not only they are violating the California Civil Code Section 1689.6 law but also practicing dishonest practices to trick customers into 2 years lease. Emails were sent and phone calls placed, and were not returned for days when there was an urgent need for a response. They finally came back with a complete garbage reply. We felt really let down by Regus, and will never do business with them again, nor refer anyone to their offices. We are working with the lawyers to take an action with them.
Desired outcome: Refund and stop scamming your customers
Hi Lorraine
Happy to add more context.
The mobile site is so confusing that it's not obvious that a 24 months lease is selected. Why does Regus assume that I need 24 month by default? Why does a mobile website not show it in the visible frame that 24 months is selected? Why doesn't it say in the checkout that you have chosen a 24 months lease?
I tried reaching Regus so many times with no luck and try to resolve this but no luck. I appreciate you finally reaching back out and looking forward to closing this.
I have sent you an email and provided you the proof of my communication.
Thanks.
Regus has successfully resolved the situation. Thanks Regus.
Deceptive advertising and hidden charges
On April 7th, I purchased a virtual business address at a rate of $89 for 24 months. The business address was advertised as including mail handing services "Collect your mail at the center of have it forwarded daily, weekly, or monthly." A large checkmark was placed next to this mail handling services in the sign-up process, as if to indicate was included as part of the services offered. Approximately 2 hours after purchasing, I received an email stating they will automatically enrolling me into a mail forward services for an additional $20, which they will automatically be adding onto to monthly statements. I responded immediately and stated their advertising conveyed that this service was included, and I requested that they cancel the contract. They stated they are unwilling to cancel the contract. The fact that they introduce hidden charges by email only after people have signed contracts seems deceptive.
Desired outcome: Cancellation of the contract and for them provide clear information upfront up these hidden charges rather than by email only after an agreement is signed.
Hi Michelle,
The cost was not carefully displayed. I did not receive any copy of a document from Regus where this hidden fee was allegedly carefully detailed or where I signed an agreement to this fee.
I was told there was a "check box" that I clicked wherein the mail forwarding fees were detailed. I just gone through Regus.com to make a new account to see if I missed something. There is no checkbox to click for new customers where the mail forwarding fee is detailed. I was told I checked a box and agreed to mail forwarding fee; I never did.
There was a just outcome (I was refunded) but the outcome is not positive. The lack of clarity, transparency, and unwillingness to cancel contracts when customers discover by email that they are automatically enrolled in hidden fees means they have to spend several hours disputing this. All of your competitors (that I have seen since having to look for alternatives), very clearly indicate that mail forwarding is an additional cost upfront. Regus does not.
Hi Michelle,
I am not sure what 'tax' you are talking about. It appears that you did not read the complaint or looked at the uploaded images.
This is an additional, automatic, charge for a service. The hidden charge was only made known to me, by email, after signing the contract and after making the first payment. This is no mention that there would be this additional charge in the contract presented.
