I have booked two flight ticket from Riyadh to Amman via Rehlat website, and after completing the booking and paying the price of the tickets, no confirmation of booking received, when I called them in the same date they said we are sorry that No available seats on the flight, and they send email of apology and that they will refund my money within days, this is their email to me (

I made a flight booking for my family on July 5, 2023 on rehlat app for travel from CCJ-AUH for amount of AED 1,786. Subsequently, the following day Rehlat informed me that my flight booking has been cancelled and they have initiated a refund for the full amount which will be reflected in 20 working days(which is very long). Now it's been 35 days since this email and I have not received any refund nor do they bother to reply to my emails. Kindly beware while booking with this company, I am facing big trouble.

I booked a hotel room in the middle of January 2023 and realised it was the wrong room boos so I cancelled which was stated 100% refundable. It’s now August 2023 and I received nothing I’ve rang everyday for the late two weeks and the keep telling me in 48 hours, I ask for a manager to ring me they say the same thing in 48 hours I’ll hear something but I get nothing.

Been contacting Rehlat for long time and finally some one responded that i will get refund regarding the ticket booked which they canceled. I send all my bank details and Rehlat assure me that i will get refund with the deposit slip, which was execute on March 21, 2023. I check with my bank but i was told no any transaction or amount received. On 15 july, I made a reservation for two rooms through your platform for Days Hotel Deira for the next day. However, our experience has been far from satisfactory.
The booking process was completed on your site, and full payment was promptly deducted from my account. However, instead of receiving a confirmed booking, we were left in a state of uncertainty as your site displayed a message stating that the booking was still being confirmed.
This uncertainty caused significant inconvenience, especially since we were traveling with an infant and needed a confirmed reservation to ensure a smooth trip. Eventually, when we reached the hotel, we were shocked to receive a notification from your end, stating that we needed to pay an additional 46 KWD. This unexpected charge was not justified, and we were left feeling deceived and betrayed.
Upon inquiring with the hotel directly, we were informed that rooms were indeed available at the same rate we initially booked through your site. This raised concerns that such practices might be commonplace on your platform, leading to unnecessary hassles for customers like us.
In light of these difficulties, we reached out to you requesting to either book the rooms as originally promised or refund the full amount we had paid. It has now been two weeks since our initial contact, and we are deeply disappointed that the refund has not yet been processed.
We understand that mistakes can happen, but we urge you to prioritize our case and refund the amount as soon as possible. We are not seeking any additional compensation, only the refund that was assured to us.

I booked a round trip on Turkish Airlines through Rehlat but they couldn’t confirm my booking sighting fare hike. I eventually managed get a cheaper fare for the exact same booking through an alternative ageny.
I was advised full refund will be processed in 20-30 working days, though there seems no justified reason why they hold on this refund money in their account for so long.
My refund is overdue now by 35 working days, each time their representative assure refund will be processed in 24 hours and that a Supervisor call back shall be arranged. But, till date they are not responding to any such requests.
Appreciate your assistance on resolving this.

Hotel booking
I decided to use Rehlat.com to book a hotel for our family vacation. It seemed like a convenient and reliable option at the time. After going through the booking process, I received a confirmation email with all the details, and I went ahead and made the payment.
However, on the day of our scheduled check-in, things took a turn for the worse. When we arrived at the hotel and presented our booking confirmation, the hotel staff informed us that they had no record of our reservation. We were shocked and confused, as we had followed the proper procedure and even received a confirmation from Rehlat.com.
As a result of their mistake, we were left without a place to stay and had to scramble to find alternative accommodation at the last minute. This was extremely stressful and put a damper on our vacation.
To resolve the issue, I tried to contact Rehlat.com's customer service for assistance. However, I was met with unresponsiveness and indifference. They didn't take the matter seriously and didn't seem interested in helping us resolve the problem they had caused.
This experience has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated with Rehlat.com's service and professionalism. Booking a hotel should be a simple and reliable process, but their negligence and lack of accountability made it a nightmare for us.
I hope by sharing this information, other potential customers can be cautious when using Rehlat.com for their bookings. It's essential to be aware of the risks and potential problems one might encounter with their service.
In conclusion, I strongly advise against using Rehlat.com until they address their issues and improve their customer service. As customers, we deserve reliability and accountability when making bookings, and unfortunately, Rehlat.com fell short of meeting those expectations.

We made a booking for one night at Hotel Catania International Airport for May 13 2023 through Rehlat but had to cancel a few days before. The hotel said we should claim a refund through Rehlat and we have tried to do so, but each time we chased them, they have just sent an automatic message saying they would make the payment shortly. We have not had any form of personal contact with them.

Cannot change flight date
Very disappointing service with Rehlat. Impossible to change flight date due to Rehlat system is down per their feedback. Rehlat told me to go the airline office to fix but it was not possible, I tried myself on the airline website, it was not possible the message prompting was to contact the travel agency who sold me ticket, so Rehlat. But nothing is done by Rehlat to fix the issue. Finally planning to buy a one flight separately and when asking for refund they just refund 390 AED for a ticket bought at 4000 AED. It is not fair not honest.
Desired outcome: Change the return flight before the 12 August or refund half of the ticket price.
I still don't have any feedback from Rehlat regarding this complaint.

The Rehlat reference number is 2053748 for passenger Fatou Mbacke from Dakar DSS to Doha DOH departure on the 22 jun 2023 and return on the 31 October 2023. Since the 25 July 2023 I am trying to change the return date to a date between the 12 August and the 18 by your service which consistently replies they are unable to do it and that I need to go to the airlines office.
Which I did with no success and they told me that only Rehlat can do it. I could cross check it as while using the PNR code and family name on the website I had the same feedback (see attached video)
The return date is very close, so if Rehlat cannot fix this I will appreciate a refund that will allow me to absorb the fees of a newly booked flight.

Though, Ticket was booked from Rehlat website and the price hike was not reflected in their site is a lame excuse to hold back the money of the customer.After long argument i finally had to agree with the refund.Since then, i have been following up with them and no response for my refund.They have a very weird money back policy as they wait till the processing days to be completed which is 20 + 4 days.

I was checking the cancellation policy and I found a page that said if you press yes you will cancel if you will press no will not cancel, then I realised that I going to cancel my booking. But immediately I press no then massage came to me still your booking with us because you press no.

I have booked a flight ticket for my daughter via Rehlat website and as soon as I paid they sent me email with her name changed to mine(because I paid with my credit card!) They just disappeared! I have a complaint filed with Rehlat since April 18th.
They've been saying they will issue a refund since May 5th. This is the content of their email:
> Please be informed that we will process the full refund within 10-12 business days and the amount of EUR 82.53 booking I'd RGL1815464 will be credited to your account in accordance with your bank policy & procedures.
Since then, they have been telling me:
> Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. This is to inform you that we have forwarded this to our finance department on high priority and the latest information will be updated within 3-4 business days.
This same message has been repeated at least 10 times since June 10th, which is unacceptable.
