Where is my flight ticket that is confirmed? I paid in full and I have a receipt to confirm it also it was deducted from my account. But I have not yet received my online ticket as I have seen in the airline company it is not yet paid for.
You have not yet responded to the emails I have sent you multiple times.
This is very stressful. What is the time frame that I will receive my ticket? as you have deducted immediately as I paid. but not yet have the ticket.

I tried to took a flight ticket from Rehlat online site on 17/7/19..(Booking ID - 1748459)
Rehlat was not able to produce ticket but they accepted the payment. After that they ask me extra money to get that ticket I used to cancel booking and refund money .as per them they will refund money with in two days, But still I didn't received money and not replaying to my message also.

My dear friends please humbly requesting you to not choose Rehlat for flight booking as they are cheaters and fraudster. I booked initially a ticket for my cousin with booking ID 1116929 Bangalore to Dubai and they charged me twice one from Rehlat and another from Emirates. When I followed up their executive told me that it will be reversed back and till now I didn't receive my amount back and I followed up with bank and they also did not have any information about reversal of any amount back and they told me to sign a dispute payment form and I did it. After some days when we want to extend the dates they told us to pay additional amount for modifying date of travel and they charged us AED 320 more. When we didn't receive our modified ticket we followed up with Cheaters Rehlat and they told they started blackmailing us that if we don't take that previous card dispute complaint they will not send our modified ticket. These Cheaters after charging additional fare of AED 320 more threatening us that they will not send until we take back initial complaint. Please consider my suggestion it is up to you guys decision to make. Travel date is on July 15 and till now not received modified ticket after following up 10 times.
Rehlat Called me and they issued modified ticket and thankfully MR. Ravi assured me also to refund the extra amount which was charged while booking initially. I really appreciate if they could give best services like this to all customers. I will continue my relationship for ticket booking with bank...hope I will be getting kind consideration and support always from Rehlat...

I bought a ticket through Rehalt web site and suddenly the airlines cancelled the flight
I bought another ticket and when I contact rehlat they told me to wait for refund
I wait for more than three months with no clear replay
Every time they ask me to wait and finale they told me they will not refund me because the airlines not refund them!

june 17, 2019, i booked a ticket and thought i had a very smooth transaction. Same goes with my numerous previous bookings. Money was deducted from my account at the time you confirmed the ticket. Received all sms confirmation, emailed ticket. Done.
Until late evening, you have sent me an email telling you refunded the amount. Received couple of sms from my bank that you where trying to deduct the same amount, but now i dont have sufficient funds! what is that? what happened to the money you have deducted!

I tried to call Saudi Arabia helpline number but it was not connected. Please let me know when I will get back my hard earned money.

double amount deducted given double tickets for single person
I try to book tickets in rehalt app, the transaction not get successful that keep on loading for 5 mins and cancelled not even a otp page came, then I tried second time same problem in app @11.00pm 1/05/2019.
After one hour I got tickets message @ 12.03am 2/05/2019.
Within 24 hours I sent a request to cancel one of tickets and asked for refund, tickets no 377763 @ 15:18hrs 02/05/19.
One of the person called from customer service he told, he will check and call back again more than 4 days no reply from them

I have been following up with the travelling agent Rehlat Contact Center from almost 2 weeks and now they stated saying that Etihad Airways are not responding after several follow-up (attached email for your reference).

My Booking ID: 69913 and I've faced an accident in my way to airport and the gate was closed at the time of my arrival 20 min before the flight's time. And they said that I've to issue a new ticket with Turkish airlines office in the airport. The office has taken decision to cancel my flight or reserve another flight for me which will cost around 25 grands which I can't afford. So, I told him to cancel the ticket.
After cancellation I asked if I'll take my money back? So, he assured to me that I'll only lose 65 dollars as a service to your side and I'll refund the rest.
Again, the man said and assured that my ticket can be refunded losing only 65 or 130 dollars for company service.
But the Rehlat company claims that there's no cancellation made as per as the following:
As per the airline policy and fare rules checked, your ticket is NON-REFUNDABLE and hence unfortunately we would not be able to process any refund back to your account.
Kindly revert if you still wish to still cancel your ticket.
Note : Cancellation has not been done yet.
I went again to the airport and they assured that the cancellation has been done successfully, and that my ticket is refundable cause I've taken no service from the company, so I mail Rehlat again saying the same as the airport has told me, but no reply since.

Please be cautious about booking to Rehlat as you will encounter the worst nightmare experience in booking a travel.
Rehlat double charged my credit card using another merchant and will release an invalid ticket. They will show that they have the cheapest flight to offer but it's misleading. They will charge the card multiple times with different merchant and if you will check the ticket released is invalid.
Since my son need to travel urgently, I booked a different flight from another airlines and request them to refund the money they took from my card. Also, I immediately reported to my bank the incidents so they will hold further charges as Rehlat charged my card multiple times. Until now Rehlat refused to refund as they insist that it was my mistake .
I have not received any feedback only after two days after filling a complaint and since it's the travel date of my son is urgent, I need to find alternative flight for him with another travle provider.
There hotline number is not easily reachable nor the customer team won't support you. You won't get an answer to your problem with them and will even put you on hold for more than 30minutes.
I have seen the reviews of Rehlat after the incidence happened to me that they are misleading and double charge the card. So this means that they are always doing this thing.
Until now, I'm not getting my refund coz Rehlat insist that ticket is non refundable. In the first place, they are the one put you in trouble for double charged my card and issuing an invalid ticket.
The experience I had with Rehlat is worst you can imagine and I just cannot believe that they can repeatedly do this kind of services .
The support team of Rehlat contacted my mobile no so make sure that you will provide a contact no that can easily reached to sort out the issue.

The worst company with worst customer service. I booked the ticket. They charge me for the money and than they tell me the seats are not available. My sister is supposed to come in 10 days time and I canmt wait 5 working days for refund. I asked them for the new ticket, the representative told me that we will send you by email the ticket, if you agree just say I agree and than we will do the rest.
I received the ticket, I tried to book it and it says to me I should pay again. Can you believe it. Once I replied to them I agree their response we can't do a fresh booking. This is not a fresh booking. This is my same booking just you cancelled. And the worst part. They sent me the same airline which they told me the seats are not available.
What a Scam. You try to reach their landline number and nobody responds for 30 minutes.

I booked a ticket from Rehlat in October. The return ticket is scheduled for 23rd February 2019 from Jet Airways. I came to know that the flight for that day has been cancelled, so I contacted them and informed them regarding the same and asked them to cancel my ticket. They said the ticket isn't refundable, but on the ticket it's written refundable. I said even if it is non refundable, I need to get another ticket since the flight has been cancelled.

I wish I saw the reviews before booking a ticket with Rehlat, basically I booked an online ticket, they took the money streight away feom the account. Than I got this "e ticket" from Rehlat saying the booking is confirmed. But in reality it was not, I called emirates to confirm the ticket and they told me that the ticket is not yet booked. The next day i received a message from Rehlat saying your ticket booking has been failed and we have received the money. I called the customer service and they are saying please wait our team will send you the ticket as soon as possible. I am really concerned about this I need to travel but these thieves have taken the money and not booked the ticket. Horrible experience never use them, they are a bunch of crooks.

Now I'm not at all amazed to see such negative reviews about REHLAT. Each and every bad review about REHLAT seems to be 100% genuine to me after my own bad experience with them.
I made the flight booking on their Mobile App yesterday, the money got instantly debited from my account, I also received email from REHLAT confirming my booking. But to be sure, I called the Airline n they reported that they don't see the booking and advised me to contact REHLAT. I called REHLAT back and they assured since the money is debited from my account already they would speak to Airline and get the ticket booked and confirmed, they requested few hours time to do the nerdful. Next day to my surprise, I received an email from them that the payment didn't go through and the amount has been reversed to my bank, & due to which the ticket can't be booked by them. Then I called the bank, bank said the payment is blocked/hold by rehlat and they can't release it until they receive approval from rehlat. I called Rehlat again, they say it's not blocked/hold by them. I spoke to bank again, then my bank asked me to advice Rehlat to send an email to the bank confirming that the booking has not gone through and they authorize to release the payment which shows block from Rehlat's end.
So I called and spoke to many different agents at Rehlat's customer care and they all were just advising me to contact bank and few were advising me to wait for 15 working days and few for 30 days without understanding the issue and reason for the call; but all they had to do is send one simple email so that my bank could revert that amount into my account.
I have spoken to a lot of them from their customer care, sent many emails, posted on their Facebook page, messaged them on Messenger, & I'm trying to post wherever possible so that I get the proper resolution to the issue.

Kindly send email to the bank and keep me in "cc" as well so that I know what is sent to the bank. And in yur email clearly mention that the booking is cancelled and you authorize them to release the hold and revert the money to my account. And please don't forget to include the payment reference details for the bank to know which payment are you referring to.
Just one email Rehlat, go ahead and save me from misery.
They take spontaneous action and sent an email to my bank asking to release hold and revert money. No more hard feelings, I got my money back and learnt my lesson. So I'm off to a Merchant to get my flight ticket booked. Thanks anyways for all your help Rehlat.

I have booked returned ticket for my parents from dubai to india. unfortunately they are sick and need medical attention. So I have decided to re-schedule the flight ticket and I tried to contact them on these numbers 042431343 / 042944633 but nobody is responding the call. I even sent them email to help@rehlat.com, I got a response that my query is created and provided some reference number. After then I didn't get any response. Now my parents took another flight for the emergencies. Now I spend extra money for this. I need to cancel the ticket which is booked in rehlat. This is my booking ID 859164 and Ticket ID [protected]. Guyz my kind request do not go with rehlat for any kind booking otherwise you will face such issues like this.
My complaint was resolved. Rehlat Customer support team has contacted me and they provided some alternative way for using this ticket for future travel and offered 100 AED as karam cash. Thanks to rehlat team and complaint board for sorting out my issues.

I booked a ticket from Egypt cairo to New Delhi India on the 19th of November, I missed the flight for some reason and the airport teller told me that my return ticket is automatically canceled too, so Plz I want to activate my return ticket urgently just advise me what I should do and I will proceed as I'm in India now and I'm on budget has no extra money to book a new whole ticked, waiting ur reply urgently

On 08.11.2018 I made a booking and at the time of entering credit card number, the amount shown was 6687.37 EGP but I got a message from the bank that they deducted 6, 978.51 EGP. Then they sent me an email saying that my ticket is pending confirmation from the airlines, but an hour later they said that I have to pay an extra of 300 AED to complete my booking so I decided to cancel the booking due to the price difference and asked for refund and until 22.11.2018 they did not process the refund and after several emails they confirmed the refund by 22.11.2018 but until today 03.12.2018 the amount never arrived in my account. And I sent several emails and got nothing from them. They are thieves never book with them.
