Rehlat I can’t refund my flight cost from 6th of May 2021

I reserved internal flight on 6th of may and after paying all cost, they told me there is no available sets so I asked to refund my money till now 28/7/2021 I didn't receive although they send me mail from 6/5/2021 I will receive it from 15:20 days

Rehlat No refund received!!

Many many mails have been received from you with fake dates that we will receive our money but nothing happened!

Rehlat Hotel Booking-Wyndham Garden, Dammam

I arrived in the hotel (Wyndham Garden, Dammam) knowing that my booking is confirmed. I showed my booking confirmation to the hotel receptionist, but apparently she cant find it in their system. I contacted the Rehlat customer service in Egypt because the one here in Saudi Arabia's phone is off. I waited for more than two hours and to add to my disappointment the Rehlat staff wanted me to pay first my 1 night stay in the hotel which the hotel management didnt agree. I have to leave and get a flight back to Riyadh where I came from. It was disappointing! I have to resolve the issue by myself and the Rehlat customer service dropped my call. Its hard to contact the Rehlat customer service! I wasted my time and effort and I'm looking forward to refund what I paid in the hotel because the payment was deducted from my account already.

Rehlat No refund of cancellation of booking id 1674240ae for indigo flight booked for 24th april 2020. Rehlat

Rehlat promised in December 2020 that they shall refund the ammount within 60 working days but failed. The airlines have already refunded the ticket charge to all direct booking passengers.

Rehlat No refund for more than 9 months

Booking no : 1580043 PNR : STCD7O.
Flight from dubai to kuwait still not refunded, filed a cancel on 17 sept 2020, yet still no refund.. i have exchanged a lot of emails and im preety sure the flight has already refunded rehlat and yet i still dont have the refund. The people on the email keep telling me that they will refund it to my account but taking forever.
This is my last message before i go to the consumer court.

Rehlat Refund

Booking id 1741272 for abudhabi to chennai in april-2020 and the flight is cancelled due to covid-19, as per the airlines policy they can initiate the refund after one year of booking, since I request the refund in april-2021 itself still I didnt get the refund, I already speak with the airlines regarding the refund, they told me that they initiated the refund on june 20th, but your side it will delayed. this is not first time so many times I suffered in the rehlat website and it may cause the loss of customers and I want to tell one thing please tell the real answer about the refund, whether you can provide the refund or not

Now also i speak with the customer service of etihad airlines and they told me that the refund is already initiated please check with your travel agent, rehlat not giving the proper response to the customers when compare to the other travel websites, this is the worst experience ever seen and i tell to the customers for future booking to dont book the tickets with rehlat and they cheat the customers.

Rehlat Refund of tickets

Dear Team,

I made a booking last year (in March 2020) which was cancelled due to covid. Now its been 1.5 years and i am waiting fro refund.

The airlines have made the payment to Rehlat and I have the proof as i knew the CFO of airlines but Rehlat has not made any refund to me.

Booking ID is 1653369.

I have exchanged for more than 100 emails in past 1 year but rehlat team always says that its in process. I dont know why is it taking 5 months for them to process it when they have received the money against my ticket from the airlines.

This is the last time I am requesting before going to the consumer court.

Need urgent support on same.

I went one time Kuwait office but they are lying with people and saying complain online because you buy online ticket. Almost 1.5 years completed but no reply.

Rehlat Refund money

My family booked a ticket. Booking ID — 685889 April 2020 from Rehalat - due to the pandemic situation ticket cancelled. I contact so many times customer service in Dubai until now no favourable reply /no refund. Respected Sir / Madam,

My hotel booking as planned using Rehlat.com got cancelled due to their internal issue.

Initially they mentioned the booking was confirmed and then later on the booking got cancelled and after several communications they are in process of refunding the booking amount.

My holiday plan got spoiled because of Rehlat.com's internal issue and was asking them to provide another booking but was refused and later only had the option of refund. Even the refund is getting delayed now.

Rehlat Hotel booking cancellation

I booked a hotel with Rehlat and then I cancelled on 23rd June after multiple follow up they mentioned they have refunded the amount and they sent some refund receipt with an authorization code. I had a word with my bank they mentioned the aunth code that they have shared is invalid, I have followed up with them multiple times to check at their end also why it's not refunded it's more than 10 days or issue a voucher which I can use in my next purchase but no luck

I have still not received the money as my credit card got expired and now following up with the bank. Rehlat customer care Anji is quite supportive he mentioned to check with the bank and ask for Cheque refund.

I will be waiting for 15 working days post that again will reach out to Rehlat

Rehlat Refund not processing for 5 weeks now Booking ID 3040149

I booked a ticket on June 3, 2021 in rehlat website. I want my wife to visit here in saudi arabia but due to the pandemic the government implement a new quaratine policy for the visitor, they will now require the 7 days quarantine from hotel once they arrive in saudi arabia. The Airline should have a ticket with a package of the hotel 7 days quarantine, since the airline will not provide a hotel for me i forced to cancel my flight and i talk of one of the General Authority of Civil Aviation contact services that i am eligible to cancel my flight.

I accept the cancellation fee and they told me "amount will be refunded back within 2-5 week" and today its already 5 weeks they told me "We have sent a request to the concerned team to initiate a refund on priority, please bear with us". They are not following there policies properly and it was so concerning that the other customer took them months and years to get there refund. I will file a complain in saudi goverment.

Please stop scamming people. the way you replying on email is legit a sequence of reply for delaying the refund.

you told me 2-5 weeks and now already in 7 weeks. then you ask me failed to transfer and then asking me Bank Information...

This Rehlat company deserve really a complain they just making excuses until you forgot your refund. they are scam agency.

They only say they have refunded and give some auth code and transaction I’d which completely a waste since last 3 week I have been following up with them they say money has been refunded but still it’s not reflecting in my account they are fraudsters

Rehlat Booking/ refund

Stay away from Rehlat they are fraudulent and scam agency that will take your money and will never refund you back anything. I have made a reservation which is through KAYAK.com and has been directed to Rehlat.
Rehlat took the payment info and withdraw the money right away, the reservation hasn't been confirmed and they sent an email few minutes later saying your booking wasn't successful and you will receive the refund after 20 days (Really? Why taking the money in first place if the reservation wasn't successful- this is your fault?) Of course everyone else have the same issue, it appears this website is a big scam.

I wonder why they appear in in KAYAK search engine! KAYAK should delist them as soon as possible.

Rehlat Air ticket refund

I booked ticket on Sep 2019 for Oman air though rehlat and got cancelled in May2020 due to Covid-19. I applied refund for my ticket to rehlat on July 2020 and after that I followed over mail and phone call over one year. I put up mail around 66 mail send to the team for refund. they did not give me a positive reply from their end. once they said will refund the amount after 60 working days. after that nothing is there. As per the refund request number given by Rehlat I call and put a request directly to Oman air, after one month I got a reply that the amount has been transferred. I informed the same to rehlet team and till checking with back office last 2 months. when I am calling only customer support attending call and they are not forwarding my call also.

Rehlat One year plus waiting my refund !!!

For one year plus am claiming my refund, I sent more than 100 emails and several phone calls until I reached a limit that I know all Rehlat agents names one by one. Each of them had a different answer from the other and passing me to each other like ping-pong. After repeating same story to each one of them, the only ( Automatic) reply i get is that we are rectifying the issue and will get back to you, and of course nobody gets back!

After several follow ups this month and last month, I got a reply that: (we already processed with your refund on mid of February, go check with the airlines).

1. Why this hasn't been communicated to me as I followed up in February, and nobody told me the same.
2. I booked through Rehlat not directly with the airlines therefore am not obliged to check with them!
3. I called the airlines they told me that Rehlat shouldn't refer me to them as the transaction that has been performed on my card was from Rehlat not them.

I called the agent of Rehlat and told him the same, all I got is silence, and of course will get back to you soon and no body called or updated me.

I wonder when this matter will end as I never imagined that there is a company on earth provides such a shameful and disappointing service.

To stop the delay and lies, yesterday I called the airlines and put in conference call with Rehlat to confront them, agent was speechless and in a hurry to close the line and said will get back to you. I have got a reply after to check with airlines!

Sorry to mention that I already filed a complaint in Dubai tourist police as I had no other option to end this negligence and carelessness.

Desired outcome: Refund me money same as for all people!!

Rehlat Waiting for Refund last 1.5 Years booking id 1680562 ae

Ticket ID 1680562 this is towards Oman Airways on 31st March 2020, the flight was cancelled by airlines due to airport closure due to pandemic.
The refund is pending for more than 1.5 Years .Once I asked about refund on March 2020, they informed me as per airline policy they can place the request only after one year.Oman air didn't start service from UAE till now.I again raise the refund request after one year.They informed me it will take 90-120 days.That time also almost left.Now Rehlat is not responding to my mail also.I send about 25+mail about this matter. I am waiting for more than 1.5 years in this difficult time to get refund.

Please help me get the refund it's hard earned money. This is loosing trust on Rehlat.
