Booking ticket
I reserved ticket with Rehlat on 7th April and paid Fee. After that I received email to pay more or take your refund. I opted for refund. Then received email that refund will be in 3 to 4 working days. After this period I sent them many emails but no response, even no response on Twitter, Facebook. Then I contacted through helpline and they told within a week, refund amount will be processed and sent also one email with Authorization Code on 20th April. Now when I contacting on helpline, there is no proper response. MY Booking ID is 4474608 SA. No doubt they are big Scammers.

Scam in Scam Sravani from rehlat sent email with wrong refund information just to save Rehlat face. When i check with my bank. Bank told this is wrong transaction information. i did not receive my refund but Sravani close this ticket. Rehlat is only fruad.
Hotel booking RGL1815464
I booked a hotel through Rehlat for Hotel Poker in Naples, Italy.
When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist informed me that they had no rooms left to accommodate us.
In the hotel (even using their wifi!), I had to book another room (obviously through a different company, since Rehlat can’t be trusted to honor their commitments)
Now, I’m asking for a refund, since they did not provide what I payed for, and they are rejecting it, claiming that the hotel says I was a no show. This is totally unacceptable.

We have booked hotel on "19/11/2022, 10:46" online and paid £2958.44. However booking came as failed.
latter on 19/11/2022, 12:23 we have received booking confirmation "reservation [protected]" where incorrect alternative rooms/booking was made by Rehlat and they charged us more without our authorisation - £2965.17 .
Staight after we contact them saying that we not happy as they downgraded our reservation and charged more and asked for refund. Refund was refused saying that its not refundable reservation.

Desired outcome: immediate refund of failed booking
Failure to refund despite a million follow up!
I booked tickets on Rehlat for 6 passengers for my Umrah trip to KSA, for 16th December 2022. I checked on multiple sites and found that Rehlat was offering the lowest price. I booked tickets on 18th November and paid by credit card amount AED 1055.60. I got a confirmation mail saying they have received payment but tickets are waiting to be confirmed.
I got a further mail saying that the ticket prices have risen and I have to make a further payment to get my tickets confirmed. I cancelled the tickets immediately and asked them for a refund, the same date - 18th November 2022. It has been 5 months. I have been following up with Rehlat's chat and customer care, but no sign of my refund. They give me an option to immediate refund as Karam+ wallet balance, to use for future bookings. Which is not an option I want.
I booked tickets on good faith trusting the prices shown on site and immediately they change the prices, after receiving my money. Now they cannot return the money and want to book tickets on their platform itself! I don't trust the site and the company. I will do no more booking with them. Why is a company that cheats people allowed to even do business? I want immediate resolvent and I want the money refunded to my card. And please do anything possible that people in future do not get scammed by this company.

Refund the payment and take out them from your search engine
Last month through the Skyscanner search engine, I made a ticket booking to JED to COK via Rehlat.com.sa.
They deducted the payment from my debit card and the ticket did not confirm. At last, they agree to return the payment.
Now more than 45 days they did not return the payment and even blocked me to call them.
Later I noticed, it is a SPAM website and they cheated many people.
My question is why are they using your platform to do this type of public cheating and why do you allow them to do it?
Please block them asap otherwise, they will cheat many normal people as this way.

This is my 3rd complaint in same platform about Rehlat. Its been 4 months to me waiting for my refund money. Refund for flight ticket booking
I have booked a ticket through online in rehlat app from Dammam to Jeddah on 29th November with the booking ID 4116642, they cancelled the ticket and said will refund the amount in a week. It's been 5 months no refund has been initiated even after following up 100s of times through emails and calls. I spent 100s of riyals just for making the calls but useless. I have shared the bank details through the format you have shared in the email about two months ago. After that no reply for the emails nor answering to my queries. This looks like fraud company.

I think this company is a scam.
I booked a ticket and as soon as i was done, i got a mail saying the price has increased by 150 dhs. I told them to cancel and they said i will b refunded within 20 working days which was already too long. Its been 40 days and they are giving me the same excuse.
The funny part is a guy named ahmed nasser keeps sending the same mail over and over again for my emails showing that they dont even have any answers to it.
In short i feel my money is gone and this whole rehlat booking site is a scam

Dear Rehlat,
I have been a victim of Rehlat SCAMMERS. I booked a hotel in Singapore through REHLAT on 25.01.2023 vide booking ID No.1379102/1381734. Due to some personal exigency I cancelled the booking the very next day.
In response to the cancellation of my booking the Rehlat Team sent me a typical email stating as under :-
“Dear Customer,
Thank you for reaching Rehlat customer support.
Please be informed that we will process the full refund within 10-12 business days and the amount of KWD 208.673 booking I'd RCOM1379102 will be credited to your account in accordance with your bank policy & procedures.
If you do not receive the refund after 4 weeks, please reach out to us for further assistance.

Even after the lapse of 4 week time , the Rehlat Team did not issue my refund. I have sent them multiple e-mails regarding refund status to which they kept replying with the same answers as under :-

Some of the reverts by Rehlat team were so identical, that it appeared that they were just playing a copy and paste game. Moreover, they do not respond to my emails now.
I have called their customer service multiple times and they have told that there representative will contact me but again till date (5th April 2023) there is no correspondence from any of there executive.
I have escalated the ticket several times and they said a manager will get back to me but still there is no response from there end. The Team is doing nothing except showing the negligence towards the customers and giving false excuses for not releasing the refund.
Rehlat is not keeping up with their promise. It’s been so many working days since 25th January 2023 till date 5th April 2023. Where is my refund? I will have to go ahead with legal proceedings as Rehlat is not willing to close this out for me. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever booked with. They have no respect for their customers as I can see from their laid back attitude. I made a big mistake for using Rehlat for booking.
Failing to pay approved refund
Rehlat have approved a refund for cancelled accommodation - booking RGL 1302294 - on 20 January 2023 but have not credited my bank account after more than 2 months.
I was advised on 17 February 2023 that the refund was sent to the finance department on high priority but still no refund.
I have sent further messages to Rehlat requesting payment of the refund they have approved but still no payment or even a response.

REHLAT FAILURE TO REFUND PAYMENT: RGL1575171
I made a hotel booking for a hotel in Rome through the Rehlat website on 06 Mar 23.
Rehlat processed my credit card payment and immediately informed me the 'booking had failed'.
Rehlat made offer to return my money (MYR 1438.82) and asked for 20 - 25 days to process the payment.
It is now well passed the deadline and I have still not received payment.
My repeated requests for payment and advice on process in hand are met with scripted replies asking me to be patient and sorry for my inconvenience.
Desired outcome: I seek immediate return of my money in respect of Rehlat's failure to provide product or services.

Refund of my money
I had booked a hotel room on Rehlat when I was visiting Dubai.
The booking got confirmed from the hotel.
But later on got an email from Rehlat team that the hotel denied the booking and if I pay INR 4395.05 extra then the booking will be confirmed and also mentioned on the email that if I don’t wish to pay the amount then the entire amount paid earlier will be refunded back.
So then I decided to cancel the booking as I didn’t wanted to stay in the hotel who confirms first and then cancel it asking for extra money.
So from there on my struggle chasing behind to get my hard earned money back has been a stressful journey till date.
Every time I mail them, they have only one thing to say which is, it’s under process.
If I knew about this kind of an experience with Rehlat I would have never booked a hotel on their portal.
I never had problems with other booking portals.

Awaiting Refund… Fraudulent Company
I am awaiting my refund for bookings that I cancelled.
I made a hotel reservation with Rehlat, and contacted the hotel I had the reservations with. The hotel told me they had NO reservations in my name even though Rehlat had confirmed this via email!
I immediately cancelled the booking with Rehlat as I suspected malpractice and booked with the hotel directly.
Rehlat confirmed my booking had been successfully cancelled and the refund amount due.
I contacted Rehlat to query about my refund, but I get the generic response claiming they have created a ticket for my request. On one occasion, the ticket was closed without any response or reasons provided.
I now have no option but to escalate this and contact my credit card provider to get my money back.

I had booked Season Star Hotel, Medinah, Saudi Arabia via Rehlat in Feb 2023 through my agent Mr. Waqar Islam.

I contacted them several time after passing of deadlines and they kept assuring me of refund with new extended deadlines.
As of today, 28th of March, 2023, I have not received my refund and Rehlat is no more responding to my emails either.
I request Rehlat to refund me my amount or else I will initiate legal action against them for fraudulent practices.
